We spent the weekend at the resort and had such a great time! The beach was great and we saw dolphins swimming right off of the beach. I am from the east side of FL and the water, sand and wildlife are so different and enjoyable. The unit we stayed in was comfortable, clean and quiet. We had everything that we needed. We will be back again soon.

The rooms are beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful. No big issues, the a/c froze one night. A couple of the TVs didnt work. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Kid friendly,, Quiet, rooms large enough for a big family . Love this place and will definitely return. I just wish pool/spa amenities were available past sundown....when the kids have had enough sun and are resting it would have been so relaxing if the grown-ups could have enjoyed the pool/spa for a while-its lit up so beautifully!!! We absolutely loved staying here! The biggest drawbacks were places to eat within walking distance and the construction. When the construction is done it will be even more beautiful!

Property was clean and they were very accommodating. BBQ are has relatively new high quality BBQs and pergolas. Rooms had large balconies.

Positive: Great space to spread out. Excellent accommodations, provided cleaning items for more disinfecting. Undercover parking is a plus for the hot and sunny days. Awesome outside patio area that included Weber grills.

The 2 bedroom is nice for 4 people. Plenty of space to spread out. The beach scene is good for families and small kids. It is affordable but we felt dupped.1. Hot tube jets didnt work2. 1 pool and it was small when many guests3. Jacuzzi in room didnt work4. Everything is 20-30 min away5. Pool closes at dusk. With teens, this sucks!Overall, affordable location, clean, good beach, nice rooms. They need a few investments

This is a very nice place to stay in Ft. Myers Beach. The pool and beach area are wonderful. I loved the area, not too commercialized. Great little restaurants you can walk to. Our unit was very spacious with a view of the ocean to one side and a bay toward the other side. You were able to see the sun rise and set, just beautiful!

Hotel was extremely clean and proper personnel protection was being used and in place around hotel grounds for mask wearing.

You cannot find a more Beautiful beach great for family.

We just returned from our stay at GullWing. We loved everything about this resort. The location was perfect. We could walk or bike (resort supplies bikes) for groceries, restaurants, CVS. Etc. The resort is right on the beach and it’s a beautiful beach. The pool and hot tub looks out onto the beach and is big enough to handle a lot of guests. There is also a tennis court on the premises and they have tennis rackets guests can sign out. There was just so much to do. Everything about the resort was well maintained and the staff was very courteous and attentive. The 2 bedroom condo we had was a perfect size. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need fo make large or small meals. Every room had a beautiful view of the beach. The washer and dryer were also very convenient. You aren’t far from Bonita Springs or Naples if you’re interested in a nice drive. But you can also bike to Lovers Key State Park. We can’t wait to go back. We were relaxed from the moment we arrived.

Never have I been so happy to see toilet in my life. The staff had to take extra time in order to prepare the room, but it was well worth the wait. Scented soaps, shampoos, and conditioners awaited inside the raining shower. They did not get cheap with the toilet paper, either. It was easy on the bum bum and also quite durable.The view from the room was quite nice. A little journey to get to the shore, but of thats the only complaint, I would consider it a win.

We stayed in a two bedroom condo here and we absolutely loved the condo itself. It was really spacious. We did however have a few things we didnt enjoy. The walk to the beach was much further than anticipated and since we had to carry a tent, chairs, and a cooler, it was very difficult especially for my grandparents. We also had issues with the beds being hard as a rock. So hard in fact I had to sleep on the pullout couch to get some type of relief from the beds. All that being said everything else was definitely worth it. The bathrooms were AMAZING, Updated and very very nice. We also enjoyed the fact the you were able to rent bikes for free and play tennis for free! So we took full advantage of those amenities. There was all a great seafood place within walking distance so that was exciting. All in all we had a wonderful time and were very pleased with Gullwing. We definitely will be back.

Been coming to Ft. Myers Beach for 17 years. With very few exceptions we always stay at Gullwing. Clean, beautiful condos right on the beach. Nice pool. The staff here is always 5 stars. Our Southwest Florida go to place!

Best week vacation. Im born and raised here but its paradise so why not vacation here. The condo was HUGE!! We did not get the gulf view as promised but they let us stay another day. Beautiful big flour sand beach with parasailing and jet skiing. Free bikes to ride. It did run us over $2000 but it was so nice!!

Property is about 3 miles from times square, however you do not miss much by staying at this property. Excellent property, there were few issues initially but were sorted quickly. Couldnt get an early check-in, in fact had to wait until 3 PM but they were able to extend check out by an hour. Resort fees is not included with expedia purchase. Great views from Rooms. Note that the 3 bed room beachfront suite, has 2 bathrooms only and one of the bedroom has 2 twin beds . Definitely recommend this property.

