We loved our stay at Paradise! We stayed in the four bedroom condo. We had everything we needed, the staff was great, and housekeeping was super friendly! I searched for information on what the kitchen was stocked with prior to our trip and that was hard to find. So here it is: The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the items you will need including a toaster, blender, large coffee pot, electric can opener, and one each paper towel, wash cloth & hand towel .You will need to bring your own oven mitts (unless youre okay with using a towel) and I brought my own dishwasher tabs and laundry soaps. I do know that liquid dish soap is available from housekeeping as well.Im typically not super picky as long as the place is clean, but this condo far exceeded my expectations. It was actually better than the pictures posted online. I cant wait for our next trip to Paradise!

The facility is average and everyone relied on the Covid threat to deny services. Restaurant had limited choices and was only open for breakfast and lunch. Housekeeping did not replace hand towels even when called. DVD player had issues and tech support took remote after fixing. Covered parking is limited. Beds were of low qaulity but sheets were clean. We had a funky smell in the room the first 24 hrs. Kids liked the Lazy River but pool got a little chaotic with up to five balls flying around at one point.There are no Personal Watercraft rentals on site as advertised. Bathrooms were clean.

Our 3 night stay was awesome--Sat. thru Monday night in Nov. It was very peaceful and we mostly just sat on the balcony and looked at the ocean and read. The room was clean though worn a bit; shower seemed to be brand new. All employees were very friendly and helpful, especially the servers in Sandals. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We only ate one other meal each day since the breakfast was so big. The lazy river was down for repairs while we were there which was disappointing. I feel they need more hand sanitizers on the pool deck (inside and out) since we are in the middle of a pandemic and they cant be expected to clean a lounge chair every time someone sits on it. The blaring music that was playing on the pool deck was annoying the afternoon we arrived. We would have preferred to just hear the ocean. We enjoyed listening to the karaoke from our balcony on Saturday night. That being said, we plan on going back in January or February. It was a great change of scenery in the midst of covid 19.

A roach was on the pillow and trash a can soda and a napkin was behind that bed. And the cleaning lady,said she was Sorry.when the bug man came to spray.But otherwise my familys of 40 ppl on different floors truly enjoyed our selves.check in 10-7 to 10-12 in the PH on the 20thFloor. 3 bedrooms,2 full bath.nice kitchen and living room.will return.

View from the 12th floor was spectacular! Rooms were spacious and clean. We had great weather while visiting and enjoyed our drinks from the Tiki Bar while sitting on the beach.

Dirty appliances and service was horrible. House keeping was the only staff that was nice. Stove door fell off and had to hold it up with a chair. Front desk did not recommend that but had no other options, the door would have broken off and the glass would have fallen out. HORRIBLE!!! Will never book this hotel again, not for what I paid and service was terrible.

Stayed here when it was my first time going to Myrtle Beach, and the experience I had with this hotel is unforgettable. Great view of the beach, comfortable bedding, an amazing pool and hot tub, great customer service, and its right next to the beach.

Wanted a nice stay for a weekend. Very clean and inviting. Walls were very soundproof if that matters to you. Motorcycles all over but i didnt hear a thing. Parking was a bit tough for a larger vehicle but not a game changer. Lot across the street was available. Only reason for 4 stars is i didnt do much outside of my room so cant really tell you about that.

I absolutely loved my stay here. From the beautiful ocean view to the multiple pools and hot tubs and lazy river, this is one of the most magical places I have visited. It fun for the entire family. Looking forward to my next visit. It is definitely worth the 5 hour drive from my home.

My wife and son traveled 8 hours to be at our favorite place to vacation...Myrtle Beach. Paradise Resort made that stay even better. From the twelfth floor view of the ocean, to the pool, and friendliness of the staff, plus the room was huge, and comfortable we couldn’t have asked for more. Even during a pandemic Paradise came through. I would highly recommend Paradise for anyone looking to have a very comfortable, and memorable vacation...we did for sure.

