Met friends here for the weekend. We asked for a handicap accessible room but none of the rooms are truly ADA compliant (we were told that upon making reservations). The room was close to the handicapped parking and fairly large, though there are no hand rails or lowered light switches. A person who requires wheelchair space may not maneuver well in the room without some assistance.Registration was quick and easy. The rooms seemed updated and had a turquoise and coral beach theme. Our air conditioning in the bedroom had to be reset but the maintenance guys came quickly. One of the rooms we booked had a stand alone walk-in shower, the other had a standard shower/tub combo. The room and linens seemed clean, though we did our disinfecting just to be sure.While packing our car, we realized our car needed a jump. Clayton, one of the maintenance workers, very quickly retrieved his personal jumper cable/box and helped get us on our way. His show of hospitality for exiting guests was greatly appreciated.Overall we enjoyed our stay and the view from our rooms. We would stay here again (just not during bike week).

The 3 bedroom condo was amazing, very clean, loved the oceanfront sun rises, the sounds of the ocean late at night when the beach is quiet was so serene. However the last day of my stay I had to downgrade because the condo was unavailable and it was a huge difference. Looked at two different rooms and they could not compare to the condo. Ill go back but I only want that condo

This was a nice clean area. Did not experience any problems. Having starbucks on ground floor was awesome. Me and my family took pleasure of visiting each day . We had 2 -3 oceanfront condos . Really enjoyed the change. Nicely up grade furniture and it was clean. Very happy.

If you want the amenities, this is the place for sure.If you want restful nights; you May want to skip.I’m not sure who thought building a resort around the parking garage was a good idea, but I can testify it was not. The door slamming alone is enough to jar you awake and maybe give you a mini heart attack.A little dated & our room had a musty smell.

This resort was a very nice stay. The room was a very decent and spacious size. It was clean and equipped with a kitchenette and cookware. There was a nice ocean view from the side of the balcony. The cost was not overly expensive, the parking was free, and everything my family and I could imagine on a resort was there, from several pools to nice restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Rooms updated and modern. Nice indoor / outdoor pools and hot tubs. Great dining room with excellent prices. We try to stay there a couple times per year and highly recommend it.

This was my first time ever staying here! I stayed for thanksgiving with my family. I booked reservations over the phone & paid in full I would not have to pay when I got there. Nothing! Was the way it was supposed to had been. I got there & had to pay additional money which I had already previously paid! I got up to my room it was supposed to had been a 2 BR condo & was NOT!! It was supposed to had been ocean front view but it was more like parking lot view! The room power on the left side didn’t work so I couldn’t charge any of my devices the first night! I was supposed to had 2 days of free breakfast & I had to pay! When I approached the front desk I was told I got 25% off my room instead of free breakfast which I did not receive!! This was the worst place I have ever stayed in & will NOT I mean EVER be staying again!

This time I took my wife and kids and it was perfect for them. We booked the 3 bedroom, Ocean View room that has everything you need. Fridge, Oven, Washer/Dryer. The price and location make this a great place to stay. The new decor in the rooms is beautiful and feels very beachy. We booked directly online for this trip and the pricing was very reasonable.With a Starbucks in the hotel, River City Cafe next door and Turtle Bay cafe there, you never have to leave the hotel. Pools, Jacuzzis and a lazy river. Then play a few holes of Putt Putt. Its clean and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback was the smell of refer (Pot) when sitting out on the back patio. I guess other guests were smoking out back and it spreads over the balconies.I organize a trip with 20 golfers every year and this is the place we stay also. The 3 bedroom rooms are perfect for us, each golfer gets their own room. Breakfast is great, even with the covid distancing in place. The Turtle Bay Cafe is a hidden gem. The staff there is excellent and the chef is awesome. My wife left her purse there and Brandy turned it into the front desk the next day with nothing missing. A lot to be said for her.The beach there is very clean. Awesome views of the sunrise and watching dolphins play in the surf. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone organizing a golf trip to a couples weekend. You will not be disappointed.

Awesome experience! The beachfront 2 bedroom was comfortable and beautiful. It was perfect for all ages of kids that were with us with a putt putt golf area, lazy river, and water slides. With the pandemic, the food amenity options were slim but that was expected. A Starbucks coffee shop was right around the corner. Making our reservations with rep Jayme Bowman was exceptional. She made sure that everything was clearly explained, gave us a variety of options, and we were comfortable there were no hidden costs. We will ask for her the next time we book as we will certainly be coming back.

