Been going to the Landmark for over 20 years. They could step it up a bit on the housekeeping. I go for the beach not for a fancy room but, I do like my clean towels daily and my trash picked up. Went in 2017 in August and said Id not go back but, gave it another shot this past weekend. The outdoor pool was heated and felt really nice. The kids pool inside wad not heated and my grandson was disappointed so I think that would be nice to have that heated this time of year. I know things are different because of covid 19 but, still feel that the service could be slightly better. I have made so many memories here over the years with my children and am hoping to make them with my grandchildren. Depends on the next stay hopefully it will be better. Treat your customers good and youll always have a good business.

Landmark is known for its over the road bridge to the parking garage. This place is big! From parking to room took 450 steps so if your traveling with a Senior find out where room is located.Most people check in right at 4pm unfortunately there is very few loading zone spots we had to park in garage, leave a note on dash find a luggage cart and get in. We parked on level 2 since level 3 is where everyone parks and it can get congested. So take elevator to level 3 cross bridge now your on level 4 of hotel take elevator again to floor of choice. Its just as confusing as it sounds. LoL.None of the large pools are heated which surprised me for a hotel I have waited years to stay in. The hot tubs were very hot and were utter perfection.The staff and security were friendly. We accidentally had our room door ajar and security came by and checked on us. Our bed was great we only wish it were our own. View from 1009 is beautiful see the ocean and all the way to Broadway at the beach.September 13-17 2020 stay thru airbnb (Narrows Property). Masks are mandated but not really enforced however there werent a lot of people to worry about and most were looking out for one another.

This is my second time coming here. Overall my stay was pretty nice. I only gave them a 3 because I dont think there is enough staff presence. I only saw security a few times and it was mainly in the lobby area. I was kept up by children playing in the hallway. I tried to call someone and notify them and no one answered. The noise wentt on for hours. There were still people walking around the main areas without a mask. I do understand that the pandemic may have lessened the amount of staff, but 3 was all I could give.

I truly enjoyed my visit at Landmark Resort. The staff was very helpful and courteous, the food was good, the cocktails at the Tipsy Turtle were superior. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. My Auntvwas so happy for a Oceanfront View. I loved it and will be back again.My overall experience was great. Check on was only 10 minutes.

So this hotel has the potential to be great - or maybe it was once great. I’m not sure. Pools everywhere - right on the beach - friendly service. However, it’s run down. Everything is old and outdated. There are baby roaches crawling all over the indoor pool areas which was creepy. They have all these large metal “fire doors” that have to stay closed but they have nothing on them to stop them from slamming so all you hear all day and night is doors slamming everywhere. The walls are Super 8 motel thin. Like I’m in this executive suite but I can hear my neighbor talking about their breakfast. The “luxury “ executive suites are long spaces with furniture crammed in. Mildew ridden outdoor carpet on the balconies and in the halls for the outdoor suites. Elevators sound like they may die any moment. It’s just not clean and like I said above - everything is either outdated and worn or just cheap. You feel like your in what was once a luxury hotel in 1964 and hasn’t seen an update since except a few stoves they bought from the resale shop. I wouldn’t come back to be honest.

Or stay June 2020 was wonderful. Hotel isnt a genuine 5 stars as some is a touch dated nothing was broken. Accommodations were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Kitchen was well stocked. Property was clean and tidy. No funky smells or big problems like SO many other hotels here. We only wish we could stay longer. Thanks landmark for a great trip.

I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. The towels that were provided in the bathroom were stained and gave the perception of dirty. The tub didnt drain after showering and I had to work on it to have the tub drain.

While this hotel is dated and is in need of some remodeling, it is still a good place to stay. Its clean and employees are polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and its a steal for the price.

Great service by staff, not to bad of price for rooms. Lazy rivers were down, outside pool was warm. The outside jacuzzi was nice until last two day off stay it was cold. Inside pool cool the whole time. Inside jacuzzis were nice.... Beds were hard though and only half pillows provided. Close to beach access. Over all had good time.

