We had a wonderful time, so very happy with the room, ocean view balcony, and very nice, friendly manager! Mike was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. The room couldn’t have been any cleaner! Extra TP, Kleenex, and even paper towels! I was very impressed! I will certainly call again and hopefully acquire a room, next trip here! BTW, was here for my grandson’s ball tournament! Thanks for the great hospitality!

Loved every minute of our stay! Location, pool, sundeck right outside our room was perfect. Very close to the pier and times square. Walked everywhere. Beach was perfect! Found sand dollars by the handfuls not far from the shore right in front of the property. Front desk staff was wonderful!

We love the hotel. we dont want it to be torn down. But the hotel is nice in the outside but the inside is not in good working condition.

The place had ants and overall was not very clean. Hotel not very well maintained. Its a great location though. Right on the beach. I think theyre tearing it down to put in a margaritaville so thats probably why its poorly maintained.

Nice area beautiful views. Room was small and a little musty smelling. Wished had chairs in room to relax but in all honesty was outside at pool or on beach most of time. Also nice seating area overlooking pool and beach.

No type of complimenting breakfast accept coffee and 10% off at the nelext door sea food restaurant.4 stars for price with location. 1 star for modernizing and 0 stars for attentive house keeping.Rooms and exterior doors really need new coat of paint.

Smelled mold heavy when i was taking a room check to see if I wanted to stay the 2 nights or not.the price is ok..the location u cant beat..the parking lot has only room for maybe 20 cars compact

First time here and the room and place/location serve its purpose. I wanted to be walking distance to the beach and Im literally steps away at a ridiculously affordable price(booked on Expedia) . Staying for 3 night and planning to enjoy every minutes. We got the basic room(was small), has a tv/ac/bed & shower(im good).The hotel is pet friendly (good & bad), found that out while staying there. I hope They have designated room for those with pets. Steps from the hotel is a rental for water sports and down to the pier 5 minute walk you have restaurant and bars.

Best location on the beach. First night had a small closet sized room with old everything. Not great. Second night had a bigger room that was updated and had two full beds. Much, much better. Walkable to everywhere. Parking is very tight.

Nice staff, nice pool. Right on the gulf so you dont have to drive anywhere to get to the beach.The room did have a musty smell but being on the water, I was ok with it. The bathtub would back-up when I showered, but again, part of being on the water Im told.Over all I really enjoyed my stay.

Its a party hotel that is 3 floors with no elevator, so pack light! There are no apparent rules here since the music is blasting from am to late pm.Weed must good here in Florida from what we could smell. Beds are hard and its not very clean. Our ceiling was covered in what I hope was cola.If you wanted a relaxing quite week/wknd ... dont stay here! Pay the extra money and stay at Neptune! Very nice, clean, quiet.

Great Location. Need to explain room better because not all rooms are the same or even in same building shown on pictures. AC broke last day but the staff did accommodate by giving us another one.

Our family has been staying here for years. Usually renting one of the cottages at least 2 times a year. We were thrilled to hear it hasnt been torn down as of yet so I called today to book 3 cottages for next month. I spoke with a man I think his name was John. Since we were returning guests he gave discounted rates. What a joke..i reviewed the fees on line prior to calling and wasnt even given 100 off over a 4 night stay.. And when I asked about the beachside rooms in the hotel he quoted the same price as the cottage. The online difference for the same room was 400 less. Then he gives me attitude when I question how overpriced they have become. What a joke. Im so sad to have been treated like that. So much for out last hurrah at the cottage..Who would be so unprofessional as to be nasty to someone who wanted to book 3 cottages! 12 people booking else where!

Absolutely horrible! Stay away if you care about your health! The stench of mold and mildew is unbearable!We booked with 1/2 hour anticipation according to the pictures on the booking.com website!We walked in and could barely breath! Filthy old dirty health hazard! We had booked for 3 nights! They refused to refund us our money and we lost $210 .I told them i had health issues and have asthma and could not stay in a room full of dew!Worse experience ever! Save yourself and stay away!The manager Victoria- not helpful at all! Could careless.