The New remodel is a good facelift. Helpful employees are doing their best to assist you with any issues. However, the bathroom remodel leaves you questioning why there are NO security/hand rails in the tub/shower areas. There are no skid strips in the bottom of the tubs/shower areas to prevent slipping! I can see may legal issues on the way unless this is corrected.

Beautiful rooms, group of six we got the 3brd condo partial ocean front on 8/21/20, full view towards the sea. Very clean, lots of towels. The restaurants on site are a big plus customer service is awesome and great Starbucks on lobby a plus! Thank you for an great mini weekend vacation.

Great housekeeping, decent time, BUT BIG safety concerns in the pool area I understand it was a bit windy but this should have never happened. First the ceiling panels fell into the lazy river almost hit my child and grandmother then whole window panels blew in causing a massive wind tunnel. Scared my child had to leave the area. When I brought it up to management all they did was thank me for bringing up to their attention. Never asked how my grandmother was nor my child. They are lucky no one was injured and that me and another guest retrieved the roof panel from the lazy river. If I could post pictures I would. They didn’t even close the pool. There are still people swimming. They don’t care. Terrible experience at the pool.

NEVER AGAIN! We stayed at Grande Cayman Resort this past weekend to attend a basketball tournament and were sorely disappointed & upset by the time we left. We paid an extra $80 for late checkout on Sunday. Upon leaving & returning to the room after only being gone for 2 hours.... we realized that SOMEONE HAD ENTERED OUR ROOM AND STOLEN SEVERAL ITEMS out of a packed bag & the refrigerator. We also noticed drawers had been opened as if someone was searching for valuables! Someone, likely housekeeping, entered the room with the intent to scavenge for items they wanted.... (sodas from the fridge, laundry detergent, very expensive insulated YETI cup, snacks, etc). I have to note, WE HAD NOT CHECKED OUT, the room was NOT cleaned, & there is a security video camera right above our door! Upon telling on-shift & housekeeping management, they were very slow to address our concerns, at times being confrontational, & reluctantly refunded ONLY the extra $80 we paid for late checkout.... barely the amount of the items missing. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!

Started coming here when Longbay resort went under new management and construction. I am so glad I did. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I love Gary with valet. He always takes great care of my vehicle. I visit MB at least 3 times a year and this is my new second home. Prices are very reasonable too.

I gave it a 4 rating because on the last 2 days of our stay I had to go into the towel room and get my own towels no maid was around & I didnt mind setting our trash & dirty towels outside the door, but they should also leave some fresh towels in a bag. Hotel was very clean & we loved it. Front desk could be a little more friendly, the blond skinny chick was kinda snooty. We enjoyed our stay. But as were leaving on Thursday theirs a DJ guy at the pool area doing some singing I wish had been there earlier in the week.

Quite sad seeing all these terrible reviews. This resort was an absolute pleasure to stay in. My room was oceanfront and just remodeled! They had an indoor and outdoor pool as well as plenty of hot tubs, they also had a lazy river. The food in the cafe was great, a little pricey but what can you expect? They also had a Starbucks in the hotel! The walk to the beach was less than a minute away. The staff was kind and helpful. No resort/hotel is perfect but my family and I enjoyed this one and will be returning!

Grande Cayman Resort from the size and quality of condo rooms is very nice. Staff is helpful.We have stayed here (Longbay Resort) for many years and have always had good experiences.Food service has been outstanding. This year the food has been low quality. Additional focus on cafe meals is needed.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. We had a 3 bedroom suite that was beautifully decorated. The balcony was large with a perfect view of the pool area and beach/ocean. With all the water amenities and a quick, easy beach access we never felt crowded or unable to social distance. Staff was very friendly. Will stay here again.

I was there for a job interview, the management and staff seemed invested in the resort. Things seemed organized and playful. I spoke to the GM briefly and she was professional and friendly. I encourage everyone to stay here, I think you will enjoy it and see a major improvement in its amenities.

This resort was awesome. I actually booked a queen suite and when I arrived they upgraded me to an ocean front 3 bedroom condo. The view was awesome and the pools were great. We had a great time and I will definitely book here again. Thank you.

