Best place to stay on Fort Meyers Beach! This end of the beach is quieter than other areas, which we preferred. Our room was very clean and the decor was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, it had a nice assortment. Paddle boards and kayaks are included. There is a bus you can catch in front of the hotel to get to Times Square. Will be staying here again soon!

We stayed for 12days. We had a little mishap, but the staff handled it great. I want to give more stars if possible. The food and service was impeccable. They make you feel like youre at home. Actually better than that. The rooms were kept in great condition. We absolutely have no complaints. We definitely recommend the Pink Shell.

We were marina guests on our 48 Motor Yacht. Staff was helpful in docking and with the few requests we made. A little rocking and rolling with passing boats and breeze out of the north east. Lock up any valuables as several boats experienced thefts. Food poolside was reasonable and good. We will return.

I had a bad experience and you should pay attention to avoid the same. The Hotel is not only this main building that you can see in pictures. I paid $ 1200 for two nights Friday and Saturday through a phone call and they told is the last floor #7, and I was very happy but at the time of check in, they explained me that my room was in another building not in the location that I was expecting. They gave instructions how to get there take the main street and make a right in the next block. Then when I arrived to that place I noticed something with the appearance of a regular condominium, but they call it part of the Hotel, and in fact in the interior is a regular condominium. They increased the capacity of the Hotel with this satellite building. Maybe you pay for the hotel but you get a room in a condo. So I recommend you to clarify that you want your room in the Hotel no beside or other place.When I went to express my sadness they told me we sorry thats all we have, we dont have another room available for you at this time. Lovely place to have a vacation. Beware of all the hidden fees. We didnt fall victim to this but remember, nothing is free. We had a great view and great service from the staff. The beach is also kept clean and has a few activities to make it more fun. If you get a chance, definitely join Ranger Rob on a nature tour. It is worth it!

Didnt stay, but had a great experience with the staff. My friend had to adjust his wedding to this location during covid and many of us were unfortunately unable to attend due to the pandemic. We wanted to set him up with a special gift in his room on arrival and the team at pink shell were very professional in working with me to accommodate my atypical request. I am just happy we were able to help make my friends big day a little more personal and special during such an isolating time and it wouldnt have happened without the staff at the resorts help

Overall it was a pretty relaxing stay. I CAN NOT complain about the view. Coupled with the fact that I had private beach access was amazing. The only thing that I could say, is that some of the fixtures, to include the front door needs to be updated. Also the safe in the room didnt work at all. But the service was outstanding, and the location was awesome.

What a great place! We loved our stay and would stay there again. They have really gone the extra mile to make us feel safe.

Where do I start with this resort?We stayed here recently (during COVID) and it was one of our first outings since being quarantined. If you are nervous about travelingduring Covid I can honestly recommend coming to this resort as they are very cautious and clean.I have been here twice in a matter of 30 days. It is not the most affordable but it is the best in every other aspect and totally worth the price.I had been going to Ft. Myers Beach for many many years and had stayed at many different hotels and none ever made me feel compelled enough to go leave a review.The service and staff here is second to none in FMB. Our room was incredibly spacious and extremely clean.The pool deck and pool is unbelievable. Kayaks and paddle boards are included with you stay at the hotel as well as valet.The valet staff is the nicest and most accommodating valet staff I have ever encountered at any hotel, anywhere. I made sure to tip them as they were all deserving of a nice tip for their kindness and courtesy.I look forward to visiting the Pink Shell again soon!

If youre looking for a great get away stop right here! This is the place! From our first day to our last day the staff was amazing! Each and every person we encountered made us feel welcome! We had such a blast! The breakfast was great every single day, the beach was lovely along with the paddle boarding, kiyaking, jet skiing, and parasailing was a beautiful experience! The manager of the hotel Restaurant @ Rae s On The Beach sent us chocolate covered strawberries to our room to congratulate us on our engagement! (Which by the way the food there is so delicious we ate there 3 nights in a row). We couldnt be happier with our experience here and will 100% be coming back for sure!

