I booked a birthday party for my 9 year daughter for November 14th. When I came in to check in the young lady at the desk was very immature, unprofessional and giggling the entire time. The carts that hold the party items was not cleaned off with disinfecting wipes, I had to wipe the cart down myself and alert someone that there was a dirty sock on the bottom. The host that was assigned to me notified me that my room was overbooked, and so I could get 30 extra minutes of jump time and 30 minutes in the party room. I told her that I wanted what I paid for, its not my issue it was overbooked, they figured it out. If I would have known my hosts wouldnt engage with the kids, my husband and I would have been prepared to host. I paid for a pink and purple balloon garland, and it was never made, I made sure it was taken off. I seen no one around disinfecting the trampolines, it was a Covid mess!!! I would not book another party here again.
Nice for kids for the most part. However, my son lost his phone and I have been trying for 3 weeks to obtain his phone. I was advised by management that they do not clean the big pits but once a month, which us shocking due to Covid. They also advised that he can come search during closing, but call ahead. No one ever picks up the phone and I have left several messages. Finally I got a hold of someone who advised that Hannah (the manager) was conveniently going into a meeting. There was a list of children with lost items that were listed on the lost and found sheet. They have to come up with a better system. My family will never see that place again!
Had childs birthday party here. Host was nonexistent, spelled his name incorrectly on the party room door, pizza burnt, left spilled juice on the floor, ost didnt help at all with party. In regards to taking proper COVID precautions they said they took temp checks and wore masks per the signs posted outside but absolutely did not.I would NOT recommend this place for any parties at all. I would definitely recommend you go somewhere else.
Honcho took great care of my family and I. There has always been a sense of caution here. This has been enhanced with the new precautions. Highly recommended for great indoor fun.
This place is definitely not ready to open again. Everyone wears a mask when they feel like it. They do it right in front of staff and the staff could care less. Walked in to see if safe as their site claims. Keep your kids away. This place is not safe. Businesses dont care about your kids.
Sky zone is another fun local place to take your kids. It offers a good variety of things to keep yourself or the kids occupied for a few hours. Sky zone is spacious enough to accommodate the large number of people the show up on the weekends. It also has seating near each active area to ensure you can rest while watching you child play.
I feel that since they have the water Fountain closed. They should offer the customers a cup of water. Instead of changing $7.00 for a bottle of water.
It was $45 for me and my 2 year old to jump for 2 hours, and its really just a bunch of trampolines. I was corrected at least 3 times by staff for playing with my son in different areas, which frustrated me because why did I have to pay for my ticket and my 2 year olds ticket, plus socks for us both if I cant go into the foam pit with him or use any of the trampolines. We were considering his birthday party here but definitely not now. Overpriced for what you get to do and really a very basic set up to be charging so much. I dont think we will be returning or recommending to friends.
Very, very packed. Apparently there is no upper limit on how many people they let in. It was so busy that there were lines for every activity, though inexplicably there was always at least one closed. It is the perfect storm for injury- in fact we saw one child taken by ambulance while we were there. This can happen anywhere but I guarantee it happens more when there are too many people in the building. It could have been nice if there were half as many people there. It may be because it was a Saturday afternoon and there were birthday parties but as some point they need to stop letting people in. The price is better than other parks so we may try again on a non Saturday.
Horrible staff and horrible experience. I immediately asked for my refund after my kids were followed around by a staff member and made me & my daughter feel very uncomfortable by harassing & just staring at us. It is definitely not worth the money & honestly the establishment itself isn’t nice enough for the overpriced tickets. I Will never come back again. Do not recommend
They rock. Kid friendly. Amazing.
This was a very fun experience. Nice building and equipment. The reason for the two stars is because of an extremely creepy employee who spent most of his time staring at my wife, my child and my wifes friend. It was extremely unprofessional and made everyone in our party uncomfortable. I will happily change my review once the situation gets addressed.
We had a good time never been there before my granddaughter was so happy
They are using corona to their advantage by not allowing reuse of socks, thuse they raised the price from 2 dollars to 5 also because you HAVE to pay it. Not to mention they charged us a Groupon fee. Defeats the purpose. Dont waste your time or your money.
Great place the kids loved it and honestly the food wasnt bad!
Good idea for a birthday party 5 stars!
