We had a great stay here in October! The room was super nice and very clean! Our king size bed was amazing to sleep on! The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Get an Ocean side room. You will not regret the decision. We had a hawk fly up to the back porch. The sound of the ocean all day is soothing and relaxing.

My stay at the Sandy Beach Resort was very good. The room was nice although could have been a bit cleaner. I was impressed with the ocean view from the balcony and the location to the beach and the boardwalk is a great benefit. The staff were professional and attentive to our needs. I would recommend this resort to anyone who comes to Myrtle Beach.

Came here for a getaway with my husband and sons. This place did not disappoint. Clean room. Beautiful ocean view. Plenty of parking. Will definitely be coming back again.

I would NOT call this a resort by any stretch. It simply an AirB&B rental where the price you see is half of the real price. The room was very nice, clean, spacious, and it is right on the beach, but the type of crowd this place caters to, man, if I had known, I would not have rented.My biggest complaint aside from the lack of service was that the parking is across the street behind a store, and the area to unload your luggage is cramped and a nightmare if you bring kids, not at all convenient. This is a good place if your a couple vacationing without kids.

It was ok. Needs some updating. Our balcony door only opened about 12 inches before getting caught on the track so we had to squeeze in and out to enjoy the ocean view. I liked that there were several pools, making it easier for guests to spread out. However, the pool for tiny kids needed several things fixed. Was still usable and enjoyable for the kids. Overall, not terrible, but could be better.

We stayed in room 421. This room is a corner room which was awesome because it provides a bigger view. Close to elevator, pool area, and leaving the premises. NO bugs of any kind and we stayed for a week. Staff is very kind. House keeping always came every day to make sure we had what we needed and she was very patient with us to gather dirty towels and wash cloths. The room was well stocked with everything we needed when we arrived. We really liked seeing the hotel allows other businesses to advertise by slipping there brochures in our door! They have an amazing pool area. We have 3 kids and there is a child pool that my 4 year old does not have to wear swimmies because it is 1 ft deep. The layout was nicely designed as my husband and I got to sit in a hot tub that is right in the middle of the kiddie pool area and a bigger pool so we could watch all of them in different pools while being able to enjoy ourselves. This is a great stay for families to vacation. Thank you to everyone who has worked hard to give us this experience.

Lovely experience and worth the pay. The beach front view us something Ill hold onto for the rest of my life. Looking forward to going back. The kitchen was fully loaded: plates, cups, silverware, pots/pans, serving utensils, dish soap and cloths, coffee maker, cutting board, and baking dishes. Pool offers Beach towels to use, but if youd like big Beach towels itll be best to buy/bring them. Grocery and Beach bargain stores right across the hotel.

Sandy Beach Resort shall always be my favorite go to place for peace. Just enjoyed my 3rd visit and I look forward to returning soon.

We stayed here recently and we got a two room oceanfront suite for the price that most places wanted for just a regular room. The staff was friendly and professional. I was not happy with the first room that they put me in... It had an obstructed view and was right over the pool. Once I expressed my concerns I was promptly moved to the ninth floor. Couldnt ask for a cleaner place or friendlier staff

This is the one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. The rooms are super clean and it feels like a little apartment. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and the appliances look brand-new. I love how there are so many pools and my daughter loves the kids play area in the pools. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves is a plus also. Very close walking distance to everything!!! Definitely will stay here again. This will be my go to spot when I visit

Horrible experience, I do not recommend. My friend and I arrived late that night, the person assisting us made several remarks about not smoking in the room/ balcony. The room we had was trash! It smelled as if someone just finished smoking cigarettes, the walls were yellow, the refrigerator, stove, and bathroom was dirty and rusty. Luckily, we were able to get a full refund and find a better/ cleaner hotel that night but I do NOT recommend!

The difference in 3 stars and 5 was simply the non enforcement of mask and smoking rules. Half of all people do not wear mask on the elevator forcing us to make enemies almost every trip out. And there was apparently a consistently persistent skunk on other balconies, the pool area, and hallway. Other than those serious issues it was a great value.

First time staying and we loved it. The kiddos loved being able to go from the beach to the pool. Super friendly staff and very clean given everything going on. We will definitely stay again!

The unit we rented had an adequate balcony. The furnishings and appliances show more wear than I prefer. However everything was in serviceable condition. 10th floor has a great oceanfront view. There are several fun water spots on site for kiddos and adults. Private beach access. Across the street from Family Kingdom Amusement Park. And in close proximity and view of 2nd Street Pier.