Location of this hotel is great. Less than 10 min away from Lover Key State Park and Fort Myers fishing pier. The hotel is right on the beach with complimentary bike day rental. Wish we had more time to rent the bike. Avoid traveling in December it rain quite a bit during our 3 night stay. Part of the beach had puddle to walk all the way to the Gulf due to the rain. Outdoor pool is beautiful and a must for the views. Wish the resort had a restaurant/bar since it is quite further from other resort restaurants.

We absolutely loved our vacation. This is a well appointed resort. Its like a home. If offers a full kitchen with all the necessary items, including a blender, coffee pot and toaster. You have a washer and dryer in your room too. The unit we had was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and it is HUGE. Each unit has a screened in porch. While sitting on the porch you have fantastic views of the ocean and golf. The beds were comfortable. Parking was free and very convenient. In tbe office they have free coffe, hot tea and hot chocolate from 8am to 9pm daily. We loved their daily specialty coffee! The customer service is top notch. We had a minor maintenance snafu and they had it remedied within the hour. Honestly this is my #1 place to stay and visit. It is located on the quieter end of the beach, but still several restaurants and tiki bars are within walking distance. We went to the Trico Shrimp Boat company and purchased fresh seafood and cooked it on one of the 6 gas grills offered at the resort by the pool area. The pool is tranquil, and also has a relaxing huge hot tub that is situated at the opposite end of the pool from the grilling area. You will thank me a million times after you visit here. Go relax, enjoy walking right out into the beach. Vitamin Sea is perfect here!

This one of the many times Ive stayed at the gullwing and it is always a pleasure. I booked a three bedroom condo non-ocean view which still gives you a good partial view of the beach from your balcony. The rooms have always been clean and staff are very friendly. The beach is nice and lots chairs to choose from. There is no need for towels since they are provided by the Gullwing. There is a pool and hot tub with three grills. There is also a snack bar by the pool which serves non alcoholic drinks and a selection of snacks. One note about the snack bar was that it was closed on Saturday. Im not sure if this was a one time thing since no sign was posted. Overall a good place to stay and would recommend it.

Great place to relax and have a perfect peaceful getaway. The rooms are spacious, the jacuzzi was awesome and the view was perfect. The guest service staff was great, especially Rebecca. The resort is clean and right on the beach. We will totally go back for another getaway.

Located on the south end that is a little more laid back and beaches were larger than the north end.

Very nice condo. Very clean. Not friendly place to stay with the kids. I didnt like they dont have safe entry to the pool. We needed passed the parking lot. Not comfortable for adults also, when we walk on the front of parking people I swimming suit. We moved the armchair and the electric box with power was on the tap of the carpet( outside). Far from pier. Looks kind of dead. No attraction or store if u want to just walk. Construction in the road. So for this price I will find something better in this area.

We have visited here twice and looking forward to coming again. We advised our Pastor and his wife visit for their get away weekend and they are excited to come. We had a wonderful time and even used the grills at poolside. We will be coming again amen!

I love this hotel. It has a beautiful view of the beach and the Bay, its located in a quiet area, it has very comfortable apartments that fit our large family of 9, it has BBQ facilities near the pool and the staff is awesome.The only thing I dislike is that there is almost no water pressure. When you open a faucet or the shower you get a weak stream of water, so you have to be patient. I hope they improve that on the future.

This place was awesome, we had a family suite which had everything we needed including a jacuzzi bath, you had a basic welcome pack.By the reception you had Free Coffee and hot drinks from 8am until 9pmWe went for a swim in the sea and about 5 metres out from us we saw a school of dolphins just happily playing.There is alot of road works and construction going on but it didnt really bother us

Unlike a regular hotel, Gull Wing is a condo resort. Our apartment was very large, two bedrooms, with a lot of privacy. We sat on the screened balcony to watch the sunset and the next morning the sunrise. It was perfect and had everything we needed.

This resort was way more than we expected. From the lay out of the room, to the cleaningness, and resort amenities . We really enjoyed it ! The only negative time we have to say is the weather, unfortunately it did not cooperate . I can not forget to mention how amazing the staff was . They were able go answer any questions we had. We are already planning on going back !!

Always clean and ready for guests. Easy check in. The best views on ft. Myers Beach. Pools gets a little noisy but the beach is perfect. Reasonable chair and umbrella rentals on the beach so you dont need to bring yours. Cooler and suntan lotion and you are set!

We have had family holidays for the second year in a row now. You get large rooms, very nice service from reception and cleaning. Everybody is smiling and you have about 60 seconds to the beach. Free parking at the hotel. Only thing that (also last year) wasnt working properly is the Wi-Fi....this isnt good enough when you have to work during your stay and are from Europe = expensive roaming.Anyways, Ill visit the hotel anytime again.

If you want an escape with family, this is the place to go. We always come with family especially with having a full kitchen and plenty of rooms in the apartment, this place is the best! Service is impeccable and the location is perfect. You have basically a private beach entrance where mostly the people who are at the beach are all staying in the hotels in the area.

