Great trampoline Park. Equipment is always well maintained and CLEAN. Staff is attentive and courteous. Has the best prices of the available trampoline parks and they regularly run jump specials which allows me to save considering I have two kids. The only negative is the seats are hard metallic picnic table and benches.....makes waiting out a 3 hour jump special pretty uncomfortable.

Kids (of all ages) love this place! Reasonably priced at only 15.00 per person, for 3 hours. I believe they were having a sale. Must sign a waiver beforehand. Masks worn during play. Snack bar has anything from freshly popped popcorn, pizza, nachos, candy to icees, and Perrier water. Theres a rock wall, zip lining, a trapeze, foam basket Ball, dodgeball, and lots more to play. The kids literally ran and had a blast for hours. Loved this place.

Excellent experience!++ took advantage of the Friday off peak special before 5pm and saved 50% for 2-hour jump for two kids++ Staff at check-in and on the field was both smart, articulate, and friendly (which is not always a given at trampoline places)++ very large! Everything is large: parking, party area, fields++ they have several special features like trapeze, volleyball, jump against the wall, etc. Kids always appreciate that after they have been to a couple of bouncy places+ music was appropriate and child friendly+ clean bathrooms+ everything was clean, new, and well maintained+ lots of safety features++ its well worth studying the SPECIALS (see photo)

Came in kind of late with my kids, and wasn’t mistreated for the time. I have a child with special needs and the cashier at front Diana G was very patient and respectful in helping us out. I will be coming back more frequently thanks to her. 5/5

My kids love coming to Altitude. The place is always clean and they have the better deals for a trampoline park. I do recommend for all ages.

Kids had a wonderful time as I watched. Big space for them to run around. Great deal for 3 hours for $15pp. Only 4 stars because I didnt see the staff sanitize and wipe down in between sessions, but there are sprays and paper towels on the bench tables to self clean tables. I also wish they served hot food OR let you bring outside food in. Overall, it serves its purpose with entertaining my kids

Great place for kids to have fun and a work out.You will be hearing to wear a mask.Please parents use comom sense you kids SHOULD NOT WEAR A MASK while jumping up and down while their heart rate is high this absurt it is not in your kids best interest for their health. Great place to take the kids. My only issue was they only order one pizza at a time (from Papa Johns) instead of 4 or 5. We waited 1.5 hours just to buy 3 slices to feed the hungry kids. Otherwise its a great little spot.

Really fun place! Good price for the amount of time you get if you do the specials. I gave it 4 stars bc the prices for food and drinks are a bit hefty. Other than that, lots of space, lots of things to do.. great workout as well! Lots of space for parties and other special events

Weve had two parties here so far and theyve done a wonderful job each time. They really keep things organized and on track. This is a really great party idea for kids.

This place is so much fun and a major workout ! Its open enough to the point where you arent bumping into other jumpers which is good! They also have designated jumping areas for little ones which is cool. Came for a birthday party and the service was good,

Its very nice here we came with my daughters school. Its a little hot and the trampolines are a little hard. But overall its great! I also love the massage chairs theyre great.

Im so looking forward to this place reopening. My kids had such a great time here a few months ago and they cant wait to to again.

Lots of different areas for the kids to play in.. plenty of seating, clean rest rooms. Employees were very cool, even played hide and seek with my 6 yr old..they had a few snacks when we went but wouldnt have anything else till it would be busier around 4 pm. Lots of fun

Visited right after it opened at 10AM and it was overall a good experience. As you can see it was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. For two adults, a 2 year old and a 6 year old we paid just under $14 for 2 hours which is AMAZING! Competitors are easily $10-$15 more. Staff is very friendly and constantly vigilant which is great as some parents can not put their phones down ever. Bathrooms could be cleaner and the mens had nothing to dry your hands with. We will definitely be back.

We had my sons 5th birthday party there on Saturday the 23rd. It was wonderful! Altitude made everything so easy and everyone had a great time. I especially want to thank Yams, who was our party host guy. He was such a nice young man! Im sure at his age, hosting kids parties isnt really his jam, but youd have never known that. Thank you Yams and Altitude!

Funny place for kids and maybe even some adults. Massive facility with many different jumping activities not just a few. The only issue is that theyre not cheap. $22 for 2hrs of jumping for only 1 person.

Went on a field trip, such a blast and so organized with the field trip aspect. Highly recommend.

