This place was horrible! The moisture was so bad in room 416 that our clothes became damp in the suitcase b4 we could even unpack them and held a funny smell and by the next day black mold was showing on the ceiling. The tile floors stayed wet and were nasty sticky. It was like being in a dark, damp, stinky cave! The bath tub had soft spots and drain issues while showering. The toilet sounded like a dying whale when flushed. The elevator is on its last leg by the way it looked and sounded. This hotel is a FILTHY mess!! I would not recommend to family/friends.

Hotel Blue absolutely fooled me and my fiancé. Our stay was 9/25-9/27/2020. We were in room 1404. This was our first experience at the Hotel Blue and it will absolutely be our last. It was my first time at Myrtle Beach. The up keep of the hotel is POOR. It’s unfortunate because travelers expect a certain level of up keep. Why? Because you’re paying your money for it and you take a look at the photos posted on the hotel website. Let’s talk about FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I took photos so please take a look for yourself. PLEASE FIND A HOTEL WITH BETTER UP KEEP. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely amazing location on the beach with many amenities near by. Beware of lots of shady rif raff about. Rooms are hit and miss we had to get our moved due to cleanliness. 2and room was great as was customer service.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach . They hotel was wonderful considering being during covid . They did their very best yo keep us safe .

Great location and unbelievable service from the front desk members! No room service due to the pandemic so thats why its only four stars, plus when asking housekeeping for items for our two bedroom suite, they seemed rather annoyed. Beyond that, close to the ocean (on it) and great location for bike week! We will be back!!

Staff was friendly and attentive, fulfilled requests promptly. Room was clean and pool area was also well kept. This is an older hotel so you can’t expect it to be spotless and perfect-but it is maintained and a great value for your money. Guests also get to use the pools and arcade at the Captains Quarters hotel two doors down, that also makes the value great. Would definitely stay again if you are looking for an affordable solid place on the ocean.

I will never and I repeat never return to this hotel again! It should be called a motel!! The pictures on the website is definitely false advertising!! This location has palmettos roaming and everywhere, in and out your room! The staff (Housekeeping) is extremely unprofessional, drinking on the clock! The front desk is no help, this place is a dump! Do not waste your time staying at this hotel!! This was the worst experience I had at this hotel!! I paid over $400 to sleep on a hard king size bed!! I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel!!

Located close to the pavilion, inviting lazy river, nice swim up bar. Beautiful views all around from the 15th floor.

We visited hotel blue, while staying at a sister hotel on our last trip. And I have to say that even though they have the same ownership, theyre completely different! Hotel blue doesnt have as many water amenities as some of their sister hotels. But the cleanliness and friendliness of their staff makes up for it. And I love the outdoor bar area which allows you to walk up and have a drink and enjoy the ocean breeze and views. Or swim up on the opposite side and grab a daquari and take a break from playing with the kids. But still be able to stay cool in the water and close to the little ones. The outdoor hot tub is another plus with room for at least 20 people! I would definitely recommend giving them a try when planning your next trip. Maybe just plan on going before the Summer rush or after if you want to avoid the water amenities being packed.

This property is very run down and needs a deep cleaning.

Im giving a 2 only cause the ocean was nice.The beds are hard as the ground after a 5 year drought. They have steel kick plate in halls which looks so classy. The odor in the building is not pleasant. $10 a night parking. Oh and they show the top line hotel pics from captain quarter as pics for all the aminities. They dont look great more like a $50 a day room at best. No restaurant at the hotel. And the walls are so thin you can hear what they next door are saying.

We liked it. It had a nice outdoor pool. There are lounge chairs in the water that was cool. A nice big hot tub outside, it fits a lot of people. We had a beach front room. Balcony overlooked the pool. You could see the beach and theres a company on the beach that rents 2 chairs and umbrellas most of the day[till 4] for 40$.The people who brought us towels and things we super nice both men and women.Our room was a king bed. A couch that could pull out as a sleeper. The floors were ceramic tile. I didnt like that. But I understand its easier to maintain when sandy and wet from the pool or beach. A table and 2 chairs to eat and refrigerator. We didnt get a kitchenette this time. The room has an ironing board, hair dryer and a safe.The shower had a giant water head. It had awesome pressure. Thank God for running hot water....The bars of soap are like 1 inch by 1.5 inches so bring your own body wash or soap. They dont have little mouth washes, lotions, so dont forget yours.Of course, right now there breakfast area and coffee bar are shut down due to the virus.But there is a breakfast place less than 2 blocks away - in walking distance for breakfast called Friendlys .The pool has a swim up bar or on the other side walk up and sit in high back stools. The waitress was a Russian girl. She was awesome.I had 1 drink on my vacation....Yes, just 1 lol !My friend and I had the 2 drinks and they were around 19$We stayed 4 days and totally relaxed.We will definitely go back .They also have a lazy river inside. We stayed outside this trip the weather was great.This hotel also has a sister property that you can go to and use with your rubber wristband. The sister property has 15 different pools indoor and outdoor. So there is lots to do.Enjoy your stay at the Blue.Till next time.

