Wow Im blown away with how impressive this resort it. Every employee we made contact with was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms, elevator, entrance, bathrooms are super clean. The view from our room 1402 was gorgeous, beds were comfortable and the pillows were plush! Large kitchen and both bathrooms were outstanding. Robert in security helped us at 3am and Neil in security spoke with us at the pool just such nice people. The pool area is really nice and offers a large bbq area with several grills, nice picnic tables and nice walk to beach. Music at the pool was set to nice relaxing 70s and 80s. It truly was a great experience starting at this resort and we look forward to coming back with friends! All of this reflects how this management empowers their employees to enjoy work which makes it a pleasant resort. Thank from Tim and Kate

Very awesome stay. Great pool. Incredible location just 50 steps to the beach. The room was so clean and comfortable. We were on the 15th floor and had a bay view balcony, but we could actually see the bay and the beach. Loved the view. We walked to CVS or took an Uber to Publix for groceries as needed. We swam in the pool and the beach late into the night. We used the rental boats and boat tours nearby at Snook Bight (sp?) marina. It was all awesome. Only complaint was that there seemed to be a construction project going on in the main floor - it was all torn up but no one working on it. Not particularly inviting entry and lobby. But we didnt really spend any time there. Just in our room and out on the water!

You are pretty much on your own here as far as there is no store or restaurant or valet parking. Lobby and main entry is old and nothing much to see. The room we stayed in however was nice with full amenities and loved the great view of the ocean from the screened in balcony. Would be nice if 2 beach chairs were included but they are not. First day was great ! Rooms are very pretty, pool was nice .... Woke up to make coffee and a huge cockroach ran across the floor ! My husband was checking around for anymore and found another one on bananas on the counter. They said they are palmetto bugs but if you google palmetto bugs they are COCKROACHES!! I am sick to my stomach :( They are switching us to a new room but we just spent a ton of money on groceries that I do not want to keep and now moving 4 kids and our stuff to a new room. Not how I want a needed vacation to be going. !!

This place is a hidden gem. A beautiful getaway for couples, families and good friends looking for a place of serenity. This place is a definite must return to and we are so glad we came here.

We loved this place! Clean, beautifully landscaped, tastefully decorsted, walk out back of condo directly on to white sand beach, ot has it all. Would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay. Full kitchen, living room dinning room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Gorgeous views of the gulf. Some rooms still on the list to be updated.

Friendly staff! Rooms pretty nice and spacious. Pool was pretty room...almost bath water. When its 85-90 out, would like the water a little cooler. Funny sewage smell in the picnic area on your way to the beach that drifted into the pool. They had been working on something as you could see it, but it was the whole week we were there. Still had a great time and enjoyed the great view from our balcony!

Been going to Pointe Estero for 15 years. The building is a unique high-rise with beach views from every condo. They are always updating their condos, although not as quickly as you might like. They have a great pool and deck with jacuzzi. Also a tennis court. And they keep their Weber propane grills in top shape, too. Not overly expensive, but then never been here in high season. But I heartily recommend you stay here for a few days. You will love it.

The suite we stayed in at the Pointe Estero was no less than a 5 star experience. We stayed about a week, my wife and granddaughter swimming and enjoying the tourist attractions in the community. I would reccomend this resort to anyone who wants luxury combined with beach front expodure. What a vacation!

This was our 2nd time here at this property (was here in 2017). The rooms had been updated with modern decor. Spacious enough for my family of 6. Property has a decent size pool and hot tub. Also on the property theres a tennis court, bike rentals and multiple picnic areas. Bikes, racquets and tennis ball are provided ( free of charge) just contract front desk. The staff was extremely friendly infact one even took the time to help me teach my daughter to ride a bike right there on the grounds. Last but not least the beach was clean and not crowded at all, it almost felt private. I would return again.

Nice rooms with plenty of room for families. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the rooms were when me and my family walked in. Besides a few facilities issues with the room, such as the water pressure in the little bathroom sink was terrible, a broken glass electrical outlet cover plate at the wet bar, and the turntable in our microwave didnt work, it was still nice for the price. We loved the fully stocked kitchen with all the major kitchen appliances and utensils you would need (see pics for kitchen items). The staff were very friendly and helpful and overall we really enjoyed it and I would recommend them.Having said that, on a different note, the beach however was not what I expected. We stayed in mid October in 2019 for 4 days. The water was dirty and dark and we had remnants of the Red Tide (dead fish) on the beach our whole stay. I was hoping to get good clear water for snorkeling in but from what I hear you dont get that in the Fort Myers Beach area so I was Really bummed.