Great Lakes located next to the ocean, no wild interruption and a pleasant retreat for my anniversary would recommend beds where soft clean rooms and spacious also Starbucks on site for early pick me up. All great time spent

The staff is very friendly. While its your typical tourist accommodation, its comfortable and clean. The view from our room is spectacular! Id definitely recommend families to come here. Theres lots to do in the immediate area for kids. I had a great time!

Our daughter gifted us a 3 day stay for our anniversary. We then found out that one day was double booked, so we ended up losing it. When we got there on Sat, check in isnt until 4pm, so thats pretty much 2 days lost out of our 3 day stay and remaining homeless in Myrtle Beach until 4pm. The front desk said they told housekeeping that we were there, but 2 hrs later they still cant clean a room?

Room is outdated. There were gnats flying in room. The hallways are smelly it took at least 5 minutes for the water to get hot when taking a shower. The checkin was nice and friendly staff. This hotel is very very rundown. They need to completely close and redo the entire hotel to make it more appealing. Dead bugs on balcony. Views are nice that’s the only thing I can say about this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

I’ll never stay here again. I’m giving a 3 star because I think maybe covid and resulting hiring problems have caused some issues. However, if this had been 2019 this overall experience would be a 1 Star.Room not particularly clean, bed was so hard I turned all night, on site breakfast took over an hour and wasn’t good and was $34 for one adult and two kids.I don’t know what we paid to stay at this place as my wife made the reservation as part of my sons baseball team tournament. But I’ll never vacation here.

Very much enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, and the easy access to the beach. We got a double bed ocean view room on the 12th floor with a kitchen and living room. Balcony was small, but the view was gorgeous.One burner on the stove wasn’t working. The floors smell like wet carpet and the pull out bed in the living room had two blood like stains... both double beds in the bedroom were very stiff. Night two my back was hurting.Probably will try to stay somewhere else next time. 3 stars because of the pools and easy access to beach.

I had good customer service here. Front desk customer service was good. Thanks to Russ I wont give 1 star - he was great.It doesnt look like the pictures online, its old, run down and safety concerns. Wish I could give a better review. I would not go there again.

Excellent beach location. The property is old. The furniture is old, chipped, and outdated in the living and bedroom areas. The refrigerator was old style, but worked well. Desperate need of renovating, painting, and modernizing.

It was a nice stay! Not our first time at the property, so. We basically knew what to expect. Property was clean as before in the past. Check was a little more hectic than before, but. I guess its to be expected with dealing with Covid-19. Overall a good property & got a good deal with Hotels.com!

It was my first time staying here and it was terrible. I have stayed in Myrtle Beach plenty of times with my family but our usual hotels weren’t available. We decided to stay at Landmark. We had gotten there in the morning to ask when our rooms would be ready and if we could leave our cars. They said that “the rooms would be ready at 4:00pm and that we could use the amenities in the meantime.” 4:00 had come around and we hadn’t gotten a call yet. I went to the lobby just to see about 10 other parties waiting for their rooms as well. I stood in line just to be told, “Your rooms are still not ready.” About an hour passes and one of the rooms is ready. It’s not until 7:30 that the last one is ready. I head to my room wanting to rest to find out my room smelled awful. It smelled like weed and cigarettes. My family is very allergic to the smell of smoke. I went back down to the lobby telling them we could not stay in that room asking for a new one. They simply said “I’m sorry we are short staffed and we cannot do anything about the room. We can give your money back and you can find a new hotel.” How convenient for them to tell us leave and find a new hotel. It was going to be impossible to find any available rooms. We had to stay in the room and now I have a cough, a raspy voice, and very red eyes. They simply did not care to give us a new room. I am never staying here again. This is inhumane and I would think twice about staying here if you have respiratory problems or children. Having to travel seven hours just to get sick, is not the greatest idea of a getaway.

One of the nastiest hotels I have stayed at in a very long time! The furniture was beat up and lamps all rusty. We found several cockroaches in the kitchen and I was very disappointed in the whole experience. I will NEVER stay here again. Dont waste your money when you can stay almost anywhere better than this place. The Hampton Inn offers very nice amenities and breakfast. I wouldnt eat here if you paid me. Just an overall disappointment.

