Great little place to hang out while on vacation. The owners are super nice and great bands! Have met a lot of great people here! Cant wait to come back soon !

Just a wonderful place, great view!

Didnt stay in St Clements Suites. Stayed next door in Caravelle Tower which is owned and operated by the same group. We did make use of and thoroughly enjoyed the St Clements beach side bar. It was situated for great views of the beach and the rooftop terrace added to the views.

We get in our room, its semi clean, had an odor to it and bugs. We were in this room for than 48 hours and developed sinus and chest congestion and then realized that there was a lot of black mold growing in all the air vents and in the ceiling due to it leaking. We switched rooms and tye room we got was nice but tye floor felt like it hadnt been mopped in ages. Never again will I stay here! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I cant wait to stay here again! Every room has a view and it is breathtaking. Rooms were spacious enough for 2 kids and 3 adults for a whole week. Kitchen was fully stocked. You have access to all 7 buildings of the resort so there are endless things to do. Little bar on the beach had the best fries. Counting the days until I can come back

Extremely nice it was valentines day atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. They had a special so my husband had them arrange Roses, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Most important the condo was extremely clean

Really nice room right on the beach, maid service each day. Would stay again in a minute. January price was very reasonable.

Amazing place to have a great getaway at.

I REALLY wanted to like this place - its a round, pink hotel right on Myrtle Beach - it just sounds like a cool place to stay.Its an older hotel, so I kept that in mind. I like the room layouts and it has really good views of the beach.However, the house keeping was virtually non-existent. We had to call the front desk 4 time during our 7 day stay to get towels.I had to call twice to get toilet paper,the only time I received any way when I happened to catch one of the house keepers at the supply closet and she handed me one roll. One roll for a family of four isnt going to last long, so we had to go buy our own at a local grocery store.Our bed linens were never changed.Our room was never once vacuumed.The house keeping staff was just kinda there riding the elevators from floor to floor staying busy looking busy when they could be found. Not overly personable when around my family and I.Time to clean-sweep the housekeeping supervisors and staff.I really do not like leaving a review like this, but based solely on the housekeeping, we will not return, nor can I make a recommendation to stay here for family, friends, or strangers alike.

Dont know about the hotel but the bar outside is great!! Truly a locals favorite!! We love coming over and having a couple beers and seeing friends and hearing some music!! Especially on Sundays!! Makes you wish summer was year round!! Thank you for providing a cool scene for the city!!

Bugs in the room, toliet would not flush properly, a boy shot a fire work off of his balcony & hit someones car resort did nothing. If it was possible to rate 0 stars I would will not be returning here.

When we first walked in to the condo we were impressed. It was updated and nicely decorated. But as we were there for a couple of days we started to see more and more that the room was not clean properly. Under the stand next to the bed we found someones medicine from May we stayed in July. The bathroom around the tub was caked with black dirt. The sink around the edges was filthy. We had to fill out a survey to ask if we called about the room being dirty, I did not. When we arrived it was already 10 after 7 that evening before we were allowed to even answer the room after cleaning, I did not want to have to sit somewhere in the lobby for hours for them to reclean.

Bed bugs room 605 and 404. I am covered so badly I’ve cried my eyes out. Made us pay 1st night because no problems that night. Should’ve received a full refund. Will not be back!

“Talk about being cat fished with the web photos”The building is filthy and rancid smelling with smoke. Dogs everywhere and even dog poop in elevators at times. Had to get moved from our initial room because our floor was so smoke filled! Don’t waste your money or time!

Pretty dated and ot very clean. Theres a horrible stench in the halls when you get off the elevator and it was there the entire week. We had to by cans of lysol, our own toilet paper and paper towels. Worst of all there were roaches. This place needs serious updating and proper ventilation.

Upon entry of the room, there was a strong odor, maybe mold or mildew. Thank goodness I travel with really good air freshener. I never sleep ok on anyones bed sheets, so dont know about them. The 2nd room was a bit small and neither TV worked. Maintenance said they did come by,, but after waiting we decided to use our fire stick. A bit over priced but we only needed it for one night. More for young college students.

Beautiful commons area, beach front, convenient to everything but just north of downtown issues and noise.

I actually went to their little beach bar...near little place for a quick bite & great drinks! View is awesome!!

Tamra at the front desk is so condescending. An employee knocked on my door at 6:30 in the morning!! Woke up my family and didn’t even give an explanation as to why. When I called the front desk to ask why, I got Tamra. She called me “honey” at the beginning and end of every sentence. I’m not even exaggerating. She was extremely condescending saying “honey, we don’t have employees knocking on doors at 6:30am, honey” Finally, an employee standing next to her admitted to knocking on our door, says there were lost children. I’m fine with someone waking me up because of lost children, I’m a mom, I get it.. however, the employee never asked me anything at all... are your missing children, do you know where these children are.... nothing, all she said was sorry and walked away. With that said, Tamra gets back on the phone and says, in her apparently normal condescending way “ Sorry, honey, we had lost children and their safety comes first” Sorry would have been fine, but instead she had to make it seem I was some heartless person not caring about these kids (again, never saw, or was asked about). I had enough so I said “ You know, honey, you are very condescending” she replied with “don’t call me honey” WHAT????? Oh boy. I said, “you’ve been calling me honey this whole conversation” she wouldn’t even let me get the word conversation out of my mouth before she HUNG UP on me. This is not how you run a guest service desk at a resort. When I finally spoke to her the way she had been speaking to me, she did not like it. That should tell you something. I will not be staying here or anywhere run by Caravelle.

Pool area was small, however the rooms were nice

The rooms at the St. Clements Building need desperate renovations, especially Room 404. It was dirty and very outdated; the bathroom was awful with the shower curtain having to be kept together by safety pins, and the bottom of the toilet was not cleaned for some time; the microwave was filthy; the stove was dirty and rusty; the sofa had a huge stain on it; the floor was dirty and the kitchen floor had obviously not been mopped for quite some time, and I could go on and on and on. We got moved to another room the next day, but had to go through 6 rooms until we could find one that was at least half way decent. Management needs to take a serious look at these rooms and not rent them again until their owners make major renovations!

St Clements Suites are town homes managed by Caravelle Resorts. It has its own private pool and definitely is suited for longer stays, although there were some folks who stayed one or 2 nights.The units are one short block to the beach. No need to drive and close enough to run back if you forget something. Some units are pet friendly which was a plus as we stayed for the entire month, of April.

I like it, but the condo we were in needs cleaner carpet and sofas. Also the furnace smelled bad when running at first, which meant it hadnt been ran in awhile. Another problem we ran into at first was no Wi-Fi provided with the unit which is unusual in this day and age. Fortunately there were other options available nearby with the resort towers just close enough to get a signal. Not sure if I would stay in this building again.

We have been staying here for 13 years, at least once a year during that time. The facilities have declined, the rooms are very dated and need remodeling. New carpet and beds are a MUST. This may be our last stay very unhappy with the room.
