Showed up with my 3 kids. Around 7pm on 9-18-17. Young female worker was chatting with a friend there. It was our youngests birthday and we said they were excited to bounce. She said she was about to go on break. Then proceeded to chat with her friend. Lost a family of customers and $21 in sales. Will never go back!

Worst place ever.Not like I expected much from a middle of the mall pion part time hell hole but I feel like when I have my daughter out of her stroller and money for your business in my hand, then your employees should, act like they have cognitive thought.The stand had a sign letting people know they would be back at two so my child played in the play area with other kids while we waited. At two thirty I came back figuring that a extra thirty minutes should have been ample time finish what ever I was waiting on.Going back to the stand the girl behind it was on her phone and when I approached she threw her hands up at me signaling me not to interrupt her pressing conversation. Honestly I dont know why Im this upset. what should I expect from a brainless ride operator thats a half step up from a carny

Two girls just jacking around on their phones and playing with the equipment themselves. Waited 1 hr after they told us a half hour. Still just messing around on their phones.
