This is our favorite place to stay in North Myrtle Beach. We have stayed multiple times & even have another upcoming trip in 2 months. We love having the full condo with full kitchen, the proximity of walking distance to the beach so you don’t have to drive to the beach, the pool & hot tub. Now if your looking for a modern glitzy resort this isn’t for you. But if your looking for a place to go and enjoy the beach for a week with your family that you can cook dinner in & live in like home this is it. The units have always been clean & never had any issues. This is the reason we keep returning.

The suites are very comfortable and have a full kitchen with all you need to cook all of your home favorites. Beyond that, theres no convenience store, no restaurant, no bar, no beach, and I dont really see why its called a resort.

It was fair. It was a bit outdated and didn’t have a “wow” effect. The location is Absolutely perfect. With some upgrades and some curb appeal this could be awesome. I may return if the price is right.

Nice pool and hot tub. Coin laundry onsite. Nice and helpful staff when you can get ahold of them though. Good beds. No bugs. For good views need to be on the higher floors. Rooms and bathrooms were nice when I was a child at this timeshare but it needs a renovation to seem less cookie cutter.

I’ve owned this unit for 30 yrs, nothing has changed. No curb appeal, furniture is outdated, appliances are outdated. Room had a stale odor. The front office is dark and dated as well.What are the maintenance fees for if not to maintain the building???Very disappointed, don’t think I will ever stay here again..The only plus is its proximity to the beach!!

A very nice place.. Clean friendly

Stayed for a week. We were on the 8th floor. The room was clean, didnt smell bad at all. Wink the receptionist was very nice. Was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only issue was no Wi-Fi. There was plenty of parking. There is a sign for no motorcycles or trailers, which other places are doing the same. They do need to touch up ceilings and walls, otherwise we will return.

Own a timeshare here since 1983

Close to the ocean, ice cream donut shop, grocery stores, pharmacy, eateries, par 3 course, putt-putt and driving range. nice neighborhood, some shopping, and churches nearby. easy access to 17 bypass and mid (between n. & s. ocean blvd.) (closer to s. ocean blvd.). Owner units for sale and timeshare units for temporary occupancy.

Needs many upgrades. There is WiFi, but, only if you are close to the office. My advice is to find another place to stay. Anywhere.

Its 1 block away from the ocean. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the customer service is great and responsive. I will definitely come back to stay here.

Just left here after staying for a week. Great place. It was clean ans comfortable. We were on the 12th floor abd had a great view. Loved the balcony and pool area. Great location as well. Sad to leave.

This place looks so old and needs a renovation ASAP. The rooms are kind of cramped and there is always something that isnt cleaned when we arrive. Cant wait till my family finds another place to stay.

No towels, maintenance man rude, room not clean when we arrived toilet tissue not supplied, old coffee grounds still in coffee maker. Way overpriced for what you get. Very small pool and is placed where you get very little sun

Dated and the dead bolt would not lock from the outside because a key was broken off in the lock. Overall clean and could see the water from the balcony which was a plus.

Needs a major update! You also have to drive to the beach plus pay to park.