Wonderful experience! We stayed on our boat in the marina. Dockmaster was fantastic. Dog friendly for boaters and the marinas showers are air conditioned and extremely clean! Location allows you to walk into town if you would like, although no reason to leave resort as everything you need is there! Facilities were gorgeous and clean, pools were refreshing, service impeccable, friendly staff. Look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful visit the week before thanksgiving. We had our boat so most days were out on the water and used the hotel marina. The dockmaster was excellent at the marina and the property as a whole is a good value. We will definitely visit again!

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. We got there around 12 and our room was already available. The pool was nice and cool. It was great to be able to choose from 3 different pools. There was a pool for everyone. If you dont like pools then the gulf was always available. They are within walking distance to the pier and across the street was the marina. If you dont like that then you can walk the other way and go to a nice park that has a walking trail and the beach. We were there during the week and with Covid going on there were not a lot of activities. I dont know if that is the norm but it was just nice to relax by the pool. We had a great time. Really worth the price. I am already looking forward to scheduling a time when I go back again.

Probably the best resort on the beach but a bit pricey. Friendly beach staff make up for a couple less than personable front desk staff. Parking is always a challenge unless you valet.

First time visiting Ft. Myers and we stayed at this resort. BEST DECISION! The place is beautiful, offered a variety of activities and had 3 pools! The restaurants within the facility were all amazing! Not to mention the beautiful view of the beach we had each morning. We will definitely be coming back soon.

This was an absolute incredible hotel. The accommodations were great, the staff was wonderful, the food was great, I could keep going on!! We plan on making this a yearly trip. Can’t wait to go back.

The resort itself was nice, but I will tell you what...I have never been lied to and so disrespected in my life. Short version.... I was trying to explain to the front desk manager (Brandon) and the higher up manager (Neil) about my not so good experience with the valet team. After I informed the front desk manager Brandon of my experience he said he would look into it and get back with me. I specifically asked him to notify me with a follow up. He never did. When I called him the next evening he proceeded to raise his voice very loudly and yell at me and tell me I was wrong. That they had video and voice that proved my side of the story wrong. Then the day I spoke with him initially he told me that Neil would be in the next day and that he would contact me directly. This never happened. I called up front 2 days later and asked to speak with Neil. Neil proceeded to tell me that Brandon told him what happened (Brandon lied by the way to his boss Neil to try to make look like a liar). Neil started raising his voice and yelling at me over the phone. I said to Neil, Brandon told me yall have video and voice. Neil said they do not have voice. That right there was my proof Brandon lied about me. This place has some corrupt people in their management. No one ever said I am so sorry for your experience. What can I do to make it right? I have worked in customer service all of my life and this was absolutely appalling and disappointing and just down right despicable. I do not recommend this place. Brandon and Neil were both HORRIBLE!

We had our wedding on 10/25/2020 at the Pink Shell. Everything was wonderful. Staff was great from day one of booking, we had constant contact with our wedding coordinator there and they made sure everything was running smoothly. We had the perfect beach side ceremony and reception on the pool side patio. We then spent the week at the Pink Shell after our wedding and the resort is just beautiful, clean and well laid out.

I went here for a birthday weekend, and it was a surprise with family. The whole resort was nice. Kayaks, towels, beach chairs, and so much more were included free! The food/restaurants at the resort were pretty good. They also had a lot of activities including a DJ, a movie night for kids, and S’mores roasting. The pool was extremely nice with a waterfall and decorated nicely. If you choose Pink Shell, you’re going to have an amazing time no matter what!

The entire resort is incredible! Everything from the location to the beach and bay, the breakfast, the pool, the rooms was top notch. Make sure to take advantage of Ranger Rob and his wealth of knowledge and fun attitude on the morning kayak tour or daily nature walks. He was a great bonus that the whole family loved and was the highlight of our trip!

Always a step above any other place we stay. The staff are always great and maintain big smiles and great attitudes. Even at high end places they do not typically manage persons that show up at the pool with huge speakers. At pink shell they manage those thinks so you can just chill and enjoy their nice mix of pool jams. Another great stay with a beach that is tops!