This resort is located right on Ft. Myers beach. You couldn’t go wrong with the view from any window. It wasn’t overly large, which was just what I was looking for. I dealt with Penny at the front desk and she was absolutely fantastic! I was advised they had overbooked and because of that I was upgraded-to the Penthouse. This space was unbelievable and the views were wraparound and breathtaking. The hospitality of everyone I dealt with was top notch and Penny made you feel like an old friend! I will definitely be returning to Pointe Estero.

The entrance/ lobby area was old/ tired feeling. The elevators were always a concern for safety and odors. The room smelled of smoke and there were burn holes in the curtain in the bedroom. There was even a sign for No Smoking or a fine will be added to the room charge sitting on 2 stacked ash trays.Outside structure and pool were OK. Beach access was good.

Loved this place! We were looking for a long weekend in the sun. We just wish it had a snack or drink bar. Suites were very large. Stunning view of the ocean from 3(!!) private balconies. Warm pool. Beach right outside the door. Walking distance to great entertainment and food. So quiet at night. older crowd but some families with kids. We will be back.

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my daughters birthday. The rental was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, the view was beautiful, and we enjoyed having a full kitchen to cook in. The beach was wonderful as well, nothing beats the sunsets. Very family friendly and as we live nearby I am sure we will return!

Great location - on the beach, away from the craziness of times square, near a handful of resteraunts to walk to, and near a trolley stop. Very nice pool area. The condo was good size, dated and could have been a smidge cleaner but overall very good. I would definitely go here again.

The family and I stayed here for a long weekend as we had a wedding to attend in Naples. I was impressed with the accommodations. Rooms were large and most importantly they were clean. We was able to sit on the balcony and look at the ocean. Then we went downstairs and were right on the white sandy beach. We will definitely stay again. Hopefully by the time we return the road construction will be complete, as this was the worst part.

This is an awesome resort on the Gulf. The rooms are spacious, clean, and inviting. The balcony had a beautiful view and outdoor furniture for lounging. The pool and other amenities are fantastic!

Our suite was beautiful, comfortable, and you cant beat the location with beach, and beautiful sunsets breathtaking. This is a must stay when I return.

Our room was ready early and the front desk was friendly! They gave us an upgrade to our room - we didnt even ask! The condo was spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful! Beach was beautiful, pool and hot tube nice, and the use of bikes was fun for all of my family! I hope to go back again very soon!

The kitchen is at least 30 years old, including a disgusting coffee machine. The views are good. The pool had the music on too loud. The free coffee in the lobby started at 8:15am (oddly late). The traffic on the main road is awful. This place is very mediocre, and I was very disappointed

Lovely place for vacation

This condo resort exceeded my expectations beyond belief. The room is outstanding. It is more island themed than modern themed, and my fiance and I absolutely loved it. The views were OUTSTANDING! Beach within walking distance and a quiet, clean pool area. Even has a hot tub, which was awesome! The check in was quick and easy and the man working at the desk was friendly. Very quiet, peaceful place. Away from all of the obnoxious party scene (I am in my early 20s and I myself cannot stand it, the noise near Lani Kai is ridiculous). Lots of Ubers and Lyfts around if you need a ride up the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Perfect place for couples and families.

I would say midway through our stay here that its not great. Its a massive highrise and we have mold growing in our bathroom (pictured in review which they removed) which should simply be fixed and painted over. The dishwasher doesnt work. Beds arent comfortable. Hot tub by the pool had to be 108 degrees and despite it being unsafe they kept it open. There is also no room service so you have to stay on top of laundry. Doesnt feel like a resort, more like an apartment or public housing complex. The staff is nice but for this kind of money it should be a lot better.