It was our first visit to this area and most probably the last one! The reception of the hotel was NOT friendly at all! I was trying to make conversation and she was brief with asolutly no smile which was very surprising! My reservation was for only a night for a king room... After we got to our room we were given two queen beds... i dont care which one is more popular or expensive what matters to me is the fact that my choice was not respected. The only positive features of this property is one the location being by the ocean short walking distance. The room was extremley dirty.. towels were torned, pillow cases as well. Dirty kitchen and bad smell. I had to force my husband to tolerate just a night and not leave and we tried our best to spend the least time in our room. Im sorry but i wont ever be back and i dont recommend this resort for anyone who i care for. I was misleaded by the nice pictures and reviews.

Im giving my honest opinion from our experience but we definitely would stay here again but would request a 4th floor or higher room and we would be better prepared now that we now what to expect. Honestly you not coming to myrtle beach just for the room. The start of our vacation was not what we expected. The lady who checked us in Saturday morning was rude. Is it too much to ask when people are spending hundreds of dollars to stay that staff be polite? Then when we got to unload our car the check in and loading area was packed, cars every where blocking others in. The kurt russell wannabe security guard on duty Saturday was of no help. Instead of directing traffic it was more important for him to sweep the drive. When we tried to move we were blocked in from the front and the back. What did the security guard do instead of helping direct traffic? He decided to tell the man in front of my car - watch out for her driving look at her car. Not that its his business but a deer ran into my car that was how the dent got there. The rooms need updating and the carpet cleaned. The oven took for every to heat up a frozen pizza because the seal around the door is bad. We only had 1 fork but it took 2 requests from Sunday night to Monday a.m. before we got another one. The grill does not work properly we had 3 burners on and it took for ever to cook 2 thin steaks.There is no room cleaning because of covid-19 but people can clean up after themselves like they do at home. Lynea(sp) and Melanie at the front desk made our vacation enjoyable with there positive attitudes and willingness to help us with any problems. Do not take a room on the 2nd floor unless you want to know everyones business. Also the closer you are to the pools and hot tubs the louder the music is. People need to remember just because you like certain music not everyone shares the same interest. I now officially dislike the song yummy, yummy by Justin Bieber and dont let me get started on bad bunny- hours of hearing him say bad bunny in every song had me like.. the signs all say its non smoking but everyone was smoking at the pools and hot tubs with kids in arms lengths. The things I seen in the pools and hot tubs. Someone with a cast getting into the pools and hot tubs after walking around myrtle beach does not seem sanitary nor does a woman peeling skin off her feet while enjoying the hot tub, we wanted to use these amenities but after witnessing these things we changed our minds. I understand we chose a hotel that would have kids but they scream all the time. We had kids above us jumping up and down all hours of the day and night. Were not sure if someone urinated over the balcony or dumped a cooler but all our towels and shoes drying on the balcony was soaked. The housekeeping staff was awesome. They checked daily with us to see if we needed anything. The security staff other the one mentioned above we great at doing there job when things were reported to them. As far as parking- do not take the bait and park in the lot with the grocery store you will regret it. We thought we had a sweet parking spot close to the cross walk but when we loaded up that morning our car was infested with ants! We dropped a load of ants where ever we stopped and still had to keep killing them all the way home and its was a 12 hour drive.