My family loves Hotel Blue. We stayed 4 years straight. My teenagers love the DJ/poolside music, and it does not play at night like another person claimed. The hotel next door is the one with the late night music. We stayed at The Crown Reef this year just to switch things up, and even though we paid 2-3 times more than we pay at Blue, it was still exactly the same as the last time we stayed about 10 years ago except for the water park. I am leaving them a review as well. My kids still missed Hotel Blue!Our room has always been clean and I have never saw any sign of bed bugs. We all love the pool, the pool bar, and the chairs that sit in the water.I really hope that in the one year that we didnt stay, this hotel hasnt started growing mold, became the only hotel where people smoke herb on the balcony, stopped maid service, etc.If you read about about a Hotel having a pool bar you should probably expect there will possibly a little partying going on.

Swim up bar was the only decent thing. And the Russian bartender was very nice. Pictures are misleading. The room was alright. Still had someone’s hair all over it. No blankets only a thin sheet. Last but not least there was mold all over the ac unit!!!

I really enjoyed myself. My whole family enjoyed themselves. The lady at the front desk (cant remember her name, she was a you g woman about 45 yrs old) was FANTASTIC. she was kind and caring and respectful. The only pro I have and would stop me from returning is the elevator. OMG it stopped working the last day of my 3 day trip and its too hot and too many stairs for that to happen. So if they get that fixed I would GLADLY return

If I could rate there customer service I would honestly give it negative stars, I have called and called to make some changes to my room for an upcoming trip and can’t even reach a real person. Not only did I stay on the line for hours only to get hung up on each time, I also emailed them a week ago and have yet to even hear anything back. Very very unhappy with my experience with hotel blue.

The hotel was in a great location and oceanfront. Considering Covid-19 and everything being limited our stay was still great, room was decent and NO.BUGS!!!! Bed was a bit uncomfortable but that was all. Amenities were good. We got to have access to the sister property 2 doors down. Very fun trip.

The hotel was not as advertised. Unfortunately all the common areas needs to be cleaned. That includes the lazy river and the indoor hot tub.

This was absolutely the most perfect hotel I have ever stayed at for a vacation! The staff was super friendly and helpful with every question and request. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a gorgeous oceanfront view with a view overlooking the pool. The pool was the perfect height for both adults and children and had a swim up bar. The bar tenders were friendly and fast. The lazy river is indoors and heated. Both hot tubs are the perfect temperature and are a long rectangular shape with bench seating. I will definitely be booking this hotel again for next summer! Highly recommended from my family of 5.

Decent beachfront hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, iron and hair dryer, but no shampoo or paper towels. AC & heat both work well. I went in the off season, so the bar and cafe were closed. The staff was okay - the front desk staff was polite (versus friendly), but werent very good at offering suggestions for restaurants. I didnt use the pool, but the gate accesses the beach. One thing to note: as a timeshare partner, I was disappointed because the hotel did not live up to the Diamond Resorts standards; I expected much better service. If you are not using a timeshare, then its a good choice for a beachfront stay at a reasonable rate.