Well after booking our room for a extended stay at the MB we chose here. For a nice relaxing weekend. We payed for a ocean front room in advice and once we arrive we received a room over looking a parking lot and pool. This is NOT was part of the plan. The gentleman advise me that the we would be on the 10th floor. Will probably not book with this hotel again. Especially since you don’t receive what you paid for

Nice place stayed in a 3bdroom condo and only have 1 8 inch frying pan minimal cookware.

There is a lot to do here at the hotel. Easy access to the beach. Our room however half of the outlets didnt work, and the balcony door required hulk himself to close it. Just minor fixes. Over all I liked the hotel, pools and staff was very nice. Our housekeeper was awesome though!

The location was ideal. The distance from the pool to the water was surprisingly short. There are several pools and multiple hot tubs spread out on the property. My daughter reserved an amazing penthouse suite that had its own separate entrance with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, living room and washer/dryer. Hotel staff were friendly and quick to serve.

Great resort even though I room wasnt ready when we arrived. They made up for it with a voucher to use while we were there. Our room was very clean and the front staff was very nice. I will be going back again.

Always so friendly, clean and inviting!! Food is great as well!! They give you little muffins as a starter!! They roast their own coffee!!

The best deal, and my family liked this resort. We got two rooms connected with a kitchen that is facing a water-park pool, and it is pretty clean, just like new. Hopefully, the management will keep it up. I definitely will check this place first whenever I go back for my family vacation. The only concern that I have is there was no cleaning service, perhaps due to Covid-19, which is okay, but we only had one bathroom tissue for booking four nights and one extra trash bag in each can. When I asked the cleaning service, they seem not speaking English and did not seem happy to hand out bathroom tissue; why? Am I supposed to use a towel instead of the tissue and put the trash directly into the trash can instead of using a trash bag?

We had a three bedroom suite. The room was beautiful, updated and clean with great beach views. My complaints would be that check in was supposed to be at 4pm but they didnt get us into a room until after 5pm. Also, they had signs saying that mask are required in the indoor common areas but they didnt enforce the rule. I can understand the beach and pool but there were so many people not wearing mask in the lobby, elevators and restaurants.

The hotel was the best place Id stayed at! Everything was clean! The Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of pools for the kids and adults the waterslide was a ton of fun! I liked that they had a Starbucks and a restaurant called Turtle Bay cafe the food was amazing! It was close to everything and we had an amazing ocean front view! I would definitely stay there again!

The rooms were clean service was great. People were friendly as rar as the resort goes but the bar on the 2nd floors food of a night was sloppy and awful. Had the buffalo shrimp rap and it was so drenched in the worst buffalo sauce ive ever had that i soaked it up in paper towels and could literally ring the sauce out of the paper towel. Could not eat it at all. Other than that the accommidations were great.

If you stay here make sure you don’t leave anything behind!Apparently thieves work there or stay there as I left a bag filled with my children’s clothing and no one seems to know what has happened to it..Pay a little extra and stay somewhere where you can feel comfortable that the employees and or guests will not steal your things!

Our first hotel was not ideal. We were lucky to find vacancy here and our stay was amazing! The suites were all updated and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing! Super clean, wonderfully friendly staff. The Grand Cayman will be on our list for our next visit!

We have stayed here 3 times just this year. Just tried to book our 4th stay for November. Was seeing one price.. was fine with the price until I went to complete the booking! No way the total price can jump up $300-$400 within 5 seconds. I have it screenshotted the nightly rate it gave me for those dates. They dont want to honor what I showed them it was showing me on their site.. Done giving this place my business. Sad thing is we love it here

Fun Hotellazy river, water slide and kiddie waterpark, large pools, several hot tubs. lazy river and 2 hot tubs are covered if you want to stay out of sun. pools close at 11 p.m.tiki bar beside pool was mostly closed. italian ice poolside for $4All rooms will have a view of the ocean. rooms are very spacious and very easily accessable from where you park. you can literally park right outside of your room.dvd rental, convenient store, cafe, starbucks, daily activity for kidslocation is central. Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Ferris wheel is a couple of miles south and North Mrytle Beach is a couple of miles north.Everything you need is within a couple of miles.staff were kind and checking in was easy.Housekeeping is not cleaning rooms due to covid 19. they will replace towels and take trash.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was had was OK. It was clean and oceanfront but nothing spectacular. They could update the sofa bed mattress, make a few minor repairs, and update the furniture. The door to the room is facing the parking deck so we heard every horn, yell, scream, engine rev there was. The doors also slam very loudly. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing this fathers day weekend. They have a lazy river, 2 hot tubs, and 4 pools(including kiddie). There was music, dancing, and pure fun. I didnt try either restaurant because of the mixed reviews. Easy access to the beach.

