This place is MIND BLOWING! The suite was unbelievable with two rooms, a kitchen and huge bathroom with jet tub. The water park was unique and clean. Lost count of the number of pools. Located on the best part of the beach, access less than 50 yards from our door. Views were breathtaking. And the price was SUPER affordable, I had expected two to three times higher. Will continue to stay here whenever we go to Myrtle Beach!

Pet friendly, but they charge extra for more that 1 pet. Well laid out. Great kids amenities. On the beach with great sea views. Room clean, bed comfortable. An extra blanket would have been nice. Not everyone wants to run the heat on the reverse cycle airconditioner. Pressure on bathroom sink very poor but shower was great. Reception staff very personable and helpful welcoming. Stayed at Indigo Tower. Older building, has been refurbished to look fresh in rooms. Excellent cooked breakfast. Dirty linen carts should not be left in full view of guests when arriving and worse still be there the following morning. Especially considering COVID-19.

Check in was super easy and the lady who helped me was very nice! I got the cheapest room available with lower expectations but was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of my room. The view was kind of blocked by the water slides but the ocean was easy to see even with that!! The beds are comfortable, and the personal patio was unexpected. Its also very CLEAN!! I brought my 2 kids with me, and they LOVE the Waterpark and its so easy to access the ocean from there. Having never seen the ocean before, it was an amazing experience. We will definitely be booking here again!!

If you have an autistic child or children in general, this place is packed with value. Lots of secure gates around the pool/park areas. The water slides are a ton of fun. The food is fantastic. The drinks are not weak. Convenient parking deck by each tower. The arcade has a ton of various games/activities. The ice cream and Italian shaved ice is . Water pressure in the shower is other worldly. The staff is very friendly. Great ocean front views. You really dont have to go anywhere once you are here. My 5 year old had the time of his life. We will be back.

Had a great time! The place is outdated but overall its a nice place. The location is great and check in and out was a breeze. Beach access is amazing and the water park was fun. They keep it clean for the most part and of all the employees we encountered they were pleasant and helpful. We plan on coming back next year.

Cheapest room has view of ocean blocked partially by slides as advertised it is still however majestic and beautiful to behold. I love and am already planning a return trip for a suite next time. Room super clean and comfortable for whole family. Lots of fun too much to do for one day will have to make it a week next time!

Staff members are very friendly and the rooms are very big. We stayed in a king suite on the ocean front side and the view was awesome. Prices were very affordable

We had a very nice experience at this resort. The waterpark was very nice. They have a lot of swimming pools and my kids had a blast. The view was amazing, and I love the fact that the pools were open until late at night, so we could enjoy them at any time. Im giving them 4 stars because the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not the best. I understand that due to Covid-19 they were not able to send anyone to clean the rooms (we stayed for almost a week with small children, so you can imagine the mess with no one coming to clean and no cleaning supplies at the room), the common areas where not in optimum conditions either. The parking was very hard to maneuver through, so if you are a bad driver like me you will be hitting walls all the time. Thanks God my husband was the one driving all the time, lol. Other than that, we had a great time.

Great place for family fun. A lot of space, and easy access to the beach. Parking spaces are filled quickly, inside and outside of the garage. But everything else was fun. No complaints!

The views from the balcony were awesome. The room was clean but very dated. Got locked out of our room the second day had to wait over 2 hours to get someone to come up and let us in even though my husband walked across the street they said the card machine wasnt working someone would meet us at the room. Very overpacked I think it should be 50% capacity with covid-19. I did not see anyone walking around cleaning any services a lot of people not wearing masks even know it was mandatory. Very hard to keep social distance.

I will start by saying the 3 stars has nothing to do with the staff. They were very friendly and quick to assist. When you requested towels they were there within minutes. Even staff on ground was friendly and worked hard, straightening chairs helping guests. We even had a toilet clog and was fixed within minutes. The 3 stars is for the dated rooms. Cracks in walls, appliances were old, fridge wasnt cold enough had to freeze drinks and then move to fridge. Room was definitely clean but just old. Furniture wasnt comfortable, bed was way too soft like too many people slept on it. So its more of a management issue than staff. I would stay there again though, I like the location and the facilities. And I understand with covid they arent bringing in a lot of money to do updates just staying afloat. But this was just an honest review.

Our room (915) smelled awful, really old and stuffy same thing for the beds. The bathroom has a cracked tile and when you step on it (which is unavoidable since the space is so small) water comes out from underneath. The light in the shower is hanging down which means you have to scrape the door along the light. And every corner is just nasty looking. Luckily we were only staying here for a weekend for a work trip.