The outdoor pool is nice. There is an island in the middle of the pool with bar stools and a bartender. you can relax and have a drink while in the water. Also a 15 man jacuzzi outside the pool and a indoor pool with a lazy river you can relax in. The rooms are nice as well they all have their own balcony

Awful. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else, unless you want to sleep with one eye open...that’s if you can even sleep at all between the inappropriate, obnoxious music at the pool all day/night, the loud guests that roam the halls all night, or stench of pot and alcohol throughout the entire place. If you have kids and don’t mind staying at a party hotel with a bunch of intoxicated and stoned strangers this is the place for you! Cops came BOTH nights we stayed. Needless to say, we checked out early and went somewhere else. The beds and bedding are a joke. Your comforter is literally a second sheet.. I booked this through Groupon, and I don’t even know if I’ll get a refund yet, but I couldn’t stay there another night, especially not with my daughter. People smoke weed on the balconies at a “non-smoking” hotel. When mentioning the smell of pot and the loud, inappropriate music to the front desk they said they’d stop them from smoking if they knew which room it was and didn’t care about the music at the pool..they offered to switch our rooms but doesn’t help much when we want to use the pool without listening to music appropriate for a strip club. The weed was so strong we could smell it from the pool, something tells me it wouldn’t be too hard to figure out which room(s) it is. Oh and according to one of the security guards SWAT team was there last week.. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

It was pretty ok. The room was very small. I slept on the pull out bed and it was comfy but we had to ask for blankets and pillows. We had to call maintenance because of the wall chipping. I admit it was a little bit gross. The pool was very fun and you could open the gate and walk straight down to the beach. The hot tub was cold.

The hotel rooms are nice and the staff is nice. However we did get stuck in the elevator for a few minutes in our first day there. Overall I liked the location and the view was spectacular! I would stay here again if I knew the elevators were going to be reliable.

I will start with the (very few) positives. The ocean front view is beautiful. The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly...However, the rooms were dirty. Upon arriving we noticed a black somewhat sticky substance on the floor, and the beds were uncomfortable. We continued looking around the room and spotted mold in the bathroom, and the vent was falling from the ceiling. We could also hear loud music and talking from the room next door. We went to the front desk and asked if they had another room, and we were switched to a different room, which we appreciated. This room was a bit cleaner, but still had mold in the bathroom and upon further inspection, the air conditioner vents. We decided to make the best of it because we didn’t plan on being in the room much, anyway. The next day there was a very distinct smell of curry in the hallways, and the room started to smell more like mildew as the day went on. I purchased some air freshener and my own hand soap and made the best of it. I booked the room directly from hotel blue and was not aware that the lazy river or hot tub were closed, we were allowed to use the amenities at the hotel a block down, but found that to be somewhat inconvenient considering the time of year.Again, the staff were nice, the pool outside was being cleaned when we were leaving, so I feel that it was being let go due to the off season, and I did get a deal on the room, but I would have personally preferred to pay more money per night to have a comfortable bed and a clean mildew/mold free room.

Save yourself the time and money! The room was filthy, the front desk girl (Tyler,Tylan, or Taylor, couldnt understand her name was VERY rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated that they are to busy to tend to concerns they can deal with it during normal business hours! STAY AWAY, a waste of money and then when you raise a concern they brush you off and she even hung up on me while speaking on the phone. VERY VERY unprofessional and rude.

It was okay. The rooms were clean. They are basic, nothing fancy but served its purpose. The pool was nice, the crew was out there every morning cleaning the whole area. They lazy river was gross. It really looks like it had not been cleaned in awhile. A long while! It is definately a party place. The drinks were pretty good, they were not cheap but not outrageous compared to some resorts. It is right on the beach. There are better places to stay on the strip but there are also worse places to stay.

I liked the pool and bar but they have nothing for children. Our floor was damp our entire stay and new towels were received only when I went and got them.

I just spoke to a very short and unwelcoming man named Allan. I called to check on our remaining balance. When we booked our room, it was online and it was a 53% off deal. All together the total was about $727. If it would have been any higher, we would not have booked the room. It was all about the best deal for our buck. Now they are telling us that our all together total is $893 even though we already paid almost $300 on it. We cannot get a refund on what we paid because we didnt buy a VIP protection plan. This hotel jipped us and I dont recommend it. It wadnt until i asked for the employees name that he showed any kind of manners. Why do businesses put people like that in positions to talk to customers? Were supposed to feel comfortable and welcomed to come spend hundreds of dollars at their facilities.

Not a terrible place. It’s a bargain so your neighbors will be those looking for a bargain as well (but that’s sort of the Myrtle Beach crowd). The hotel partners with Captain’s Quarters to meet the requirements for a resort. Other than that, it’s simply a hotel with a pool.

I loved how the employees were very nice and kind! Also I loved how the view from the 12th floor!! If you ate visiting Myrtle beach I recommend this hotel to you and who ever else is with you.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped rooms. Kitchens with full size appliances plus utensils, dishes ect! Were on the ocean side...amazing views of the ocean from our balcony! Friendly staff. No room service but theres plenty of businesses within a very short distance. Lots to choose from. Then theres that gorgeous beach!!