Fair warning, this review is likely to be a bit wordy as I tend to be long winded. I have scrolled through several other reviews and feel as though they were extremely inaccurate. If you are looking for the good, the bad and the ugly, this is the review for you. Im prepared to hold nothing back. My name isnt Karen, so this wont be super negative.This is by far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. This room does not have a tv in the bathroom like my favorite hotel in Vegas, but this suite had so much more to offer. We stayed in an ocean front suite on the third floor. Naturally, I would have preferred a floor closer to the 19th floor, but beggars cant be choosers. Being so close to the ground, we werent able to throw seagull safe cheese puffs off the balcony and watch 6 of them all dive at once for them. Maybe next time. Finding our room took some common sense. We found 307, a room with no numbers and then 309. Not sure if 308 was supposed to be some kind of hidden treasure or what, but we found it.Upon entering this room, I felt like we had rented a mini house or a full apartment. This suite had a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a hidden pull out bed, and a living room. Our suite was very clean. Pardon the mess in the pictures, I took them after we slept.One thing I absolutely did not like was the fact that there was no screen door to our balcony. One of the main reasons I tend to stay in an ocean front room is so that I can leave the balcony door open at night and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. In retrospect, I guess we could have done this and risked being awakened by some hungry seagulls rummaging for food.Speaking of food, I didnt like that breakfast was not offered. With the kitchen having cooking utentsils, pots and pans, they could have at least offered some bacon and eggs that we had to cook. Im just saying. I mean breakfast is the most important meal of the day, or something like that.One thing to take note of, but one cannot blame this resort for, is the quality of the ocean behind this hotel. If you are one of those people who chose to risk their lives by swimming in shark infested water to jump over some waves, this will apply to you. Of course, the ground starts out as a nice, soothing sand. Then, out of the middle of nowhere, you reach these horrid rocks that are destined to destroy your feet. I suffered a broke toe and a few minor cuts/scrapes to my feet. Worth it? Absolutely! Venture past the rocks in search of sand and you will find the grass of the ocean. This, I believe, was worse than the dreaded rocks. Ever had your toes flossed by seaweed? I wish I could say I hadnt either. Random sand patches would appear, make us happy and then disappear as quickly as it came. Again, this is by no fault of the hotel, I just wanted to make note of it as this wasnt what I had expected.Also, many of the reviews were concerned about catching Covid-19, this hotel had a mask policy, their employees wore masks, they had a guy constantly cleaning things, and house keeping would not enter your room during your stay. Quite frankly, if you are that concerned about catching a virus, the safest place to be is tucked away in your own home with no visition from the outside world.All in all, this was an excellent place to stay. We are already planning our next trip.

A very good Nice place to stay but the elevators are a bit annoying they dont work properly, the beach side view is nice and they have 3 pools 2 outside and 1 indoor, a lazy river, and like 5 hot tubs. It has a shower for you when you leave the beach. The rooms are very large and spacious the beds and pillows are very comfortable to sleep in.

It was horrible they have mold and mildew all on the curtains and inside the air conditioner.. the photos on the site is nothing like what the hotel actually looks like in person. Please dont waste your time. I got my money back and went to sandy dunes resort..

I dont get all good reviews. The place was worn down. The spa tub was broken, the room smelled gross. With all the othere great places around- I wont be back to this one!

DEFINITELY NOT THE CLEANEST!!! In the wake of Covid19, the elevators were constantly filthy. Our room had huge stains on the carpet and mildew and hair in the bathrooms. We were told we could not change rooms and that the cleaning crew would be by the next morning, but we would have to leave our room for the cleaning. They came by at 5:30am the next morning. How convenient for them? If you are looking for a peace of mind and and a clean place to lay your head, look elsewhere!!!

This place was absolutely great.My daughter took me here for my birthday weekend with my grandbabies. We enjoyed the stay. Our room was clean and well maintained. The room was condo style with a full kitchen. The bath room had a jacuzzi in it and a cute beach theme.. They had 3 hot tub, a lazy river and 3 pools which was more than enough for us. It also had easy access to beach. All rooms are oceanfront which is a plus because the view was amazing. Housekeeping comes everyday to make sure you have what you need. This will be our resort of choice for now on. Thanks Sandy Beach Oceanfront Resort for a great experience..

Room isnt perfect or beach house decorated beautiful, but it has great beds, comfy pillows, fridge, stove, and microwave. Pools are awesome and the setup to the beach is great!

This place is located right between the boardwalk and the family kingdom amusement park and sits basically where they took out the old Pavillion so its close to everything really. Only a few blocks from the mall and Broadway at the beach. Close to the airport and tons of good food places. The only draw back is because of the location, in the busy weeks and months its crowded and with lots of kids and teenagers. My daughter is grown so I dont want to be around tons of teenagers when Im on vacation. If you have small kids or kids at heart the water park at the hotel and next door is good.

