The room was perfect, very comfortable bed and pillows. The bedroom had a ceiling fan. The countertop in the bathroom was spacious. Full kitchen including dishwasher. Dining room table and living room were adjacent to the Oceanfront balcony! One of the biggest plus was the rocking chairs on the balcony! I stayed a week and the elevators were always fast. This resort is smaller then most so that made it less crowded on the beach out front. I had such an awesome vacation staying here that I literally cried when I had to leave.

Soooo, I hope to be able to update the post with better feedback but its not starting off well. As pleasant as the staff is, for me, it does make up for the accommodations. Ive only been here a couple hours and have had two 2 big a** palmetto bugs in my room. For me its a roach so that was a bit of an adjustment. The only disappointment is that the room is dingy. For the pic of the stove door, I was able to wipe off most of that drop with a ramp paper towel.

We stayed here from Monday - Friday at the beginning of April. We found the place to be clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The pool is outside and small, easy beach access, and a grassy area with lawn loungers. The set up in the condo is a little strange but workable. Great ocean view. The unit doesnt have a washer and dryer, instead there is a laundry room that is available 12pm- 10pm. There isnt a hairdryer in the unit but they do have a couple at the front desk, you just have to go down and ask for it. There is no DVD player in the unit either (which was a problem for us only because of rainy days and nothing to do in the evenings at this time of year) there again they have some at the front desk. The DVD players dont have remotes. There is room for improvement at this condo but all in all nice place.

Nice staff. Adorable rooms. My only negative thing is the air flow in rooms. It isnt enough I slept on couch because the bedroom was just too hot. Only 1 car parking per room fyi.

Family orientated time share. I have been visiting off and on for the last 30 years. My Nana goes every year.Rooms are updated regularly and are clean and functional. There isnt crazy partying like South Myrtle. Not as busy as North Myrtle. Great view and practically private beach access. Nice yard, but bring your own chair and a tent is invaluable. No fancy water slides, nice pool with morning shade. Jacuzzi.Laundry, small workout room, game room available.When to compared to most it is a small hotel and parking is for 1 car. The benefit is that you dont have a long line at the elevator or the front desk. Or a million people at the pool, etc.I grew up running around this place every 4th of July. Its worth a try for the value.

Great place on the beach nice,quiet and very relaxing

We’ve been coming for over 10 years now and in the past 5-6 years, they seem to be doing a lot of their maintenance on this week, 42. It’s very disappointing to show up and have scaffolding on the ground by your back door, 2017. And this year, 2019, closed the pool on Tuesday afternoon for resurfacing. The pool was also being closed another year or two previously. We were not warned when booking, just handed a paper with the information when checking in. The ocean view is beautiful but the pool and hot tub are missed.

Resort staff is great! Clean condos and public areas. Dont take tour from management group.

I love love this resort. Its right on the beach. Close to everything. Staff were amazing. Im handicap and they saw to my every need. Im hoping to visit again soon.

Nice place... the golf and racquet part is misleading.... neither amenity is on the property. Nice property... newly painted most everywhere. Nice lawn and the beach is right there! Inside The kitchen cupboards either need to be painted or lined. They were old and stained and the particle board was chipping up onto the glassware, which were turned rim side down. Gross.... we 1st washed anything we used and never returned it to the cabinets.We loved the balcony, but the smokers around us left us having to vacate the balcony and close our doors because of the smoke drifting in. We get queasy having to smell it. This was quite a frequent occurrence. Would love to see maybe ½ of the units be completely non smoking.Would return, but maybe off season where we might be able to get an end unit up high where the wonderful breeze would take care of the cigarette smoke!Waiting to hear about retrieving something I left in the room.... was at the airport before it was discovered. Called right away, but haven’t heard back....

Close to the beach, easy access, good parking

BE SURE TO BRING YOUR HAIR DRYER! The one-bedroom condo on the beach was just what I needed. I was in Myrtle Beach, SC, for a conference and wanted a place to stay not too far but not at the conference hotel. The Beach House Resort fit my needs just fine. I was on the 8th floor so the view was fabulous.

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great views of the beach! The best part is that you are steps from the beach. Just be aware that these are time shares, so its possible your stay might get split into two different rooms. Meaning youll check into one room then have to move into another. This happen to us, we were surprised, but didnt mind. However, I can see this being an issue for some, so Id call them directly before booking to make sure you are staying in one room or not. Otherwise youll have a lovely time here.

