My family enjoyed a round of mini golf. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have signs informing their visitors that face masks and social distance is highly encourage, if not mandatory. The place was overcrowded and many people were ignoring the facilitys social distance requirements. Young children were running all over the place without any adult supervision. Overall, the facility and its staff are visitor friendly and helpful.

Cool place! Decent prices and cool policy with races.You buy a license (membership card) which is $5 unless youre a vet, military, etc... $39 for 3 races or come Wednesday/Thursday between 12pm to 2pm and can get 3 races for $32 and use them anytime. That part is cool. Tracks are fun, karts are good and fast!They offer group races for a price, party events, can accommodate a lot it seems. The roster process to actually wait to race can be a little confusing and their PA system needs updating, hard to hear them call your name while fans are blowing and go karts are racing and squealing out. Few updates and upgrades needed.Overall it was a real fun time, but we came in the end of July which it was HOT inside, even with all the fans, it gets toasty. Ill probably come back in the cooler season for sure. Each race is long, about 8 minutes. Totally worth the price! Come check it out, it is fun!

Really fun place, great place for a date night, cars are very fast and fun to drive. They are all about safety and will provide you with a helmet and hat sock to wear and will let you do a couple laps without full power, but then they let you rip and you can see how fast the karts really are. They have a couple arcade games to play if you have to wait for a race. I wish they had a pay a price and race all day that would be cool. Still a great place and I will definitely be back.

I would give zero stars if I could.My son had his birthday party at Tampa Bay Grand Prix and it was absolutely unorganized. We had no constantly wait in line to add our guests or to ask a question. A party host would of been nice. We called prior to the party and informed we would be having about 15 kids. Once we arrived, there were 12 chairs for kids to seat on in the party room. I asked to bring a few more chairs and this never happened. The front desk ladies were more concerned with their personal phones rather than helping their customers. I personally saw one of the staff members to roll her eye on us, apparently this happened to a few of our guests as well. I have my doubts about this place being properly cleaned. Thankfully we had our own wipes and hand sanitizer. Not once we were approached by the staff to check on us, to see if we needed anything or to help in any way. The place was packed with unmasked customers and unsupervised young kids jumping on/off pool tables. None of the staff members asked anyone to property wear a face mask (the door sign states to have the mask on at the facility). We never received the birthday cake that is supposedly included with the birthday package. We asked about at the register after the party, finally we were asked if we still wanted it. I feel like I shouldnt be running around and asking about this. The podium ceremony never happened as well. One of the staff members came in into the party room, read the names and gave out medals. I am glad my son had a good birthday and seems like his friends enjoyed it but I would definitely not recommend this place for a birthday party. There is zero customer service and zero organization. Take your business somewhere else. I wish we did.

Joey,Dawn,Chris and Calvin were amazing and did a great job. We loved the tracks and the amazing customer service. My only issue is the maintenance on the go karts because it left my boyfriend back bruised

The cars are responsive since their electric definitely had a good time there are two tracks prices are a little high for a family of four itll cost you about 75 bucks per race

When we walked in, the young lady at the front counter spoke aloud whether we were all driving. There was no welcome neither a personal intro. We did not proceed any further. So, we left. We found somewhere else to go.Welcome to Grand Prix would have been nice. A name of the rep would have been nice.A how are you doing would have been better.Ultimately, the cars seem rickyndinky and slow.I rather be outside with it.I do not recommend.

Went this morning and the gentleman running the track were wonderful (Joey and KJ especially). The ladies at the front were nice as well. Had fun it was empty when we got there so we got to talk with the staff and enjoy the tracks a little more. Overall great experience and will be back again!

Front desk girls were amazing and helpful but once we were on the floor to race, they never called our name but skipped up any ways and were VERY RUDE when we asked for help with it being our first time.

HORRIBLE. Not only was it hot and unclean, we waited over an hour only to be told we werent entered in the system. We sat and watched people come in after us and several go back and forth multiple times. Highly unprofessional, poor customer service and tacky. The concession stand was a complete joke. There was no water, hand sanitizer and the bathrooms were hideous. FULL REFUND DEMANDED. Consumer beware.

Overall had a amazing time the staff is wonderful the young man in the back (joey i think) help me and made sure me and my kids had a wonderful time most definitely going to be returning

This is such a cool place. The venue is pretty cool, it’s in a warehouse with two tracks. The Electric cars are surprisingly fast. Bathrooms were clean facility seems clean. The staff was just OK, they seemed a little on the new side. I asked them where are the party I was supposed to join was meeting and they had no idea but there was a room reserved which I ended up finding on my own. Fun place to visit though.

