The absolute best thing about this room was the partial view of the beach, and the fact that it does have a “full kitchen” (and provided a 5gallon bucket as a trash can, see photo). The kitchen was also in need of a good cleaning, as you can see from the range top photo.The room we were put in was NOT was what advertised. It was not clean; both the bedside tables were obviously dirty (mine had a hair on it, and my husband’s side, with the Bible in the drawer that wouldn’t close, was actually sticky when we arrived. The bathroom had no space for our toiletries, and although the shower was huge, the removable shower head was disgusting (pictured).My husband did not like the bed at all. It sounded like it was going to crack in half a couple of times we sat on it.We were on the 10th floor, where the pool and hot tub are located; no complaints about those as they were both a very comfortable temperature (heated pool). The hotel is literally on the beach, so the location is spot on.If you are looking for a place on the beach with no frills and low expectations this is the place to stay, but if you are looking for luxury find somewhere else.
I go here all the time since I was a little girl and I will still come but do hope they will improve I will be coming back. When we arrived the front desk lady was very rude and acted like she was very annoyed helping us get checked In when we got to are room and all the cook wear was gone we only had a pot. And a few forks. And. Some spoons that were filthy, the toliet would not flush. The pools were clean and warm and they have an beautiful View of the ocean and their breakfast was very good. I will be coming back but I hope they fix what was wrong
Enjoyed our stay here. Parked on the same floor we stayed on which was the 7th. Quite convenient. Breakfast was good. Fantastic and friendly service from the front desk and breakfast staff. Pretty comfy. Very nice pool side area. It’s in a good location. No complaints.

Rooms were clean elevators too. Rooms were fabulous the veiw awesome. Great beach access. And all pools indoor and out are heated so was wonderful even in 50 degree weather

Rooms were not very clean. Bathroom falling apart. Railing on the balcony loose (we have a toddler so were perturbed to say the least). Asked them to fix it. No one ever stopped by to fix the issues. Pools are awesome though!
Clean rooms, excellent ocean view. Parking garage was a bit tight, but useable. One thing I will say, if you plan on swimming in the lazy river, prepare to be dragged across a pool made of the sharpest sandpaper known to man. I have scrapes and bruises all over from it, but as much as I was abused by this pool, I just couldn’t stop swimming in it. Don’t be alarmed if you are at the pool and they suddenly begin construction all around you, it’s normal and they won’t hurt you.
My family and I stay here every year and we like it. We just visited here July 10th 2020. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the staffs are very helpful and polite. They have two outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, indoor pool and hot tub. They also have an outdoor playground and outdoor games. And of course, they are located directly on the bed. This hotel is in north Myrtle Beach and the beach is very nice and quiet. They do serve free breakfast or you can cook your own meal in your room (they have a kitchen). My only issue is that they only offer 1 parking pass so if youre sharing and drive separately you can only park 1 car in the parking garage. My advice if you have two cars, park both cars in the garage and move 1 car around 10pm and park across the street. Its free parking across the street from 10pm to 7am. After 7am you have to feed the meter (just bring your car back and do all over again. I know its a lot of unnecessary work).
We had to transfer hotels due to an issue the day we were due to arrive. This hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we had somewhere to stay. The breakfast was great every morning! Every worker we saw was always friendly. Anytime we needed anything they were there! Definitely going to stay here again. The room was clean and the pools were open and awesome! The parking garage was a little tight for a large SUV but if you take it slow and back in you are good. This is about 5 miles north of the strip and it was nice not having all the nonsense behind your hotel. I felt safe and at home which is important when you have 6 kids.
The rooms are actually gorgeous and updated and very clean! If you get oceanfront room you will not regret paying the extra few dollars it requires to stay there because the view is absolutely amazing!!!! They offer a deluxe hot breakfast every morning that serves to you downstairs in the lobby from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and its delicious! theres lazy rivers three hot tubs and three or four pools and rooftop pool at the 10th floor that you can enjoy while staying there! Ive stayed at many places in Myrtle Beach while visiting and even while living here but this one by far is the best and they have a great snowbird special for the month of November December January and February! You will not believe the prices they have right now ; check it out bc you wont regret it! Make sure you tell them Scarlett sent you!
Good for the price. Great oceanfront views! Breakfast is decent as well as pools. This was the second time we have stayed here and it is definitely showing it’s age. Weird odor in room and pieces of ceiling hanging loose. Only Big complaint is people smoking cigarettes and other stuff from somewhere near us so that we were unable to sit on our balcony for the first half of our vacation due to smoke floating upward. Additionally the parking garage is horrible to maneuver around in especially with a truck. Will probably not stay here again.