Excellent location. Room is standard but nice enough. If you stay here, do not get a street-facing room. Its LOUD. Pics are views from the 3rd floor walkway.

The rooms were not worth the price. They had a strong cleaning smell to them, and they were small and dark.

This place needs a serious cleaning, The entire place needs a makeover. The bedroom door was difficult to open from the inside. Very dangerous if a fire broke out..The front desk was not welcoming at all. Parking was difficult also. I never leave reviews but i had to in this place.

The rooms were very small, our AC didnt work properly, for the amount of money you spend on the room, no breakfast ..staff was nice and tried to accomadate our needs with getting the AC looked at, towels, and blankets. Very convenient place.IG your looking for luxury this isnt for you.

Amazing people, friendly travelers, on beach, with pool, picnic area, wandering security in open space, ocean right there, beautiful beach. Whatever room type, its worth the stay. Pier area with lots of restaurants and live band on some days. My go to for quick weekends, from now on.

One of my favorite places to stay. Rooms arent new at all but your right in the middle of everything so it makes up for it. Just leave the beach to eat good food.

The only good thing was the beach and the service! The room was awful, very dark, small, the bathroom was super small not even a good mirror, and on top on that is very expensive $800 for 3 days in this not nice place.....not recommended at all

I recently had booked a stay here I stayed at the hotel back in 2019 for my birthday and had booked again for my birthday this year. Well I booked the same amount of nights I am very unhappy my mother had been rushed to the er and i didnt even stay one night and they still made me pay for the first night. Everyone else whom worked there agreed that I should get all my money back but one person! Needless to say my yearly trip that I was gonna do more often will no longer be at this hotel.

We booked this hotel because it was rated 4 stars and everything else was already taken.This hotel was so disgusting that we moved inland after the first night because I refused to stay here. We struggled to get the door open and then we were immediately overwhelmed by the small of Pine Sol. Every corner was moldy and dirty. The bed felt like cardboard. The extra blanket in the closet was made of a foam like material, it wasn’t a blanket. The towels felt like sand paper covered in chemical. We got the front corner beach front room with the balcony. We went outside to the beach and turned around to come back in - the card reader on the door didn’t work so we had to go back to the main door. You can hear every single sound anyone in any room makes. The hotel was completely covered it patch paining that looked like they used 100 shades of yellow to paint. The ceilings are partially painted with flat paint and then glossy. Someone screwed wood board intro the ceiling to make it look like crown molding but the screws are exposed. It’s just awful. Sand came out of the iron when we used it. I joked that my bed in basic training was 5 Stars compared to this. If you’ve been to Iraq or Afghanistan, don’t stay here, you’re desert accommodations were 5 star compared to this place!The employees were very nice though!

I was looking for a romantic and updated beachfront room. Our room was not that. True, the area is more of a party area (some like that vibe and thats great) but our room was not only outdated but also in very bad condition, the stove was falling apart, the walls had dings literally everywhere and the paint job was very poor, the tile was cracked all over and some big holes as seen in my photos, everything was rough. We were in one of their very best rooms, ocean front, upper floor and YIKES. $240/night?!? No way Im sorry. Update: They did refund our stay and let us go stay somewhere else, which I appreciate so much. I would recommend the photos of the hotel to be updated or better yet and overhaul of the rooms.

I have been going to the Pierview now for 4 years and never had any complaints. the convenient of having a view of the gulf and walking distance to restaurants is the best. Rooms are clean and work for what you will need. Staff is always nice and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a 3-5 night stay on Estro Blvd.

The beach was beautiful. The room was little shabby and it had no balcony as advertised. But that was not a problem as we spent very little time in it.The location was excellent.

The room had one double bed. It was comfortable and clean albeit small. It was big enough though. Small fridge and microwave. They let us borrow a coffee maker.It was good too because they didnt spray that smelly chemical febreeze on everything. Ugh.The location is great, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants with live music. The cottage bar has live bands every night.Its near times square with shops and food.The staff is really nice and accommodating. Danielle at the front desk is a sweet, hardworking girl. The lady who cleans the room is helpful.They give you beach towels to use.It was $166. Including tax. Its not fancy but its fine.

