Awesome place to spend the weekend or a week or month with family and friends or your loved one. Great place the beach on one side and Publix supermarket on the other side. Well recommended i been coming here for more than 20 years excellent place.

Our family has been vacationing on Fort Myers Beach for 20 years. Seaside resort is a very good beachfront condo facility. It It is located mid-island 3 miles from the pier where the nightlife is happening in 3 miles from Lovers Key Nature Preserve which is a Florida Treasure. The beach is a bit Nero but theres plenty of room for sunbathing the pool is excellent, shuffleboard courts, lots of grills an excellent choice for vacationing. Theres a Publix directly across the street which makes food very accessible. The management and help staff are very friendly.

Excellent place to stay. Right on the ocean. Beautifull views. Room a very clean and plenty of room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Publics right across the street for shopping needs and other shops and restaurants up and down the strip.

The site is exceptionnaly close to the ocean and the view is fantastic. Very clean, quiet and good service. The rooms are a bit of another time in terms of design but this is a matter of taste and it is clearly outstaged anyway by the quality of the location, the installation and the team. Highly recommend. Will go back.

The suites are spacious and clean with perfect views. The vibe is very quiet and relaxing - thankfully not a party place. Great for small families or older couples looking for quiet convenience. Management takes care of any noise or behaviour complaints quickly.

The room they gave us is a dump. The couch is old and stained. I know it is from the 1990s because I had one just like it. There is no tv in the master bedroom. They claim they ordered a wall mount bracket but we have been here 5 days and no sign of it yet. It needs new carpet and a paint job very badly. Very disappointed.

Clean Peaceful and fun place. Has great amenititeies right by the ocean. You must come see it for yourself.

4th year coming here, located mid island. Always very happy with the view from the lanai overlooking the gulf. Always friendly staff ready to help with any problems or questions. Beach is great for walking or riding bicycle. Always plenty of action in the water be it birds or dolphins. Just love this place.

We really liked Seaside. Everything was great. Beautiful view! Everything was very clean. Monica was very nice. Only thing that was a little bothersome was hearing people in the units above us. You can hear chairs being pulled across the floor. We hope to come back. Best place we have stayed at so far

We just wanted to get to the beach, we didnt stay here, everything was booked. We drove from our air b&b in cape Coral

Were here this week for the 3rd time. First was our honeymoon, second was a return visit in 15 for 2 weeks. Back again for another 2 weeks.This is the best place if you like old Florida. Dont come here looking for upgraded everything. If you do, dont be that person who gives it a mediocre review. The units are nice and clean, and I swear, the screened-in, oceanfront balconies are worth $500 a week per square foot. I mean, theyre the closest you can get to the water without actually being in it.We always stay on the 5th floor. Why? Duh, you get to see the top of the palm trees while overlooking the beautiful gulf coast calm water. Nice and clear. The sail boats in the morning help to make it even more of a paradise.Also, this is the best staff of any condo youll work with. Theyre so laid back, helpful and relaxed.Basically, this is our favorite destination. Ive been all over the U.S. on business. Stayed in the beat hotels on the east and west coast. However, when we think of our happy place, this is it. Its better than every high-end hotel Ive been to and Id pick Seaside over the Omni any given day.If youre thinking of vacationing here, you cant. go. wrong.

Such a great spot! Very nice 2 bed/2 bath condo units with full kitchens. Great beach front space & pool. Several grills & plenty of outdoor space. And perfectly located directly across the street from the Publix. We love the Seaside Resort!

Not only is it complimentary drink, there is breakfast, lunch, and dinner on site. Great night on the beach!

Right on the beach which is nice. The beds were terrible in our room. Nice setup in the kitchen. The elevator was slow and hot as hell.

Just a lovely place to stay at. We enjoyed every minute we were there.

I was there for a vacation the week of June 17 2019 with my family there was a very loud group in the pool area playing loud music you felt uncomfortable if you wanted to go use the pool.My room was 507 a nice room but the front door was hard to close and there was construction going on in the street in front of the building making noise and dirt all day the property is not being kept up I have been going to this spot for over 20 years and will not go back.

I would go back again. Not the fanciest place Ive ever stayed at, but my family enjoyed it.

Having stayed at Seaside in 2008, I thought Id give it another shot. I called ahead of time to ensure the heated pool was working and functional. I was assured by the manager (Monica) that it was. Unfortunately, for our 7 day trip, it was only working for 1 of the 7 days. All other days, it was frigid water, around 68-72 degrees, which made it completely un-swimmable.I spoke to other residents that were near the pool deck and all of them agreed that this was extremely cold and not tolerable. After calling to report this to the manager, she became extremely rude and snippy with me, even asking me, “Well, what did you come to Florida for… the pool or the beach? Did you really think your price for the resort includes a heated pool?” I couldn’t believe how rude she was.Ok, let’s talk about the resort itself… the check in process was quite frustrating as the manager was all over the place and kept giving me wrong information and didn’t let me know how to access the pool gate, elevator, etc…When I went to check in, the room reeked of bleach as if the cleaning staff had doused it in the stuff. It took hours for the smell to dissipate. The rooms are very old and tiny/cramped. The shower frames are coming off the hinges and the master shower water doesn’t even permit a hot temperature. The bathrooms are so small and tight that you can hardly fit in there. The room smelled musty as well. The master bed was like an old beat up cushion. It killed my back! The elevator to get up to the room (we were on the 3rd flood) was very old and rickety and took forever to go anywhere… if you tried to take the states, you would risk your health as they were extremely slippery and you had to nearly tip-tow down.When I called after our trip to report these frustrations, the manager continued to be very sarcastic and rude to me and then hung up.Having vacationed down in Ft. Myers Beach for 20 years, I know lots of places and I would never stay here again. Overpriced, doesn’t deliver on promised amenities and is very old. Save your money and vacation and stay somewhere else!

Our last nite at Seaside and it was truly a remarkable vacation...the accomodations, beach and pool were top notch! You literally dont have to drive to the grocery store with Publix being directly across the street and they allow you to take their shopping carts back to seaside! Will definitely be back next year or sooner!!

Staying here for a week and we already cant wait to come back. Really clean and easy to get to other restaurants and a park about 7 min away.
