Beautiful community. Love the high ceiling in these condos. Makes them appear larger. Grounds are kept beautifully. All common areas are clean and well kept. Love that it is right on world tour golf course. Location is close to everything. Shopping, airport, beach all within a 5 to 10 minute drive.

Beautiful Condos. Its a nice, quiet area. The pool is clean. The condos are far enough from golf course that you dont have to worry about fly balls but close enough for nice views. Edit: I forgot to mention the pool is saltwater. Some people prefer it that way some people dont, but its good to know.

This course is awesome. I played with a group called The Dragons and we had a superb time. Fairways were lush and full, greens were fast. Service was excellent. The holes are replica of famous holes from around the world. Information about each hole is at the tee boxes. Try it, yall wont be disappointed.

Me and my family stayed August 16-18 2019. Our stay was wonderful. The condos was cleaned and well kept. A great place to vacation with family. The golf course was beautiful to see. Not to close to the course butose enough to enjoy the view.. We had a blast. Will definitely stay thete again.

Patio door in master bedroom did not lock. So I reported it to the check in person on Sunday morning. We I got back Sunday night it still was not FIXED. So this morning when I checked out I reported it again and told this person I reported it yesterday. So for two nights I spelt with two chairs up against the door so no one could push the door open. The unit was 116-202.

Terrible customer service and were turned away because we’d booked through Hotels.com. They could only accommodate us in a different hotel 20mins away and outside of Myrtle beach. Totally unacceptable and we were left with no where to stay. Manager (Robin) said there was nothing she could do! We’d booked a month in advance and had confirmation of our stay at this resort. We’d booked a weekend of golf at the resort and had 3 groups of friends also staying here. Completely ruined my husbands first Father’s Day weekend and left me in tears whilst 6 months pregnant.

The condos need to be updated and some paint would not hurt. We had a great time at the condo and the pool area was nice.

Typical Myrtle Beach property management. The land of NO. Cant do this, cant do that, cant have motorcycles, etc, etc. Cant access clubhouse gym before 7 am. One barbeque for five buildings. That makes a world of sense. Not allowed to hang an American flag, cant hang a towel to dry outside. The list goes on and on. Ok to visit for the short term, but would NEVER entertain the thought of living here. The rules run a close second to facist Germany.

Such a beautiful building that houses the offices for Founders Golf. The course is magnificent and the views overlooking the range and first and last holes are top notch.

This place makes absolutley no sense. I have a reservation in August and the card I paid my reservation depsit with was stolen. Now because I dont have that card anymore, in order for me to get the rooms, instead of me just paying the remaining balance with another credit card (the common sense thing to do) they want to refund me my whole deposit and make me pay it all over again.

Fantastic place to rent a fully furnished apartment. Super close to the beach about 10-15 min away. Highly recommend them.

From arrival to departure it was horrible. We booked online and were given a conformation number and a pincode(for after hour check in) we stated we would arrive around 10pm. When we got there we attempted to use the PIN number that was include in the confirmation email the numbers we were given weren’t even on the lockbox. After 45 mins on hold for a representative we were given a 3 digit pin so we could access our keys. We get to our 2 bedroom villa and the actual house keys in our packet didNot work. We called customer service they told us to call maintenance after being disconnected twice. We then call the after hours number they tell us to go to the guard shack we drove to the guard shack 10 times and not-once was there a guard present. We finally look at the tag on our keys it says a whole different building number so we thought maybe they just wrote the wrong room on our packet. We go to the room that the keys actually go to we knock lights are off so we think it’s empty we open the door and it was occupied the occupants just weren’t home. We quickly shut the door and calledThe after hours number again. After 2.5 hours we get someone who states they will call maintenance and 20 minutes later a very nice maintenance man comes and gives us the correct keys and let’s us in. We walk in to the villa. One bedroom is supposed to have two full beds but has two twin beds instead. The second room was supposed to have a king bed. Instead it had to beds pushed together with some kind of thin mattress pad on top, very uncomfortable my husband had to sleep on one side and I on the other. As soon as we come in the villa to check for damages and just check out the room there are holes in the wall next to a picture hanging. There are holes in the couch, we go to check the balcony out and as soon as we touch the handle the handles fall off. Apparently after us Army folks tried to screw it back we realized the screws are too short and the handle was probably just sitting there, the room was freezing not at all ready for occupants we take some extra blankets out the closets they had stains on them as well as stains on the pillow cases of the “king” sized bed. Wake up the nextMorning to go to check in since we came after hours, they gave us a $25 credit for the over 2 hour wait for the correct keys. We call and tell them the door needs to be fixed they say someone will be there didn’t ask my name or room number, we wait most of the day and finally decided to go enjoy our trip. We come back and maintenance had stillNot been there so I call the lady tellsMe it’s after hours and they only come out for emergencies and securing the lock and handle on the back door is not an emergency. We paid for the villa in advance and it never stated we had to put a deposit down we were also told we would get it back the day we left right away if there were no damages. The paperwork we were given says it will be returned 7-14 days after check out. By far worst Myrtle beach visit in the 10 years we have been going

Great place to live. lived there last year with two of my friends. Had a awesome view on the patio, and the patio was big!! Each room was huge and had access to there own bathroom. I lived on the 3rd floor, and having a elevator was a life saver sometimes. Overall a great experience living at world tour. I would still live there if i didnt move to Florida. If you find a open unit here take it!!

WORST experience ever! Poor cell service. Even walking outside the condo wasnt much better. NO maid service but the information sheet stated if you wanted clean towels and sheets a washer/dryer was available. Finally.....the TV in the living room only received a small number of channels none of which were any of the major networks yet the TVs in the bedrooms worked fine. When we called the office to inquire, 2 days later maintenance showed up...turned the TV on and left a note saying they were there....Thanks for nothing! DO NOT waste your money on this place. Mind you, the course that were included were great...beyond that I have NO positive comments!

My fiance and I are interested renting apartments here and they were helpful answering any questions we had.

Course at World Tour is in horrible shape. Greens should be called Browns because thats what they were. Dont waste your money until they get their Greens back.

The Beds were uncomfortable. Other than that I really enjoyed the stay. The property was clean

When staying please get a unit near the entrance, they are very nice. 3 floor is a must... you will have more privacy. .. the checkin is closer to 4 pm. So dont rush... bring your own kitchen towels... bath towels are kind of old.

Enjoyed the area for the price. Right by the golf courses which easily accessible for me. Will stay again in the future,

I just recently stayed here May 26th-29th. It was a very nice place. I only have a couple things I frowned on about staying here. There werent any dish towels, my bed was two twin beds together, it was extremely hard opening the front door with the key & we found a glass with mold in it. There werent many channels on the front room television either. But besides those things, everything else was okay.