Perfect get away for a family. The hotel is not in middle of the crowded strip. Customer service or house keeping needs better service. The first room I was in smelled like they wiped everything down with old mildrew rags. The second room was better but when I asked for extra towels the room attendant entered my room while I was half naked. Not professional or safe! Other then that the hotel was great!

Beautiful hotel. The room was clean roomy, but the bathroom, however, was a little small, even for one person to maneuver in. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were very small. The view was incredible!

Decent place to take the kiddos. Has lots of pools and a few slides. The pool staff are not friendly in any way. Seems they hate working here. I asked one employee where the pool towels were located and she mumbled something under her breath. Parking is not free. $10 a night at time of this review. The motel is mediocre at best. I would look for a better hotel and keep this one as a backup decision.

Everything was amazing except for some very large roaches on the balcony but never has any come in the rooms. The rooms were very large and clean. The only real issue we had was the AC wasn’t cold at 1st but it was fixed on the first day so it wasn’t a problem. So if your looking for a hotel that’s on the beach and not in the middle of the strip that is good for all parts of the family crown reef is for you

Family trip to PA for son’s graduation; he got sick, missed grad, Clinic said they thought it was COVID. We headed straight back to Florida and the hotel still charged us for the room we didn’t stay in. They would rather us bring germs to the hotel!!

The bath tub filled up with hair and gunk while I was showering I found boogers on the head rest hair on the bedding and towels.

Everyone was super nice that worked there they were very attentive to our needs. Everything was very clean. Will definitely go back!

The price reflects the quality of the rooms. Great views and nice pools. Far enough from boardwalk you dont have to deal with the traffic but close enough to enjoy it still. Room with kitchens are nice but they are in need of fresh paint and updated furniture.

We have 3 rooms, those are nothing to write home about. The amenities however, are awesome. Pool are all great (warm and clean), waterslides are great, the staff is excellent and the location is pretty good. Not the best time of year, but the views are good and the beach is clean. Lastly, the food and drinks are great!

Absolute five star experience my little girls and wife had an absolute blast. The water park is awesome it has the longest lazy river on the grand strand and in season by noon the pool area is shaded. If you want sun your fifteen steps away from the ocean.The people were awesome and it was clean. Cant say enough will be staying here again.

Trinity at the front desk helped us late last night we were at another hotel it was horrible checked out and I said I always wanted to stay at the purple one and we took a chance she hooked us up and made our stay we had ocean front and the breakfast was amazingly fantastic. Everything about it. We will be back with our kids for sure soon. Thank you so much and they were amazing during the covid crisis. Trinity is a awesome employee.

Dated for sure, the amenities were amazing. Which is one of the BIGGEST reasons I booked here. I loved the water park for the kids, and even the staff is super polite. HOWEVER, the room we booked was awful. I mean, I only paid $180.00 (with parking) for the one night stay at the crown reef. It was an ocean front. The bathroom door wouldnt even close, the bocqune (sorry cant spell that) door wouldnt lock at all. The room seemed different with what the sales person explained. However about midway through the evening I went to call into the service desk to make them aware of the door issues. No answer, there was no info in the room at all. Oh, and when we first walked into the room the first thing I noticed was a dying bug in the corner. (roach) I let them know on check out and they offered me $40.00 refunded back to my card. As I was at the counter another guest was checking out and expressing how he found many issues with his room as well. At this point, the lady seemed like she had solved the problem and I felt embarrassed to ask for anything more. I cant say Ill ever stay at this resort again. I have had a lot of amazing experiences. However this room was one of the worst rooms Ive ever stayed in. Room 526 in tower 2.

This hotel was a lot of fun! The construction is older and the rooms arent as updated as a newly built place but the amenities are amazing! We loved the water park, being on the beach, etc! Great location! Highly recommend this hotel for families!

The Crown Reef Beach Resort was exactly what we hoped it would be. Friendly staff and fabulous family atmosphere. The suite was perfect for a weeks stay in Myrtle Beach. Would love to go again soon!

We arrived and the parking garage was very hard to maneuver in and was leaking water and you walked through from the rain. We walked into our room and there was hair in the tub from a previous stay so you could tell it wasn’t cleaned properly. Took our sons on the balcony to enjoy the view we paid for and had to go back inside because of the overwhelming smell of marijuana. Went inside to watch TV and the remote was broken so it worked only if you were holding the sensor tight with your hand while changing the channels. Turned the TV off and immediately heard the family next door because the walls were so thin. Also, the beds are like boxes with sheets over them. Not comfortable at all. Very disappointed as we came here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary with our children. Definitely a different experience from the information we saw from commercials and ads.