Hallways need carpet ripped out or high velocity fans to help them dry or something. The smell that hits you is killer. Microwave was not cleaned and silver ware still had food on it. Front desk has you check in with sales person for condos at another place like its the next thing you are required to do to get to your room. Avoid that dumbness.

Needs a lot of updates. Staff are friendly. Best thing is its ocean front. Laundry room Isnt sufficient. Some rude lady pulled my damp clothes out of the dryer while I went up to get more change.

The Place is amazing and the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is nice, the room itself looks beautiful, great view of the ocean, great place to relax, serves breakfast and lunch, Amazing Gym, Awesome grills, and Great service.

I have been a timeshare owner of 3wks ((2wks being back to back)) since I was 18yrs old.. Im 33yrs old now and am enjoying this wonderful place with my kids and husband. I love everything about this place. Never an issue and we always look forward to next year when traveling home.Rooms are amazing. I love that theyre not constantly trying to repaint and update just to keep up with the Jones next door, if they were.. it would be a lot more expensive and it gives me a sense of feeling like they want a more affordable stay than having people rave over how soft the curtain is for your door. I plan on growing old with this building, and Lord willing, watching my grandchildren enjoy it just as much as my children do.

OK, first off this is primarily a time share resort, but they do rent out units on an availability basis. Ive been a time share owner here for almost 35 years, so Im biased, and I love this place. It is a converted hotel with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom all oceanfront units with full kitchens. It has basic amenities. Just enough if you want to come for a relaxing oceanfront getaway. There are oceanfront on-property lounge chairs as well as direct beach access. Yes, there is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. They do not provide pool or beach towels.

Go there every year. EVERY UNIT FACES THE BEACH and has a balcony. Not a lot of amenities. Pool, hot tub. Had a few housekeeping issues, but were taken care of.

Room is suitable for a couple. Any more than that, plan on being cramped. The rooms are dated. The customers that stayed here were quiet. The view is great. There is a swimming pool on the premises but it is 5.5 feet max. The parking spaces are tight so if you have an SUV that is something to note. Staff were mostly nice.

If you go in expecting basic, no frills youll be fine because it is FANTASTIC for being right on the beach & EVERYONE unit is beachside. Each unit has at least one balcony & pretty much all of the basic amenities one would would expect. Weve stayed at four & five star hotels and enjoy this every bit as much for the relaxation and ocean view.

Excellent staff and facilities. On the beach, just 50 feet to clean beach sand. Life guards on duty. And much much more.Wonderful place for vacation or just a get-a-way day or two or every year for 33 years as we have. See you next year!

I love the beach house! Its small, but cozy and the hot tub is great!

I wen in June 2019 and had someone break into the car. I think that they need better protection over the people that come to their resort or they might loose lots of people. Big shock!!!!

I have been coming here for years. The Beach House property is not very big. It is a more personnel experience than bigger resorts. There is a pool and beach side seating just right for the size. I dont have to fight a crowd to lay on the beach. I always have a fun and restful time here.

The Beach House was exactly what we wanted. Complete Oceanfront and very friendly staff. Condo was completely stocked with everything we needed. We will use this place again for our next trip.

Beds are simply firm. Pullout couch is excellent.baloon pool was fine and the storm declared the opening of the outside pool sooner. Quiet place to rest. Ideal location. Check out was hilariously inflexible, since they certainly not full.

We love the northern part of the strip, its more family friendly. The resort could use some maintenance (ex. the elevator floor), but our condo was updated and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the view was amazing!

This place isnt fancy, bit its homey and clean. My family has been staying here for 20 years, same room same week of the year. I love that this is the last resort before ocean front houses. We are able to enjoy a much less crowded beach than most other places. The beach house also offers kids activities all week and various activities that include adults too.

I have enjoyed my visit and its a very clean place. Everyone is ready to help you in any way they can. Its wonderful being right on the beach.

Nice place to stay. We check in for our week clean up alitte before we leave dont hear a peep from staff all week. They post daily things if you want to join in thats fine if not thats fone too

The Beach House was a great place to stay. Love the pool area where there was always a breeze so it was not too hot. Rooms are small but perfect for two people. Decor very nice. Loved the rocking chairs on the balcony. You could just sit back and rock and watch everything below. Was an easy walk to the beach and the puddles or pools were great for children. Location close to all needs. Staff was polite and helpful with any questions. Would go there again. Thanks for making my vacation a memorable one. MGB

Overall, the Best hotel I picked, we had an 8th floor 1 bdrm that overlooked the Atlantic Ocean. The room had everything we need plus extra, easy beach access and friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Major thanks to all. Well be back soon.