Absolutely beautiful! Stayed in alot of Condos but this by far was the best. Layout was perfect for privacy of each room. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Service was excellent and the girl at front desk was wonderful helpful and friendly. Pool was great and beach access was perfect. The screened in porch was great and the views were beautiful! Great place for family gatherings. Tuscan Bistro just a short trip up the road in Bonita Springs was the best meal i have ever had. Try the Lemon Cello Cake! I will agree with another review the twin beds in one room were horrible but we turned them and they were fine. Time for new mattresses! Well be back!

Amazing little secret treasure on Ft. Myers Beach. Ive been here 20 years and I have never heard of this place! I used the Adobe travel app and it came up for 125.00 per night. My husband and I stayed 3 nights, wish we had stayed a month!. This was not a hotel, it was a 3 bedroom/2bath condo with a kitchen, dining room, living area, huge balcony, full size washer and dryer, a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, three shower heads and a tiled shower with glass door in the master bath, and a walk in rain drop shower head in a tiled shower with no door in the second bath! We were blown away. There was also a flat screen TV in every room. The facility has a nice pool, hot tub, and snack bar, but no restaurant or bar. However, Wyndham is only 2 doors down so we went there for drinks and lunch. Overall, 5 stars. You cant beat the value. I just hope it wasnt some sort of mistake.

We stayed at GullWing last week and had a great experience. The staff over the phone and at the resort were very friendly and attentive. Condo was very spacious, clean and perfect for traveling with our kids. View from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night for this coming weekend, looking forward to it.

I was impressed with the room as we walked in. The view from the balcony is great. There is plenty of room for a family to sit out there. The screen keeps out the bugs if there were any. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shower pressure could be bit stronger. The art is a nice touch.

This is by far the best place you can find on the beach if you like to be pampered in a home setting. It is on the quieter end of the beach, within walking distance of many restaurants and tiki bars with live music. The condos have been updated bathrooms with all new carpet and furniture. The full size kitchen boasts the necessary cooking utensils and numerous BBQ grills are available poolside, with the proper grilling utensils. The views are wonderful from the balcony. One direction you view the bay, the other is the beautiful white powdery sand beach. The free bicycles were a treat to get some much needed exercise after enjoying so many happy hours and great food throughout our stay. The office offers fabulous coffee every day (a new yummy flavor each day along with regular and decaf, and numerous hot tea choices as well). The pool is sparkling clean and has a resort feel to it. The hot tub is huge and almost hidden away. The ambiance here is absolutely tranquil and so inviting. Each day you awaken to a newspaper laying outside your door, we would go grab some coffee in the office where we were greeted with the most kind and helpful employees. They have light housekeeping services, trash removal and clean beach and bathroom towels. They do not make the beds or clean the room. The bedrooms all have their own flat screen televisions, as well as the very large flat screen in the living room. This is our HOME away from HOME! See you again in December!

We had an awesome time staying at GullWing Resort. Everybody was very friendly and thoughtful. We were traveling with a toddler and were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair placed in our suite.The apartment was big and clean. It was well maintained. It had a large kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. There were also washer and dryer in the unit.The beach is beautiful and located right outside the resort. It has a wonderful white sand; water in the ocean was warm.We found a delicious restaurant and a coffee place within 5 min drive from GullWing.The pool is on the smaller side, but it seemed to have enough space and wasnt overcrowded.The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Excellent hotel, right on the beach, the condos are spacious. The staff was helpful and courteous. Quiet location but close to restaurants. Perfect get-a-way for an extremely reasonable rate!

So the scenery is pretty nice, plus the beach access is a HUUUUGE spot on the beach that is never too crowded. Rooms are generally nice, kitchen is very nice and everything worked like a charm. They also offer free bike rentals.Service is inconsistent, though. They didnt replace towels or empty garbage.

The Gullwing has onsite lobby personnel so if you have a problem with anything, there is someone to help.

We stayed for a week. The windows and walls are poorly insulated from outside and inside noise. We awoke to landscaping and construction noise. We did not see a value nor understand the resort fee of $15 per day. You are on your own to rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach for $25 per day. Most accommodations in the area do not charge for services or ammenties. Its really cheesy to charge in addition to their nightly rates.

Now I stayed a week in Dec. 2019 was a about a 3 Star week, small pool room was nice but stayed at better for the same money.

It was a great weekend, the suite had everything we need. I would go again.

As always, our stay a GullWing was fabulous! This was our fifth time staying there, and we will be back next year for a sixth. Even before the updates, the amenities were very nice. Cant wait to see the updates when we return. Great beach, walking distance to everything that you need, an all around exceptional experience!

GullWing is a fantastic resort in Ft Myers Beach. The service is great, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and supply everything you need. GullWing leads to a very wide beach with fantastic views. Overall, this resort is great, and I would highly recommend it!
