Ive had this place bookmarked to take my nephew when he came into town and this place is big! Its near the Brandon Crossroads Bowling Alley so if you know where that is at, youll easily find this place. We went on a Friday night and were the only ones there! We got a good Groupon deal since we ate before we went and the employee even gave us an extra ten minutes added to our hour.Within the first 10-15 minutes, we were already tired! I understood what the other reviews said when they said there is barely an A/C ventilation in the inflatable area. That tired us out even more. We tried to use up our whole hour and did our best to 50 minutes but we were definitely done. It was nice to have the place to ourselves but I couldnt imagine with other kids around because it got hot. Nonetheless, my nephew enjoyed every bit of it and wanted to go back. I liked this place for sure!

Such a nice place for the kids to play and get exhausted:) I love the place and wish them prosperity! I’m not sure when this place was opened and so sad that I just discovered it. I’m telling to all my friends with kids to go there because kids have so much fun! Stuff is really nice too!

HORRIBLE Customer Service skills! We (myself and an 11-year-old) arrived already ready to go with waivers pre-signed online before arrival, as well as our tickets prepaid. We only needed to be kindly greeted and given our wristbands. Unfortunately, we were Not greeted at all [and I would have preferred a bad greeting than no acknowledgment whatsoever], and it was because they were too busy helping a family of 5 who clearly were not ready to go like we were. Even a nice Hello, well be with you in just a moment would have sufficed. Instead, we were ignored. We were being seen, yet without acknowledgement. After an extensive waste of our valuable time in line without any correspondence from the staff (one young boy and an older woman who I hope wasnt the manager since she should have known better), we grabbed our shoes we had put in a cubby when we first arrived and left Airosphere to instead drive to a much better location, but we had to drive 45 more mintues away! What a Major inconvenience of time, money, and extra mileage on my car. My suggestion is stop hiring all these under age kids who dont care about their job nor have any customer service skills, and retrain Everyone since in years I have only met one decent employee there probably over a year ago whose name I dont recall. We wont be back and will inform others.

First impression was not great. Hours posted on the door (Sunday) were inaccurate and the poor ladies working there had no idea about the discrepancy. Pricing was also a bit confusing both on the website and online. The inflatable itself was definitely impressive! I did not expect it to be 1 single giant piece! Within it, lots of fun areas for kids of all ages to enjoy. Very cool. With that said, that meant lots of books and crannies for grime and hair and etc to collect. Not ideal for a germaphobe like me to take my small kids. Too often while inside I saw small remnants of children past (hair, dried splatter, crumbs). Additionally, it was HOT. I was not hopping around nearly as much as my kids were and I was hot too. The arcade area looked fun but I elected not to spend any more money there. Overall, it is undoubtedly a very fun space, but the high cost combined with iffy cleanliness level (especially considering COVID) and poor AC made it a one time visit for me.

Had my sons 4th birthday party here last weekend on Sunday and it was a blast! Literally the best & most stress free birthday party yet. Highly recommend having birthday parties here. Everyone was so nice and helpful, very clean place and filled with many fun things to do. The pizza was pretty good too. They also have a little section /play area for the younger kids as well. But my 4 year old son had the time of his life here! Many memories made. Thank you for such an awesome birthday party!

I went in there mentioning a deal they had on their site and to act as if they had no clue was embarrassing! To make me feel like Im making up things to have to show them on my phone was ridiculous! On top of it all the deal they offered came with a large pizza and drinks and they said unfortunately were not doing pizza?! Like excuse me? How do you offer a Friday special and have me pay the full price and exclude certain items? Like where was my discount or some type of courtesy for there mishap?! Nothing! Disappointing but for my son and his cousins, they lucky!

We used to like this place but will not be coming back. The games are not maintained properly and don’t work. It’s always been hot but it’s much worse now(even on a cooler day) so it’s not enjoyable to be in the bounce area. They are not enforcing mask rules at all. There are signs posted but no one follows them and it’s not enforced. Even the 1 person working kept taking his off to talk to people. The prices are also much higher now and definitely not worth it.