While I enjoyed the amenities pool and the beach. Staff was friendly. My only reservation about this place is that they are not taking the proper precautions to clean the rooms well enough in between stays. The hot tub jets were filthy. The frequently touched areas inside my room were very dirty. I found a bug what looks like a dead bedbug in my blanket on the third night of my stay (and no I don’t have bedbugs and it did not come from me) The only reason I found it is because I took all the blankets and sheets off looking for something. Frequently touched areas such as the elevator buttons did not look like they were wiped off daily or enough throughout the day. Traveling during this time is a risk, but I Felt confident that this hotel would keepThe promise on the precautions taken during this time as stated on the website. I was very disappointed on that end. I did speak to a manager upon check out showed her the pictures and was told to send an email with the pictures And she would call me. I have yet to hear back from said manager. It is a weekend so I will wait until Monday... this is a great family place and I would love to bring my kids. But the cleanliness standards Must be set a bit higher.

The first room in which we were placed had fresh blood on the linen. The staff was extremely nice. The hotel is old, but seems to be doing some remodeling. The highlight is the mini waterpark for kids thats part of the resort. Not worth the price.

We had an excellent view if the beach and of the surrounding area. The pools and slides were very fun to experience. The type of watersports you can participate in here are very enjoyable.

View was perfect, room was clean but small. They were a few cons the bathroom sink didn’t drain very well. It was hard to find any towels near the pools and slides but overall my experience was well worth it I enjoyed myself so did my kids for my birthday .

Amazing they have a arcade and a beach side bar and restaurant. There waterproof us super fun for all ages, the rooms are nice and clean the staff were super kind.

Great breakfast buffet, lots of water fun/play for kids. Staff/housekeeping were super friendly and helpful. Noise level loud at night if your room faces the pool because it doesn’t close until 11pm. Weed smell was super strong couldn’t sit on balcony it was overwhelming. Rooms need updating and I would suggest full size pillows on beds instead of squares. A little pricey for what you get but definitely exceeded my expectations for kids... they had a blast!

So much to do even a week here wont cut it! With great prices on the stay, we accommodated 8 comfortable and had lots of fun every single day we spent our time here! Their gym is great! Standard but effective! Love their staff too! Very courteous!

Hotel was nice. Many pools and such for teens and kids. Room was okay but ended up being on the top floor. Staff wasn’t very friendly on the pool deck. Hot tubs were very cold. Restaurant a little pricey for what you get. Hotel overall is nice. Just would consider somewhere else next year.

The place definitely needs a remodel. The best part was the view of the beach however the rooms need to be updated And the pools need better maintenance Wanna come to the Housekeeping arcade and dining. However the overall ownership really needs to get sitter doing a face lift of the entire building and updating Sings like the televisions and kitchen supplies. And again the pool areas need a lot more maintenance to them.

A great, family place which was quiet and not in the middle of everything. The rooms was huge and has great views of the ocean. A new favorite!

We enjoyed the watepark! The disappointing part was the room and the fact it looks like it did when I visited a decade or more ago. The bathroom layout was inconvenient but that is something that can be fixed. Crazy how much they charge but I had to ask for all things offered and things I could add on. My daughter left her fanny pack, we called and left numerous messages and we received no call back. Overall it was clean and served its purpose. Im not sure I would stay again or recommend to others.

Somewhat of a nice hotel that serve the purpose of our visit. Really enjoyed the pool and waterpark which was the best reason to stay here. I love the bath tub with the jacuzzi jets!! I like that you can call to checkout and leave the key in the room that was really convient. Didnt like the fact it lack enough parking space for its guest.

This was my first time staying in S Myrtle Beach; we usually stay in the Northern end but wanted to be closer to the boardwalk. Overall we had a good stay. The beds were comfortable and showers had great flow/pressure. There were pros and cons staying here. Pro- the kids enjoyed the pools, slide & arcade area, we lived on the gazebo and the adults thoroughly enjoyed the gecko restaurant & tiki bar. Cons- the layout of our room made it difficult to get into the closet to store luggage (the bed was extremely close to that wall) and regulating the air conditioner was somewhat tiring (either too cold or too warm).

