Stayed with friends who were getting married and our first time to ft meyers beach and it couldnt have been more perfect! Pool was clean, beach was beautiful. We will be back!!

Highly recommend coming here. The view from the balcony windows is absolutely gorgeous. Coming here with your kids is a very smart move considering there are many other families to meet and hangout with. The hotel was very well taken care of and beautiful overall. Although, I dont really like how security locks the doors after 9pm.

Been going here for 17 years and its great. We go for our annual family reunion type situation. Some of the best memories Ive made here from childhood. The area isnt the safest and there are of course drunk people present throughout the week but the resort itself it nice.

I had a great time at this resort over memorial day weekend. The weather was great, the rooms were clean, and the front desk was very accommodating. I checked out after a few days and headed home fully relaxed. However, when I got home, I had a terrible realization - I had left my airpods in the room! Thinking hope was lost and the headphones were long gone, I called the resort and spoke to Al at the front desk. Not only did he find my airpods, he even mailed them back to me! Im so thankful to Al for helping me out and going above and beyond to return my headphones to me. Couldnt recommend this resort more! THANK YOU AL!

Nice clean pool area, pleasant staff and next to the beach...

Low key delight. This facility surpassed my expectations. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. There was enough space for my family to sleep and live comfortably for the week, Saturday to Saturday. There was a full bathroom, bedroom, eat in kitchenette and a family room with a modern flat screen TV and wifi internet access. The site also has 2 saltwater pools, with all of the floaty pool toys one could need. They have clean private beach space dedicated to thier clients which is very well maintained. The front desk ladies were friendly and attended to all of our requests.

Been coming every year to see family. Clean, quite, nice place to have a time share!

Timeshare that’s has that old Florida community of down to earth atmosphere

Great, as every other time Ive been here!

Located on Fort Myers Beach with a private beach and 2 pools. Clean and well kept. The bedroom was large with a king bed and private bath. There was also a queen and a double pull out couches in the living room along with enough clean sheets blankets etc. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The only thing we needed to bring was beach towels, beach chairs and food.

Absolutely LOVE tjis little piece of Paradise!!

Lots to do and everything is near by.

I visit this place yearly as a family vacation.The staff are very nice, and the people are cool too. The facilities do have some issues, but everything is always addressed in the weekly owners meeting. Any owner can also run to join the board of directors which is very helpful to get your concerns out there.The beach is very nice, and the security staff do a good job keeping random people out. Along the beach there are many good food places, such as Yo Taco or Reese’s.Overall a very good vacation place!

Have had a timeshare here for a number of years. The past few have been going down hill fast. Yesterday some guests got robbed a block away on the strip, the year before someone got robbed in the back parking lot. Security is a joke just new rules every year to make sure the fun is choked out. My room has holes in the walls with molding falling off in the bathroom. The sliding glass door wouldn’t shut with no screens on the patio. Don’t know where my dues are going but they they sure take it every year.

Greatest vacation spot ever!

Love this place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is family oriented and cozy - not like a big chain resort hotel. The rooms are more like small apartments. The front office has several activities throughout the week like root beer floats or bloody Marys or ice cream sundaes. Great place.

Clean..nice room..great location

Its a beautiful property right on the water. Very well maintained but dated. There are 2 buildings on site but only one faces the water. The other building looks out on to the pool area.Pool area is large with a nice heated pool and a hot tub. Although children are welcome, I noticed the staff was quite attentive and if the kids splashed or yelled they were quickly admonished to be quiet or get out. They seemed to pander to the 55+set with their rules.Located a mile from Times square and directly on the trolley line, the location is very central & convenient to shopping, dining, and night life.The laundry facilities are not great. Several of the macines either ate extra money or didnt work. No a/c in the small hot area.A good value for a relaxing vacation.

Rooms were clean. Pool and spa were nice and also clean and fully functional. It was kind of silly that the time share people had to wear wrist bands to prove they were staying over night.

I have a timeshare here and i love it

We have owned timeshare here since 1982. Well maintained studios with kitchenettes and one and two bedroom apartments. Two pools and jacuzzi right on the beach. Lots of on site activities available and plenty more in immediate area. Unit Rentals are available some times. Great beach getaway.