The room had no working phone,door stop was position wrong,you could only open door a little over half way,entrance door, bathroom door was set wrong had to litterly turn side ways to shut door and toilet paper hanger was where you had to be a contortionist to get it,breakfast was a joke,no bacon no biscuits or gravy and still charging full price,waitress was excellent, elevators only worked half behind,waited 6 minutes sometimes when no one was using them,the place needs maintenance up keep,very disappointed, last resort we stayed at here three weeks ago was twice as nice for same place would never recommend this place to any body,will never return to this resort also said they would as address phone issue but never did,god forbid emergency call wasnt needed,because as use not everyone has a cell phone,was very very disappointed hope they get their issues fixed th when it would be an excellent place to stay because pool and beach were very nice, sincerely, Mr Lewis

1. Make SURE you request an Ocean Front... not an Ocean View! We requested an Ocean View and all we could see was the parking lot. 2. The parking is terrible!!! Not enough parking!!!

Nice view of the beach and that is it. It is crowded and the pool is open until really late so it gets really loud at night. The rooms are literally in front of the parking lot so you hear cars all the time speeding and beeping. The pool was full of party people all the time, it reminded me of spring break. If you are looking to relax and have a quiet getaway this is not the place to go.

They have really nice amenities. My family had a great time here. The resort is well organized and staff is attentive and responsive.

I stayed last weekend in a 3 bedroom condo. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Housekeepers are friendly, respectful. Room was great, it felt like home. They have sanitizers on wall by elevator on every floor. I brought my own Lysol spray and wipes, cleaned room and sprayed elevator. I’m a nurse have to get tested for Covid and came back negative. I will bring my family back again! My children 15, 8 loved it. Everybody who stayed there wore mask. I felt safe.

******BEWARE***** The stay was nice I have no complaints about the quality of room or cleanliness of room, but my debit card was double charged during my stay and it has been a nightmare trying to get it resolved. 1 week later and my issue is not resolved. My trip would have been a disaster if I was not with family, my account is still currently in the negative waiting for the resort to release a hold 1 WEEK LATER.Reading other reviews, this seems to be an issue. Please check your bank account after your stay.

Great renovations! I did feel rushed on check out day when housekeeping knock on my door several different times 3 hours before I had to actually leave. I thought that was rude. Other than that it was a great weekend getaway.

It was really nice. It has pretty much every thing you could want on a beach trip. Its not a 5 star resort by any stretch, but if you not bouji it is really nice and in a great location.

We have stayed here multiple times and all aspects of our stay have been great. Always appreciated the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet; it was always worth the $10.95 price. However, on our current visit the breakfast buffet was awful; cold food and 1 waitress working.

There wasn’t any staff circulating the pool/lazy river area to monitor the kids that were running, jumping, and not following rules. It would be nice to see some sort of patrolling even to make sure guests were comfortable. Tables were dirty with spilled food, and debris was everywhere. A fist-size rock was thrown from one of the balconies and almost hit people. Better staff prescience is needed.

Very dirty room. You can only have one parking pass even if you have 2 adults if your group. A child was bleeding all in the hot tub and around it and nobody cared. They allow people to smoke weed on the pools decks. Only good thing was the poolside bar

The rooms look great the new update looks really good we stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanfront. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the lady at the cafe restaurant near the pool was rude but i will say she was busy and looked very overwhelmed

We loved our 3 bedroom condo on the 12th floor. It was very clean. It was a beautiful condo with everything updated and fresh. Perfect ocean front view. We enjoyed the onsite restaurants and the restaurants nearby walking distance. Housekeeping was wonderful, they left us fresh towels and supplies at our door daily. All staff was friendly. Plenty of pools hot tubs. And even several games. Great parking in the parking garage. We will definitely stay here when we return to the area ..The only things we didnt like were there is someone near the front desk soliciting sales for whyndom,I am not sure why this is allowed at a non wyndham hotel.Also when the pool decks are very busy, some inconsiderate people will hog up the hot tubs for hours ( one family per hot tub because of covid) I think there should be a limit for each session because some people are just rude and inconsiderate...All in all we loved it and definitely recommend it