Horrible weather when we went but still had a great time. We also upgraded to the main building well with the charge. Cant wait to return. Oh the most important part the room was amazing and staff was great. The food staff not so nice but hey not everyone love there job

This resort is lovely. Its a great size and very clean. We just got back from 4 nights there and while the weather was not in our favor, the stay was very nice. Our suite was very clean. We brought sanitizing products, but felt confident in the cleanliness. The staff is really friendly from valet, to cleaning staff and dining staff. It was not too busy for us. The breakfast had plenty to choose from and the poolside bar and grill was well priced for food and drinks.I searched for a vacation spot for a while and really felt the resort fee went to good use here. We will be coming back.My two cents - since it is Covid time, during breakfast, stop grabbing food for yourself. The staff is there to serve and if they are trying to restock and you are impatient and serve yourself, it is not sanitary nor respectful.

My and daughter fell in love with this resort because of the tranquility surrounding the place at night. Listening to the waves rush upon the shoreline late night from the balcony. My daughter loved the beach for building sand castles and the pools. 2 too choose from. 1 with lots of activity and the other more quiet and laid back for older people like myself.

Visited in August with our children and their spouses. Their first time here. We stayed in the Beach Villas, this trip. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our room clean. Denise greeted us at check-in. She was friendly and welcoming. When we had trouble with our room key, she accompanied us back to our room. She then stayed with us while she called Engineering to come and take care of the issue. The breakfast buffet was very good. I like how they served the food and maintained social distancing for guests and staff. We felt safe with the staff all wearing masks, and the multiple hand sanitizing stations all across the property. The staff was also very accommodating when we requested the 6 of us be able to sit together at the beach. They set up our beach chairs and umbrellas, and even a flag for ordering on either side of our chairs. Joey was a wonderful server for us the beach. He checked on us regularly. This is the third time visiting for my wife and me, and the first for our children and their spouses. We love it here, and look forward to coming back soon. We feel welcome here, and the wonderful staff and amenities are great.

Wonderful resort right on the beach. Very friendly staff. Separate pool just for the adults. Beach sand is raked every morning. 4th time staying here and well definitely be back.

Very nice hotel for the money . The staff was great. Very friendly and went out of their way to make us have a wonderful stay. Could use a facelift and very noisy at night. The rooms werent quite what we expected but we could hear the ocean from our bedroom when the guests quieted down at night and that was lovely. Overall, a good place to stay. Make sure to take the excursions with Ranger Robert and say hi to Booker for us!

We have been coming to the Pink Shell for nearly 10 years and love it! We are vacation club owners and couldnt be happier. We cant wait for our next visit!

I love this resort. Its wonderful, perfect for families. Fun pool and splash area, beautiful beach, crafts for the kids, so many things to do here! Short walk to downtown area. The staff is excellent and I will always be back! Until next time!

I stayed at the White Sand Villas 2 BDR. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. Everything was clean. A big plus is the full kitchen. The hotel is big and has many areas to stay and enjoy. The pool is perfect for kids but in the afternoon is a little bit loud with many people. The breakfast is ok. Coctels at the pool are delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families with kids because there are fun daily activities and 3 pools to enjoy.

Ranger Rob was amazing and my kids look forward to seeing him every day! The resort was beautiful and the staff was very friendly!

We had the best time! I took the dolphin tour with Arlin. I saw manatees, dolphin and a sea turtle! it as worth every penny. He extremely experienced in the water and never felt unsafe. Vince and Clark were also great.

My husband and I went this past week for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The rooms are so nice, the beds were comfy and the views of the pool and beach are unreal. We had never been to Fort Myers before and were hesitant on trying out a new place, but so glad we did. The pool and beach were awesome. Free breakfast every morning which was delicious. Valet parking was nice, didn’t have to worry about finding a parking spot. Walk up bar was very accommodating and the staff was so friendly. They remembered us day to day and were always saying they were glad to see us again. This is our new favorite resort, can’t say enough how much we loved it!