Wow!!! What an energetic and active place!!! There are lot of activities you can participate... all those activities will kill your fat... My kids love this place... Gone there to redeem a free jump.. now decided to go every alternate week... Environment was very clean.. staffs were very friendly.. we love this place.. I recommend ️
If youre an adult going on a weekend, definitely wait till glow starts. There are way less kids. Good time!Crazy good exercise. I burned over 1000 calories in an hour and a half!
This is a big indoor trampoline park with dodgeball, and obstacle course, foam put, glow lights jumping at night, rockwall, and even a competitive video gaming area.(Gaming area may only be there temporarily) You cannot bring any outside food so be prepared to eat VERY SMALL lousy pizza and over Salted Popcorn. The fruit punch is good but I would give the lemonade at skip.the staff are very specific on what you can and cant bring to the party. Such as no outside decorations and food. This place is incredibly crowded on weekends so if you would like to come when its not so crowded I suggest picking a early time on a weekday. The kids love it though. This is definitely a trampoline park that with average to mediocre food and with plenty to do.
My grandsons just had their birthday party there. They had a terrific time! Their little friends did too. The staff were courteous & they knew what they were doing. They set up the party room, were available to us during the party, & took everything down very efficiently.
Great place for a kid to release energy and have a blast. The only concern i had was that i called a hour and half in advance to ask when was the best time to bring my kid to jump and they told me anytime. He would have 90 minutes for $21 per person. But when I got there they stated he would only have 30 minutes to jump and that glow night would be starting at 8pm which was $29 per person and they needed to wear glow in the dark clothing. I really wish we were not missed informed on the activity and the price of it. The reason i called in advanced was to make sure we were not blind sided and to allow my kid to jump as long as he wanted. Please make sure employees are giving our accurate information to customers.
Fun place for kids. They need some A/C in there and I wasnt jumping. Also$$$$$$
Had a birthday party I’m here right now first they tell me be here by 5:30 and had to wait an hour to get to the counter another 30 min to check all the kids in pizza was burnt unpleasant won’t ever come here again they haven’t even bought the cake up yet and they only gave the party room till 8 and it’s 7:41 horrible no hostess nothing they make there money though rip off
We got the all day thing and only got to stay for 2 hours only
Celebrating my stand sons birthday. A great place to have family fun and burn some holiday calories! Two recommendation: 1. Expand the reception area. It was too small, crowded and congestion made for disorganization and confusions the Birthday party check in and dining areas. From a safety stand point God forbid something would happen kids could get trampled. 2. Patrons should not be permitted to walk through the parking lot with the socks they will jump in the park with.
This was one of the best birthday party plans ever they where super nice and it was really fun
Awesome place, great time for kids and adults
We had my daughters 8th Birthday Party on 1/4/20. From the time we got there until it was time to leave at 4:30pm we had a personal party Host. They gave us a folder with the schedule a cart to put the gifts, cake, shoes, etc on so that as the kids checked in they could put their items on the cart. Everything was wonderful! All the kids had a blast, the parents that jumped LOVED it! We had a perfect schedule of jumping, food & drinks, presents, and cake! By 4:30pm everyone was tired and ready to go home! Thanks for a wonderful party!!!! Zayli was our party host and she was awesome! She did everything from decorating with our decorations we chose to bring to drinks, cake, and pizza, to helping with trash, and packing up! I really appreciated them greatly!!!!!!! 20 kids, 6 parents, 2 grandparents, and other family and friends and we all enjoyed!
Good spot for kids and teenagers. The staff all seemed friendly and helpful. My son is three and they had a toddler area for 4 and under. Which was good because he was scared to get on the one where most of the kids were of different ages. The price was reasonable IMO. $17 for 1 hour and a half for 4 and under. We didnt get any food so cant comment on the price or quality. Theyre several things to do which makes this a great deal. The only reason I give 4 stars is because not enough to do for toddlers. Just the jumping area. The other activities are for like 5 and up. But very good overall!
The entire staff is inattentive. They’re all worried about looking cool instead of doing their jobs. When it comes to the obstacle courses, apparently they don’t encourage kids to keep trying if they have to go out of their way to assist. While I was there, they split an entire area in half and limited everyone to one side so they wouldn’t have to pay attention to an area that was well within their view, so it shouldn’t have been an issue. They play explicit music that, in my opinion, 3 year olds shouldn’t be exposed to. They don’t help the tiny kids or watch the older kids to make sure they’re being aware of their surroundings and not being reckless, and they also don’t manage the lines properly or accordingly.
Service was great. I would like it if there was a children area.