Grand prix go kart Brandon FL — Th service is sucks, they don’t know what they are doing, they don’t give you good directions. Horrible experience I never going back to that place ever . They don’t really clean well the go karts. They don’t have good ventilation inside the place . Bad experience ever in my life . They put to many karts to race in the same time also why they just don’t punt people by age no a bunch of kids mix with people, was really bad !!!

Too many karts on the track. No structure upon start. Workers really should stress this is not bumper cars. Other customers had poor race etiquette.

Me and a group of friends decided to drive up from Fort Myers and go go-karting here after recommendation from a friend. When we arrived everything went pretty smoothly, we were able to get racing in a decent amount of time and we had a great time on the track! However the employees seem miserable. They genuinely seemed like they did not want us to be there. No one was friendly and it really killed the vibe. It was fun to race, but a slightly negative experience overall. We will be looking for a new place to go next time.

A lot of fun, its a little warm but theres no ac, probably better in the cooler months. Karts were pretty quick you actually need to know how to drive and control the cart or youll end up in the wall, which is what makes a good track, you cant just run the track full throttle.

If you are a short person, definitely ask for a booster of some sort. I did not realize this was an option and I spent the race not being able to push the gas all the way. I was so far behind because I could not go fast. This was also the first time my friends and I had been go-karting. The other racers were aggressive and rude. They would run into us (against the rules) and say rude things. So if you are new, go somewhere else or rent a private race. All in all, my friends and I had a terrible time.

I went for the 1st time and I rode the go karts was the happy and I also observe that the young kids were not sanitizing the helmet never again I will go to this place they need to be train well

Was an ok time...Was so hot in there after 3 16 lap races...We were all drenched in sweat .Dont think the AC was even on. Would had stayed longer if it was comfortable in there.

The kids who work there are great, nice and helpful. The parking lot, main entrance/exit to the door were littered with trash (thanks to @hole patrons) and the racing area outside the pit could use a more frequent cleaning. Taking my kids here for the first time and seeing trash from our parking space to the entrance was kind of a buzz kill.

This place is surprisingly awesome. I have dirt bikes and street bike and this place still was exciting and a lot of fun. Not a lil kiddie place for sure give it a try.

My son and i has a great time. It really nice that they give you a print out of your lap times. We will keep coming back to get even better.

I usually come here to race and never had a problem but the other Day I came they told me to wait 30 min for a race and I had no problem waiting.But then when the 30 minutes were over and my turn was up they told me I had to wait an additional 20 minutes which is not okay. I shouldn’t have waited 50 minutes they need to get their facts straight before telling me anything.

Today was the third time I have been to this track. First time was a few years ago the last two times were today and about a month and a half ago. The staff is all rude young people with no regard for anyone’s safety. THEY DO NOT CHECK SEATBELTS OR HELMETS. While at the track today a wreck occurred (no problem, it happens) but a child who was barely big enough to drive the carts helmet flew off and landed on the other track! At the same time the other track had a driver completely flipped over the rail. Most people’s helmets are not fastened nor the right size helmet and they never check the seatbelts. If they want to offer races for children then they need to offer separate races for them. 48 inches it too small for how fast these carts go. Also some of the people racing were family with an employee and other people were being slowed down for their family to pass. I know it’s not a big deal but I enjoyed this place up until today and would never go back.

Horrible experience poor customer service. Staff is not equipped with the knowledge to resolve issues that arise. We waited hours, I repeat HOURS, and left without racing because the young lady at the cash register apparently does not know how to load the information which allows riders to actually race. We checked with the desk several times and was given times like “oh you’ll be called in 15 minutes” then 10 minutes, then 5 minutes, the last straw was waiting approximately 30 minutes after all these different times.Of course the owners place a huge sign which states “no refunds due to COVID”. Which our party of 4 needed a refund due to poor customer service, which has ZERO to do with COVID-19.When I asked the young lady what was the delay and why no one has called our name, she shrugs and says “I don’t know” while continuing to stare at the computer to ask us “so you guys have not raced at all?” No young lady that’s the purpose of us standing here complaining.Standing there others were continuing to be called who arrived after our group, way after our group of 4.I asked her does the group size matter, which she stated yes, larger groups have to wait longer. I explained to her that’s impossible because the large group (which arrived in the line behind us to which she had to hand them mask because they didn’t have any) already raced and went home by now. Of course her response was “I don’t know”.She claims we could come back and the money would be on the cards we never were able to use. But being how INCOMPETENT the staff was and how UNORGANIZED this business is we will never be back.Too bad it’s not negative stars.