The Hotel itself needs a lot of updating and needs to be more kept up with.. we arrived to a puddle infront of our door because the ceiling above had a leak. Our bathtub had dust and hair in it which means it obviously wasn’t cleaned properly. Our toilet would not flush correctly. Vending machines are broken. Our ice machine was also broken so we had to go to every floor in search for a working ice machine. Dead bugs and dirt beside our bed. Balcony chairs were dirty, balcony bars could use a touch up on the paint. Furniture is dated and doesn’t match well together whatsoever.. we weren’t given any pool/beach towels so we had to use our bath towels.

Where do I start? When we arrive the light in the kitchen was out. The toilet would not flush,so we call the front desk one to two times daily while we was here for three nights. The water slides and one hot tub was out of order for a day. I am currently waiting on towels that I have called for twice. Year after year they take my money and year after year they get worse. NEVER AGAIN

A bit awkward at first finding the location..GPS! After that, the resort is almost at the end of the strip so you will avoid the noise and congestion. The kids and grandkids had a blast between the pools, lazy river and the ocean. It was easy to find something to do. Enjoying the ocean breeze and waves from the suite balcony was very soothing. Along with the spectacular sunrises, reserved beach chairs and night beach walks made for many memorable moments for all. Even with 11 people in a large suite!

Decent hotel but no free breakfast. $10 extra to park for the WORST PARKING DECK EVER DESIGNED, and overall just an aging building. Plenty of other places better for the same price. Water park was the main plus.

This is a top notch place to stay at, along with a top notch price. However, it is very very nice. We got a decent deal through priceline. The Room was excellent. The pools and water park were fun, my son enjoyed them. The view was beautiful.

The check in area was better than the room. Only been here 1 night thus far must say not too many issues yet. Room could be cleaner for the cost in my opinion. Lazy river is adorable. My 2 yo enjoyed the water park. Our children are having fun which is most important. Close enough to shopping for groceries. Parking spaces are tight. They let people with bicycles park behind handicap parking. Thats unsafe! Now my vehicle is sticking out of the parking space.

Clean and easy access to beach. The breakfast buffet was awesome every morning. Our room was cleaned daily with clean linen and towels. Parking was easy. The grounds of the resort was nice and clean. The water was clean and never dirty. We will definitely be back again. Britany who checked us in was full of energy. Check out was smooth. My new favorite place.

Everything you need in a hotel all conveniently in one spot. Food, games, pools, hot tubs, lazy river, tiki bar, water slides, coffee shop etc. Located at the peaceful end of the strip away from a majority of all the downtown noise. Recommended!

The family loved it. Easy access to the beach, pools were crowded at times but fun none the less. Also, took advantage of buying a arcade card at a discount, and my 8 yo loved it, he could actually play for a while and win. The rooms are dated but clean. Close to grocery and restaurants as well.

Water park and beach access were great. The rooms need updating. I guess this is the only thing I would point out. Thankfully they provide dehumidifiers, so the room wasnt sticky like weve experienced other places. Overall, a nice hotel experience for a family with children.

Had a great time. Staff took covid 19 precautions to protect the staff and other visitors. Very exceptional customer service. Room was clean. The view was great. The location was on point. Right next door to jet ski rentals. Cons my debt card got charged twice for every room I had so you can imagine how my face look when my account was overdrawn. But it took 5 days before money was back in account. But I still have a $35 overdraft fee that I need to call the bank about. Will visit again.

We stayed there back in July and noticed that the seal on the refrigerator was messed up and wasnt cooling and when we told them about it they didnt just fix it they gave us a whole new refrigerator. They have multiple hot tubs at different temperatures so you can find one thats right for you, my kids love the water slides, they even have a little kids area under the deck out of the sun so you dont have to worry about them getting sunburn.

Crown Reef is a little further down from the strip and brings in a more family type of entertainment. Music is playing, bar is open, weather is great and the atmosphere is absolutely perfect! A great quick getaway!

The staff was friendly. But, I was really disappointed in our room. We got the updated preffered room 340 in the third tower and the wall light had a short in it and didnt want to stay on. The bathroom toilet handle was broken. The sink did not drain good at all, and the vent in bathroom didnt work. The big thing was only one elevator on the third tower was working and kept going past our floor. We and alot of others were having to use the stairs to get up and down to the room.

All in all it was a pretty good experience. The room was clean, they promptly bring you towels and toiletries when you call. They take great care of the grounds and property and the views are amazing. Just dont expect people to respect social distancing to much especially in the elevator areas.