We love Sky Zone. We are new to the area, and purchased a month pass for our little boy. The staff is fun, professional, and consistent with there rules. Their number one priority is the safety of the kids. I have personally watched young employees handle themselves with class and professionalism during difficult parent interactions, and I must say I was impressed and glad my little guy was able to observe how to handle conflict in an appropriate way. We are Sky Zone and Sky Zone employee fans.
Staff so pad so rude Im not happy at all for birthday day party
My kids have a great time.
Today we did little chef toddler time! Snack coloring and lots for jumping!! My son and I loved it!!!!! Definitely will be going back next Wednesday.
My daughter and i love love love this place. Wonderful staff, great with kids! Wish they did annual or monthly unlimited passes, that would be great!
Always a fun workout for the whole family! Every time we go, our kids make new friends and learn new flexibility skills as they are challenged by the other kids.
Sky zone glow nights the kids have fun, but the overall experience I didn’t like. It’s hot in there. And the prices for drinks etc is very expensive. And I feel the need better staff to watch over the kids. Maybe older staff. Some kids were mean to my son. I have a 6 year old and a 14 year old and they wouldn’t even let me or my 14 year old jump with my 6 year old son. So he felt left out cause others kids got to jump together. And the music is nothing but over the top hip hop music. I like that type of music but I think it should be a variety. Also when we left at midnight the kids in the parking lot that was inside earlier was obnoxious and a rowdy. There was about 4 car fulls of them. And I know Brandon has had a lot of problems with gangs just had an incident at skating ring while my daughter was there. So I think glow night definitely could use some changes. Thanks
Took our son to run off some steam. He had a blast. For the money its worth it. I definitely recommend.
Loved it. The atmosphere was exciting, music was great and up to date. The staff was very generous and polite. Food was descent for the type of establishment it is. You really cant expect 5 or 4 star quality but u can expect it to be a little overpriced.lolOnly negative is if you could is under 5/6 it isnt the greatest experience for them because all the older kids running and being kids. You would have to monitor (walk with) you child the whole night. And the bad thing is my child who is 2yrs old, had to jump by himself but it didnt discourage him from enjoying himself. So overall 4.5STARS
Kids always love this place. Cool warped wall
This trampoline park is super fun for the kids, lots to do! They have a climbing wall and warrior course stuff to do. I found it a little bit pricy for one hour and a half was like $23 dollars taxes included and I have 3 kids! But definitely was a great experience, one of the best trampoline park I’ve taken my kids. Hope to go back soon!!
The activities for the kids are awesome. Just know!! If you want to bring in a cake & NOT have a party through them YOU MUST PAY 50 EXTRA DOLLARS FOR THE CAKE ALONE. It was a few hidden fees as well, like almost 40 dollars worth of taxes & fees ( even after using a groupon coupon ). The kids had fun over all so I guess it was worth it. Their smiles are priceless anyway
Too crowded. A little too warm. Waited 20 minutes at the snack bar for nachos and drink after I paid. Several employees parading back and forth at snack area with only one working the busy line. Actually there was no line. Just a chaotic crowd wanting drinks and snacks. BTW, the nachos were stale. But the kids did have fun.
I love this place. I have taken my nice 3 times and she loves it . Highly recommended!!!
Took my family here for the first time. I have to say we have a blast and will definitely be back. Working are friendly and nice. Manager Hannah was made my family and I feel welcome and comfortable. Place is very clean. Dodgeball courts were amazing. They have a small court for young kids and one big court for teenagers/adults. Great place.
It was great!! My 4 year old granddaughter had a blast!! It was her and her dads birthday!!
Had a blast. My kids loved it but it’s a bit pricey.
Food place for a work out or if you want to tire the kids out. Fun and clean
My children loved it and the staff treat them like champions. Love this place for them.
The manager was very kind to us. We were meeting another set of foster parents so that our separated siblings could spend time together. The 4 children had a blast at Sky Zone and as foster parents we greatly appreciated the discount.
We were able to arrange a special event for our classmates last day of school for the year. This was so nice because siblings were able to join in the fun. We had an age range from preschool to 8th grade there. While our kids were having fun with their friends, we parents were able to watch and socialize as well. It was the perfect ending to a great school year. Thanks Sky Zone!