No customer service whatsoever. They tricked us to buy rides for me wife saying she can ride with my 8 yo son. Then they didnt let my wife ride with my son. We asked for a refund, since my wife doesnt want to ride alone, but NO REFUNDS!!! The attendant kept ignoring me and is quiet rude.

Our kids always have a blast on the junior track. Love being able to see their times and places while we watch. It can get noisy, but that is expected. It is a bit warm inside during the summer, so find one of the many fans and cool off. A great way to escape the Tampa sun and heat and entertain kids! Wednesdays are a great deal. 3 races for the price of 2.

The staff was very unprofessional and immature by the racetrack, but the race was fun. I went tonight 10/9 between 10pm -11pm and wont go again. One of the staff members ( black young male with two strand twists in a ponytail, slim around 57) accused me of being high because my cart number didnt match the number on the screen. I dont smoke, the lack of instructions were not clear to me or my friend. So i was standing there confused and told him my number 3 times, he laughs and runs off and says out loud he high and doesnt help. This caused the race to not only be delayed but also caused unnecessary confusion. The second time around they didnt help with my seatbealt or helmet. When it was time to print out the papers in the end, the guys behind the counter left our papers and didnt give us papers with placement until we asked. Fun track but the guys who ran the track, their customer service was horrible!!!

Great place for families or young teens. I lived here for years and never knew about it. Its a bit back into a business area so if it looks like the wrong place your probably in the right place. Lots of fun memorabilia on the walls and the have chill couches and arcade games and pool. There is also a small concessions but you may have to go ask for someone to help you.

We just found out this place was here. Super fun! The track is indoors, so I thought it would smell terrible of gas or be too loud. Not the case. The cars are electric and they go crazy fast!They even have junior cars for children as small as 6 years old and at least 48.There are lots of seating areas, video games and a snack bar.I took away one star because I thought it was too warm inside. We were sweating in our helmets during the rides. However, I was pleased to see that they give you a clean sock to put on your head. That way youre not getting the last persons helmet sweat on you.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen, i have been corresponding with a person from there via social media for the past 4-6 weeks, every thing seamed great, I use the facilities batting cages 4-6 times a week( before the pandemic), they email let me know they will be open friday, i say great i will be there when you open and use cages ! i drive the 20 minutes to get there, and have 7 others meeting me there . only to get there and they tell me cages are closed, some guy who i can only assume is a manger had little concern, i told him i talked to his people via social media, he did not care i drove 20 minutes, and several others meeting there, some an hour away . he did not even say he was sorry ! pathetic of employees . i had to ask when they would be open he replied maybe later ..

A lot of fun. 1st time ever doing something like this and yes we will be back. Ita worth the money for the memories

Had great fun at an affordable price. Only complaint is that there is no air conditioning in the track area, which makes it very hot, humid, and muggy in there. I was covered in sweat by the time I left.

Good fun for kids and adults, they also do little kids (Jr.) races that uses tad smaller and slower cars. Track staff was a bit distracted w/ their phones was a bit concerning for safety reasons. Cars are pretty quick and can easily power slide the rear of car should u choose. Fun fun

Too much fun..A little more than what I would like to pay...however its all worth it and the carts are so fast.

This was an absolute blast! My company hosted/rented this venue for 3 hours with about 50+ people and we had an absolutely amazing experience! Everyone got tons of rides and they even accommodated the little ones! It was a success and a great team building experience we all loved it!

Good place to catch Covid-19, everyone using the same helmet.....I was there for an over an hour and watched customers getting a helmet and returning them and the staff never Sanitized the 1st one

Overall we had a great time however the staff at the tracks were rude and indifferent. Two staff members in particular refused to acknowledge us or respond to us even when we thanked them for helping us.

We love this place. Adults, be prepared for the full power boost on the third or fourth lap. These electric karts go FAST. Please fo not brake check. The race is about skill and lap time not track time. Kids, if youre not tall enough or at least 15 please stick to the junior track. The Karts are fast enough and the track challenging as it is.

No a/c. Doesnt look clean or wiped down. The model cars are full of dust, cant take a picture next to the cars or youll get dirty.