Shiann provided impeccable customer service. She was very professional, very polite and cares very much about how we viewed her Resort. She took ownership in pleasing us as customers. The ladies cleaning the room were very efficient and clean and very professional. Also Josh remembered to place our names on the resort board which made our leaving amazing

This resort was amazing. We booked the 3 bedroom condo. It was spacious and just as advertised. We had an amazing time. The kids loved the pools, lazy river and the adults loved the hot tubs. Great place to stay.

Relaxed and comfortable; close to the beach. Plenty of room for a family. Two things we noticed: room smelled like food when we first walked in as if it hadnt been cleaned between reservations and bugs (dragonfly and candlefly) in room, possibly from balcony. We had our own disinfectant. Did not take away from our day at the beach.

This place was just ok. Booked this property at the last minute for a 4night family vacation. The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious and was easily able to accommodate our party of 9 (3 under age 6yrs). Front desk and staff was very friendly and was very helpful with assisting us with all our needs. The booking site we used rated this property as excellent (which is why we booked) and pricing was very fair. Only things we did not like was the beds (they were very hard) and the bathrooms and vents in the rooms were not clean enough for our liking. This place would have received 5 stars if it was just cleaner.

The king deluxe room we had was perfect. Clean and spacious. It had a washer and dryer as well. There were hand sanitizers by every floor elevator as well as other places around the resort. Downside..the parking garage is the pits. Spots were designed for matchbox cars. There are poles and walls that making backing out of a spot a 3 to 4 attempt maneuver. There is barely room for one car to pass another in and out. The pool karaoke is so loud one cannot sit on their patio to enjoy the sounds of the surf. I know were in a pandemic, but why is the cafe only open till 10am...folks need lunch and dinner too. Staff has been helpful and kind.

Great location and room. Overall nice hotel. Unfortunately, the Tiki Hut and restaurant were not open except for our first day. But the issue we had that will cause us to stay away unless corrected was...The constant smell of Marijuana being used was crazy. I witnessed it being smoked by an individual in the pool with a Baby in hand. I raised the issue to staff and no one seemed to care.

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed the Paradise Resort. We will return again and will recommend this facility. Every employee was very friendly and made me feel at home.

Smelled terrible throughout the hallway and room was very dirty too! My husband told front desk. staff told us they can give us air freshener. We have to check out even tho we didn’t get money back. We post staying one night but we have to checked out move other hotel. It’s disgusting hotel i never seen before!I do not recommend this place and not be back!!!

It was beautiful and amazing! Mostly we loved it. There was only one flaw, the elevators were down for an hour and a half and we were stuck in the garage. Otherwise it was fantastic!

We were placed on the top floor after requesting something closer to the ground. They claimed there was nothing else. We looked on the internet and found rooms lower down. We had to show this the man at the desk before he would do anything besides say there was nothing.Extremely poor customer service.

The room was good, we had issues with the toilet, but the service was pretty good and fast. I called for help and in less than 5 minutes I had someone at the apartment fixing it.The wifi was great. I noticed that there was an access point inside the apartment, which makes it very stable and with no issues to access the internet.The apartment was very comfortable and the oceanfront view was great. However, was practically impossible to stay at the balcony because at any time there was a smell of smoke from cigarettes and weed. During the night it was worse, but it happened during the whole week, at any time. The hotel should do better to enforce the non-smoking rule.Another negative point is that at few times there was no towel at the pool area.Some aspects of security could be improved. Several areas can be accessed without a key. Even having the pool bracelet, most of the people were not wearing that and nobody ever questioned me for a week while using the hotel facilities.The staff was always courteous and friendly.In general it was a good experience with a great cost-benefit.

Our room was clean and decorated nicely. The heated pools were very nice and the variety of hot tubs prevented them from being too crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only improvement would have been stricter enforcement of the no smoking policy on the pool deck. As a pregnant woman and mother of a 5 yro it was hard for us to fully enjoy the lazy river and hot tubs due to other guests smoking near or in them. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would reccomend!

Very reasonably priced. Room was clean and very nice. This is our first time staying here, but we will definitely be staying again. The downside is the parking garage is only 4 stories and small.