Bought 3 all day play passes and regret it. The people or kids running this place can’t even pull up the waiver and I’m waiting 10 minutes for that. Then when we try and jump or play with my son we’re told we can’t. Only stayed an hour and just left. This place is not worth the money man they don’t know what the hell they are doing
We really enjoyed our time at Sky Zone Tampa. Today we tried the homeschool P.E. time. Love that they offered this. I gave three stars because I was disappointed they charged my 18m old more than the other kids because he wasnt a homeschooler. When I asked why it was so much for the baby, all she said was, I dont make the rules. Most places are usually 2 and under are free. I think it is ridiculous to charge 12.99 for a baby who only jumps a little.
Really crazy place in Brandon. They did a pretty good job as a party spot for 9 year old. Hour and a half of bouncing around and half hour of pizza cake and gift opening in a private area. Place itself is neon lights and glow sticks city. Seemed safe place for everyone
Sky zone was very very hot usually it is comfortable but not today made it uncomfortable. The employees need to smile and be friendlier. There was only one or two of them that were nice and smiled. It makes a difference. The new upgrades were nice. The ninja area, wall climbing, etc.
Super fun, but a bit pricey compared to other options, and can get pretty crowded sometimes. But the attractions are well kept, especially the trampoline beds. Recommended.
Our glow party was awesome we had a lot of fun.
Great time for children and even adults. This is always a great go to on a rainy day. They have a nice selection of stations to keep the kids engaged. The only suggestion I’d make it to add chalk to the warrior station. Those ropes are brutal to the hands and it will help improve grip on the obstacles. I’d definitely recommend this location for a fun time out.
Myself and my family had a great time accept for 1 of the workers were clearly a jehovahs witness and she made me feel very uncomfortable by preaching to me while my husband kids and I were just trying to have a family outting! I dont want to be rude to them so I go along with it but I dont think a sky zone worker should be preaching to customers thank Jennifer Mattley
Very expensive and not for toddlers. Thought this would be a good place to bring my 2 year old to run around and jump but it’s so fricken busy that it’s not a place for toddlers. Disappointed and mad I lost $50 from visiting this place where we only played a max of 10 minutes. Will never be back.
Very nice and clean park. Amazing staff and court monitors. Talked to Hannah the Manager on duty and she was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend going to this park to have lots of fun.
I’m only giving a 2 star review based upon my last visit 6/2/19. Today at toddler time there was cones on the jump park and we were not notified that there was weak trampolines and not to jump on them until another PARENT told me what they were there For. Second the foam pit where the other trampolines are whoever that young lady was could do a little more actual supervision and making sure people follow the Rules and stay off of her damn phone. I understand that we all jump at our own risk but why pay people why are not gonna I force rules to be safe.MY BIGGEST CONCERN was the fact not one employee or manager informed us of weak trampolines personally don’t think you should be open for business especially for toddler time if you have weak equipment. I hope you guys take this review seriously because god for bid somebody fell through because of the failure to communicate with us parents.
I like Skyzone and will continue to bring my son there because he loves it. My only complaint or more so suggestion is that during their little leapers (toddler time), they should have a specific area for kids under 3 years old. “Toddler” is a wide age range. My son is almost 2 and almost gets taken down by older and bigger toddlers. The kids are just being kids having fun, so I can’t blame them. Skyzone has a few small areas blocked off with a sign that says customer can ask to use it. I’ve asked to use it to allow my young son a less chaotic, safe place to explore jumping. I was told we couldn’t use the separate space. Please Skyzone open a trampoline space during toddler time that is more safe for the younger toddlers. You seem to have the space available from what I’ve seen. Thank you!!
Awesome place! The staff is friendly and honest. I recommend this place for birthday parties and for groups for young kids to have a blast. My daughter and her friends have been going there for years and always have fun. We happen to have had several lost items which always popped up in the lost and found! Thank you
My kids really enjoyed themselves but this place should be more organized and equipped for busy hours. I purchased a Groupon deal (which I highly recommend using) and had to wait in line an hour to be checked in. It would be great if there were a self service area with a vending machine for socks, shirts etc. The employees were sweet but the concession was also unorganized. With the line being long, there was no way for the cashier to take orders and keep track of whose orders were ready.
So we show up our first time here and let’s just say there is a couple of things you should know before you come. First you pay $ 22.99 not bad for the fun, socks which I knew about 2.99 not bad at all . Second thing which made me upset, was when you click to purchase tickets or sign waivers nowhere does it says you have to wear a white shirt after 8 . Advise the girl can you show me where it says that, she went thru 5 different spots to even get to the page . So you get here and staff here is like yeah you don’t have a white shirt so it’s going to be an extra $7.99 for shirts. It just would be nice if there website was more user friendly.