We had a great time. But when we walked in the chair and sleep sofa had pizza and peppers in the seat cochons. My husband and I brought Lysol and clean supplies but it was just nasty. No updated furniture or ect the mattress was horrible underneath but no bed beds so that was a plus. The kitchen was cool and shower clean it i would not pay more than 40-50 dollars to stay here. Location is perfect beach amazing and pool and lazy river was our favorite. # no recommendWe will stay somewhere else next time.

I wouldnt recommend this place. They charge $10 per night for their own guests to park there. Place is cheaply decorated and painted. Smells funny . Pools are NASTY the swim up bar is a JOKE. Beds and pillows are hard as a rock. The only positive thing I can say is its oceanfront. Theres way better places to stay much cheaper.. save yourself and dont book at this dump

The staff was extremely nice, but the rooms are really basic compared to other resorts weve stayed at. The view of the ocean was great, but I didnt like the fact that we could hear everything from the other room. I guess they didnt want to hear us either. The beds are not comfortable as well. If you just want to go to the beach and not worry about the room then it is fine. The only reason a three star is because of the staff and I like that they have security patrolling all night.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Blu. The first time was okay. This time was not good at all. The sofa bed was dirty look like the undercover has not been washed. My toilet was not working properly. I called like several times and no one never showed. I had to figure it out on my own. For Myrtle Beach to be a hot spot no staff sanitized the elevator or anything. Im very sadden about this post because i had such high hopes.

This was an awesome motel. It is geared to the single and young couples. There is an awesome swim up bar, lazy river, store selling a little of everything, and even a Starbucks in the lobby. There is even a guest self laundry room. The decor is chic. The beds comfortable, and friendly staff. I would love to visit again, and feature it in more detail on my blog. This was a personal last minute booking, I am anxious to see so much more concerning the hotel. The security was one their toes, making safety a top priority which is great due to the latest rankings of myrtle beach being on the higher category of crime.

Absolute mayhem in this place. Called housekeeping to clean our room half a dozen times, never once did they come. Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because security was awesome.

Our stay was pretty nice! The room was clean and surprisingly had a kitchen suite with a full size fridge, kitchen sink, and oven/stove. The view was amazing and the heated outdoor pool allowed for us to swim in March! And the outdoor jacuzzi was lovely. The beds were rather uncomfortable though, but we didnt mind too much. Disappointed that we had to pay to park.

They brag about the swim up Vegas style bar in the pool, we were at the pool when the employees brought out the set up but no bartender showed up when they say they open, we called front dest and ask, they said bar had been open for 2 hours, lol no we benn out here before noon, then when he finally opened the bar after 2 pm we sit at the bar in the water and ask to put drinks on our room, bartender tells us cash or card, who the hell swims up to a bar in the water with cash and card?? So far from a Vegas pool bar!! False advertising, plus they close it at 9pm .

The hotel was very dirty and you saw no one trying to clean and/or disinfect any areas. Every floor I stepped onto smelled really bad. The lobby was very dark and looked so old and outdated. Pictures on the website dont really depict the conditions of the hotel. Paid over $200/per night for a King and the room was a box - very small - definitely not worth the money.

I would never stay there again. Room 332 no remote then once got remote TV didnt work. Woke up to the kitchen sink backed up with debris and water all over the floor. You have to pay for an extra $30 for a late check out. All issues taken to management got 30% discount off room still making cost over $100. Not even worth $100.

Cosmetically not the greatest but its in a great location, a short walk or drive to restaurants, stores, amusement parks, liquor stores, but the boardwalk is a deceivingly long walk, the staff has been pretty professional and nice too, hopefully well stay again.

Clean room and that was about it. Booked the place because of the swim up bar and they only had it open till 7pm the one day and 4pm the next. Very outdated and run down. Hot tub was also gross and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. Will not recommend to anyone or return.

Night staff was great, but room was small, we got a ocean view, which was a glimpse of the ocean. Desk was broke in the room. And we paid for a room that could support 6 people, but the couch didnt have a pull out. The night staff fixed the couch issue but the room was still rather small to fit 6 people. The microwave wouldnt open all the way, and the room wasnt very clean. And the swim up bar closed very early.

Rude staff. Horrible managers, bs SECURITY. And they have bed bugs still.