On August 14, 2020 we checked into the paradise resort hotel. On the first day, the was Rice and food residue on the floor. Later on that night after the first problem was corrected, we tried to watch TV in the living room and realized the TV was broke. After calling the front desk, the took out the TV and replaced it with a new one, in which took along time to do. The next morning while trying to reheat some left overs in the microwave, we noticed the inside was full of rust with pictures to show. The front desk had someone to fix the microwave, but he later broke the knob on the stove and left a mess over the floor. we was asked to leave the room to allow room service to clean the room. While doing so, she spotted a roach behind a desk in the room and we together took pictures and once again I was asked to leave the room to allow her to clean again. Later that day, the vent that was placed right over the sink start to condensate over my head and found mold on the kitchen utensils with picture to provide. The couch wasnt clean with hair still on it. There were cigarettes on the out patio. Overall, we had an awful time staying in the Paradise Resort.

I almost cancelled my reservation here several times leading up to our trip, but the good reviews changed my mind. I wish they hadn’t!Upon check in, I realized that the ocean view room I had booked was an obstructed View, side room. In all fairness, I should have booked an ocean front room to get to what I wanted. The website is a little misleading, but I chalked it up to being my fault. The front desk said that they would change my room if there were no shows, but I would have to call back myself to check. I decided it wasn’t necessary.The lazy river was anything but inviting. It was fast moving and incredibly cloudy when it was shut off at night. For my own health, I decided it was best to be avoided, especially after I saw a cockroach at the pool area.Due to the virus, house keeping was limited to towel and trash service unless you made a request for more. That would have been fine if they had ever done the trash service. The second day of our stay I had to call and request fresh towels. There was no where in the bathroom to hang them up, so it was hard to reuse towels. I got towels about 45 minutes later. When we returned from dinner, we found a bag of towels crudely thrown inside out room.On the second day, I called and requested that our room be cleaned. The whole reason we chose this hotel (the term resort is misleading. It’s a hotel with a pool and dirty lazy river.) instead of a condo was for house keeping. I was told I would have to call back to schedule it before noon the next day. They were unable to schedule it then. I did so. As we were leaving for lunch, a housekeeper stopped me and yelled down the hallway asking if I really wanted a full cleaning or if towels and trash service would be okay. I explained to her I would really like fresh bed linens and a vacuum as there was sand everywhere despite our best efforts.When we returned from lunch, we found our same sheets in the best, just it was made. I had to call the front desk again and they explained that they didn’t have fresh sheets at the time m. When we returned from the beach to get ready for dinner, we did find everything completed and clean.One day our keys randomly stopped working when we came back from the beach. I had to go down to the lobby, in my wet bathing suit, and was mainly just thankful I had thought to being my ID down to the beach to get new keys.The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The room was dated. The air conditioning struggled to keep up and desperately needed cleaning. It smelled very musty.When I pulled out of the parking garage and into traffic, I was disgusted to find a cockroach crawling over my car. Thankfully it was on the outside.Jane was the only friendly staff member I encountered on our trip.

Everything was what I expected. The kitchen had everything I needed expect salt and pepper no biggie. Everything was nice and clean. They need brooms and dustpan in the rooms for when the kids bring sand in. Other than those small things the room and stuff was wonderful. I would recommend this place.

For 2 days I have tried calling to ask about my reservations and the automatic line hangs up on me with any option I make. I have also tried teaching via online but my reservations cant be found even with a conformation number and I have already paid for half.My reservations starts on 5/10 and I need to check a few things and am starting to regret booking your hotel. I have the oceanfront queen suite for 3 days 2 nights that might have been extended and extra day/night with 2 adults 2 children. However Im not pleased already with the way you are conducting business and may decide I need to go with a more reliable hotel to better suit my needs if you cant even handle being a leader to check reservations.This trip is for a special needs, autistic child who graduates this year, never had been to the beach, and now due to virus circumstances can not walk with his class, and his best friend, his cousin. We wanted to go when it was not as busy due to his condition and howl mass groups as in tourist seasons would overwhelm him.This was to be a special time for him and we chose your hotel for the wonderful reviews, the beautiful views, accommodations (as in the indoor and outdoor pool in case weather and virus limited us access to the actual beach) and location.Me and my partner were very excited for this trip and now are second guessing everything due to this.Please assist me and reassure me that this is not a problem and can be handled accordingly so we can make this 17 year old boy, who made it all thru school with such special needs that most would have given up, a once in a life time experience, and know that this trip that could be wonderful is all for him because of his achievements even with his condition, that he accomplished. We went for a week and had an amazing vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful. They fixed any problems we had immediately. The condo was wonderful. Even with hit and miss weather and a hurricane we had the best vacation. Well come back!