Very home like right on the beach.....perfect for families

Great for a couple. Top floor quiet all day and night. King side bed. Free parking and wifi. There is a full pull down bed and pull out couch. For me it would be too crowded but great if you go out all day. Full kitchen.And beautiful rooms. Corner Balcony is a very private. A great place to read a book enjoy the ocean without the crowds. Location is nice. Resort has TINY 1 bedroom condos. The door to the unit didnt even open fully because it hit the entertainment center armoire combo. You walk into a bedroom, then can make your way to the kitchen bathroom dining and living areas. Good to be on the beach. Activities were limited. Pool is small and not great for young kids as the stairs are tiny.

Just left the Beach House (week 31) and I wish I were back. Started coming here with family about 20 years ago and got my own unit 11 years ago. For the past several years we have been renting an additional unit so more family could join us! I really like the smaller facility with a real family feeling. Theres nothing real fancy or flashy but its quiet and peaceful every time I have been here. The beach is less crowded being farther up the beach and private homes are next to the south side. I dont think you can get closer to the ocean and they have a nice grass lawn in front if you prefer to avoid the sand or to play some games... not concrete and structures... a natural type of landscape. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful - a pleasure to see them on a yearly basis. No place I would rather stay at Myrtle Beach.

Not Amazing

No hair drier, noisy shower faucet, one pillow cover has couple of small dried blood stain on it, very limited bath tower. The condo interior very old, need a lot of updates. The only two positive things are, the condo is very close to the beach and the parking surface look new and nice.

Interval Worlds info shows all units having a balcony and a beach view. Those are the reasons we purchased a Getaway for last week. Turned out we had no balcony and no beach view. We looked out on the parking lot. Additionally, the two bdrms were shown as having queen beds, but my wife and I had to sleep in twin beds. Finally, the unit was dirty, with hairs on bathroom floor, dirty dining table chairs, and on our last day a huge cockroach on the bdrm floor. Although our week went to Saturday morning, wed had enough with the unit, and left Thursday morning. In my opinion, this resort should not be in IIs inventory.

Lovely units and property, but ALL of our linens (sheets, towels, etc.) had hair on them. We had to move to another unit for our final night because the owner was arriving, and the linens in that unit had strands of hair on them, as well. Its either one of two things - the rooms/linens are not properly cleaned/changed or the housekeepers need wear hairnets. Either way, its gross.

We got a really nice room here and it was super clean, always a plus! I dont know about anyone else but I thought it was a good place for my family and I. The kids enjoyed the pool while we enjoyed the hot tub I recommend this place if youre looking for something not too pricey.

We love the beach house, have been coming here for over 25 years with family and everyone is so friendly and its a great feel at home property. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome....will see you in July...

All rooms are Oceanfront. Deep balcony allows for plenty of room for rocking chairs. Our unit was not uber luxurious, but very clean. With bedroom door closed (teen son sleeping on pullout sofa), all of the A/C units cool air doesnt reach the bedroom, but ceiling fan provided all the cool we needed. We loved this place and will return.

Beds are a little hard, rooms a bit plain and not a huge fan of color choices. Great views, right on the beach, work out room, pool and hot tub, laundry, and all the rooms face the ocean.

Great location only 4 miles north of Boardwalk and Sky Wheel. Great, easy access to on the beach. Parking small but manageable. Room was small and outdated (looked like 80s) but was well stocked and very clean. The small, firm bed was located near front door, so expect to hear inconsiderate people at all hours walking by and talking. Also you can hear car doors opening and closing along with the locking/unlocking car alarms/horns from people going to vehicles all hours of the night. So if you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you to stay!

While I would say the building is a typical beach hotel, it was still all we needed. A short beach trip, unfortunate weather, but still a great time.Right on the beach, convenient to a few small restaurants, and quiet.We will probably book again!

The Beach House is a great place to stay. The staff are very nice and helpful. The beds are by far the worst ....lumpy hard small!!