The pools, lazy river and hot tubs were nice. The property was very pretty. The cleanliness of our bedding and room were terrible. Asked the front desk for new bedding (sheets and quilt) for one of the beds and they brought us a dirty blanket with hair and chocolate on it. It took 4 separate contacts before we got what we needed.
Growing up my family always stayed here. During July 4th I stayed here with friends. Super nice for the price! The only downfall is room service never cleaned our room and only gave us towels once. We were there for 3 nights. Breakfast is provided but make sure to get there early because there will be a line. It’s away from the boulevard so it’s not in a crazy part of Myrtle. Definitely kid friendly!

My husband, kids (at the time 17 and 6) and I stayed here a few years ago. We loved it. The room was clean, spacious and everything we needed for a 10 day stay. The staff, for the most part, was kind and attentive. The only thing that could more consistency, and that would have made the review 5 stars, was the breakfast food . The food was great one morning and then merely OK the next. Either way, we would absolutely stay here again!
This hotel is extremely old, out of date, very dirty and the staff displayed poor hospitality. When checking in the staff member st the front desk did not acknowledge me when I walked up as she was to busy reading a paper. I stood there for 2 minutes before she even looked up. The staff members were wearing slippers, sweatpants and hoodies and did not look professional at all.Upon arrival to our room we noticed how dirty the walls were, the oven had old food all over it, the plumbing fixtures were very old and corroded, there was hair stuck in the shower drain and a lot of rust around the bathroom.
Horrible! We are here with another couple for Valentines weekend and it is the most disastrous vacation stay of my life! The hot water was off for 2 and a half days and the staff literally did not care!The manager on duty Regina Downs was curt and NASTY to anyone that asked questions saying that she had spoken with the owner Benji Norton, and he said to tell the guest to leave if they did not like the hot water situation. Because he would not be offering any discounts, or other reparations to guests for a hot water-less stay!Imagine that their solution for a hotel full of guests was that we were free to check out! For us having driven all the way from Clemson on a very busy holiday weekend checking out was not an option because we had NO idea if there were other accommodations available. We were left with many questions such as:Why is there no hot water?When could we expect hot water?How is the staff washing the linens? (cold water washed public use sheets are NOT clean)How is the food being prepared? (cold water washed pans are NOT clean)As for the food… That was a whole other nightmare that could be descried as mediocre at best they offered a whopping 3 hot items smoked sausage grits and eggs! All pastries were the mini version and they were cut in half. The waffles were of the frozen variety (thawed) and you had to run them thru the toaster. We were told that the actual waffle maker was reserved for special occasions and weekend. The fruit consisted of one fruit honey dew melon, and there was one bowl of raspberry yogurt, and of course the ever-popular cold cereal selection of 3 generics, which you could have with the refrigerated milk distanced from the water dispenser.
The space overall was nice, however I was very disappointed that nobody came to clean my room during my stay. All they did was throw towels and toilet paper rolls were just thrown on the bed from the door. Our beds were not made and our trash was not emptied the entire stay. I made sure I didn’t have the do not disturb tag on which I didn’t. The air conditioning was not working properly. However I did like that it was right on the beach and the pools were nice
Minus the half eaten chicken wing that remained on the steps for 2 days, it was great
My husband and I went for a winter getaway. I was very surprised on how careful you have to drive into the parking lot . Very close quarters and I actually had the top of parking garage fall on my car and scratch it. But thats the only bad thing I have to say about this place. Very clean rooms. Service was amazing. Pool areas are clean as well. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra night. I will definitely be going back in the winter. Nice break from the cold and perfect location.
The toilet was stuck and running when we arrived, the kitchen light bulbs were burned out. My husband who has done maintenance for over 20 years fixed the flapper and said not to worry about the lights so we did not say anything at first and did not want to complain. Our feet stayed black from the floors but still we tried to smile behind our mask. The lazy river heated part was out so we could not use that comfortablely. The refrigerator was not working so we used our coolers; but that was the thing that my husband said that was it. He informed the staff and after several trips from maintenance and hours of trying things (maintenance was so nice) they stated that they did not have a replacement refrig in stock and they could not fix it. then..... We were sleeping close to 1am and a man with an ankle bracelet tried to break in our room repeatedly. We tried to call security and guess what the phone was not working in our room. Maintenance came the next day after I ask a second time the front desk, but they could not fix it, but they did replace the phone. The man that tried to break in did not even know his name or where he stayed last night but finally passed out at our door. Police was called and he was arrested and was a convicted criminal. 3 hours sleep at the most that night. Management agreed to move us onto another floor 2 floors up the next day; with no upgrade, but we would have to pack everything up the day before we left and move it 2 floors. The neighbors played heavy Rap constantly that could be heard through the walls and smoke was so thick on the balcony that we could not stand it since I am allergic to smoke. After talking with the manager two times she agreed to refund 1 night of the 4 day stay. When we checked out the front staff did not know she was refunding it and we had a delay while they located the manager to get the refund she promised. I really think that was a Hell Mary at that point. It was my 50th birthday gift from my husband and it just was not anywhere up to par. You could say bad luck; but we feel it ran deeper than that. We have been 100 percent honest about our stay and it put a real damper on my birthday and the gift my husband tried to give me.