Overall we had a very good experience. Some updates to furnishing and maintenance to the bathroom cabinet is all that was needed. The pools were always busy but that was to be expected with the weather. The lazy river was nice and warm which was perfect after going in the ocean or when the hot tubs were full. We really enjoyed having the beach right outside the hotel and being able to go between the pools and the ocean.

We had a room for 3 nights. Checked out after the first night and got a different hotel. This place was gross. Found 2 cockroaches in the room and the staff told us it was common and blew it off. which it’s not common in the rooms and is unacceptable. Plus the whole 10th floor smelled of weed. Will not recommend this place and not be back.

After experiencing a pitiful excuse for a hotel elsewhere in Myrtle Beach, I canceled my plans and booked Paradise. It IS the true meaning of the word not only by the over-whelming service of the team (Janet at the front desk), but also the very high standard of cleanliness and organization of the property. You definitely get value here!

Nice, clean hotel. Professional, kind staff especially Janet. Good rooms for a good price. It was a little annoying that sometimes people would just blast their music from the balcony, but that has more to do with them being inconsiderate and disrespectful as it can be hard for the hotel to regulate that with many other things going on. Sometimes people are just expected to be considerate and respectful of others in the area. Also, housekeeping were unprofessional a couple times, one of them would blast music from their phone while in the hallway and I could hear it from my room. Another time one of them was talking so loudly on the phone on loudspeaker! Very unprofessional, but it was only two occasions.Overall, will definitely stay here again when in Myrtle Beach again.

We have stayed here four times. Every time we stay we have had a good experience. The rooms are clean and there is plenty of room for all of us. The view is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that the pool water feels like bathwater. With the weather being so hot, it would be nice if there was someway they could cool the water. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

The resort is nice and the location is great. The building itself feels older. Our room had issues with the ceiling fans not working, the bathroom fan would stick and not turn for a while then it would start spinning while making a terrible noise. Overall it just feels dated.

I went on vacation with my best friend and we decided to stay at the paradise resort. The staff was friendly and professional. They included breakfast with our stay. It was located pool side on the lower level. They had a lot of choices, including coffee, juice and fresh fruits. We stayed in one of the suites with ocean view and balcony overlooking the ocean. The resort is beach side with great access. The weather wasnt the best for the stay because of tropical storms. However we still decided to extend our stay and the staff did everything to accommodate us. Weve stayed previously and enjoyed the resort at those times as well.

We arrived here yesterday at 2pm. We were told check in was 3pm. We did not get our room until 430 so we sit in the parking garage with groceries and kids in the car the entire time. Once in the room the cleanliness is just ok. Nothing to be proud of. The beds are absolutely HORRIBLE! The kitchen is not properly equipped even tho I was told a week ago when I called to make sure and was told it would have everything we would need. Then tonight as we were leaving the pool around 830 I picked up chairs that people had left sitting everywhere and 2 pair of sandals and put them in the lost and found box. 30mins later security is at my door saying a lady complained about her sandals missing and they watched video and seen me pick them up. They obviously assumed I had stolen them and automatically quit watching the video and came to my room. Where if they had continued watching the video they would have seen me put them in the box. So I was basically accused of stealing a 5$ pair of shoes in front of my children. If I could get a full refund and go elsewhere I would we have 6 nights left and 1300$ invested in this hotel. We visit Myrtle Beach every year but we will not visit this place again! Spend your money elsewhere!

Spacious room. Courteous staff. Alot of kids visited the weekend i was there (11/13-11/15) but otherwise enjoyed myself! Also it was my bday and the tiki bar was open with a live dj!!! Will be returning!