My husband & I went to the Landmark Resort for three nights just after Labor Day, because we have been there many times over the past 30 years, and the amenities (pools and hot tubs galore!) are great and even though its an older hotel, its usually pretty clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Because of the Covid situation, this stay was a lot different- housekeeping only cleaned your room upon request (understandable), the restaurants were either not open or served a very abbreviated menu that was pretty bad, the main outdoor pool was closed one day because someone brought glass into the pool area and broke whatever it was, so they had to drain and clean the pool, and there were lots of guests ignoring the safety of others by not wearing masks inside the hotel and generally being loud and obnoxious inside and outside. The hot tubs looked unsanitary, so that was another one of my favorite amenitys that I didnt get to enjoy.. The quality of the bedding and pillows were substandard at best. Overall pretty disappointing

We have been staying at the Landmark for years. I must say this has been the worst visit ever. Rooms were not up to standards, there were roaches in our room and the stove did NOT work! This is why we paid extra because we wanted to be able to cook. Landmark we will NOT be back again!

If you like the constant smell of pot then this is the place for you. Lots of funky smells in the hallways & carpet is nasty feeling. Some of water attractions were open bc of covid but 20 people can cram into the hot tub. Its definitely not a place for families.

Its a nice place with lots to do. It need some freshing up. Very chaotic, person directing traffic was very rude and we encountered him 4 different times and still had the same attitude. Im disabled and have to use a power chair, this is not somewhere to go if you have knee or leg problems. I also had a minor accident and took the sheets off of the bed, called the front desk and they were going to send someone right away. I told her them we were leaving to go to Ripleys aquarium. We returned later today hat evening and our beds were made but when I pulled back the bedspread there were no sheets on the bed at all and a pillow case was missing. We will not be returning here. Honestly its not worth what you pay for.

I spent my birthday weekend here amd the experience was horrible. The so called executive suite is musty and rusty! None of my guests slept on the Murphy bed, because the mattress looked like it hadnt been changed in 10 years! There was a bad smell in the room. Theres a bootleg Starbucks in the lobby, but they wont provide you any services unless you have a green band on. Regardless of whatever you do to prove that youre a guest at the hotel! Makes no sense at all. Please dont waste your money. Much better options down the street.

The first room we got wasn’t set up at all, unmade beds, no towels, no tp nothing so we had to switch rooms and when we did our only light in the living room didn’t even work or the tv remote. The best part of our stay so far are the hot tubs they are nice and hot but the indoor pool is freezing and the sauna is broke so it was upsetting to show up and find amenities we were told were open and could use are broke and unable to enjoy

So I got there to check in and after standing in line for 45 minutes I was finally to the counter to check in and was told because I am a local from Georgetown county that they couldnt accept my booking which was made online. I feel like that I should have been made aware of this before I got there and waste 45 minutes of my time then had to go look for a new hotel. Thank God for the Marriott hotel for coming thru for the locals and not just tourists like dome other hotels and resorts. This hotel needs better communication for its customers and better services. And needs some improvement before I try to ever stay here again.

I made reservations with booking.com when I went to check in they charged my card a extra $200 that wasnt disclosed to me!! Well the swiped my card so many times it kicked it back!! They shut down my debit card and my only credit card and me on vacation!! It was a Saturday! I was in another state with $100 cash, needing gas, no debit and no credit card!!!!! I about lost my mind!! I had drove 10 hours with a child!! So what happened was I spent the next 5 hours on the phone trying to get my credit and debit card turned back on! Well I finally had to have money wired to Walmart and I left Myrtle Beach and came home!! Thank you so much for ruining my first vacation in 15 years!! They are rude and I promise if I ever go back.i wont even drive by that place!!!

Just its age. Upkeep on this place must be a nightmare. This is a middle of the road resort. More stuff to do in house for your kids. Nothing bad here just old and on the beach. Salt air isnt kind so consider this when taking in the place as a whole. Has an arcade. Pools. Beach access. Not over priced for the location.