Had an Awesome stay! Weather wasnt the best but being a Floridian, we made the best of it! Did some sailing and spent some time in the pool as well. Great service and the hotel is practicing CDC recommendations. Rooms are clean and up to date, comphy beds an pillows and an Awesome shower too! As always, enjoyed our Beautiful sunsets. Did I mention the Breakfast buffet? Yeah, made to order omelets and Belgium waffles! Everything was delicious! Awesome stay. Come enjoy Florida West Coast style!

I dont normally write reviews but this place is amazing! Clean family friendly resort! Free Gourmet breakfast then head to the beach where your free beach chair and umbrella awaits you! Kayaks and paddle boards on the beach are also free! Staff was friendly. Poolside had music and fun games. We will defiantly come back to Pink Shell!

We were absolutely blown away by the Pink Shell! We loved our stay SO MUCH! The beaches were absolutely beautiful. The resort being located on the entire end of an island peninsula made it feel extremely private and not crowded. We loved being able to walk to restaurants near the pier via the beautiful beach. The resort staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. We loved that there was a quiet adults pool in addition to the fun/energetic Octo-pool; we were able to experience whatever vibe we were feeling each day! We also loved that we literally get a water view from every window in our room and that we could see the marina from our bedroom and the ocean from our balcony. And we cannot say enough EXCELLENT things about Ranger Rob and what an asset he is to the Pink Shell. Our favorite part of the trip was our kayak nature tours with Rob; he is such a spectacular wealth of knowledge. We got to see manatees, turtles, and other animals safely in their own environments. We wanted to do more of his walking tours, but rain cancelled the ones we wanted to do. Loved seeing how seriously the Pink Shell takes sea turtle protection also. Additionally, we decided to splurge on a private sunset beach dinner, which was SPECTACULAR! Pillani and Chef John made everything an absolute dream; the food and service were excellent, and watching the sunset over the ocean from a private cabana will be a highlight of our lives forever. We will absolutely be back to the Pink Shell and we cannot WAIT! :)

The employees were all friendly and the service was usually very quick. The pool and beach were kept clean and had plenty of seating. The thermostats in the rooms are set and the rooms can get fairly warm. The food and drinks are slightly above average but are pretty expensive. We will go back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The service was impeccable! Everyone at the resort couldnt have been any nicer or more accommodating. The amenities were great. The views were beautiful from our Captiva Villa. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend staying here. Even amist the times of the pandemic. They followed excellent protocols. I felt safe. The hotel was great with the amenities and being right on the beach and the pool was big! I was just really disappointed with the room. I was expecting a WOW factor when I got into the room since so many people rave about the hotel. The room was super clean it just looked old. The bathroom molding was coming apart and that made it look ugly and dirty. I cleaned it myself just in case and it was clean. Just presentation wise. The door to the room kept getting jammed and it was because something was wrong with the lock. Not sure if it was just the room I got but I also stayed in the main hotel building.

Really enjoyed it! They truly have thought of everything! Would go back for sure.Loved that they had nice beach towels, chairs and umbrellas available and they were included with your stay. The main pool was excellent, kids loved it! Stayed in the main building. Great view of the beach and pool. Daily kayak or paddleboard rental also included. Having the full kitchen was great since we took kids. Breakfast at Jacks was good, can take it to go. Bongos poolside bar and grill was good. Same price whether you walk up and order or they deliver to your room, pool or beach. Get a pina colada or a 305. Kids enjoyed the mocktails. About 15 minutes to walk to the town square/pier area and thats taking your time. Stayed in a King suite White Sand Villa. Perfect for two adults and smaller kids, they slept on the pull out sofa. There was a washer/dryer which was nice to have. Ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room. Balconies are all screened in.Movie night in the pool was a lot of fun! The kids loved it. Get the popcorn when you see it, they put it away pretty quick.Had almost daily crafts, activities or sweet treats for the kids for a small price.Staff were all really great! Helpful and very accommodating. Valet team is great!Lights on the beach after dark are frowned upon so no crab hunting. The beach has a really big shallow swimming area which was great for the kids and nice to not be pummeled by waves when entering the water. Went the second week of August so the water was pretty warm. Have to walk out quite a ways before it gets deep and cooler.Bracelets instead of the traditional room key which was nice. Only cash you need is for tips, but really just for valet. Everything else you can tip and it will charge your room. They do put a large hold on your card at check in for incidentals so call ahead and see what the current rate is so youre not in shock when you arrive.It was an excellent break from the 2020 quarantine life. Just what we needed. Thanks Pink Shell for a great week!