I went today with my two boys, very happy with the experience. Kristina in the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this place!

I had a wonderful time with my family today at Airosphere.this was like a big playground for all ages and a workout .The place wasnt too crowded and was very clean. The adults had a great time and this was fun for my toddler and preteen. I only have two gripes about my visit, one being that the bench in front of the shoe rack was very unsafe, I sat on one side and the entire bench flipped almost causing me to fall and injure myself due to a loose screw. Secondly, the manager didnt do anything about it even after informing him of the hazard. It wouldve been nice to see someone tighten that screw or at least put up a sign to warn other visitors.I do see myself visiting Airosphere again in the near future.

This was so much fun! I love how we could also jump and play with my son there. AIROSPHERE is definitely worth going. Bathroom was cleaned, the place looked cleaned as well. Staff members were nice. We got there at 7 pm and there wasnt a lot of people there, which I personally love that part. I didnt ordered any food, that sided looked closed.Plus it was a fun workout! I went to Airosphere with my husband and two young daughters. My husband and I had a great time playing and challenging ourselves. We laughed so much! Our daughters enjoyed the kids section. Especially making the balls float and hitting them down. We cant wait to come back.

Lots of fun for the young & young at heart with inflatables & arcade games! Friendly & helpful staff. This is one of my daughters favorite places. Theres also a separate toddler area for my little guy.

This place was really fun and Id recommended it for birthdays. The only thing I found wrong was there was an open tampon in the crease of the bounce house (it wasnt used or anything, probably just fell out of someones pocked). I also would like to see Eric get a raise. He was extremely nice and helped us a lot (and he looked a little dead inside so I think it might cheer him up).

I went here yesterday for the first time in brandon and the staff was fine however didnt really enjoy myself due to the place not having the air on it seemed to be very hot inside and at first I just sat down but you already wearing masks to cut off air but it was very HOT inside other than that I would have stayed longer not sure if Ill be returning with my children....

I have been here today with my son. No kids and a total boredom. The video games machines were all out of order. Probably we have found the wrong day but in any case the experience has been really sad.

Love this place. Inflatable park that is well organized and staff is friendly and helpful. Its never super busy due to the time rotations.

Fun for the kids, fun for the adults. Not bad pricing. Definitely better to go during the daytime, because I couldnt imagine this place actually being busy. Only because its hard on your balance, and the kids would just be crashing. Not a great view either so you have to be in there unless they are older. You can sit on the couch, and watch the toddlers play though, that was my favorite area. They have games like a chuck e cheese which was cool, but Im not sure what they ranged.

Kids love this place. Its a little hard to see from the street. Great fun.

So much fun! Brought my whole family! Were are kind of older (ranging from 18 to 47) so we only stayed for about 45 minutes but its was a fun 45 minutes lol!

We went on field trip here and we had a great time we had a very loathe group and they were able to accommodate us. It was almost like having the whole place to ourselves! They also allowed the teachers to jumps with our students and we were very happy about that. We are also thinking about planning a staff night here because we had so much fun! Taylor was very helpful thank you for the great service!

Took the kids for a little play time and this place is amazing!!! The jump area for the kids is the size of a warehouse with tons of obstacles. The whole thing is an inflatable. Staff was pleasant and attentive. There is comfortable seating for adults and it is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. This place looks like the owner is present because it is really spotless.5 stars!

This place is awesome! I took my two kids there (ages 10 and 13), and quickly found out how out of shape I am. There are tons of inflatable activities, my favorite was the cliff jumping. The facility is clean, well-kept, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Had our party here on a weekday so basically had the whole place to ourselves. Kids really enjoyed themselves! Room for improvement in the helpfulness of the staff during the party, we had to be constantly asking for help and party supplies (cups, plates, knife to cut the cake). At other all-inclusive places we have had parties the party host would always serve the children and make sure we had everything we needed without needing to be asked.

My son enjoys coming here and has a lot of fun. There are games that provide tickets that can be exchanged for prizes. Great place for children of all ages! Will be back!

My kids had a blast! There was plenty to keep them engaged and entertained. I especially love that there is a separate area for younger kids to play. We will be back again.