My son loves this place! They have daily deals and a monthly package(which I purchased) 59 bucks for everyday bounce for 2 hours is not a bad deal. Wednesdays seem to be the slowest but have the best price buy one get one hours. Will be attending their Halloween event after trick or treating. Yes they are opened

A little confusing when you first come in as to what you need to do. I was there for a kids birthday party, and they have a lane that looks like it is designated for party invitees, but I think everyone is supposed to get in the one big line. Not a lot of places to sit, but the kids love the trampolines so I can see why this place is so popular. There is a second floor overlook where you can see the entire park if you would like to watch your kid the whole time.

Over all the park is pretty good!! just had a little smell when you first come in but there’s no helping that when you have a lot of kids in one place .just wish they had more long trampolines for tumblers! I recommend for sure

DO NOT come here! Horribly managed and very long lines for check-in and for food. I came here with my 1, 3, and 7 year old for toddler time on a Monday. The website calendar advertised “toddler time” from 10-2 for this specific day (Jan 20). When I got here, they said toddler time wasn’t an option because of their “$15 special” rate for today. So then at noon, I get in the cafe line (only 4 people in front of me). Took 30 mins to get to front of counter... the only food option was cheese pizza and chips. No nachos, hotdogs, or popcorn (the other main thing advertised). Again, just horribly managed - no place to sit - and false advertising. Do not waste your time or money.

This was A.m.a.z.i.n.g. Staff Member Leelee (probably botched her name) was spectacular and very professional yet fun and happy to help.

1st time in a trampoline park and it was very nice! The kids had a Wonderful time while adults were sitting having a good conversation while watching the kids! Prices are fine and I saw there were multiple Birthdays going on with BD staff taking care of them. They also have funny activities (dodgeball, zip line, etc.)

We visited for the first time today. My 11 and 5 year olds had fun. The only disappointment was my 5 year old being told by an employee she couldnt follow her big sister somewhere. Otherwise it was great. It was clean. Smelled like Febreeze, which is better than the stinky feet I smelled when my kids removed their socks after 2 hours of jumping!

Had my sons 5th birthday. The treat bags werent done, bottle water wasnt cold, the intercom for the annoucements arent clear, and alot if the workers sit in the back room where the balloons are getting blown up. The table wasnt set up upon arrival. The pizza was ok it was ordered in. The kids had a blast. The dodgeball game lasted about 45 mins. You pay at the end of the party to be sure you cover all guest in your party. The toddler section needs more supervision of the workers one of my party guest son was getting harrassed by a big kid in the toddler section she had to intervene. The kid was about 6 or 7 and her son is only 3.

Went for our daughters Birthday for the first time and it was exactly how I imagined it haha trampolines everywhere and kids loving it. Our kids loved it and got some great exercise in while having fun. Only real complaint was the smell lol but do the amount of ppl in and out and sweat etc its expected l.

The kids had a blast and love going there. Thought it would be great to have a birthday party. Not. Did not see host or hostess until 10 minutes after the party started. They brought the Gatorade and didnt see them again until I went to find it why the pizza was not there, 15 minutes after it was supposed to be there. I will never have another party there again.

My son loves going to this place and I enjoy taking him and sometimes I jump as well my thing is I wish they come up with a better system as far as every time you go you have to enter something on the computer instead of maybe than giving you a card because youre in there are so many times slide it through your computer people and also they need to improve maybe on their food because if you want some something they have to order the food out in order to come to you so you can eat it just saying

The kids love it here. The games are extremely entertaining and they keep the kids busy during a birthday party. You have your own party host that helps you organize all the kids and various activities. They have all kinds of activities, food, and amenities. Even the parents enjoyed it!

Amazingly fun and incredibly exhausting. My brother and I had more fun than expected. Its much much more than just a bunch of trampolines. We had to take frequent brakes because it was so tiring. Definitely a good workout, to say the least. I recommend bringing a bottle of water to drink if you dont feel like paying for concessions. Their rules say no outside food or drink but they didnt stop me from bringing in a couple of water bottles. Also, there are lockers you can rent for $3. They lock and unlock remotely, which you control at the main terminal with a password you set up, so theres no need to worry about someone taking your stuff.The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions.

A tad hot and smelly but likely because the kids are running around sweating bullets... having a blast.

This place is awesome! The whole entire team was amazing from the minute I stepped into the door! My son’s party was last minute and they made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. I prefer this place over Chuck E Cheese any day! The customer service manager I think her name is Lee is awesome! Thank you guys again.