This was our first trip to the area and this place would be hard to beat so there is no use in trying another place. I cant think of even trying another resort. I have stayed in many places in other states and countries but this has been my favorite so far. We had an excellent 10 day getaway with just my wife and two kids. Everyone loved it!

This was my first time and I will definitely be back. From the rooms, to breakfast and the activities offered were great. The best part was the Kayak experience with Ranger Rob. Even if your not experienced in kayaking it still is a great experience. We saw manatees, sea turtles, and dolphins and just the knowledge of Ranger Rob was great. The facilities as well including the staff were great. Thank you Pink Shell!

One of the worse managed and least convenient properties that I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived it was a hassle. I arrived about 11pm after a long drive to find out that I could not park at the hotel because it was full (How can I stay at a hotel without parking?). I offered to pay the valet to keep the car somewhere, and all I got was a lecture about how full they were and no exceptions. So I went to park my car somewhere else and found a parking spot before I even left the property (eye roll). The next morning was on par, with a 35 minute wait for an underwhelming breakfast buffet. Next I went to the pool (which is pretty decent) and the bars have friendly bartenders. The issue with the pool is the towel service. I asked if I could leave the pool towels in the room (my children were cold and it was a long wet walk back to the room)— wow, I must have triggered the towel boy— he went on a tirade about how I would be charged $40 per towel and how they’re tired of people stealing their towels.... Listen guy, I paid over $300/night and I didn’t drive all this way to steal your pink pool towels. On my last day there I called front desk and asked for late checkout— flat no with no exceptions — so as I was laying in bed, housekeeping came by at 8:30am on Sunday morning (check out isn’t until 11am) and kept knocking until I opened the door. Ooops, just checking on the room! Unbelievable - they actually have housekeeping wake people up so they can turn the rooms. The final shock was when I went to front desk to complain- the guy said ”we hear that a lot”. Well, you couldn’t pay me to return to this place.

So, they say the only thing the Pink Shell overlooks is the beach...and thats a stretch. I hate leaving negative reviews, but...We brought the junior roommates here for a weekend away and we definitely wont be back. Its a decent(?) resort, but overpriced for what/where it is. We have never been lectured by resort staff so much as were in our two day stay here.Pros:-Multiple Pools, and theyre kid friendly.-the chlorine is strong so you know theyre keeping the pools sanitary.-quaint and user friendly studios with updated bathrooms and kitchenettes.-If you self park- there is an ease of getting in and out to explore the surrounding areas. Valet was included in the stay, but the stand was 2 buildings over and it was just easier to park myself under our building.-the beach is pristine. The sand is soft and cool and the water is warm.-the room key/charging system utilizes waterproof bracelets. No one in our party lost a key this vacation.Cons:-Customer service. Customer service customer service. Ive never been lectured so much by resort workers as I have here.-I asked a question about the towel fee($40 for unreturned towel)and the man boy at pool services decided to tell me why the fee isnt outrageous and how guests need to take responsibility for their towels, stop stealing them, etc. Excuse me-I DONT need a rant about unreturned towels. I asked a question about the ridiculous fee, not why youre charging it. Also- if you GET towels and leave them in your room at checkout, you will be charged for not returning them to pool services or the Check-In desk. Ridiculous.-uncomfortable beds, pillows filled with air.-sanibel view building seems like an old beach efficiency condo that was bought and reworked into part of the resort system.-I can be a little echo-ey in the breezeways, and somewhat loud.-Our shower door handle came loose, I told guest services and nothing was done about it. I guess theyll get it after we check out?-The pools go dark for turtle season, which is 100% understandable and I applaud it, but I didnt notice long wavelength light, so its just inconvenient- and Im whining about it.-Breakfast is an underwhelming buffet.-parking. If you have 1room or a studio, you can only bring one car. My husband and I drove separately because he had to work late and we didnt know about the limited parking situation until we got here, and the responses I got when asking about pay for a space, or where to park came with rolled eyes, a sigh, what have you... look PinkShell- if you get this question a lot, you should look into adding the parking info to your promotional material, orrr DO SOMETHING about it.-again- customer service. I requested two more towels and the housekeeping staffmember said dont you have enough? Lady- if I had enough, would I have tracked you down at your cart to ask for two more???-they will not offer late checkout. You can ask, the answer was sorry. Were not doing that for anyone today. Its a Sunday. And the place isnt fully booked.-on that note, housekeeping didnt come until after 2 while we were here, but was knocking on our door at 9am to check on the roomNeedless to say, wed rather spend the same amount to stay an hour south, at the Naples Grande, sleep in comfortable beds, eat delicious food, and be treated nicely.