Our vacation plans changed due to the hurricane @ orange Beach alabama. We rented the 3 bedroom ocean view. Requested 4 to 6 floor, recieved 5th. Very nice clean. With 5 ladies 1 child, lots of trash and towels. We put them outside the door and they would replace them quickly. It was amazing time. We will be back.

We loved our stay here, The guy who checked us in was super nice and very helpful had a little mixup with the room we reserved but he explained, will definitely be staying here again!

Great budget place to stay, advertised as ocean view room but had to really stretch out over the balcony to see it. Hallways for rooms where dark and parking was very limited.

The hotel was so nice and clean. The staff was excellent. Special thanks to Alexies and the manager Venny, they both went above and beyond to make me and my sisters stay even better and more enjoyable. We all upgraded to the 3 room condo with there help and at a very good price. I would definitely be stay here again.

Will definitely recommend this resort to others. Hardwood floor in rooms, all white covers, spacious, and clean. Went during COVID-19 and they have restrictions on cleaning rooms so no one came inside and cleaned out room which I loved. You called front desk for towels and etc. They arrived quickly and everyone had excellent customer service!

I’ve booked a hotel three weeks in advance and they failed to tell me that you needed to be 21 to book a hotel I am 20 years old and my boyfriend is 24 and his license was sent in the mail to replace his Social Security so he did not have one so we could not get the hotel room and we drove six hours for them to just refund the hotel and tell us sorry. The manager did not even come out to talk to us I am very disappointed

Well, they charged me 186 a night in OCTOBER for 1 room, 2 ppl, while familys got 2 room suite for 100, then got worst room location they have. Be sure to ask if you will have to unload everything and carry it to and from room a very long waybecause cart wont go down steps. Neverr book through them they price gauge. We didnt get checked in until after 5 and registered at 2.Also, cheap coffee pot did not work. No wash rags or adequate quantity of t owels. Maid didnt even dump trash. For a resort Hotel stay at Carribean, Compass Cove. So much more for kids.Staff friendly, room clean and pillows are awesome.

If I could give zero stars I would! Room 1152 (Condo) has BED BUGS in the master bedroom! Did not want to refund us. We checked in Friday Oct.2 && was leaving at 2AM due to the bugs. Family trip ruined! Front desk was very unprofessional && rude under the circumstances told us we wasn’t supposed to get that room cause we’re “locals” will not EVER return!

Our room was immaculately clean, staff was friendly, no billing issues. If youre worried about COVID, try requesting a lower floor room. We did this and stayed on the 2nd floor, so we could use the stairs and never had to risk getting into a crowded elevator. Our room entrance also faced right to the parking deck, so we could unload without taking risks in hallways, etc. Almost none of the other guests were wearing masks, so you may want to be wary/keep yours on, but the hotel did everything in their power to keep it safe and their staff was 100% masked the whole time. And the facilities seem great, but we wouldnt risk being out in the pool area with 1000 unmasked people. The beach is right there though, and you can social distance to your hearts content. The drinks at the Turtle Bay Club are also delicious, they have great bartenders (only open until 9 though). Try the mudslide to go!

Remodeled rooms are really nice. If you use 3rd party booking site (Agoda) be sure to clarify room type at checkin. We reserved full ocean view room but after 5 hour wait, we were shown parking lot view. Another hour on phone & with staff, Savanah sorted us out and we got ocean front room. After that mix up, stay was great

Service was not good this week. A kid git a nose bleed in the sauna and they didnt close it or clean it.