People were nice at the check in and from what I seen at the pool. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! The view is beautiful. My complaint is cleanliness of the facility and the place is a little dated. Room was so humid our sheets and blankets were wet the entire stay from the humidity. The bathroom sink had pieces missing from it being rusted out. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The shower had a soft spot in the floor, I thought I was going to fall through. The room door didn’t latch when it closed behind you, you had to pull it shut. I smell marijuana though out the building as well. Especially on my balcony. The pool is “swim at your own risk” but there are definitely not enough workers monitoring behaviors. Cigarette butts were floating in the lazy river.

I really liked this place. The water slides they have are so much fun! Clean rooms. However it took me a good 30 minutes to get checked in at the front desk. People were backed up almost outside standing.

All rooms are ocean front with a great view. Our room was clean and we felt comfortable in it. The sofa could be replaced though. The pools were nice, the lazy river is great along with three waterslides! The temperature of the outdoor pools and hot tubs were comfortable. Staff were continuously walking the grounds cleaning during our stay. Bring a pool towel because their towels are small.

My kiddos loved it! There are 2 waterslides and they were fun. The lazy river is a good size and not small. The pool was good sized too! The bartender made good drinks and not to bad pricing! Definitely will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Crown Reef Beach Resort. The building was definitely older and in need of some updates/repairs, but the friendliness of staff and what the resort offered made up for it. The place was always busy and had activities and music. Views of the ocean were amazing! Definitely worth getting a place right on the beach so we didnt have to drive or walk very far with all our beach gear. Obviously humid being right on the water, but dehumidifier was in room to help with the moisture--just had to empty it out several times a day to keep it going.Ice machines were not functional on all floors, so had to floor hop to get ice. Laundry facilities were busy in the evenings; although there was a wait to get laundry going, it was nice to have it on-site.Check-in was across the street from the 3 towers of hotels, it was tricky to find at first.The pools were great and I especially appreciated having so many different hotttubs--which were not all the same temperature, so if one is too hot or too cold, move on to another to find one thats just right!The beach was rough during our time there and not what Id consider kid friendly. The broken shells tore up our feet, so Id take some water shoes if going back. It seemed better in the morning and got worse later in the day. There is a life guard post directly in front of the resort and they set up umbrellas and chairs daily to be rented--which we did the first day and then went to Walmart and bought our own to save money ($40/day for the first day and $5/chair if need more than 2).Overall, a good stay and wed consider staying again if we come back to Myrtle Beach.

I never post reviews. I also work at a public place so I am very patient and very understanding. My moms wedding was this weekend and I was very disappointed with the rooms. When we got there and checked in we were told we were all in different towers, which we were unaware of, and we asked if she could be closer because she would be getting dressed in my room, I was completely shut down but the guy working at the check in desk and was told they were sold out but had vacancy on the sign outside. We spent over 2000.00 combined to stay the weekend and it was very disappointing. The room was outdated and not very clean. The pools were disgusting. I am very disappointing in the stay this weekend and will not be back.

The hotel itself is not cleaned to the standard of most people. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Forks had food visibly crusted on them. Do not use the dishes without cleaning them. This is completely unsanitary and made me question how clean the place actually was. Youd think it would matter more to them during the pandemic. I wish I would have done more research on this place. It seems bed bugs and Crown Reef are synonymous in the past reviews. The hotel may have been top notch back in the day, but it is in need of remodeling badly. The ceiling is peeling and the pool grounds are dirty and littered. The place is overpriced for what it is. Its like paying for a 5 star and getting a dirty motel instead.

Great view of the ocean. Good waterpark. Fun place. And clean! The hotel is an older property but clean! The check in was a little confusing. Check in across the street before going to your room back on the ocean side of the road.

The room we were staying in was falling apart, base boards coming off, lamps not working, cracks in the bath tube at the bottom and the beds are super uncomfortable. Check person was new and not properly trained on what needed to be done. Expected better. On the bright side, its right by the beach and the slides and pools were well keep up.

It’s our first time here at the resort. The lady at desk didn’t explain where anything was. Wasn’t friendly at all. Just told us we were in the third building. We get across the street couldn’t find the correct parking place. We finally get a parking spot n decide to explore the resort we couldn’t find anything. Finally get in the room to take showers n the water in the bathroom is not draining. The shower curtain isn’t doing it’s job so of course the floor is completely wet making the room floor nasty!! The room is really small, & the pillows on the bed are three small couch pillows. This room is not worth what we paid. We usually stay at the compass cove n thought this would be nicer, but so far it’s not looking like it at all.