My favorite place to stay. We’ve stayed here numerous times. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed. It all started with the rude person at the desk, he definitely needs different job. The suite was very nice but smelled moldy and damp. Tried telling the guy at the desk during check out so problems could be fixed before next person but was cut off by him saying the rooms were checked daily. There was mold under the rim of the sink, screen tore on balcony so bugs were bothersome and the moldy smell. Even though this time was not the best experience, I would stay there again. Just my luck, every time I went to office, same rude person there. It’s understandable that things are missed maintenance wise, but if you can’t tell them about it, will it get fixed? It’s such a great place to stay, too bad customer service can ruin it

Stayed for 3 days and loved every part of it!! The view was supposed to be a non beach view but the deck wrapped around and had a beach view! Loved it and will be going back!!

So amazing, Feet away from the beach, free rentals for anything you could want. Bikes, movies, beach equipment you name it. The pool is far nicer and cleaner than anything around and I can promise that due to my 1st floor view of the next door. You will be happy and if you are not they will do what they can to change that! Have a good vacation.

My mom and I brought my grandma (my moms mother) down here and we were very pleased by this resort. They have nice rooms with balconies that are screened in. Very pleasant staff and they even provide free board games and DVDs if you find yourself staying in. Will definitely be back again.

Liked being right on the beach! Thought there was not enough to do in the evenings for dining, night life etc.

The staff is always so welcoming. Weve been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. Its right on the beach too. Its a great place for a family vacation.

Lobby area not very presentable. No doorman available. Lobby not manned 24 hours. Floors at lobby area and elevator wet floors almost all day. Pool entrance could be organized better. Free coffee offered from 8:00am to 12:00pm which was nice but considering there is no restaurant available on property nor in the inmediate vicinity, a continental breakfast would have been very convenient.

The view was amazing, loved the kitchenette and the washer and dryer included. The washer and dryer were not that good through and the washer leaked, leaving a pool of water underneath it. The shower was great! The beach access and pool was awesome too!

I wish the hallways were air conditioned. They get very stuffy. The rooms are nice but the one I received was dusty. Overall the view is spectacular and I would likely return to this location.

The place was big, but thats pretty much all the good thing. Beds are terrible, its not very clean, carpets stained, on the second day you are out of dishwasher soap, coffee, bathroom items. There is no service at all. The pool is nice but loaded with chlorine. No service for the beach at all.

We enjoyed our stay here so much, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and what an amazing view we had. Highly recommend staying here.

Large, nice living areas. Nice beach. Decent pool/hit tub. The building and commin areas are pretty lame. It is definitely NOT a resort or even a hotel. Its more of a condos-for-rent kinda place. No restaurant or bar... or any other hotel/resort amenities.

A family weekend get away and could not have chosen a better resort to stay. It was extremely comfortable, clean, spacious & the views and staff were AMAZING!! We got some relaxation needed. With a wrap around screened in patio. The pool is just wonderful and they provided the beach towels and the very best part for me was they even provided ashtrays. You can smoke on the patio with all doors closed and by the pool as long as you use the ashtrays, clean up after yourself and be responsible/considerate of others. It was a stress reliever not worrying about that so I was considerate & grateful!! Overall we will return for sure. Thank you Pointe Estero resort & staff... The Garcia Family

Great place for a family getaway

Everything was wonderful, only downside is no restaurant.

Extremely spacious. Large balcony, large full kitchen, and large master bedroom. Spotless and well stocked kitchen supplies. Staff was very accommodating and polite.

This resort was beautiful! Our 2 bedroom suite definitely exceeded my expectations. I loved everything about it. It was fully stocked with everything you could need. I loved the full kitchen and the bathroom off the master bedroom was huge. Each bedroom and the living room had sliding doors that went out to a spacious fully screened in patio. We only stayed for 3 nights but this would be perfect for a week long or more vacation. Very spacious and comfortable.

Wow! If you want a little paradise home away from home right on the beach, pointe estero has exactly that! Stayed here with my in-laws and our 9 year old. Full kitchen, washer dryer, two full bedrooms. My lack of 5 star is the cleanliness of the room. My in laws shower curtain had mold on it, the dish washer was filthy and there was a cup left over stashed under the dresser that had been there for who knows how long. But the view, the location, and the customer service was AMAZING. I would definitely go back!

Positive: Beautiful oceanfront room. Very friendly staff - we checked out in the AM and asked to leave our car parked in the lot to use the beach - they provided beach towels and also a key for us to use the pool that day. Negative: Although the beach was beautiful - it was quite a walk to the water - but definitely not a deal breaker!