My kids want me to give them a 5 but I just cant. They had fun but I went there for my sons birthday and he brought four other friends so I had a total of 5 boys to feed and this place does not allow you to bring any outside food with you but when I was trying to order pizza they gave me a hard time. First she told me that they didnt have pizza then she handed me the menu and I saw that they only sold pizza by the slice so I told her that I needed 10 slices of pizza which amounted to a whole pizza and I didnt understand why she couldnt just sell me a whole pizza. Finally after going back and forward and her giving me a Blank Stare for a while she offered to order me a pizza. Then she told me that it was going to take an hour and a half for the pizza to get there but I think she only said that because she didnt really want to order the pizza which I dont understand whats the big deal about ordering the pizza when they dont allow you to bring outside food and I had a big group with me we all needed to eat. I want to give them 5 stars because my kids had a blast but because of the issue that I had with ordering food I have to give them three stars. By the way it only took about 20 to 30 minutes for the pizza to arrive so she lied.

Great place really only reason i gave it a 4star i came on a Wednesday and they dont sell food on the weekday and i was hungry and after i paid for my wristband they told me theres no going out and coming back in so i was stuck in the place with no food or leave anf pay to get in again but everything else was fine pretty big place plenty of room to have fun

With teen nights on Saturdays and glow jumping on Fridays, it is the go to spot for my brother and his fiends. The only issue I had was, on a Friday night, they closed all the upstairs seating and half of the downstairs seating, only leaving a few tables open that were already taken by a birthday party. This forced me to sit inside my car in the parking lot instead of being able to be inside with my brother. Poor lack of realization and planning. For the small amount of seating that is inside already, to close down majority on a Friday night I feel like was just a dumb move. Other than that, I normally don’t have an issue and tend to visit this place regularly.

The workers who monitor the games dont really watch at all and if they do, they dont care unless their is physical contact. Kids their are constantly cursing and not watching their surroundings. Smells like feet too.

Its ok.but parents need soon more attentions. Like tv on,hot coffe or hot chocolate and te,etc

We had a NO STRESS 9year old birthday party here Oct 2018. They had a BLAST and this is my favorite trampoline park. It’s large and has so many areas of different fun things to do. The party helper was really really nice. A MUST is have your party guests fill out the waivers online before arriving or they will be in a super long line. Out of the 3 computers guests use to fill out waiver 2 were broken and the 1 working computer took forever. When attending a 2 Hour party 20 minutes is a long wait for a kid to join friends. Way too long. Once the party started The staff is helpful and nice bringing more water when asked and they serve pizza and cake for you which is awesome!! This place is about jumping - not pizza! The pizza is not very good but we scheduled the party 2-4pm so it was something for the kids to snack on. You can bring your own plastic tablecloths and plates if you don’t want to use black plastic tablecloths and white paper plates provided. The kids had so much fun they did not get bored of things to do. Highly recommend for fun kids party and kids don’t mind bad pizza. LOL

Very impressed! Almost went to Get Air for my sons birthday party because it is so much closer but Altitude had better service and cheaper prices. They did a great job with the party and I was impressed with their cleaning process.

The best. This trampoline place lets the kids flip and tumble, not just gently bounce and they dont yell at them for having fun, has a rock climbing wall and foam pit. With the increased freedom comes increased price, probably to cover risk, but I see no point to the places that dont let the kids do what trampolines are made for.

My friends and decided to come here for the $15 unlimited jumping. The place has a lot of activities to do and as such we didn’t get bored. I gave it 3 stars because I got stuck in the large foam pit and had to have my friends plus a staff member to help me out. I was in the pit for 30 minutes before I was finally able to get out. It’s very hard to get when you don’t have upper body strength. I wish there was stairs to help people get out if stuck. The staff member who helped me out was very sweet. Also the smell inside the building is weird. It smells like hand sanitizer all in the air. I couldn’t wait to smell the “fresh” air outside.

Not a bad place. Kids get a lot of time to play. Only thing I didnt like was the smell of the place was like someone had peed in there. Weird review but, thats what I thought the moment I walked in the door.

This place is huge. The tramp park has a climbing wall, a zip line, a trapeze, a place to jump into the foam pit. The trampoline park of course has a huge amount of trampolines but Ali some speciality tramps hat you can run across and do acrobatics also a few tramps that you can jump to nearly the ceiling of the second floor. The prices are very reasonable as well.

