I took my girlfriend here for her bday and it was beautiful. I want to go back i love the shops and food. The beach is gorgeous and it was a fun time ill never forget.

Me and my family had a blast here. Many restaurants and places to go to. But so relaxing. Many ziplining, mini golf courses, helicopter rides and amusement rides.prepared to walk for hrs. Got to hit the strip and the boardwalk. A great destination to go to.

I love Myrtle Beach my brother lives here now and I want to move here when possible.

Not much to do in November. My dad passed away while we was there. So I put a message in a bottle and threw it out in the ocean.

Tons of stuff to do, places to see and lively stuff going on all around, stuff is expensive but thats expected but you dont really need tons of money to look around and get the experience, youll have side sellers bothering you to get you to buy stuff you dont want, also expectedFood in the area is super good, parking is hectic thoughBe careful though, the rise of crime like human trafficking is concerning though

My family friends and I vacation here every year! Very family oriented! Check out the pirates voyage dinner show, adventures helicopter rides, Joes crab shack, johnny rockets, wax museum, ripleys belive it or not aquarium the sling shot and wonder works! All family oriented and guarantees a good time. Dont forget to go to the beach Wednesday nights for an awesome fireworks display! Lots of souvineer shops that are budget friendly as well!

Gorgeous place

Beautiful and quiet new promenade. We walked there just after sunset and had a great evening. There was entertainment at the park which is at the end with all of the shops.

Very nice place to visit. Lots to do, lots of hotels w/ pools & lazy rivers to float down, lots of arcades & attractions. Ripleys Aquarium & Ripleys Museum are two good places to go. Theres a restaurant called Dickshas good service, but the purpose is for the waiter to insult you the whole time. Its funny if your into that kind of thing. If you coming to or near the area, its a nice place to stop, if you live close its a nice beach to go to. Gave it 4 stars bc the Pavilion Amusement park closed down and that was a great place to go. Everything else is sort of repetitive & you can see/ get at any beach community. Gotta watch yourself for business who prey on tourists and raise prices.

There are lifeguards at the beach. You can rent an umbrella and chairs, theyre so much needed in the summer time. The beach was clean. The police drives around to ensure public safety. There is a shower at the entrance to rinse off before getting in your car. There is also a water fountain for people and a different one for pets.

Came here with my family and I got to say that this was the best vacation I ever had. Ill definitely be coming here next summer.

Having a great time in Myrtle Beach. We are staying at Ocean Creek Resort. Fantastic place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are impeccable. Units are clean and functional (a little out dated buy everything works as it should). The area is one big tourist trap. Kind of cheesy and takes away from the charm. So we mostly hide on the resort which seems like a different world. Seriously considering Ocean Creek for next year.

Every nice. The only thing they have the same store selling the same stuff at every damn store. Why do they need 7 hanna shops? 15 beach stores. It was nice tho. We will be back. Just get better Mexican restaurants tho. And idk why they offer golf charts for 24hrs if u cant drive them at night. I rather have golf charts then ppl in cars drinking and driving.

Never a bad time unless you have to drive anywhere. It has become my favorite vacation place. Simple, southern, fields, the ocean, and sweet tea. What more could you ask for?!

Nice, clean,pricey with several homeless in the area

5 days in Myrtle Beach and never a dull moment, even when it rained. We went to the beach (a must), boardwalk crawlin, Broadway at the Beach for a full day, Tanger Outlet twice, Barefoot Landing (take the kiddos to LuLus), House of Blues (unbeatable service and very good food) and caught a concert. Romantic lunch at Sea Captains House Restaurant. Sat on the deck overlooking the ocean and listened to very good live music. They had the absolute best service and nicest people we met the whole trip and the food was very good. Also ate at Paula Deans (good food and experience), Flying Fish (very good fresh fish), and Ruths Chris Steakhouse (not worth the money. Extremely overpriced for good-not-great steak and average sides). Also had omelettes at Theos Pancake House and would recommend breakfast here.

Heart of the beach action on Myrtle Beach. Theyve cleaned it up a lot and much more family friendly now.Tip: Do your research and make sure youre going during one of the more family friendly times - youd want to avoid bike weeks and high school beach weeks unless thats what youre going for!

We were not close to the Board walk although it was quieter and less crowded. With kids that is what we wanted. The Beach was clean and well taken care of. Loved that there was a place to clean the sand of our feet. We would defiantly go back.