This place is gross! While I was happy to be on a break with my family, I couldn’t wait to check out. The room smelled mildewy and smoky and the balcony looked dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable and the TV initially wasn’t working but they were prompt with having it fixed. We alerted the front desk that we didn’t have a shower curtain then we left to have dinner. We came back to see the curtain on the bathroom counter (why not just hook it up?) The amenities were okay, a bit dingy looking. But I will say the staff were very nice, especially the woman who works at the mini golf area. I won’t ever want to stay here again though!

This hotel is absolutely horrible. From the smell in the hallways to the smells in the bedroom. Checked in and within 15 mins booked another hotel and checked out. If you want comfort and a relaxing trip please stay somewhere else.

For how much money the hotel charges I think they can do some updating the hall carpet was nasty and the halls smelled like garbage. The indoor pool was cold and the fountain didn’t work some of the hot tubes weren’t hot or didn’t work. The beds are very uncomfortable the only good thing was the bartender Haley she was so nice and made the drinks so good and the food was pretty good but honestly for how much money you spend go somewhere else I will not be returning I’ll go next door for a way better experience.

Rude customer service on 1st day. Hotel staff said we needed to make reservation to clean our room. Tried twice coming down to the front desk to make such reservation for the cleaning and they told me they would just knock and let me know if I had to leave the room or be on the balcony. 4 days I was there no attempt was made for a clean room. Had to come down several times to get towels and toilet paper. Floors and carpet were very disgusting. Pictures are very deceiving. A 1 half star hotel at best.

In its heyday Im sure it was really something. We had a really good time, fantastic views (from the 12th floor) and the beach was very nice. Lots for the kids to do. 17 different pools hot tubs and a lazy river! Lots of convenient restaurants and snack shops! Coffee shop and walk up bar. An arcade and laundry too. The condos themselves are spacious and arranged well for larger families. So my problem was the overall cleanliness in hallways and elevators. In a facility of this size there should be multiple people to be sure these areas are trash free, and sweepers ran and picked up at all times. Our room smelled musty and of mildew. I know the humidity level is super high, but the bedroom area was bad enough I went to Wal Mart for Fabreeze, and moisture absorbers. By the end of the week it was much better. In general it could use a team of maintenance people, hall carpets cleaned. Needs to have some money put back into it .

Front desk staff was amazing. Been coming for over 10 years to this hotel since I was a teenager with my family. This year was horrible. Room was not clean, bugs in my room. Lady at splash park pool and putt putt was mean and rude yelling at my kids. Security guard at the pool was rude yelling at my kids. Manager was rude and accused us of stealing towels from the room. Nothing worked right. Hotel is old and run down. I will never be back again. Wish my kids could have seen it back in the day.