I had my sons 7th birthday party last night at altitude . The staff lee lee and junior did an amazing job.Made us feel at home soon as we walked in the door. Lee Lee was more than helpful getting our billing issue handle. Junior was so good with the kids and a great party host.The cashier greeted us with her beautiful smile and wonderful attitude ready to help us get the party started. I am so pleased with their service I will be having my daughters party their in January.

The staff are nice, they allow double flips, they have eurotramps, tumble trak, rock walls, dodgeball, and a lot more.

Totally unorganized for large summer camps. Should have closed for a private group instead of taking our money then informing us that they had a group of 150 kids coming in. Customer service was poor at their concession stand. Really they just weren’t staffed for the number of people in attendance. My son twisted his ankle and they were totally unaware. That many jumpers is a safety issue!

Lots of different types of activities. Really need to shop around for a good price though. Pricing (other than specials) wasnt posted in the building. Specials can be really good, normal price is too much. 2 hours is probably the max your children will last. I use it for a place to go when the kids need to get their energy out, but I dont feel well enough to be in the heat outside.

Always a good time. Weve done 2 birthday parties here and the kids love it. Wings are great too. Only suggestion would be to see fountain soda as to lessen its carbon footprint. Seems very wasteful and negligent.

I really did not enjoy the stay. They ask for too much personal information just for the kids to jump. There is no privacy to enter the information, and while I was doing that I was thinking what about the kids who their parents don’t have a driver license? Also, you need to buy their own socks even if you brings yours. Overall expensive for the services they provide.

This was an excellent experience bringing the kids here. They really enjoyed themselves which it gave them a workout and after it was relaxing to them. The staff over there was nice, they had staff in every station keeping an eye on the people to make sure they were save and doing things correctly. I thought that was excellent. I would definitely come back.

My experience was okay. We paid for our own private Dodge ball game and the workers were letting random strangers into it. My dad tried talking to the employee but he was being unreasonable. Also, the pizza they gave us was cold and hard as a rock. They said they would bring us another one but it never even came. They didnt bring us our popcorn till about 30 mins before we had to leave and the workers were way to strict on jumping rules. But The jumping was fun and the different obstacles were also fun.

Nice place... A lot of fun on this place. If you are looking for a place to have fun this is it. A good place to keep our childrens on shape. I give you 4 start just because the food inside is no a good choice ( poor selection ) and the cleanest of the mens restrooms. Also the parking space is too short for the demand

Went for a birthday party for a friend of my son. The kids all had a great time! So many different things to do, gladiator beams, trapeze swing, climbing wall, stunt zone, foam pits, dodge ball... They also have a snack bar, and really great massage chairs for mom and dad. I recommend this place to wear your kids out.

Great fun! I havent laughed so hard in a long time. The little kids (1 and 2 year olds) had a great time! The bigger kids (7 to 10 year olds) were thrilled to swing on the trapeze and fall into the foam pit! Many things to do not just jumping up and down. Parents got out there and played like children! Good workout. Grandma just laughed and laughed! We will be back!

Went here for a birthday party and the kids had an incredible time. So much bouncing and insanity for them. Where were these places when we were kids!! I docked a star because the food is mediocre (though par for the course for these kind of places) and theres NOTHING for parents to do while the kids have fun. At least some TVs would be nice.Edit: In reply to the business, I did do some jumping and it was fun. That is until they kicked me off for not having a wrist band. I get it...but I was with my kids. When theyre done, im done.

I am trying to be as open minded as possible. My son 11th bday was Thursday and this is where he wanted to celebrate. The kids had a blast but I wasnt too impress. This was our first visit and frankly I think there could have been more activity options. I thought for the off brand pizza they had for purchase was expensive. $20.00 for a large pizza that looked like a medium. I also brought a cake and the girl told me no outside food. I called in advance and asked was it alright to bring cake, I was told cake was fine. I inform the girl I spoke with someone and I am bringing this cake. The young lady allowed the cake, that was great customer service on her part. $15 for 3 hours of jump time and 2.50 for socks. Honestly not bad I just felt this wasnt as fun as the other trampoline parks weve patronized. Anywho take your kids they will love it for this special price and time.

My kids (from age 6-9) really enjoy visiting Altitude Trampoline park. Weve had several of their birthday parties here and attended many for their friends. It is always clean, my kids have never encountered an issue while jumping and they always want to come back. The birthday party hosts were attentive and did a good job moving things along. It can get crowded at times (as places like this will get on the weekends, etc), but there is enough space once you get checked in to spread out. Wi-fi works well, plenty of plugs upstairs for parents to actually get work done if that is what you need to do. Two thumbs up