Myrtle beach has been nice. I enjoy the beach a lot. The beach has been clean, I havent seen a lifeguard near where we have placed our things at beach yet. The service has been good. No real complaints yet except that our hotel is under construction (La Quinta) and we werent informed before we booked it or before our arrival

I love this place we try to go here as often as we can the beaches are always pristine a lot of people around but if you pick your way through the crowd and you can find lots of fun things to do. I highly recommend this as a family outing destination..

We love Myrtle Beach so much we just bought a house there,if youre looking for a good beach vacation its a nice place to go lots of things to do with the children highly recommended and the beaches are clean.

It was so FUNNY! I remember I was in the water and someone told me there was a Shark in the water! But then I SCREAMED or Yelled ITS JUST A SEA LION EVERYBODY CHILL! And all I remember was people video taping and running to go see it!

If you like beaches and commercial areas, this is it. Enjoyed our stay, but not for me all the time.

Im from California. So warm water beaches always make me feel great. Even though I only stayed a day here, it was fun. The boardwalk was lovely right after the storm passes and it was a great walk on and off the beach. I would highly recommend this place if youre on the East coast.

Great for family with kids..touristy..beware of timeshare vendors.they are aggressive and lure you in with dinner coupons at every turn

The beach is nice but could be cleaner. I mean in NY the beaches arent great. This was only a small step above. Maybe more than a step but I expected better from this tourist attraction.

Definitely not up to Hilton standards but I think they are trying. Lets start woke up by leaf blowing outside personnel, think did should happen after a certain hour or weekends, came for the rest. Truck or construction reverse alarm going off every 10 minutes this morning, and not counting the in line with the local flight path for the airport. I know that cant be change maybe low noise windows. Room, spots on floor bath missing towel or hand rack shower and old shower curtains. Please notify for room number

Its a really good place to go to

This is a fun place for both small and large groups. There are many things to do for people of all ages. Spent a week down here for a vacation and there was always something fun and interesting going on.

If you do your research and find the right resort youll have fun. Broadway by the beach is very nice as well as the boardwalk. The beach itself is very clean and nice.

The beach is pleasant. Visit during summers there is very little to do during winters. No water activities.We did get a kayaking experience with gatorbait kayak adventures. We enjoyed Mini golf at captain hooks. Overall a weekend well spent

Hotels down the strip seem pretty run down on the beach front. Needs some updating. Beach view is great though!

Fun for the whole family

Me and my wife went to Myrtle Beach on a vacation. We stayed at the Anderson resort it was great. We had made reservations prior to our arrival once we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. One incident did occur we was check into a room that was occupied by a couple. Once we entered their room we walked in on a couple watching TV. Needless to say we all was very surprised they had accidentally double booked the room. The concerning part was when the key open the lock on this door. The management was contacted. And they responded very quickly and very apologetic and try hard to make everything right they compensated us for inconvenience very nicely. The room that we stayed in was very spacious well kept and was very fresh smelling it was very comfortable and the staff was outstanding. Overall experience in Myrtle Beach was very good I would recommend to anyone.

Myrtle Beach was on my wishlist. I made a road trip of it for my Birthday. Im glad I came.

Beautiful place, and lots of things to do. We were entertained all week, even with rainy days! We took our honeymoon here, and Im sure well be back someday!

It was a good vacation overall. The location is great. The ocean is a good temperature. Dont expect to find any fine dining in the area. Generally speaking, theres a lot of fried food and junk food. However, if you like cheap and cheesy junk gifts and souvenirs- then this is the place for you. I lost count of these types of stores. I found one pharmacy and there must be about 50 beach wear/gift stores thst all sell the same junk at the same price. If youre content (like me) to visit the beach and enjoy some downtime- its a nice place. Otherwise youll feel right at home with all the usual chain stores and commercial junk everywhere. Public transport is almost non-existent.

Myrtle Beach was great! We went over memorial day weekend and we were warned about the crowds. Despite the holiday and the Black Bike Week event it wasnt overwhelming with people. The beach was beautiful and clean. I wish there were more shops along the boardwalk but what is there is still really satisfying. There were three beaches to choose from and we were always able to find parking. The condo we paid for wasnt beach front but still very close to the beach, reasonably priced, and very nice.