We went during the glow night, it was great. This was our first time visiting. There were a few safety concerns only because I had a toddler and there were some experienced jump/flippers and they cant see him when theyre doing that. Also, I saw a boy backflip into a little girl and they both got hurt. Other than that, if you can ensure your own safety and the safety of your own kids its cool. (Im pretty sure thats why they make sure you have a waiver signed before they let you pay). They have snacks there, but theyre pretty expensive. Otherwise, the kids absolutely enjoyed their time there. They were able to run freely and jump til their hearts were content.
This place had really fun events for toddlers and a nice facility. Only reason to not give five stars is theyll have a line almost to the door of people trying to check in and only have two people working the counter. Other personnel were around but nobody else ever got on the counter to help with the line.
On 4/7/19 i had my daughter’s birthday party there. From scheduling the party couple of weeks before....until the actual party, sky zone was very professional and accommodating. The day of the party, some parties before us ordered a large amount of extra pizzas which caused them to run out around the time that we were supposed to eat. Not only were the party hosts super helpful and very good at communicating the unfortunate occurrence, they went above and beyond to ensure that we would be comfortable and satisfied until the situation was fixed. The manager also did all that she could to make up for the situation (which i greatly appreciate, because the mishap was outside of her control). My daughter was beyond happy, and i am thankful to have been serviced by such an amazing team. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!!
This place is awesome!! They ninja corse is actually fun and can be a little difficult.
Subpar experience so far. Got the Elite plus for my son so Im stuck for 3 months...I was supposed to get a merch discount with the membership, still charged full price, plus another $20 for my 18 month old to jump.It is just WAY to chaotic and crowded in the lobby area during peak times and weekends. One side is checkin for parties in the center is waivers (which you stand in a long line to get to the counter only to be told to go wait in another line to get back in line....)Next is the main check in area, with a concession to the corner- which only adds to the mess of people. Its $3.50 for a medium sized soda ($1 refills)It is HELLFIRE hot in there. I mean HOT HOT. This is FL... turn up the AC I dont care if its 68 outside.. all the body heat and energy makes it almost unbearable.Im hopeful I will have a better experience and my son enjoyed his birthday overall.
I hate it. the staff make it so hard for kids to enjoy there time. to many rules
We arrived early (3:15pm) for a party that was scheduled for 4:00-6:30pm. While sitting there waiting for all the guests to arrive, we started the process of getting children set up to go out on the main floor. At 3:45, they called our home to say we were late, yet, we were already there, registering children, and spoke with staff before this time. We sat and waited until 5:00pm before they brought us upstairs. They stated we wouldnt have a room until 5:30, and unfortunately, the party before us refused to leave at their proper time. They did not bother to ask anyone if we wanted any refreshments while waiting upstairs. It was nearly 6:00pm by the time we were finally brought into the party area. We barely had any time to set up anything and we felt almost as if we were rushed. Another big issue, the popcorn was extremely salty, we get that it would have salt, but it was salty to the point it would make your mouth pucker. The pizza came out and everyone who was a part of this party who ate all said this pizza had large amounts of salt on it. I had one slice and simply couldnt eat it anymore. It tasted salty, stale, and felt like you couldve been eating cardboard. As far as a place to just have fun for a bit, its ok. For a party, I would not go again. The customer service was poor and unsatisfactory. They need to train their staff how to properly perform customer service, invest in better quality food, and reinforce policies for every party and their guests.
We love this place but management is terrible the weekend wait was about 45 mins to an hour before getting in to order food was also terrible we had to get our money refunded is just sad because is not the worker they are kids and their barely adults in here to help is terrible. I dont think I will be back any time soon was really disappointed and I know I was not the only one.
Overall the experience at skyzone was very sub par. The concession line I very unorganized and the service was slow and unprofessional. The food is very overpriced and you can’t bring anything of your own. The Cashier were Ok to say the least got me in and out and did not tell us we needed socks which are expensive. The court watchers did well and kept my brother in his respected area and allowed for a good jump experience. When I ask for a manager I was left to wait for 20 minutes. Overall very poor service, and would rather go to Dave and Buster’s
This is a great place to take the kids when its too hot or too rainy to do anything outside. They have great managements and their play area specialists really look out for your kids. My kids love everything that they have got here. It really wears them out to! I only wish they had a year pass.
