Beautiful location, parking a bit tight but we walked the rest of our visit! Bikes, beach chairs and grills available for no extra charge. Nice rooms and we saved a bunch of money cooking most of our meals in the good size kitchens! Loved the screen in patios!

I would give the management company a zero if I could. We have stayed there several times before & love it & location. New management company made our stay awful. We were talking to owners & they told us how horrible they were but we never expected it. She was rude & upset that we didn’t check in with her when we got there. Guess what, never had to do it before how would we know!! I feel for the owners trying to rent or sell. Good luck. My recommendations, get rid of your new management company.

Excellent Customer Service, very polite, clean place & nice beach

I have been staying at Bel Air Beach Club since before I can remember with my family. It is one of my favorite past times. The staff there is wonderful. I love that its on the quieter side of the beach because its more family friendly.

Pictures are not at all true to property. Building is extremely old and parking is almost non-existent. Pool/beach chairs are about as old as the building. To top off our over priced vacation I was woken up by a COCKROACH in my bed. My wife was mortified. I would give zero stars if I could. There were many more nicer looking hotels to chose from on the beach, save your money and actually get what your paying for elsewhere.

Grandparents have been here almost every day since theyre visit. Beautiful place. Everything was so good. The drinks and food. Definitely recommend to all

The new management not friendly. The room had broken doors in the laundry area. The air filter was filthy full of dust and dirt. The room was not fully cleaned before i checked in. There was food left in the cabinets. The screens on the lanai were all busted and held together with black tapeLooked very run down

I’ve been vacationing at Bel Air Beach Club since it was built in the 1980’s. I wouldn’t stay any place else. It’s perfect.

Absolutely beautiful! Perfectly located and the area is clean, family friendly and quiet at same time. The parking could be so much better along the beach, but its not bad enough to ruin the day!

Weve been coming here for the last 5 years over Thanksgiving. Unit 104, Week 47. Nicely furnished units. Clean and Comfy. Right on the Beach. 2 blocks from Restaurants, Shopping, Times Square and the Pier. Once you check in, you never have to get back in your vehicle, unless you want to go off-island for Sightseeing, Golf, etc.

Come here every October, so peaceful. Close to shopping and town center but just far enough away that its not too busy.

Second year here. Catherine and I were married on beach in front of condo.

Small rooms but decent and clean with full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and full laundry. Bikes and chairs available for use. Within close walking distance to eating/shopping and pier.

Great experience. Clean. Fun. Great beach front. Already booked next year.

While the only extra here is a subpar pool, its a great place to stay on the beach. Its right against the water, and a short walk from shops and restaurants. As for the rooms, theyre big, nice, and they fit quite a few people.