My with and stayed there in late January. The resort was clearly one of the nicest around. Nice pool & beach. Nice spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, large screened deck. Inviting walk in tile shower in master suite. Excellent friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the beachside suites! The 2 bdrm 2 bath condo was as pictured and more!! The easy access to the beach, pool and hot tube was outstanding!

We really liked it. Came at the last minute and got a nice room. It had everything we needed and we would definitely come back. Right on a great beach. Not 5 star, but really, really nice.

So I sent my husband up to the room while I retrieved some items from the car. I rang the doorbell to our condo and he answered the door with “what did you do!?” The room was amazing! It was huge! The view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking. We settled in and had dinner and wine on one of our 2 private balconies. Later, we walked the beach and enjoyed watching the sun set. Hotel is close to grocery store. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. But we chose to cook. It’s a few miles from Times Square. Perfect for us. We didn’t want to be near all the tourist area. There is a bus that will take you into town. The pool was clean and relaxing. I will be back!

Good location and staff

We loved everything about the resort. Wonderful condo, great pool, free use of bikes, and a phenomenal beach.

Perfect spot for a staycation with family... rooms were clean and nicely decorated.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our group consisted of 5adults and found the condo to be plenty of room for all of us. The two bedrooms were very nice and comphy. We also used the sofa bed but found it was very uncomfortable . The sofa was quite worn and needs be replaced. Absolutely loved the two balconies. Great ocean view. The kitchen was very nice other than could use a few new pans. The pool area was fantastic. Very well kept up and clean. We definitely will come back next winter. Forgot to mention that we had a washer/dryer in the condo which was used often.

It was a fantastic location and had all the amenities of home in an open bright apartment overlooking the beach. The only criticism I have is something that I probably overlooked when booking. There was no housekeeping which is something I really look forward to on vacation since we have four little ones. The appliances were a little old and the vacuum barely worked. Other than that it was a wonderful place.

The view was beautiful! However, the rooms all smell. I had to buy air room fresheners and bottles of vinegar. Had to wash the sheets and blankets before using so they would not smell like the room. I think you need to clean your air vents too! You could really smell the odor coming out of the vents!

Absolutley beautiful from the resort itself to their peaceful beaches. Wonderful staff, I cant say enough about how amazing this visit was.

The suite was perfect - the kids slept in another room so snoring didnt keep them awake. The full kitchen was terrific - we got groceries in and prepared many meals. The balcony had an ocean view for morning coffee and the pool was great. We will be back!

Its ok, but overpriced. For that price they could give free chairs and umbrellas on the beach, a candle for the porch, and have dimmable LEDs when the switch is a dimmer. There are lots of little things that just not make it a great place.

We got there and it was very beautiful we liked the view but the hallway didn’t have air conditioner we slept there for a night we woke up with a lot of itching and small bites the bathroom were dusty so was the fans the elevators are kinda old other than that the pool was amazing!!!!

Beautiful location with awesome view of the beach. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Full kitchen that are well stocked. A washer and dryer is available but they are really small (apartment size) and you have to pay extra to get clean towels each day. Thats really the only downside.

It was great

Aside being lied to, prior to our trip about the red tide not affecting their beaches, and the outdated rooms; I enjoyed my stay. There were a lot of activities for us to do as a family, the pool was large enough to accomadate. The hotel was clean; will return.

Half the lights in the room dont work. The room smells like a grandmas house and they wont let you swim after 10. For the price the hotel is poor. Poor review left mainly due to the pool closing, which looks dirty anyways.

Very nice rooms, if youre looking for a good view out over the gulf youd better ask for a room higher up otherwise very nice establishment! Staff was helpful and pool and beach area very well kept, will definitely plan on staying again!

Great amenities, new furniture, amazing beach

The hotel is beach front and in the quieter, retiree section of the beach. They have cool water proof wrist bands for key cards if you want. The rooms are kind of out dated. They have done some minor renovations to the bathroom but the rooms need an overhaul. The rooms are non-smoking but smoking is allowed on the rooms screened in porch when the sliding door is shut for better or worse. A bit pricey for the room but it does come with laundry and a full kitchen. Housekeeping is an up charge.