Room set up was awful. No natural light in main room unless you want guests walking by to see in. The back room had a table and a bed that was metal and dirty behind it. Refrigerator broken. Floors were sticky and slippery. People were smoking on balconies and Marijuana also so you couldnt enjoy the view. Bathroom was small and had to hold the handle to flush. Elevators were overcrowded and no one listened to guidelines.. carts were old to get luggage to room. Express checkout was nice. Beach access was good also view or relax. Pools and hot tubs were overcrowded by kids but open until 11pm. This place is only good for people with a lot of kids and who like tourist traps and do not want to relax with the find touches an upscale hotel or condo can offer in north myrtle or other areas away from attractions. The pier was close and that was the only great thing other than a gem we found to eat at about 13 minutes awaytubswere over crowded by kids

My Bed was not comfortable in Tower 3. The second Elevator didnt work in the morning. My bathroom sink and tub were clogged. There is good amenities for the kids!!

We were given a room number 333 and the conditions of it were terrible! It was disgusting. The so called whirl pool was corroded with mess! I have pictures to add. Everything in the room was wore down or broke. It was dirty. I didn’t even feel safe putting my kids in there! There was blood splatters likely from bugs (hopefully not bedbugs) and crumbs in the cracks of bed. I complained because I had no choice! I spent a lot of money on this vacation. Over $2000.00. I will say staff tried to be accommodating. I was given a second room choice and the floor was dirty. I was then given another option on the fifth floor. The fifth floor place was clean and some of the stuff was updated. The refrigerator was rusted on the outside and had mold on the edges. I could have gotten a return but there was no guarantee that it would be back in my bank account in time to get another hotel. Once we got in the room only one jet in the tub worked. The shower barely ran with any pressure. The tub would not drain adequately. The microwave had rust in the inside.We went swimming daily but on a couple days but the pool was so disgusting there was all kinds of stuff floating. (Hair, snot, trash and who knows what else) It appeared as though the filters weren’t working correctly and there was no smell of chlorine in pool in front of tower 2. I will say that the staff I met were amazing and the issues were likely from management not adequately making sure things were running properly or updates were made to room. Staff there are likely overworked and under paid. The restaurants on site were amazing as well. The restaurant was very clean, breakfast was amazing and the arcade was nice.During these times the cleanliness should be top priority of the hotel. It definitely was not! The elevators were also dirty.

Great experience the beach was fun and there were so many activities. The water park was ok, the pools were fun, the hotel room was pretty nice, we had a ocean view from the balcony. The restaurant wasnt bad, and the arcade was super fun and amazing. Overall a great place.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities but very unsanitary. Disgusting hallways and elevators.

Please dont stay at this hotel resort. The rooms are absolutely disgusting!!!! I walked in my room the lamp shade was dirty, floor had dirt on it, bed frames are nasty and tissue box had finger prints all over it. In the corners I could see dirty and grime. I walked back past the kitchen and there was blood on the wall and ceiling....I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!!!!! I drove 3 hours to be with friends just to turn right back around and go home. Please dont stay here!!

I loved it, out of big traffic, easy access to highway, kitchen was nice, rooms spacious and clean. Only thing possibly new mattresses needed and the pools could have been cleaner. Accommodated small children put on the closest floor down and easy to garage

We stayed in the Penthouse, PH4 to be exact. It just happened to be the same one we stayed in a few years prior. The place is in serious need of updating! It was the same furniture from before, lights were out; others were flickering constantly, some cabinetry was in need of repair--the place was just kind of stale, in atmosphere, not smell! I know it may not be very practical to replace furniture every few years but when its showing signs of wear and repairs, not patching, is needed, its time! I just expected much better for what they charge per night.

Everything was pretty good we had an ac unit go out on us and they replaced it with in an hour or so... everything was clean our room didnt have cookware but other then that all around good experience

They updated their rooms and their water attractions which is nice but its hard to overcome the age and smell of the place.

Rooms are pretty beat up and outdated. Simple things could be addressed to make them nicer. Not bad, just not great.

Location is great. Very lax staff but also poor housekeeping throughout hotel and elevators. The landscaping is flawless however. But it is is beachfront and close to pier.

I enjoyed to stay not overcrowded everyone was friendly but needs bigger pillows on the bed

Very clean room and many things to do here. I would definitely stay here again.