The staff at Paradise Resort were friendly and the amenities were wonderful. However, it is unlikely that we would stay there again. My husband and I have been going to Myrtle Beach for 25 years, and this was our first stay in which we had items stolen from us at the pool area. The resort needs better security. The resort was not as family friendly as we had hoped.

This was my first time visiting Myrtle Beach and this resort exceeded my expectations! I stayed from 08-Jun-2020 to 11-Jun-2020. My room was clean and very roomy, and was on the Penthouse floor (floor 20). The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They made my party feel comfortable.The beach is steps away with easy access. Lots of water activities, they have a lazy river and several pools and hot tubs to enjoy.My only suggestion is to improve the wifi, it seemed slow my whole visit.I cannot wait to return on my next visit. Thanks Paradise our trip was awesome!

Had roaches in our first room and a leaking fridge. After moving into our third room during our 5 day stay, Front desk upgraded our room to a two queen deluxe. Elevator was so packed even though there’s 4. So if you’re checking out do it earlier or else you’re going to be waiting 30 minutes or more. Room does have a nice ocean front view, the kids did enjoy the hotel pool.

This was our first time staying at the resort and it was wonderful! Very friendly staff, comfy beds and you CANNOT beat that view!!!!!! I stayed on the 8th floor and had breakfast on the balcony every day, listening to the waves. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not five was that the parking garage has too few spaces-- it was always a bit of a struggle to find a spot! Otherwise, it was perfect!

Last minute trip over memorial day weekend. It was the perfect spot for our family with two toddlers. It’s nice they have rooms with the doors that actually close to the bedrooms. The whole room could have used a more thorough cleaning, especially the floors. Beach is just right outside and pool areas are a bit small but worked just fine. The area is not the nicest, but if you are just planning on staying in the hotel and at the beach it’s a great deal.

My husband and I stayed at this resort during pandemic. They followed their safety guidelines as well. We’re from Albany,Ga and this resort was worth the travel. We will most definitely be returning and bringing others with us. Great stay with oceanfront view️

Best resort I found! No bugs! Full kitchen with a washer and dryer! Our family was very happy with our stay here and hope to return in the future! Love the Oceanfront view and the pools, lazy river and hot tubs!! Quick and easy check in! All the employees I talked with over the phone before and also during our trip were so nice and helpful! The pool was absolutely disgusting. Murky and so much untreated bacteria that there were filmy clumps everywhere in the water. Tons of floating dead bugs. I notified several staff. All were friendly but nobody did anything. Total health hazard!! We kept to the beach. Huge disappointment.

Was a nice place but dont allow golf cart parking on site. Probably wont go back as there are other great places nearby.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Paradise Resort. And thats what it felt like...paradise. I had a two bedroom condo that also had two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and double balconies. It even had a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Everything was beautiful. The service was exceptional. I didnt have to be out on the beach (one day was overcast with off and on showers) to enjoy it. I just sat on the balcony and watched the ocean. I highly recommend Paradise Resort to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

Negative: To many adults running pool took over kids had no where to play crowds and crowds of blacks jumping, diving, hollaring, swearing was not a good atmosphere for kids at all anytime of day they control the pool area .....

No complaints at all!! We had a deluxe room, so it had a washer and dryer. We were steps from the beach with gorgeous views!! Will definitely stay again!

Veteran on Veterans day.Just checked in.Happy Veterans day and your welcomeTried to upgrade room but desk not very accommodating. Guess we will be going elsewhere in the future.

Positive: Just a nice friendly family atmosphere.. second time here and my third is already booked.. looking forward to it💚💚 Negative: Only the fold down bed... that mattress is horrible.. ok for a child, but not an adult with a bad back.. other than that I love this hotel

Really nice and big rooms felt like home

The rooms were nice, and luckily sound proof. The whole week we were there, there were people blaring music from their balconies. The elevators were, well, we took the stairs 90% of the time so take that for what you will. The hotel smelled like weed every day, which I understand is hard to regulate, but that doesnt make it any better.

Great resort. Very friendly staff and clean. We loved staying here!