The bar is a joke. The young staff tries to be helpful but I think their hands are quite tied. They dont have anybodys any information.. I had issues, the person before me had issues, when I went to the front desk there was always issues with the people checking in or checking out. The lobby is a cement industrial look however its not industrial its cheap, they have cement floors and when they fix the cracks but did it with something yellow and didnt even attempt to match the colors in the repairs. When you asked to go to a restaurant they send you in a direction of their sister restaurant which you go down there they dont answer the phone they close up early and its kind of a gross place.They closed early they told us they were closed yet it was full of locals ... from there we explained we wanted steak and lobster and they offered us to go to Dennys Always go the direction of the SkyWheel, not the opposite! Somehow they tell you that theres 15 pools there is not 15. And your wristband gives you such a limited access so I dont know how they get away with marketing the way they do. When you need something they tell you to go to their little store in my entire time theyre that store had never been open and they dont even know that its been closed. The pool within the hotel itself is nice however they dont display prices on anything in the pool bar so youre caught up to the whim of whatever the bartender decides to tell you the price is.. they create their own gratuity you might say. when they say a beach view its pretty limited however its just fine for the most part however your window will be to this huge ginormous light in your room to the point where your retinas will never be the same... It doesnt matter what floor youre on you will have those huge massive lights shining in your window from the opposite side.. rooms were relatively clean at first appearance. But the freezer with the ice empty ice trays full of gunk, and I would never use any of the items to eat off of there. bugs...bugs bugs bugs on floor.. when we looked we believe its because they have not swept under the beds. The rumors were okay but a lot of disrepair but everything functioned they were just run down. they were also painting and the paint they used was so unbelievably strong that we had to leave the hotel for an entire day and they were painting at the other end of the hotel first thing in the morning it was horrible. I dont for a minute believe that it was paint I believe that they were disinfecting or debugging... Actually I believe it was the latter.The treck down towards all the excitement might be a little much at the end of the day back to the hotel for some people especially children... And this hotel has nothing to offer kids. Theyre lazy river is kind of green . and if youre handicapped dont think that you can park in the handicap parking because thats where they put all of the hotel carts. They have a very nice laundry room but they dont sell laundry soap.. this is how the ladies at the front desk found out that their little store was never open! There also is no change machines so when I asked for change the asked me how much I wanted and I had no idea how much the machines were nor did they. So if you want to pads in a toilet a place to sit down you can cram I think up to eight people in a room... With low expectations with a decent pool a decent laundry room hot running water for the shower, a cold running refrigerator... Zero expectations that things will run smoothly when you check in but eventually youll get there.with a very friendly staff because its not their fault... I think,. and you have a sleeping mask, well there you go.

If you want an ocean view, make sure to reserve OCEAN Front, as their ocean view can be a side room where you can just barely see it. The hotel room was spacious and well decorated, but they need an update. It was a well worn room, but ours had a full kitchen and overlooked the pool off the ocean. It could be cleaner as well, not horrible but definitely not upscale. They do give you access to their neighbor hotel Captains Quarters, that has more pools and a bowling alley, would be great for those with kids. The swim up bar area was nice, had music and great in water loungers.

The room was economical. It wasnt luxury. We arrived there was a bit of confusion with the reservation and the tickets purchased but the front desk people were very friendly and fast at fixing everything. The breakfast bowling and arcade are located 2 hotels down the street captain quarters. Housekeeping was very good. All the staff was very nice. Will stay again no complaints. Plenty of space for what we needed. Everything was clean and worked. No bugs. No bedbugs. Easy parking.

Wish I could give this a 0 star being I now have to sleep in a small car with 3 adults and a 5 year old. Thank you for being so completely useless!

The front desk team was on point. Friendly and quick response if missing something in your room. Housekeeping workers are the G.O.A.T

We were placed directly under a room undergoing construction. Constant banging and debris falling on our balcony from 7am. The front desk advised they were fully booked but there were rooms available online. Unfortunately we were not compensated because we booked through a 3rd party. The room should have never been made available for reservations.

We had a nice, clean room with a balcony view of the ocean and pool. It was high enough that we could block out the DJ music for an afternoon nap.If you’re looking for a hotel pool more suited to adults enjoying strong drinks and good music, this is the place to hang out.