I CANT MAKE ANY OF THIS UP!I stayed at this resort on August 30th 2020I emailed the hotel and I never received a response back. My email had only stated that I was reaching out to see if I could talk to someone about my stay. I waited for a couple day’s and still haven’t received an response . We decided to take a trip for 3 days and honestly I wish I would have picked a different hotelWhen I first arrived there was food in the entrance where you have to come through because you have to park far in the parking garage and walk like miles to get to your room. If you are traveling with elderly or if you need assistance I highly recommend you ask for a room closets to the elevator from the parking garage as possible!Rewind back to the food, the food was fine because I figured maybe a kid had dropped it there and someone would pick it up. Well the next day that same food was still in the hallway scattered on the floor!Next, we entered our room ... I went to the bathroom and I didn’t like the wear and tear on the toilet or tub . It’s like both was cracking or peeling but I overlooked that because I’m like ok maybe they just need some renovations around the place.I goes to take a shower and what do you know? No wash cloths! They only had towels and hand towels so we washed with a hand towel for a day because front desk was far from our room so I made sure to call and ask could my room be serviced for the next day to get some.Next, I walk by the bed and as I’m walking from out of the bathroom and also by the bed there is literally 2 spots I kept stepping in that was sticky ... it’s GUM permanently stuck to the floor so I had to wear my flip flops the whole time .BOOM ... next thing you know it’s a dirty napkin on the floor . This just threw me in a loop hole . I picked up the napkin but I instantly wanted to change rooms and my husband is such a “it’s ok person” it grinds my gears sometimes . So I didn’t complain about all of these “little” things I was noticing. The ceiling was peeling as well . Not only in my room but also in a lot of areas of the hotel. Let me finish up my room stay before I get to the outside of the room ....The 2nd night of me staying there I had a small bug on my headboard AND also one in the sheets. I didn’t know what it was and I instantly got scared . Yes it was very small and to most that’s not a big problem but to me it really was!!! The room we got ended up getting had 2 beds not 1 so that was a blessing because that night I smushed in the bed with hubby. Didn’t know that’s what we paid for but for 1 king bed it cost more so we had settled for that anyways!!!Those were small little bugs but I didn’t even mention the bug my husband killed in the bathroom and I made him take a picture of that as well . I’m sure this one was a roach.Oh and yes how could I forget about the stains on the sheets I seen the 2nd night and also whatever was at the bottom that looked bleached . Idk maybe it was made that way smh. We took plenty of pictures!Before we traveled I called this hotel to see if pools were opened . Someone informed me that all of their pools were open. I couldn’t wait to splash in the lazy river . Welp those were closed including other pools so don’t get excited right now for 16 pools. Even some of the jacuzzis were open but wasn’t even operating . One looked just dirty and the one me and my husband was in was freezing cold . It wouldn’t get hot so we waited until other couples got out of the other ones. I looked up and again, another wall falling apart but this one looks like it’s bugs all in it plus they had a crack in the window. I mean this was the most horrible experience I ever had. I was just so ready to go home!I can’t remember 1 great thing about this hotel besides it being on the beach! I wanted to speak out to someone but no one ever even emailed me back!I also didn’t like the smell of this hotel and the beds are HARD as a rock. BOOK A DIFFERENT PLACE PLEASE!

Best stay Ive had in MB! The rooms were so clean. The public areas (elevators, lobby, hallways) were so clean as well! I loved being able to see the ocean from my room (even though being on the 9th floor was kinda scary). I loved having direct access to the beach as well. Definitely will be staying here again next vacation!

Wasnt too bad. We found a bed bug in our room, and they acted like they didnt believe us, but they did transfer us to a new room. Facilities seemed kind of dirty/dated, but our room looked renovated, and the staff was pretty nice overall.

I booked through Airbnb, good prices but I do not recommend this resort. Its old outdated, honestly nasty. Roaches are everywhere. Im not talking little roaches. Roaches that are the size of my 3 year olds palm. I would have left and drove the 9 and half hours back home if I could have gotten my money back. The staff is mostly friendly but having to worry about taking roaches back home with me isnt ideal.

Big hotel with a lot to offer. Multiple pools indoor and out. Unfortunately the lazy rivers were shut down for Covid. There is a restaurant and bar, didnt look great but its convenient. Arcade room, fitness, laundry, Sauna (closed for Covid), they say theres a putt putt course too, never found that but didnt ask. It is a large hotel. Staff was fine, showed up around 9pm and was in my room within 20 minutes. The parking garage with the over the road skywalk was very convenient. The hotel was not very full as it was off season. Elevators were numerous and little or no wait time. One was broken and shut down but not an issue.The rooms were acceptable, bed was comfortable and large enough. Showers provided ample hot water. Oceanfront balcony was great. The couch was too small though for even one person to lay on while stretching out their legs, kind of odd and annoying. Impossible to watch TV with my wife and I on the couch because it was love seat size. Kitchen was stocked with adequate utensils and cutlery. AC worked fine, two units one on the balcony and one by the front door. It was more than sufficient at cooling the room.The biggest gripe was the cleanliness, the floor of the room was littered with dust and who knows what else. Walking around barefoot you were sure to have it on the bottoms of your feet. The balcony carpet had debris stuck to it and a beer can pop tab. Bathroom was adequately clean, however, as were the beds.The pool area especially the indoor pool area was lacking in cleanliness. We actually did see a few cockroaches at one point. There was a dead one floating in the shut down lazy river for several days. What kind of hotel doesnt have someone at least strain out a large dead cockroach floating in a shut down lazy river?But we still used the outdoor pool and hot tube which were nice, although also a bit dirty. A few hairs floating in the pool, but Ive probably swam in worse. The indoor area was nice but the cockroaches grossed my wife out too much so she didnt want to use the indoor pools.Price was fair, location was excellent just far enough from Ripleys to avoid most of the madness and sketchy after dark activities.Not sure I would come back were I too visit again but Im not totally opposed to it either. Overall pretty good hotel for the price, great for kids because of all the pools. We had a nice time.