Gorgeous rooms. Very spacious. Great layout. Hard beds but they weren’t lumpy. Pillows were amazing. Priced very high, but would definitely go again, just on off season. When they say fully equipped kitchens, they are not. However if you did need something they would do their best to find it for you. Don’t ever get sick on vacation because housekeeping will not clean it up. In fact they do not do much housekeeping at all. We where there for five days and they did not clean until the day we were leaving. When booking speak with Sonya she is absolutely the best and the only reason why we stayed at this resort. The man at the front desk Scott is a joke and a liar. We wanted to go on vacation and go to the pirate show. He said he could give us discounted tickets if we went to lunch to watch a presentation about the resort. Five hours later after listening to a time share they wouldn’t take no for a answer and then kept calling my phone after we left and tried to pressure me to buy. Five hours of wasted time away from my family. The pools were nice but not cleaned well at all. Hot tubs had way too much chlorine in them making it impossible o enjoy them. Lazy river was fun and it was close access to the beach. The beach was very clean. The cafe was closed and under construction as was the arcade. That was a bummer and when we were told breakfast would be comped they did not and tried to bill me. Needless to say we ended up cooking the whole time. all that matters is our family got time together . See pictures for their one breakfast we ate at their restaurant. Undercooked sausage causing food poisoning and corn beef hash mushy and soggy French toast. Sunsets phenomenal.

The amenities are ok inside of the condo. However, the common areas are filthy. There is constantly smoking on the balconies. The guest services/management does little to curb the excessive pot smoking throughout the entire resort. I was placed in a lower level room when my original room was not ready, it would have been nice to know they had booked parties in the banquet room directly next to mine.

Positive: Near everything. Great pools. Family friendly. Negative: Ocean view room means at 3am you can faintly hear it. No chance of seeing it from this ground floor balcony, that was really a bird feces covered patio. We used it, or the patio chairs provided to dry our beach and pool wear.

Love this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Not far from everything. Has a personal mini golf course, a couple of pools to relax in, a nice kiddie pool area with a water slide, a few Jacuzzis and a lazy river. Definitely staying here next time I go on Vacation.

Room Renovations are amazing. Very clean. Rooms are awesome. Front desk very courteous. Will be back.

The food is ok but the resort is beautiful! The ocean views are very nice.

I would have given this place a much higher rating if not for the lack of cleanliness and terrible service. We went the last 3 days of our stay having to ask for and retrieve our own bath towels because they stopped replacing the used ones. The first 2 days, they didnt clean our room, they only replaced the used towels. There was never a day in which they cleaned AND replaced the towels.That being said, we had a blast! The daily poolside entertainment had my entire family of 12 laughing and dancing every day. Not to mention the pools and slide were awesome and large enough that they did not become overcrowded despite the number of people out there. For this reason, Im bumping the rating up to 3 stars from what would likely be a 2.

We absolutely loved it here. Everything had been redone in our 3 bedroom condo and was super new and clean. Kids loved being able to rent free movies downstairs, loved the lazy river splash part pools and hot tub a, wished the big slide and submarine would have been open I think due to covid they hadn’t opened it yet. The tiki bar my husband loved being right by the pool and kids were able to go upstairs to the restaurant and get frozen daiquiris with whipped cream they thought were cool the beach is right outside the pool area and place to shower and wash feet. We will definitely be back here ️

Stayed here (hotel was under a different name) many times over the last 4-5 years and has always been a pretty good place (4/5) stars but now with the name change, this year is a bit of a let down.1. Upon arrival I learned there is no smoking on the balcony. Smoke-free facility. $250 fee! 2. While holding an arm full of luggage I found neither key would open the door. Sat my luggage at the door and went back to the desk. They reprogrammed the keys and went to find they still didnt work. Maintenance came and opened the door and left so Im still standing there with 2 inoperable keys. Tried calling the front several times but no answer. In order to go back to the office I will have to prop and leave door open in case the keys dont work a third time. So all this is within 1 hour of my arrival. Hopefully it will get better for the remainder of the stay. Well see....I will say the staff was friendly and helpful and even offered to refund my money but after the 4hr drive I dont really want to ride up and down the beach looking for a new place to stay. So a few issue but not too bad of a place to stay however as for the smoke-free facility, this will be my last stay here.

We had the worst experience ever, since it has been running under new management. We have been coming to Myrtle beach area for 16 years and never experienced such a unprofessional service. Completed reservation directly with the property and was told twice they will email us confirmation. When called the front desk they told us they cannot find our reservation. Had to wait until after 8:30PM to get into the room and multiple guests where standing around trying to get into the room. For six hours they have been telling us the room is not ready. Do not stay at this place, terrible customer service. Much better other properties to rent...