Beautiful beach location. Very nice pool. Rooms are spacious. Nice lobby staff was friendly. Facilities are older. Could use some updates. Such as wallpaper. But not bad. The only downside is no breakfast. But it was affordable and reasonable. Will Definetely come back again.

Comfortable for what we needed. Upon arrival in our room there was an odor. Like someone had an animal in there even though they were not supposed to. They did come and spray all around bedroom. Kitchen was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Didnt get a chance to explore this property because of an injury done on my last vacation. Staff members were friendly. May have to give it another chance next time in the area.

Clean but old. You could tell they were working on renovations and upgrades. Pool is clean and view is gorgeous. Unfortunately, while sitting on the balcony, we had to go inside and close the door several times due to some neighbors who were smoking weed. Hopefully the staff finds a way to monitor that. Walkable to the boardwalk with a 20-30 trek.

Family atmosphere. Staff was wonderful. Sister hotel Captains Quarters was also nice

Gave this place a chance based on the representative telling me about the recent renovation.....the customer service was good. We stayed in room 502 .. man those rooms are dated,smelled awful the vent in the bathroom was hanging down from the ceiling and the tub was dirty. the room was repainted but cmon repainting the old 80s style furniture!! You have to be kidding me here!! The pool was also disgusting!!! But I guess you get what you pay for ...

We were on the 14th floor (13th) first off, the lock was missing from the heavy door, none of the ice machines worked on any floor, the hallway smelled like old smoke and mold. The conditions made my girlfriends asthma worse every morning. Poor experience and soiled the trip.

Right on the beach. Great pool. Can use sister resort and go to those activities too. The fire dancers were great!

U have to pay to park and the parking isnt great unless you have a small car. Elevators were dirty, pool was dirty half of it had a tarp over it. The out door hot tub was filthy. The indoor hot tub was OK but between that and the lazy river the smell of chemicals was over whelming. It did seem like they are trying to update the rooms. No dishwasher and Cabinets need replaced also the whole place needs deep cleaned. They tell you that you can use the pool and other stuff at captains quarters but we never walked up there.

The view from our room was lovely! Staff was nice. The pool was ok. Hotel is not really updated. Its a bit run down. They cleaned all day long in the hotel so there was garbage and linen everywhere all day. I havent ever seen that at a hotel. Even though they cleaned all day the rooms werent really that clean. I wasnt horribly disgusted with the room but I didnt take more pictures because there was nothing spectacular about the room. And I didnt want to take pictures of the stains and flaws.If they did a massive update the hotel would be really nice.

Great pool area as well as the beach in back of the hotel being a great spot with not too many people. Also great restaurants very close by.

This is one of the most absolute worst places I have ever stayed in my life. If I could rate this hotel a 0, I would. Housekeeping was non existent, empty alcohol bottles everywhere, disruptive guests at 3 am, and a ridiculous lack of security... The rooms and pool do not even come close to what the brochures look like. I will never stay here again.

Pretty horrible experience with this hotel. I drove 4 hours, late in the night to get to the hotel at 8 am. I had called ahead after insuring that my room was booked and to see if there was any option to check in when I got there. I was told by two individuals that I would be able to and that the room style I requested was available at that time. When I got there at 9am, I was greeted by a woman that was very monotoned and did not seem to care. She was very unhelpful and short with us. When she asked who I spoke to I gave her both name where she then insisted that that was not true. She then went back into her office and I spoke to the gentleman on the other side. He said the same thing but then gave us parking passes and passes to the pools. We can back at 1 and the same woman from earlier said they did not have a room and we would have to wait until 8pm. We stood in the lobby and the same gentleman asked us if he could help us. 5 minutes later, he had a key for us. It was all well and good until we got to the room. It was dirty and completely not the room I paid for( full kitchen with a view) it had a microwave and a sink and no view. I spoke again to the manager and after an hour with fooling with them, we were in the right room. This one was dirty as well( dirty towels hung up. Trash on the floor and trash cans not emptied ECT.)

I absolutely loved this hotel. At first the reviews scared me but I still went and tried it out for myself. The staff are so nice and also the bar and the DJ was amazing. One thing that could have been nice was have some pictures in the rooms to make it feel homely. But over all it was great stay.

Rooms were clean room service was sweet parking was compressed but no issues at all... would recommend

Awesome place. Feels like home. Friendly courtesy staff for most part.

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. Filthy rooms, and a lack of employee concern. Totally overpriced as well for such a run down place.

The only issue i had was the pool was closed!