Stayed here 4 days and 3 nights at a great price, our room was very clean cozy and comfy. The staff was really great and friendly. The property location is perfect, love that they have the bright cheery colors outside of the building. We will for sure be back to stay!

Absolutely the most disgusting hotel Ive ever stayed in and Ive traveled all over the world and stayed in cheap places. It smells like urine in the room. The toilet is dirty, the floor is dirty. I can hear everything going o. In the bathroom on the nextdoor room. Nasty.

Do not expect what you seein the pictures. We reserved a room thru Priceline with a king bed and ocean view, what we got was a full size bed no ocean view, room was very small, looked run down, its all lies. Now were stuck waiting 3 business days for a refund after driving 3 hours thinking were were getting a nice ocean view room

Spacious room I had on 2nd floor with great view of beach and ocean. Air conditioned and the pool was just right to relax in. A full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and sink. Bathroom was very small but staff was great.

Location is perfect. Personally our room was so small you turn around and touch anything you need. No extra chairs besides a fold out chair. The room was dirty needs a shut down full clean! Maybe then we would come back if it was cleaner. I get price is good I understand but if your hotel is dated and small at least have the cleanliness keep selling your rooms.Front desk staff was super nice.

Very tiny room, literally no space. When we first walked in there was a dead cockroach in front of the bathroom. The floors were gritty and dirty and there was dried urine on the underside of the toilet seat. I picked up the cockroach and went to flush it down the toilet and it was clogged up so we called the front desk and they told us to go to the front desk and grab the plunger...which is really ghetto. Needless to say the plunger was really dirty. The location does not make up for how dirty and poorly run the accommodations are. Now I know to stay away from here for next time.

I had to take my friends there for their vacation, Seems as if a great vacation spot, however, they need to improve their parking facilities, ...very poor parking issue.

First time staying at the Pierview Hotel at Ft Myers. Having a nice vacation relaxing right on the beach. The hotel is older decorated with bright colors. It may be older but they take care of it. The rooms are small but clean. Right on the beach. Shops and places to eat are only about a block away. Perfect location. I would definitely come back.

This place was the worst! Besides location, it was not up to date, small, dated, and dirty. Internet never worked and had to use our data. Housekeeping was terrible and we had to ask for more coffee (zero in the room after service), and our bed wouldn’t be made. They didn’t even come back one day when we were in the hotel and asked them to. Unfortunate considering we are paying 250$ a night. Overpriced and unexceptional. Will not come back.

The smallest hotel room I have ever seen in my entire life besides this one was twice this size. It was tiny, damp, dirty, and not updated in decades. You would think that in literally 100 sq ft of area, room service could at least clean the entire area, but you would be greatly mistaken. At least half the time they flat out ignored cleaning the room and merely changed the towels. Would you like new coffee pods for tomorrow? Forget about it. Outrageously expensive for the absolute garbage experience we had staying here.

The room I stayed in was outdated and barely fit a double size bed. The room was so damp that the floor was sweating. There was a microwave and refrigerator next to the bed. The location of the hotel is excellent.

I havent stayed here overnight, but Ive visited many times. My boyfriends mom frequents, they are clean rooms and have a nice pool. Also right on the beach. Out of season you can find great deals. No restaurant, but restaurants surround you. Try a rum bucket at the Salty Crab next door!

The views are amazing, the rooms not so much . We stayed in a ocean view room and let me be the first to say that DONT use the outlets . My husband literally got shocked when plugging in our lamp . 3 stars only cause of the view ...

Great location, courteous staff. We would recommend this hotel if you want to spend your time at the beach or walking to restaurants and shops! Pool on site with towels.

All I can say is they used the most incredible photographer to take photos of the premises. Only National Geographic utilizes better photographers. I’ve been traveling for over 40 years, around the world and I would say this was the worse room I’ve ever stayed in. The positive is we all agreed we would never forget this place.