This hotel is so old and out dated. There was roaches in my room and look at the dust coming out of the ac unit. The wall carpet.look and smelled bad. The white wall were have brown from dirt and the elevator smelled like pee...i used to be a big fan of this hotel some 12 yrs ago but never again..

Lots of fun amenities for the kiddos! We had to switch rooms at midnight our first night bc the AC didnt work. Then the AC in our second room didnt work properly either. But overall good stay. Id stay again.

It is a nice place. I enjoyed my stay there. Only 4 stars because they could pay more attention to detail. There are a few holes, cracks, and dirty, broken things that I noticed as I explored the grounds. Overall, It was a good stay.

My family and I stayed here in 2019 and it was a very clean place and extremely nice employees that would speak to you.So we decided to book our 2020 vacation here and all I can say is we will never stay here again. The entire place reeked of weed. Never saw any housekeeping being done in the hallways. The day I left I saw a bed bug and mentioned it at check out only to have the front desk staff shurg it off as a water bug. The inside pool was freezing cold in facf the ocean was warmer .

Had an amazing experience at this resort. The prices were great, the lazy river was perfect, the room was perfect, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the ocean view was perfect but the Starbucks was out of 3 different things we tried to order.

My experience at this hotel was horrible....If could rate lower than 1 star definitely would...The room was smelly and everything was moist ..I never do reviews but had to do a review for this hotel...Staffing was not able to accommodate me and did not enjoy my stay...I will never return back to this hotel and will never recommend this hotel to my family or friends.... When was staying there last night seen a cockroach coming from air conditioner and told me would sent maintenance but they never came to room...Horrible...Horrible....Horrible experience.......

Rooms were nice. But someone should either retrain the bartender (woman with brown hair and tattoos) or lower those prices. I ordered a banana colada and asked for a double because usually Im a one and done drinker... But there was NO ALCOHOL IN THAT DRINK.... NONE!!!! And I dont think I would have been. As aggravated had I not paid $20 for it. They gave me banana puree and ice! Also our toilet got backed up on the last day and our refrigerator didnt work. But the bartender inside with the dreads was great! She should be on the beach bar!

What a total dump photos must be from when it first opened. We stayed in the executive ocean front sweet and it was very small and dated. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else not worth it here. We actually left two days early because just a nasty place.

This place used to be great but the last year it has become super dirty the last two times iv stayed. The beds had hair on them when we first got here and the bathroom ceiling looks like its falling apart with mold around it. The sheets had stains on them and the pillows had pen Marks all over them. The freezer was all rusted out and there was roaches everywhere in the room and pool area. The staff was friendly but the hotel itself has become super nasty. The lazy river wasnt opened but they havent bothered to clean it so it had dead roaches and bugs just floating around in it. The pools arent heated anymore either. Never staying here again.

Hotel is promising but it is in need of major renovations. We stayed on the fourth floor and the entire floor and room smelled like cigarettes and humidity. Employees and guests are permitted to roam the floors without masks. No procedures are followed whatsoever. Elevators were frequently over crowded— shouldn’t there be limits on this? I shouldn’t have to tell others guests not to load on an elevator with my family in the middle of a pandemic.. post some signs!!! Also the hot tubs were constantly occupied by small children with no restrictions. I was very excited for this stay but the hotel was not at all what I expected.