The Sandy Beach Resort is a welcoming and family friendly place. It is incredibly affordable and our condo has plenty of room. It had a kitchen with everything you could need in it, along with a small table and four chairs in what we would call the living room area. In that area, there was a couch, and a Murphy bed, in addition to the two beds in the actual bed room. Each room had a separate door so it had privacy and is great for families as well as for getting some much needed sleep! Our room was an ocean front one and boasted incredible views. The resort has numerous pools and a couple spas all of which close at 11, and you cannot use the hotel lobby in anyway after that point, so if you’re coming back or going to some place, security will usher you right along. There is no restaurant or room service options, so therefore no breakfast choices either. The coffee that they do offer for a couple hours is barely passable as coffee, so be prepared to leave and go elsewhere for your morning cup of Joe. In my experience, it was at least a ten minute walk, but obviously worth it rather than suffer through what they call coffee and powdered creamer. The umbrellas and chairs shown are not available without a fee, to the lifeguards, but absolutely worth it. The convenience of the hotel location was spot on, and not just in physical location but to the coast RTA trolley as well, which is free. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. I would like to check out other locations just because of my desire to explore, but I have no hesitation in choosing this locale as one to return to and stay at.

Pretty clean and plenty of space in our 1 bed unit.

The rooms were spacious and pretty clean. The location is great. There are several big pools and a hot tub. To unload your vehicle was extremely hectic because there isn’t any room at all to unload and you’ve got all kinds of people trying to use the elevators right beside of you while unloading. Once unloaded, we had to stand and wait forever for an elevator. Parking is across the street. Our room and balcony smelled like marijuana because everyone in the surrounding balconies were smoking. It is more like a party motel. Maybe we came at the wrong week. It’s a good deal but if you are coming for relaxation I’ll pick somewhere else next time.

Great location, awesome ocean view rooms, have 2 outdoor pools & 1 indoor pool 2 Jacuzzi outdoors & 1 indoors, lazy river, private access to the ocean sandy beach. I’m regard to the room we stayed in, it has a good kitchen but the oven is old, but the room itself is not that clean & outdated that’s why I gave it 3 stars.

Some rooms are literally just apartments. the rooms look awesome the view is nice.It comes with your own washer and dryer as an aminnitee. It has a dishwasher as well . The lobby is on the second floor. Thankfully there was a signSaying were it was. The restroom is also on the second floor.

Location is great! Proximity to the beach is fantastic! The rooms and the staff are wonderful. The only downside that I could see was people smoking in the resort.

Hotel did a good job dealing with covid. They had signs posted about mask and about elevator usage. Of course some people didnt wear mask but that wasnt the hotels fault. Had 3 large pools and hot tubs. It was clean..rooms were not cleaned by maid just exchange towels which was another precaution for covid. Only complaint I have was the beds were very worn. I had to sleep at an angle so not to drift in the hole..my mom had the same problem in hers. Besides that very nice place to stay will do it again

We used to enjoy Sandy Beach, however our past few stays have not been great. The rooms are in need of upgrades and things seem dirty. I hope they can make some necessary upgrades soon before things get too out of hand.

Great room, facilities, and location. Couldn’t ask for a better room to stay. Beautiful view! Close to pier, and wicked tuna! The front desk, was not very friendly or helpful. Almost rude at times. But I wouldn’t let that keep you away. Once in, very little interaction really needed, unless you go to lobby for coffee.

Best beach resort in South Carolina. All the rooms are Oceanfront with balconies. And the rooms are condo-style. The location is close enough to the boardwalk but not too close for the surrounding area to be overcrowded. The hotel and staff are wonderful people. I really love this place.

Would love to come back just bring outlet covers for little ones

What a view! Our room overlooks the ocean, and we were greeted by an amazing sunrise this morning! Excellent pools and hot tubs. The Lazy River is a fun way to float and relax. The paint could use some updates, but the room is nicely appointed. I recommend this place for family-friendly visits and low key relaxing!

Everything was smooth until we got to our room. My husband insisted that he go in first to inspect before the kids and I entered. I am so glad that he did ! The room was dusty, furniture was outdated and had appeared to not have been cleaned. My husband and I wiped down all surfaces with bleach water before the kids entered. The fold down bed was extremely hard ( the mattress tag stated 03/2000 ) which we thought was unacceptable ! The couch was uncomfortable as well ! Due to us not being accommodated we ended up sleeping on a air mattress ! We constantly smelled cigarette and pot smoke in the hall and when we stepped out on the balcony. Nothing was done when we complained about it. My kids even witnessed an arrest while they were at the pool ! The only highlight of our trip was the ocean view and the beach. I am truly at a lost for words for this location. We were highly disappointed:(

I was disappointed to find the room we were given was not in appropriate shape. Stains on the carpet. Broken lamp. Door to bathroom was falling apart.ice maker in refrigerator not working. We were told they knew that. And they were not being replaced. AC was either on constantly or we had to turn it completely off. No kne ever came to check it even after being told they would. Scuff marks all over walls. . Pool was very clean. Outdoor. Lazy river not clean.