Best place to stay on Ft Myers Beach. Close enough to walk to Time square. Yet far enough away from Lani Kai.

100% rude, filthy, and the hospitality is nonexistent. The management forgets that people travel from beyond the borders of FL ... this establishment has not figured out this equation. Your better off elsewhere.

Been going to this place for years. The other guests are great, the facilities are nice, and its very family friendly. The staff its normally pretty good but could use a little improvement.

Place was clean and quiet, in need of cosmetic repair in some places and the elevator was out of its inspection date which worried me as it was only rated for less than half the weight the elevator itself was designed for and very creaky. Other than that, the beach and pool were lovely, clean and well maintained

We had a great time! Pristine beaches, easy parking and friendly staff. We will return.

We heired this timeshare from my mother-in-law and have it used since 2007. We have traded once to the east coast with no problems. We look forward to our week every year and are thinhing about buying a connecting week.

Been coming here for years and has changed alot. The ladies upfront are not so friendly anymore and there were alot of issues with the condition of our room. There are alot of loud teenagers hanging around at night.

Amazing, nice masseuse, One thing I have learned after going here for years is the patio area at the end of the second floor is a nice place to eat breakfast and watch the sunrise most of the times it is empty

Family friendly resort on the beach

My family has had this timeshare since I was a child. It had been at least 10 years since I had been and I was impressed as usual. Great views, great pools, enough grills for everyone. Only drawback was the WiFi but they are improving it they say.

It was very well kept. The pool was amazing!

I admit that I am biased due to this being my original spring break destination, but who cares!? From 3 to 32 years old this has consistently been a great place with friendly Midwestern people. Daily short activities to meet everyone and only a short walk to the Beach Pub. Nothing better in Southwest Florida!

This place is run like a retirement home, too many rules and regulations and the people that run it need to retire...Ive been coming here for almost 30 years and its getting worse

The resort is beautiful, but infortunally de got caught by the red ride, real bad. We couldnt go in the beach, be outside because of the smell of rotten fish. The city deceited to pick up the fish and dump them next to the resort and we couldnt be inside the room cause all of the noise that the trucks were making since 6am. I wish i would had known about the red tide. I would had stayed home.

I adore this place. If you want parties and hooking up with strangers this is not the place for you lol this is a quiet, family oriented resort with cute little condos, fully equipped so you can save on eating out at restaurants if you want to. If you dont mind paying the tourist prices at restaurants, you can go that route too! Theres plenty all around. We usually just get groceries down the street and stock up on favorites to save on meals. They have 2 pools, one oceanside, and a hot tub, plus BBQ grills, ice machines, free laundry facilities and lend bicycles and kayaks. The staff is super friendly. Have been visiting for over 20 years and the kids (now young adults) still love going here to relax. The weekends can get really busy and the pools full because thats when guests usually have visitors come over but by Monday only the guests remain and its usually very quiet. Cant say enough nice things about EIBC!

Too bad you cant give 0 stars. Excellent service should be the foundation of all businesses that have customers or potential customers that are going to be paying for their service. Who wants to spend their hard earned money to be treated rudely?

Nice beach area

Ive been coming here forever over 30 years. From a child with my father and Sister. My father has 2 places on Estero island- my sister has one and I have this one now. We unfortunately dont have our pops any longer but I always feel his presence with me on my 33rd week here. I have nothing buy wonderful memories at this resort. absolutely love it here and ALWAY look forward to coming. Along with myself Ive seen and watched kids grow to be parents and so on and so on. The only bad thing about this place is no dogs allowed ÷(

Rooms have ocean view. Lanais are cozy, with a table. Clean rooms. Two pools to choose from and medium size hot spa. The best view ever.

Great position on beach. Comfortable and clean accomadation. Has 2 heated pools. A Jacuzzi. Shuffleboard. Several Gas fired BBQs

Very clean. Rooms need updated. There is no reason to have a vcr in the room in 2017. Overall we had a great time, but they need to invest in updating the rooms.