One of our faves in South Myrtle. Staff is always visible and friendly. Room 1230 is ocean front and had a king bed w a sofa pull out w mini fridge, microwave and sink. Plenty of pools, hot tubs, bar and restaurant. Things that could improve, been many times and sauna is never working (fix or get rid of), outdoor hot tub and pool could be warmer during winter stays, floor from indoor pool to elevators is very slick if you are wet. Could use signage to show how to open the pool gate from the beach side . Elderly couple couldnt figure it out, after looking for signage, gave up and had to walk around the whole building.

Do not book here!!! We had two purses stolen out of our room, and I know for sure that we locked our door. The hotel is ran down and the pictures are very deceiving. The entire hotel smells like weed. Anyone is able to come into the hotel and pool area from the beach because no key card is required. They don’t have cameras on every hallway. Our room was next to the main elevator to the pool, and there still wasn’t a camera watches that area.

I am sorely disappointed all together we spent $300 on a 1 and a half night stay . The night staff was rude. We got there and got to our room and the view was of the middle of the hotel where all the ac units and everything are so I requested to switch rooms as I paid for an ocean front view so I thought I go down there the woman’s like there’s nothing we can do but the guy in the back came out and switched us because at this point I’m crying it’s my anniversary stay and all I wanted was a view of the ocean to wake up too and I paid ALOT of money already. So they made me pay an extra $30 to switch and end up putting us on the aide where the view of the ocean was to our right there was mold all in the room rust on the door frame and the ceiling was falling off on the ground I have tons of pictures and I am very upset I will NEVER return here and will deter every person I know .

Its not the same Landmark it used to be. Needs renovations badly. Our second day there we got robbed. Stole my wallet, medicine bag(I have cancer),and a few other things. Hotel didnt take any responsibility. It had to be an employee. Filed a police report and thats it. Worst experience ever in Myrtle Beach! Never will go back to the Landmark! All I can say is that youve been warned! I shouldnt even give a star. It was clean at least.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! First of all, the photos are a huge LIE. I’m Talking CATFISH style.. I’m certain the photos where taken when the resort was originally built, forever ago..we did not receive what we requested and paid for..we stayed for two nights and the mattress springs were literally stabbing my back! The halls had a HORRIBLE scent even with the masks on it was unbearable!; The list goes on and frankly it is insulting to the word “resort”. I’ve been to myrtle beach plenty of times and this was by FAR the worse experience..I’m not typically one to leave reviews but frankly this needs to be updated because it’s not at all what they show on their site. Definitely does not even receive the one star but google is nice..

The condos are spacious and perfect for a family vacation. The staff were extremely helpful and the indoor pool, lazy river, and hot tubs provided plenty of fun even during the winter months. Plus the view of the balcony was perfect for the early morning sunrise.

Great view of the ocean. However, we could not enjoy it from the balcony due to the overwhelming smell of marijuana. Everywhere we went in the resort, including elevators, hallways, and at the pool smelled heavily of marijuana. The first night we did not get any sleep due to excessive noise above us at all hours of the night/ early morning. The second night included screaming children running up and down the hallway at 1am, as their parents screamed at each other outside their room. So, not much sleep the second night either.

Clean rooms, Staff is very friendly and courteous. We have come here 3 years now and enjoy staying here. Pools galore, off street parking in a very large garage. Great view of the ocean. They have a restaurant on the main lobby floor and a bar, sugar shack (for the kiddos) and a grill by the pool. Youll get your moneys worth when you stay here.

Very outdated. My room had broken tiles, fixtures, and the bed sheets looked used . Only one burner on the stove worked. The room being smoke free smelled like smoke. Definitely not coming back

We enjoyed our one night stay at Landmark Saturday, August 15th to Sunday, August 16th. The H2Oasis was perfect for our 5 year old and the pools and hot tubs kept us entertained when we got tired of the beach which was right outside the gate. Youre really getting what you pay for here. Its not a 4 Seasons. It smells like pot in the hallways. The pools stay open til 11, so there was a lot of noise when everyone was turning in. Theres a video on YouTube of a murder in their parking lot. But its only $140 per night, so I mean youre most likely going to have a good time, but theres also the 50% chance you get murdered. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure at least.

Great view & the only hotel the has a cover crosswalk from the garage to the hotel.The conference room is clean with restrooms that are near. I would love to visit it again