We stay here 3 to 5 times a year in the 3 bedroom suit. Had our items stolen today . Hotel staff very rude. Lied about cameras not working lied about making a police report . very rude and unprofessional. This will be my last stay here. Also cabinets are falling apart fridge is stained nasty capret is gross we had to clean room when we got here. Never again dont stay here not worth the money.

Although it was a bit far from everything, this place was a nice place to visit. Rooms were smaller then expected. They were up to par with sanitization. The front desk employees were all nice and helpful and very informative.

Asked for early check in and room was not even ready for on time check in. We were told it was being cleaned. Room had food under kitchen table and couch, guess the vacuum doesnt work. Bed sheets were not on the mattress properly, figured maid was in a hurry. Got into bed and there were particles of what appeared to be food on the sheets. Woke up in the morning and I had flipped the pillow during the night and it had several spots of blood that had not been washed yet on it, there is no way it was changed from the prior guests. It was super gross and scary that this could happen especially with covid and all the extra cleaning that is suposed to happen. I could go on about the towels having huge holes and lack of upkeep being done on the unit; however, this was our first and last visit staying here.

Enjoyed that it was central to the area I wanted to be in. Had great amenities. In-room laundry, small stove, dishwasher, spacious tub and bathroom. Was quiet and right on the beach. There wasnt anything I did not like about the resort

It was a good stay, pillows hard as ****, we stayed 7 days, no housekeeping right now, and I def dont like the 11 lockdown... you only have exit to main street after these hours, no beach access and no sitting anywhere with family. Parking is pretty good here and good location!

The room we booked was not good. It smelled like smoke, wasnt clean, and had roaches. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating and upgraded us at no additional cost. However I was overall disappointed at the cleanliness and condition of the hotel. Our second room had a hole in the wall, burn marks on the floor and water damage on the ceiling. I saw a lot of rusting and they just need to update. For the amount of money we paid I expected so much more.

This is my go to place. Im here two three times a year. Im still here I even send other people here, Im a travel agent and I love it here this is a good hotel. My last time here was my only time I had a bad experience that was this week I know itll be better next time I come

Desk clerk seemed to not care or want to hear what we needed. Not very clean. The people above our room threw their cigarette trash down on our bacolony. I went to the front desk clerk and asked for it to be cleaned, but it was not done. It looked like the elevator was not cleaned very dirty smelled like vomit

Kid friendly. Right on the beach. Only down side was the room we stayed in was not kept up well. Missing tile, stained carpets in living area and bedroom.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. Our entire trip was a disaster because we booked a stay at this resort. The rooms were absolutely filthy! Staff was not wearing masks. The resort was taking no precautions whatsoever for COVID. When we asked to speak with staff about some of the issue with our room they were very unfriendly and rude. So sad considering the amount of money we spent! Definitely consider other resorts.

I have been staying at this hotel for 5 years now and this time I was very disappointed I understand with covid things may work differently but I was there 4 nights and not one time did anyone come in to clean the bathroom or change sheets

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend last year, and every time I imagine the perfect stay and the perfect rooming, I remember my weekend at the Sandy Beach Resort Magnolia Tower! The hotel was amazing! The check in and check out process was quick and easy! Our room was so spacious, with two queen beds, a large restroom, a kitchenette, a living room with a small (perfect size for a couple!) dining table, and a huge flat screen! Our view from the living area was amazing, high enough to look out and see the beach, and from both angles, the attractions of the city. In the morning, we even saw dolphins from our view when we woke up! The only thing we didnt appreciate about our room was that our fridge was dirty and stained with some sort of orange color as if the last guests in the room had made a mess of a spaghetti night. The hotel is perfect walking distance to anywhere in the city. You can reach the boardwalk on foot within ten minutes, and you can walk to any restaurants or shopping points in the other direction. There is a small grocery across the street, and if you are staying long-term, theres a huge Walmart ten minutes drive from the hotel that offers everything youd need for a stay here. We got our room at such an amazingly cheap price, although we came in the off season during January. We highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in Myrtle Beach, and we cant wait to find the time to return back here!