I have been going to the beach house for 27 years this year. It is like a second home for me. The staff is like family to me. Will always love this place. In my opinion this is the best place to stay. Not crowded like other hotels. And is the perfect location because it is at the end of the chain of hotels so you have like ur own private beach so to speak. Cant wait to be there this weekend. Highly suggest if you are going to myrtle to stay at the beach house!!!!

It was a nice room. Didnt care for the first bedroom being right when you come in but overall a nice room

Perfect ocean view, 1 bedroom apartment comfortable for two adults as is the property, not much for kids but I dont need a lazy river, lol !

Appliances work, but are outdated. Right on beach. Rooms clean of any odor until you open sliding door to hear ocean and then neighbors smoke stinks up room. Grass is green, but dont go out on it for the dog poop no one cleans up from fake service pets. Laundry room is expensive as resort will Not exchange daily like Blue Tree Resort will. Nice and quite area of Mrtyle Beach. Wife and I agree if Blue Tree Resort is only a 4 star, then this is only a 3 star. Only 1 heated pool and 1 heated spa. Elevators do work. No golf and racquet club here. Just an old condo on the beach. No washer dryer in rooms. So outdated. Spectrum TV service went out in middle of shows. Has potential if they would put money into improving rooms. A/C is not central so located in bedroom outside wall. We made due for our week exchange through DAE. Atlantic Ocean is pretty here.

My place to get closer to GOD! I can look out at the ocean and talk to my HEAVENLY FATHER and feel at peace and feel that I am having my alone time!

Loved the fact that it was right on the beach, and everything was very close. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean.

The property was older. Didnt have usual hotel amenities. No maid service, no shampoo, no hair dryer. Wi-fi did not connect for most of the stay. I would rate this a 3 out of 5.

Beautiful ocean front so five stars for that. But the furniture was uncomfortable, not really kept new. And the office staff was not very friendly. Didnt at all like having to get my keys from a sales person trying to sell us something.

This place is quiet and very cozy. The WiFi could be better but oceanfront view and right at the beach. This is a wonderful place to stay.

I have spent almost every summer here and the people are friendly. You are right next to the beach and get to know the people around you this place is like a second home for me with a completely different family I love this place and cant think of any where else to go.

We love the Beach House and Racquet Club. Its an excellent place for families to enjoy the beauty of the ocean and the fun of the beach. We have enjoyed our vacation times there and will be back!

I was just visiting a friend staying there but they said they didnt give anything to start them off with...no soap, no toilet paper. The fact that the hallways are open to the wind is a really bad com because consodering you can be high up the wind is ridiculous. But over all the rooms were nice and had great views

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were outdated, but again, very clean. The staff were friendly and available 24 hours. The family had a great time!

Our family has been vacationing at the Beach House for ten years. The place never looked better or the staff more friendly.We often start our day by walking to the Starbucks, a ten minute walk on the beach or on the Ocean Blvd sidewalk. One of the major decisions of the day is to go the beach, the heated pool set at 86 degrees, the hot tub or just relax on lounge chairs on the front grass. An ideal day is doing all.As the sun sets, you can consider going to one of dozens of restaurants within a five mile drive. We usually include a trip to River City Cafe and/or Martins (walking distance), Chestnut Hill (two brothers just celebrated 30 years in business) or even a simple Chinese Restaurant next to Food Loin at 76th. The foodies in the group like to shop at the new Publix at 79th. Our Alid crowd often travels to their store in North Myrtle next to Lowes. Oh, having lunch at the Tiki Bar at Maritime (600 North Ocean Blvd) in North Myrtle is also a favorite place as well.Hope you give the Beach House a try!

Nice cozy clean and right on the beach, will definitely go back

I arrived with my family via an RCI reservation after 5 hours of driving on Saturday late night to live a nightmare.The hotel (if it can be called that) was closed. we had to bang (knock) multiple time, a sleepy freaky guy in his late forties early fifties opens, does not check our ids and provide us with a key after looking at the RCI letter ( security flag) anyone could have had that piece of paper. the room was another story: filthy, smelly, smoky, no latch on the door (another security issue) .I called the freaky receptionist from the room and asked to moved and was told that that all the rooms are taken by their time share owners and that there is nothing that could be done, he hang up on me in the midst of the conversation and would never pick up again. We made the decision not to stay and when I went down to ask to be checked out i was told to get the hell out!I will never, never, never go there again, not a million years.

I had to deliver a scooter there and the staff was wonderful in assisting me with the delivery.

The view is great but the chairs are uncomfortable