The venue has a lot of entertainment for the kids and adults. There is a good and fair amount of thing to do and your kids will definitely will burn all that energy that keeps them hyper.Cons: Not enough staff to keep some sections of the complex open and they were forced to close that part for the night...I find that very unfair to us the paying customers and if you dont have enough staff that should be addressed ASAP and stop that practice at once.
Best camp ever! My kids got in the car and fell asleep. 8 hours of jumping and climbing, combined with pizza and fruit punch means everybody goes to bed early! Hallelujah! Momma gets to watch Handmaids Tale without interruption!
Eventho is a safe environment for kids it’s. Not for special needs kids they should have a sign upfront because you paid then you can’t be doing anything together with your special need kid that can’t walk by itself very disappointed
Cool place to go and watch your kids play and you can sit and meet other parents
My daughter loves going here. Employees are friendly and helpful. Great place to take your kids. Well chaperon and its a good way to let kids get rid of some energy. Would recommend
Pros: We had fun. Jumping was what we came to do.The music was good too. Cons: the place was seriously dusty. The bathrooms were a little gross...I feel like even though its a trampoline park and the signs are posted on the bathroom doors, I feel like you HAVE to enforce patrons to wear shoes in the bathroom. Those are the same people going back on the trampolines with those nasty bathroom socks. The square foam pits need to be replaced.
My daughter loves this place but every time I come, Im annoyed. Had my daughters birthday here 2 years ago. They were under staffed and didnt have what was promised for my event. AC broken so we were all uncomfortable and icing dripping off the cake by time we went to sing and blow out candles. Decided to give it another shot and get daughter an annual pass for Christmas. The receipt was misplaced from the chaos at Christmas and was told no problem just come in the pass doesnt start until 1st day of use but when I arrived staff wouldnt let her in without receipt. Once we found receipt...6 Months after Christmas they would not start her pass from 1st day of use like I was told. Now we have memberships I was told. We dont do annual passes anymore ok but thats not what I was told originally when pass was purchased or when I called so... policies change but we lost 6 months of an annual pass because their computer system sucks or the staff arent trained how to use it...either way if you are looking for a fun place for kids to get energy out then you should try but dont do a birthday party here and dont invest in any kind of pass because you will want to limit your visits when dealing with the staff here.
My 7yo had a blast and the sky zone employees were at their stations ensuring everyone was playing safe. We came right as the doors opened at 11 to beat the crowd unfortunately so was everyone else.it took us 20 min of waiting in line! I tried to purchase tickets online but could only fill out the waiver not purchase. Itd be great to see some self service kiosk added but overall my son had a blast and we will come back
Im wore out, not sure about my kids awesome time. Bring WATER!! 3$ a bottle
I recently had a glow party birthday party for my son. The kids all had a lot of fun. When I went online to look at party info it stated it included a lot of things that turned out I needed to pay extra for when I arrived. I paid 400.00 for a party that was really worth 200.00. I feel like if it says this is what is included in the party online you shouldn’t hear that you have to pay separate when you get there.
This place is great
The kids had a great time and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint would be not being allowed to bring outside food other than the cake. I was told we would get 4 pizzas with our party package, and we did but I had assumed 4 large pizzas and we got 4 small pizzas. We had enough to feed the kids but I had a lot of hungry parents. The kitchen / snack counter was super busy while we were there, so why not let those that pay for party packages bring their own food to ease the over stressed snack counter?
Its a great place for kids to pull off steam and energy but after about an hour or so it gets boring.
Great Service for our son 9th birthday party.
We love Skyzone and enjoy Tuesdays after school there twice a month at least .. We went Saturday after my sons Eagle Scout ceremony to celebrate with friends and family from out of town.. It was packed. Thank you for your staffs fast action and absolutely amazing service when my son got injured! The weekends are very busy there compared to Tuesday’s and I was very happy with the way management handled the situation. Once he gets the cast off we will be back but I think we’ll stick to Tuesday’s.
A really fun place to go whether you are taking your kids or going as a group of friends!!
I went there for the second time in my life so far. Although the first time I did not get to jump the first time around, I did get the chance to do have tons of fun with my accomplice T. We had tremendous fun! The environment was very live and fun! Great music, good exercise, and most importantly great for all ages! (That includes you adults too!) The variety of options leaves you entertained for a long period of time. The glow in the dark segment is something else. Highly recommened! Friendly staff! I will be bringing my younger siblings with me the next time I go!