We booked an “ocean view” room and the photos attached to the room we booked looked like it was an oceanfront room, when we checked in we were given a partial ocean view room and not what we had reserved. So a bit of false advertising but we didn’t make a big deal. Nice hotel, great location and great amenities.

We booked our room online from the condo owner, we were told ahead of time to bring our own toliet paper and paper towels, and also that there would be no maid service;however we were not informed that because of this we would be treated like dirt from the staff. We called for maintenance to come fix a few issues in our room the first day. We called everyday thereafter and they never came. They offered free breakfast,but only if you book through them. The parking garage is very hard to maneuver in especially if its crowded. The room was clean, but thats probably because I was the maid for the week. My husband and son helped fix the issues in the room out of our own pocket. Some vacation. Thanks for letting us pay you for nothing.

Ive been coming here for a long time. About 20 years now, I absolutely adore this amazing place! I travel from Columbia to Myrtle Beach and we always stay here. Excellent front desk, customer service and amenities. The rooms are large w/ full kitchen. The room is always clean and fully stocked. Nice hot showers and comfortable queen sized beds. The free hot breakfast is delicious and located right in the lobby. Grits, eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, toast, bagels, cereal, cold milk, waffles, fresh fruit, pasteries, coffee, tea, juice, water. The kitchen/dining staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating. This will always be where I stay when Im in Myrtle Beach, SC. Thank you Monterey Bay Suites for providing me and my family with excellent service.
I Loved my stay here!! we were in room 1537. A king bed room. a small living room tiny kitchen with a gorgeous side view of the ocean!! The bed was comfy.The food was great.The maid service was great.No bugs of any kind was seen in our room for the visit.It was pretty cold outside but the heated pools they have BOTH indoors and OUTSIDE felt great.We went in early march.

We love this hotel! Weve stayed here periodically throughout the last 10 years. We recently stayed here 6/15/20 ‐ 6/20/20. Not one issue! This hotel is on the northern part of the state and is away from the craziness. Hotel was clean, staff are always amazing, and breakfast was decent.
We had an enjoyable stay. The rates were excellent and we had no real complaints. We are not the kind of people that look for the negative so we found a lot of positives. It was nice to sit outside while eating a free breakfast every morning with 2 young children. They loved the outside playground and pools. Our room was very clean and serviced well. After reading the reviews on the parking deck we were very nervous about the parking situation. My daughter was able to maneuver her mini van into a spot with not much trouble at all. We would stay here again.
The King Suites on ocean front are super nice. I love having a full kitchen. They do offer a military discount rate which is a plus for us. This particular week they had a 25% off rate per night. They serve free breakfast for guests which is nice. They accommodate most any requests you make. Our suite has 2 TVs.
The rooms were great. There was free breakfast. Everyone of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was lots to do at the hotel, and it is on the beach. The one drawback was the parking. GREAT VACATION.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 days. A few things that could make this a five star for us. Impove the lighting in rooms they were dim as well as parking garage. Icemaker did not work in refrigerator or on 10th floor. Also first night when it rained a decent amount of water came in around the door area. And we also noticed water spots and damage on ceiling after rain. We loved the beach, kids loved the pools and people were very friendly. Great job on this area! Good spot you have here could be great with few improvements.
Basically, the complaints on the reviews are true. Housekeeping was lacking, repairs are needed, anyone in the front room could hear the elevators and people all night long. One of the rooms next to us constantly smoked weed so thats all we could smell all week.Now for the good part. The location was perfect for me. Not too close to the center and not too far away. Breakfast every morning. Nothing too fancy and they could do better but I didnt have to cook so I was happy. The rooms were cute even with some of its issues and the beds were comfortable. Our view was amazing. The pools were cleaned every morning although they were still a little cloudy. My kids enjoyed this area everyday. I love that the beach is right there. We really didnt need to leave for anything. The workers are friendly and the hotel offered some entertainment for the kids. There was magic tricks at the pool and a 30 minute scuba lesson at the pool by a handsome instructor and his lovely sidekick. All in all, we were happy and will hopefully come back.
Super nice employees! Very nice rooms. The ONLY complaint I have is our bed was still dirty. They put a clean sheet over the mattress that was filled with dirt and food.