Bed bugs!! Also the trash was full the entire day where you are supposed to take your trash. Like really they are supposed to be doing that anyway!! The security guards followed us around the hotel to the pools and in the parking lot! We requested a broom and towels and never got them. The office staff was rude and not helpful at all! If I could I would give this place 0 stars! Don’t stay here!

Bed slept good. Couch was like sitting on a brick. Didnt like parking across the street. They only have one ice machine and it wasnt working.

Room 1118 balcony door I couldnt get it to lock, the upstairs bedroom door knob is backwards the lock is on the outside when it need to be inside. The furniture out dated appliances need up graded

Sandy Beach Resort is by far the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach SC . The accommodations are excellent in both Magnolia Tower and Palmetto Tower. The beds are so comfy, everything is very clean, I love the in room jacuzzi tub! The oceanfront balconies are the perfect place to hangout. The amenities are great... multiple indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and lazy rivers. Love the staff! Love that you are only steps from the beach. The location is great too! Near stores, resterants and attractions.

The staff was very nice. We stayed in rm 1909 a dulux suite loved it the veiw was great no nasty music around the pool stayed 4 nights will come back again

I wasnt impressed with our stay here. The accommodations were bare minimum and the room has NO CHARACTER whatsoever. This place COULD be nice but its just not worth the money we paid. The balcony in the Angle King Oceanview is just big enough for one adult. The pools were so crowded with NOBODY practicing social distancing that I nicknamed it the Covid Stew. The parking is ridiculous also. Its a shared lot with a popular store, the hotel and a busy amusement park..more than once, after returning from dinner out, we were sincerely concerned that we werent going to be able to find an open spot. It was horrible. This was NOT worth the almost $1000 we paid for 4 nights and we came close to finding a different resort. We wont be returning to this hotel.

A great place to stay while visiting Myrtle Beach. They have heated indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and an inside lazy river along with being ocean front. Most of the rooms are on the small side and some need to be updated on the decor front, but overall a relaxing place. Its close to grocery stores and restaurants as well.

People let there kids run wild here ! And the staff doesnt care that ramdon kids hurt kids in there pools and the security guard is just for show they do nothing about it

This was a great place to stay...room was clean atmosphere was pleasant and close to walking to foods and convenience store. Pools were nice and beach front was nice.

This is our second time staying at The Sandy Beach Resort and we loved it! Staff is friendly and attentive. Location is perfect walking distance to the boardwalk and many shops and places to eat. Accommodations are clean and spacious.

Great location! Close to everything and amazing pools, hot tub and lazy river! We got a decent price on ocean view one bedroom. (Side note) I work in commercial construction industry building and remodeling hotels. It seems that the side we were in may have been the original hotel before an addition. All the furniture was newer as with the appliances and bathroom fuxtures. Everything appeared to have new coats of paint as well, but the room was in need of a deep cleaning. And the electric updated. Nothing worth complaining about but also not getting the fifth star. We stayed during Bike Week, it was extremely busy/ packed and except for the parking across the street we enjoyed our stay very much. Sunrises were spectacular and even found a bunch of sharks teeth on the beach!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The kitchen area has everything you could need. Great for families several pools, hot tubs, lazy river, childrens area. Close to every thing including amusement park.. Staff extremely friendly..

Beds and shower are nice, staff is friendly. Absolutely fantastic view! Rooms could use some touch up. Stove/oven is electric which is fine but...the burners are all off center and wont sit right anymore. Pots, pans and silverware are already in the room. Some of the pots need retired desperately. TV remote barely works and is missing the back. I feel like everything I touched in here was near breaking point. With that being said the price was right.

Appreciate the rooms and the view. If you are Covid- aware you will want to beware. While expensive signs are placed in a couple places, there are no reminders when you check in nor are there reminders in the elevator— so people pretty much disregard any kind of social distancing in tight spaces. Easily avoidable with good management

Slightly dated but was very clean upon arrival! Each pool was at a different temperature to suit everyone. Check in was quick towels are cheap but overall a nice place to stay.

Wonderful clean and a lot to do. Wonderful location

Very disappointed with this hotel. Plumbing was outdated with not enough pressure. Carpet was dirty and strained. Rooms and hallways had bed smell. I think due to poor lighting, very dark in the bedroom and bathroom people cant see how dirty this place really is. In the bathroom we also had a cracked tile that a potential safety hazard since little kid can hurt himself.

Fantastic staff, wonderful room, the pools looks like fun