The play area is fun for the kids the problem is a law suit waiting to happen. Our grandson had to come get us because our granddaughter had fallen into an area that was under inflated and she could not get out with his help (he is 9).

My family and I celebrated my daughter’s first birthday party with her kindergarten class! This facility was awesome! The entire staff, our hostess, and both managers we’re friendly and AMAZING!! They showered us with so much attention in making my daughters day special! There are SO many positives with Airosphere... to name a few-very clean,great part packages/promotions, location, spacious, lots to do for all ages, safe, Food/the pizza-so good, and the most important to my family...they honor our military!!I was also extremely impressed when the owner, who also was there and working... came up just to say hi and to ask how we we’re doing and also acknowledge my daughter with Birthday wishes! My family and I WILL be visiting again and again and will also be hosting her 7th birthday party here next year!! Good venue and very entertaining for my kids. However,there is room for improvement and I will advise management to train the personnel on kid behavior and safety management.Over all I will recommend this entertainment center for all families to visit.

I had my sons birthday party here two weeks ago. Given my tight schedule they were able to accommodate the party at an unusual time. The experience was phenomenal. The kids really enjoyed themselves. What made the experience special was the service and attention to detail by the staff. It felt as if we had the place to ourselves. We loved the pizza, everyone parents and kids both complimented the taste. Our party host Michael and his side kick which I did not get her name were great, they had everything under control. We absolutely loved the transformation from Boing. My guests were already talking about coming back when schools off.

Great family place with lots to do. My 3 year old loved it and I loved watching him from the viewing area. We will defiantly be returning while here on vacation. Not dangerous at all as other reviewers have stated and defiantly not over priced! Perfect for indoor play time!

This place was SO MUCH FUN!! I took my 13, 11 and 10 year old to play here and they had a blast! Ive never been to an inflatable place like this. There were so many different activities on and off the inflatables. Kind and helpful staff and great pizza too . We managed to navigate our way through the inflatables without incident as this is a safe place to kick back and let your little ones burn off some energy. Tons of fun! Will go back again and again.

What an amazing experience at one of the best family oriented indoor recreation centers in the country. Airosphere definitely offers some super fun options for everyone, regardless of your age and physical abilities. There was so much to do, that we couldn’t do everything in just one visit. Absolutely loved the slides and obstacle course. It made for some great safe competition for the whole family. The staff was beyond nice and very accommodating. We enjoyed the chicken wings and pizza too...wasn’t overly priced...because we surely worked up an appetite with all of the jumping and running. We will definitely be back for more fun and I might just give the cliff jump a go.

This place was so much fun! Its clean and convenient to get to. The staff are helpful and the owners are great people. It is just as much fun for the adults as it is for the kids... There isnt another inflatable place around like this one! Glad we went!

I paid a visit yesterday to Airosphere with my teenage daughter and a few of her friends and we had a blast. The staff was beyond amazing and very attentive to our needs which includes safety. To my surprise, this place is not only kid friendly but adult friendly and for me it was quite the workout while acting 20 years younger simultaneously. I would recommend anyone who wants to have a good time and get good value on the dollar for parties and good times.

I have taken my 5 and 9 year old twice. They absolutely LOVED it here. They are constantly asking to go back. Plus it’s a great workout! My kids and myself slept so good!! So the second time we went we brought my husband and it was so fun for the whole family!! Next time I go I am bringing my teenage son. I can’t decide if my favorite obstacle is the bungee race lanes or the rock wall or the big balls (like on wipeout!) or the swinging ball where you try to knock your opponent off their spot. We loved it all and i have had to drag my kids out of there every time. Did not want to leave. Thank you!!

This place is HUGE and great for children. I had read the negative reviews and was a little worried but after being there, the reviews were completely wrong. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They let me on the mats without purchasing time to check on the kids. I paid for an hour and the kids had a blast.

The owners are wonderful. They care about your experience and want you to be happy and above all, are honest! If I had a choice of going here or somewhere else, Id choose here simply because of the great people who own it.