The employees keep the Grounds Super Clean, Everyone is Polite and Friendly! The room could use a good cleaning, tub was nasty, dirt all in corners of room and floor, furniture was nasty stain covered, balcony need swept and window cleaned.. blankets had mold stains but it was a nice stay after we bought Clorox wipes and brought our own blankets to sleep with, lacked in cookware to cook with too! The dead molded Roses stunk room up nicely too
Rooms are a bit out dated, they where fine for the time i was there. I had a sea sight room and that was nice. The breakfast is not that great but it worked. Staff was nice and the parking is good you got 8 floors to park on.
They are remodeling-- we had a few issues. Normally the place is so great. I would only say a fair stay.

Worth every penny, nice location, nice pools.I try to stay here every year!The only thing I would recommend is putting a washer and dryer in the hotel rooms individually.

Yuck!! If I could give it a zero I would! Mold on the ceiling EVERYWHERE!! The room smelled like a mix of cigarette smoke and mildew, disgusting! The bed sheets felt moist and the floor was gritty with sand. The kitchen had been updated but we didn’t use. The mattress rolled to the middle on one bed, the other was sunken in. The breakfast was subpar. The parking garage was dark and tight. Very hard to maneuver with an suv and cargo rack. The price per night was great, but you get what you pay for. Needs major renovation. Save yourself!!!!

Good prices, good rooms nice view of the ocean, very friendly staff and a good complimentary breakfast. Only reason its not 5 is due to parking deck bring very small for the bigger vechile and only the bottom level has space for them. The elevators I heard were also probe to stall on floors and by pass floors as well. This sounds bad but I drive a 3/4 tin diesel truck so I cant be too hard.

Been staying here for the past month! Great views, great amenities and if you rent through Monterey Bay you will get a free breakfast every morning. Lazy river, inside pool, hot tub and kids pool. Outside there is another pool and hot tub with another pool hot tub combo on the 10th floor. I found probably 40 sharks teeth combing the beach and had so many great sunrises and sunsets. Love myrtle beach and Monterey Bay is A+. It is an older place but rooms are updated. Parking garage is very tight and is probably one of my only cons