Finally home from our mini-vacation. I feel refreshed and relaxed physically and mentally, our family definitely needed this getaway. If you haven’t stayed at the Pink Shell Redort in Ft. Myers I encourage everyone to do so. Everything was perfect from the staff, to the room, the pools, & the beach. We will definitely be going back soon. I don’t know why we waited so long to go to the Pink Shell!We had dinner at Rae’s and for $75 it was not worth it. The tossed spinach was flavorless and the asparagus was overcooked. Honestly the breakfast buffet was better than dinner. The staff at the buffet were amazing.Our room was super clean and beautiful, the staff was also very Friendly and accommodating. The pools were amazing and the beach was awesome.

I love walking in the hotel, and taking pictures of the ocean from the 9th floor. The Marina is a relaxing area also with benches to sit down.Bowditch Point Park is close to The Shell, its a lovely place for a picnic.

Great place with lots of amenities. Staff was great too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. The Villa we stayed at was very nice.

Pink Shell has a private beach. The chaise lounges were spaced apart for social distancing, which was great! The room was big, and balcony overlooked the ocean. The food was really good, and the staff was excellent! I would definitely go back!

It was a great stat! Staff was friendly and room was clean. The only complaint I had was the main pool area. Way too many people, no social distancing and they had dj out there so people were gathered too close.

Highly recommend the Pink Shell. The location is amazing. - far enough away from the Ft. Myers Beach main area that it is peaceful and uncrowded but close enough if you want to walk down for lunch/dinner/drinks. The service at the hotel was A+. Our room with a very large balcony looked out onto the gulf - it was just a wonderful experience.

We do a Pink Shell family vacation yearly for the past six years. It is the perfect location and setting for a fun time.This year we brought my 92 yr old mother and 90 yr old father inlaw. The staff could not have been more welcoming. We had 2 condos, and as always everything was beautiful.This year with Covid 19 we were apprehensive at first but quickly found the staff and guest to be following the guidelines, with made us feel very comfortable. It was a much needed respite for the whole family and as always Pink Shell did not disappoint ! They are spot on when they say...The Only Thing We Overlook Is The Beach. One of my favorite beach hotels. Rooms are great! Always clean and up to-date furnishings. Workers are helpful and always bery polite. Poolside bar stocked up for all our favorite frozen drinks!! Pool is great fun and designed to attract crowds of all ages

Such a great place, it was honestly better than what I thought. We visited pink shell in late December and early January 2019-2020, and the weather was perfect. Especially coming from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Lots of amenities with times square being a 15 minute walk. Times square has lots of restaurants and shops with beautiful sunsets every night. I would highly recommend pink shell to anyone that is visiting Fort Myers beach.

We went on a family getaway to the Pink Shell Resort and enjoyed every minute. The kids loved the Octopool and we had so much fun with the included watersports and even ventured to rent wave runners, which was a big treat. The hotel staff was super sweet and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

This is a top notch resort! The staff and very knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities are clean and the food and drinks are great. The prices on drinks and food are higher than we anticipated but you can walk to town if you choose. The beach access was great amd you get 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella. They have a towel service if you choose to use it. Definitely bring bug spray to protect from mosquitoes at night. You can walk down to the very edge of the island which we thought was AMAZING. The sunsets are breathtaking from this resort. It is definitely paradise!