Would not allow my 4 year old to jump with his older sister. We already paid for socks. I have RA and MS I cannot participate and my 4 year old is big enough. He has jumped at sky zone, defy, top jump and never had this issue. Needless to say we left with kids crying. Place was small and overpriced as well.

After going here twice I have to say my kids love it. Once was for a birthday party and it was run well.

I left off 1 of the stars only due to the fact that it cost $14 per kid no matter the age per hour. Other than that it was fun, clean and huge.They dont mind of I ran in to check on my 2 girls, 7 and 3.The guy working the counter was nice and helpful. This was my 2nd time there and I will go back. We had invited friends to join us today too and they loved it!

The staff was friendly, helpful. The price was great! My son and his cousins stayed for 2 hours. I prefer the airosphere because it not overly crowded like sky zone.

My kids love this place. The enjoyed it when it was a trampoline park but are blown out of the water now. There are parts in the house that have blocked view but my kids know to come to the front every so often to check in . The staff if very professional and the food is good also. I know my family and I will be back.

Having visited The Airosphere on 2 occasions with my grandchildren I can honestly say we ALL had a blast! The kids enjoyed racing grandma to get to the top of the slide and being the first to slide down. And, they thought it was hilarious when grandma maneuvered through the obstacle course! It is a great place to play with your kids or just to go on your own for a fun workout. Would love to visit again when in the area! Oh, and the arcade is great too. My 4 year old grandson loved beating me at the Jurassic World game. Great pizza and snacks, fun with the kids or with a friend, what more could you ask for!

We had a great time. There are lots of different bounce areas and the kids enjoyed them all. The obstacle course was fun, the cliff dive was hilarious and everyone loved the pendulum swing.

This place is great to take the kids. Check our Groupon for good deals. Only complaints are the bathrooms are always a disgusting mess and Im not sure theyre cleaned very often. Also the food options are limited and very expensive. They dont allow food or drink from outside so they can basically charge you astronomically high prices for their concession items. Eat before or after you go. The bouncy area is always well kept and supervised.

I took my grandsons (ages 7 and 3) to a party at Airosphere and they had a BLAST! I was reluctant to bring the 3 year old because most places, aside from the arcade with the oversized mouse, dont cater to small children. Airosphere has an area made specifically for children under 5. He didnt want to leave! We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, the games.... I highly recommend this place!

Dangerous bounce place with terrible management. Theres a large hole in the bounce area next to a metal beam which children fall into and get hurt. It would easy to prevent if parents were allowed to supervise their kids while on this inflatable pile of filth. Unfortunately, they want you to pay to watch your kids or go take pictures of them having fun. Ill never return and suggest your dont waste your money on this place when there so many other well run bounce places around.

Prices are good, lots of room fo jump. Snacks and games, plus places for the parents to sit if they arent jumping. Also clean with a friendly staff.

My family absolutely loves this place. Ive never seen anything like it. I love their toddler time and the lounge area where I can relax and watch my kids have fun. Definitely will be back and will be telling my friends about this fun gem in Tampa.

(Ended up bribing her though) Regardless great place and great staff. The owner even checked in on me and the little one. Definitely recommend!

My family and I visited Airosphere (formally Boing) for the first time since the reopening on Monday. What a blast!!! My girls, ages 13 and 9, had a wonderful time bouncing, climbing, and sliding on the vast array of obstacles in the jump zone. Though adults are allowed to jump as well, I busied myself in the arcade section.Staff was friendly and helpful. The arena was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I definitely recommend this as an entertaining way to spend an afternoon or evening. My family and I look forward to returning again soon!

Fanastic place! This is a fun place for a variety of age groups. I had a blast. The staff is friendly and I plan on returning for birthday parties, corporate team building activity and date night with my wife.

We hosted our daughters 7th birthday there today and had a wonderful time! The staff was very friendly and helpful with all aspects of the party including accommodating last minute requests. The children and the parents had a great time and we will return soon!

This place was overpriced and under preformed. Management was rude and the customers always right doesn’t apply there. 2infinity is not much further and was nicer newer cheaper and friendlier.