3 years since the last time I visited? Time flies! Anyways, I have revisited this place in July 2019 (last stayed July 2016) and here is what I have to say about it after I revisited.The staff were relatively nice and the free breakfast was good, it does get pretty crowded in there though. Make sure you arrive early. Parking is tight but manageable, pretty sure non-guest abuse the guest-only parking spaces for their own needs.Pools were still very nice and heated, very nice to swim in although the biggest pool had a good amount of chlorine in it and was very salty if you got the water in your mouth. The Lazy Rivers floor/bottom is very chipped, rough, and worn. Got my leg/back cut multiple times after encountering the bottom many times. The ground floor outside hot tub was still lukewarm after 3 years, but the interior ground hot tub was very nice. The 10th floor pool and hot tub were very nice and I had no complaints about themAlthough the rooms have been updated and look very nice, the new flooring is all slate and will get dirty within 5 minutes of you being there. The bottom of my feet literally turned black every time I walked on there for a few mins, the floors were very sandy too and I had to sweep it every day because the housekeeping refused to clean the floors. The new beds are very comfortable but attract a lot of sand, you need to sweep them off practically every night.The hotel has listened to their guests and the WiFi has been upgraded! Way more routers have been put in, and every router is now connected to the same network and not connected to its each individual network anymore. Although there are some slowdowns at times, it is 5x faster than the old WiFi system and far more reliable!Elevators took a bit of time to arrive on busy days, even when there are 4 in operation. In the duration of my stay the call button on G did not work for the bank of 3.The fire alarms have gone off several times during my stay here. In one week the alarms went off 2 times during the day and once at 3 am, all were false alarms. You really shouldnt have pull stations outside in the open for a non-guest to walk over, pull the lever down, and walk away.Overall, this hotel stay could be better but was just fine. Would probably come again next year.
Going on day 3 with no hot water.. Staff at the front desk (after 5pm) are rude.. 60% empty parking deck that won’t allow you to park a golf cart due to limited space..Not worth the price of admission. Two thumbs down.
I enjoy my stay there, the breakfast was delicious and Ms. Washington was very friendly and polite and kind in serving the breakfast, downfall that I have is that breakfast is not serve long enough the room were amazing and cleaned, but my shower wasnt working, had to take baths... Avoid Room 1043.I only stayed in this room because I didnt have much choice. I was vacationing with the in laws, who stay at this hotel 2x a year. Rooms are apparently hit or miss now. 2 stars simply because they are updating and do clean the rooms and are trying to revive it.Positive: The bed was clean and fairly comfortable. Towels were clean. Pool is maintenanced daily.Negative: This room was kind of funny, and ridiculous at the same time. This is extremely detailed in my experience.Bathroom:By far the worst bathroom Ive ever stayed in. Needs a complete renovation. The sink was falling off the walk, obviously recaulked multiple times to try and hide it. There was no counterspace to hold your belongings. The bathtub had two showerheads, both with poor water pressure/spray. The knobs spin completely around, making it near impossible to get the water to a comfortable temp, its ice or lava. But, the toilet was solid. Tiles were very dirty around the walls. Towel racks were all extemely rusted. The door wouldnt shut without lifting it. All 3 hinges were missing screws. Also, the heat lamp didnt put out enough heat to know it was even on.Bedroom:I got one of the rooms that was updated with new furniture. Its was fine, but the new mirror had a busted corner already. And the lamps were annoying to use, because the switches were all facing the wrong direction, and the night stands were too far from the bed to reach it anyway.Kitchen:Pretty clean. But obviously neglected. The upper cabinets are hung so low, you cant open one without moving the coffee machine. Which you dont even get filters for anyway. Even 2 star hotels usually give you a few filters. With coffee packets. But there were utensils and cups. No way I would use them, but they are there. Ice maker in the fridge was S L O W. Took 3 days to get a full basket of ice.Living/Dining Area:Worst arrangement of furniture. TV faces the patio door, so its worthless with the curtains open. But the dining table is between the tv and the couch, so it blocks your view some. The paint was old and the ceiling was dirty looking. No coffee table, which I know some rooms have.Patio:What a nightmare. The door itself doesnt slide well. It gets jammed and the wood part of the handle actually fell off. The screws are stripped out. The patio, it had ONE faded out old brown plastic chair and a very dirty table. I had to drag chairs outside from the dining table so 2 people could sit out there.The Ocean View:Angled views I have no problem with. It was a nice enough view if you ignore the hotel smack dab in the middle of it.Pool:1043 is located on the roof pool area. Its open from 9am-11pm. The music was so loud, we could hear it on the patio, over the motorcycles on the street. Thank God, the last day there, it didnt play. Even with that said, the pool is very nice and clean. I would recommend it. Towels are located by the elevator, which is odd, but it works.Continental Breakfast:Worst ever. You have scrambled eggs, grits or biscuits and gravy, pancakes or eggos, sausage links, toast (even though the toaster doesnt really work), cereal, and some kind of fruit. Not all of this is offered the same day. None of it was very good, but at 7am, Im starving and make due.Would I stay again? No. Simply because I know nicer rooms are available within the same hotel. My mother in law had 1015, it was fully updated, everything worked and nothing was rickety to use. A whole different experience. Hit or miss rooms.
My family and I stayed here on vacation for a week. It was hell from the time we checked in until we checked out. From the refrigerator door falling off, the AC unit went out in the room, the maintenance man telling us he didn’t feel like fixing it that night because he was about to get off, to the worker telling me he would jump on me. It was the worst experience from customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Please don’t waste your money staying at this over priced raggedy hotel.
Our room was clean enough had to ask housekeeper to clean the bathroom and mop the floor. ( FLOORS were nasty upon renting) on 2nd day she just picked up towels didnt MAKE up bed or bring in clean clothes But mostly the customer service was Horrible!! Day customer service sucked at the desk.. Really quick like we bothered them. Night was about the same..Need customer svc training. The free buffet sucked on Fri and Sat, Sunday was better..Need more banana and apples**** the workers with their carts bullied the super slow elevators.. 1 guy even held the door open til it buzzed talking to a coworker (and it was 4 of us on there.!!)***Another time it was a group of girls complaining about the manager and hours ( were on vaca with kids we should not hear foolishness..***THE parking was super tight.The hotel it self was on the beach and had alot of pool areas]best thing[..Customers deserve better and a peaceful vacation.
All of the staff at Monterey Bay Suites are incredibly nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff was all very friendly. My only complaints are about the cleanliness of the rooms. We checked in for two nights and the first room we were in was disgusting. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine and there was pubic hair on the toilet seat. The floors were very sandy throughout the whole room. The blanket looked like it hadnt been washed in a year. The couch had a very thick layer of filth and was covered in other stains as well. The balcony is supposed to be non-smoking, but there were ashes all over the plastic coffee table. There was mold & mildew in the air vents. The whole room had a terrible smell. My husband notified the front desk of all of the issues immediately and they moved us to a different room. The second room was a little better, but not by much.The bathroom was cleaner, just had some water damage on the wooden shelves under the sink. The couch was less dirty, but still very stained and uncomfortable. The chair had stains as well. The balcony had ashes all over it along with bird droppings. Cleaner looking blankets and kitchen. Cleaner floor. The smell was better and the air vents were clean. The window unit in the bedroom did not work at all and the air from the living room unit did not reach the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, but we noticed after already having slept there for two nights that there was a clearish white splatter on the headboard. I wish I had thought about taking pictures of all of the issues in both rooms to share. The prices are incredibly low in winter months, but it really isnt worth it.I personally would not recommend this place.
Nice place to have a vacation. My husband and I try to come every year. We will be back next year.