Staff was non existent. You can never get anyone on the phone. No service to your room of any kind. They will make your bed but garbage and cleaning doesn’t happen at all. “Suites” are efficiency’s that are made up a little nicer. Wouldn’t stay there nor would I ever recommend anyone. Sadly I can’t give it zero stars.

The Pink Shell is truly an amazing place. We come here a few times a year (spring, summer, winter) and it always exceeds our expectations. Every staff member is incredibly nice, they go out of there way to make sure every touch point is perfect. No matter if you are in the hotel, or Bongos, or on the beach every staff makes you feel that you are important. Incredibly beautiful property, so close to the pier and downtown (few minute walk) and trolley system too. You can see the sunrise on one side of property and sunset on the beach. You will not be disappointed !!

Absolutely fabulous place. The rooms are comfortable and up to date. The property was great, 3 pools and several places to eat. The beach had lots of chairs and the water sports are free. The complimentary breakfast was great too.

Our family enjoyed our first stay at the Pink Shell Resort this week for five nights. Not only did we feel like family the first night while interacting with their staff, we found that the high level of service sustained throughout our entire stay! We were so happy with our overall experience we already have plans to book next year’s trip to the Pink Shell. I highly recommend!

This was are third visit and this time our adult children joined us. The best part of Pink Shell is the relaxing atmosphere. We had everything we needed and wanted.

What a beautiful sunset view and the beach is wonderfully maintained. You can see dolphins from the beach and the walk to downtown is just right.

Absolutely wonderful resort in FMB!!! Every room is oceanfront, fabulous buffet breakfast, several pools and incredibly attentive staff!!! Perfect views of both the sunrise over Estero Bay and sunsets over the Gulf.

The staff was great. The place is kid friendly. Love the fact that you can go from the pool to the beach. My favorite staff member was Danielle her smile behind the mask was the best. I would see her in the morning during the breakfast buffet and setting up the pool bar before it opened up. The place was extremely clean. They were always sanitizing, which made me feel safe. They also had several hand sanitizing placed thru out the place. I would recommend this location to everyone

Everything was going ok until the charges showed up in my statement. Whatever you do, DO NOT touch the wine bottles on top of the counter...They charged for the two little bottles of wine that are on top of the counter in the kitchenette space, which we thought were complementary due to the small size, prepare for this... a whooping $50.00. I checked in a restaurant I frequent, that they sell the same bottles of wine, and they are $5.00 each and Pink Shells charged me that and I didnt even drink that much. If I would have known, I would have drunk them to the last drop!I dont support thievery and lack of integrity, therefore I gave them the 3 stars.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary. Entire staff from valet to desk breakfast crew to house keeping was amazing, friendly, helpful, and genuine. Make sure to get a room on the gulf, for the breathtaking sunsets. We will be back and were bringing the family next time.. Gold Star!

It was really relaxing. Did not have any real issues, other than the safe not working in my room. The view was amazing!, along with private access to the beach, made it all the more better.

The resort itself is always wonderful. This time we stayed we took advantage of booking a kayaking adventure with Ranger Rob. Two adults, a 13 yr old and two 4 yr olds. We all had so much fun! R. Rob was able to keep things interesting for us as adults as well as on a level that taught both levels for the kids. We saw 6 or 7 dolphins including a baby and mama. He was very knowledgeable not just about the dolphins but about the area and all the wildlife in the area and was so patient with the kids and ALL. THEIR. QUESTIONS. It was fantastic. We highly recommend this resort and this activity. It was AMAZING! Thank you Ranger Rob!!

Had a great time here. Room was very clean, and a great view of the beach. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is right there at the resort, and a short walk will get you to fun shopping and restaurants.