Had a lot of fun! Karts have great traction and going around corners was fun. Steering is definitely a work out. The worker on the grand prix track wasnt paying any attention to the drivers though and was not using his flags at all. There were a couple times I was stuck right behind a slower driver and he did not signal for them to move over. This caused me at least one collision. He also did not signal us that the race was over/almost over so the end came pretty unexpectedly which was a little disappointing. The worker on the speed track did a great job signaling with flags though. Is it worth the price? Eh - if you need something fun to do and have the money to spend, Id say go for it.My arms feel a little like jelly now.

I love this place, the karts are so fast and it is the perfect place for natural born racers like me, the tracks are so easy to get around and get the hang of and the karts are extremely maneuverable, great place, well done Tampa.

Due to covid19 i dint ride cause the mask are used and helmets are used but you can bring you own helmet and mask and i plan on it if i go there again the prices are pretty high ladys night its like 10 dollars for 1 ride and three laps would be better if it was lile three rides different times or something like that

I wanted to give 5 stars but I was annoyed about the organization when we went. It felt like 120 degrees inside and you have one party of people in their carts geared up ready to go but we have to wait 20 mins for another party to find the right helmets for everyone, find their cart, get in the cart and figure out the seatbelts. When during that 20 mins our party could have done our race and been done already instead of sweating thru the headsocks and helmets waiting. Then when finally race started realizing the other party had 0 experience and crashed 3x stopping the track completely. Very frustrating. Shouldnt mix experienced and inexperienced together like that especially after the original wait.

Best go karts Ive ever been on! The staff were very stressed and the environment was not following Covid guidelines all that close, but I will say it was one of the only business I seen in Florida atleast try to set some rules up about it. The wait was very long, everything was over priced, The staff was not helpful when it came to any questions you had. There was no safety information given before you got to drive and they didnt check your seat belts.BUT it was fun, I didnt die, I didnt get hurt. It was one of the best places I went to on my vacation and I honestly would 100% go again. Its a great spot, a little hard to find. But all in all its definitely worth it!

Visited for a quick race and enjoyed our visit very much. The facility had plenty of parking and was clean, and the equipment was rather new and also clean. The tracks themselves could have been a bit larger, but with it raining, we appreciated the indoor fun and excitement. I do wish pricing was cheaper, but since everything is provided and you even get race printouts after youre done that show different race statistics, I cant complain too much.

REALLY FUN. This place is a little warm and can get crowded but the races are super fun to do. The go carts are fast and allow you to get your speed racer fix. It can be a little pricey but they have different price options and packages. The more you plan to go the less it costs per race.It’s actually really nice that they have a profile on you so you can buy a race package with multiple and spread them out over multiple visits.Definitely a must try for those who used to go kart as a kid.

What a fun place! I think I like the red track the best out of the Clearwater and Tampa facilities. The place looks bigger and seems to accommodate bigger/more party events. Everytime I leave, I just wanna go back...

Great weekday outing. I would give the weekday pricing a 2 star rating but everyone had a blast. 6 people and over $100 for 1 8 minute lap each around on a Wednesday night when there was no one else there in the facility. And parents even if a child is above height, please know that they must be 6 years old in order to ride. My granddaughter was so disappointed because all she wanted to do was be our there with her dad, which she only gets to see him a few days a month since he is an over the road truck driver. And for her to say we could have just gone to Busch Gardens was sad.

This place is a ton of fun. The go-karts are very fast and having two tracks makes it really great.

Theres a great time to be had here. The karts are very fun and they are capable of good speed. The lighting is sub par from other tracks Ive been to previously. The food is as you would expect, and the drinks are not very cold. Overall, a great time nonetheless.

Forgot something and called back the next morning to see if it was still there, staff said that they didn’t have it and it was given back to me. One of the associates took my stuff home and management did not care and was extremely dismissive when I tried to nicely ask if there was anything they could do to help me. Would not bother wasting money here again.

Called to book my sons birthday tomorrow. A very rude woman told me I had to book two weeks in advance when I talked to someone yestarday. She then said I can book it but I wouldnt get a cake and had to pay for kids and adults the adult fee. I called and asked to speak to the site manager the same rude woman said call later there too busy. I told her Id rather wait. I waited 30 mins and phone disconnected. I called back and she told me the store manager would call at 5pm. Still no call. At the last minute Im supposed to find out where to have my sons birthday. Seems they need a different staff. I called the cleawater location and had no problem acommodating me and not charging the kids adult fees. I wont ever go to this location.