Reasonable rates, but maintenance has gone back. Starting to show age. Its clean and the breakfast is good. The bathroom socket didnt work and kitchen lacked basic utensils. Other than that, the stay was fine.
We just returned from spending a few nights. Maid service could be better. The temperature was hard to control. If the sitting area was comfortable, the bedroom was not and vice versa. Parking garage was awful-narrow and poor signage. On our last day there, a car hit the side of the ramp. The website describes breakfast as Famous hot and Incredible. We disagree. Disappointed with the food.
I have been staying at this hotel for years and because of the COVID 19 they still want to charge people cancellation fees even though nothing is open. When you try to reschedule they want to up your price to $300 more. I will never stay here again!
Everything about our stay here was excellent. Everyone was so friendly, the food was good and the service was amazing!! Parking garage is a little narrow so if you have a bigger vehicle I would recommend using the ground level to park. We will definitely be returning next year for a family vacation!!!

Second time I stayed there! Both times my room had roaches! I have the pictures on my phone! They was in the kitchen and Bathroom! They did nothing but laugh! The ladies at the desk are rude! Room service did not clean! Did not make my bed! Nasty rooms
This was the worst experience of our life. We stayed here over the Fourth of July holiday the rooms were disgusting the bed sheets were not changed we were also bitten by bedbugs. We got stuck on the elevator on that Sunday our last day to check out it took 45 minutes for someone to get the elevator unstuck they never called the fire department at all the manager Regina Downs was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She should not be a manager they did nothing To assist us where we even got stuck up no one asked if we were OK or if anyone needed medical attention. We had three small kids stuck and no one had any concern or care I will never stayed at this hotel or refer any of my family members to this hotel again. They picked up the elevator CALL and DeAnna tried to pretend that no one ever heard anything or gotten a call. The maintenance guy which was only one person there who knew how to fix the entire elevator from being in stuck and they didn’t call the fire department which means more than likely the elevators are not being serviced properly. No one knew where the control room was there was no training at all with any of the maintenance guys.

A beautiful place to stay. Me and a friend of mine stayed for two nights and loved it. The breakfast is awesome. We stayed on the 16th floor oceanfront and the view was beautiful.