Best resort ever! We will absolutely be back with our children. Thank you a Pink Shell for going above and beyond and making this visit so memorable. We want to make this our annual family vacation spot it was that good for families. So many personal touches, we can’t wait to be back

Resort was beautiful and clean. Food was excellent and the room was great!! Unfortunately, the experience was not as good as the facility as the service was poor. Mostly uninvolved personnel and the feeling that you were bothering them.

Were booking again, well worth it. Patio little snug, otherwise very nice rooms, staff and accommodations. Did find hair in breakfast, we didnt eat another meal after that.

The views from the rooms, the amenities including free kayak, paddle board rentals with jet skis if youd like to pay. However it was the SERVICE above all. And Im not easy to please. Felt like how the resorts on Disney property used to treat their guests, which WAS the standard. A++++. Highly recommend. Cant wait to come back.

I cannot say enough good things about the Pink Shell. This was our first stay here. Our room was immaculate and we loved our view of the palms and the ocean from our bed. The three pools were clean and inviting. The server we had at Bongos, by the pool and out at the beach, Dawn, was a delight and remembered what we wanted after the first day. The grounds made me feel as if I was in some far away island. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for having such an inviting and tropic environment with attentive and friendly staff.

Raes at the Pink Shell Beach hotel. Salmon great, broccoli crisp and not overcooked. Mashed potatoes great. Filet mignon fantastic but they need sauteed mushrooms!

This places is the best spot on the beach. Completely inclusive and hosts many events tailored for there guests. We had a margarita, cheese, and fruit party to break up our Tuesday.It was a pleasure to have the staff facilitate a private birthday party in the restaurant for my significant other and I.We even used there private marina.We plan on visiting this locating again and again!

The best beach vacation ever. They go above and beyond at the Pink Shell.Beautiful hotel right on the beach with great pools and water activities. The staff is very accommodating. I just cant say enough good about my stay here.

Probably one of the most family-friendly resorts on Fort Myers Beach. Great rooms, fantastic resort pool and kids play area and right on the beach. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because the cost for food and drinks at the pool bar is beyond ridiculous. $100 for pizza, a chicken sandwich, and 3 drinks... Let that sink in.... They also only allow one vehicle on property so we had to drop my pregnant wife off and then park at a public park down the street which cost me $2 per hour with no option for a daily rate. Overall a great resort on the less crowded north end of the island.

The first time I was at Pink Shell was in 1970, it was cottages and we loved the beach. Then in 2010, we happended to find the Pink Shell again and it became a total resort and still had the beautiful beach. We rented rooms for the family, they have condos with kitchens that are equipped with dishes, pans and utensils. There are serval places to eat at the hotel, also, or you can take a short walk to a ton of restururants. We had a wonderful family vacation there. The beach is so well kept and beautiul. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The kids each picked an activity they wanted to do. They loved the arts and crafts and the programs for kids.Next our recent visit a few days ago was just as fun and the beach is still beautiful. The resort has so may things to do and not do if you just want to relax by the beach or pool. There is a kiddie pool, family pool and adult pool. There is a lot of wide open spaces so it is easy to social distance and the staff was diligent in keeping things sanitized and clean. The lcoation is great, the views are spectacular. Our routine was to walk the beach in the am, lots of shells there with low tide, have breakfast at the resort, it is a served buffet and they have made to order omlets. Then we would go sight see or relax at the beach, take a dip in the pool, order lunch for delivery or make a lunch in the kitchen in the room, walk to the pier or the shops close by, paddleboard, kayak, theres a nature area right by the hotel, Eco tour wth the Ranger, dinner. The sunsets cannot be beat and are stunning. End of day sleep soundly in the comfy beds. We are lookng forward to our next visit which will be soon. It is a nice get away from home also if you want to get away for a weekend.

We stayed here for a quick getaway, booked a villa. The room was clean with a great view and 2 bathrooms which is a must for my family. The resort was family friendly, staff was amazing and the beach was surrounded by nature and gorgeous white sand peppered with shells. This resort is an awesome family getaway which is moderately priced. I highly recommend taking the dolphin jet ski tour.....WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY! The food is a bit pricey but it was delicious and convenient with staff serving pool or beach side. We will come back.
