Upon checking I was made to feel welcomed but upon entering the room the room smelled and they were dirty towels and sheets in one of my rooms. They offered to change my room but since I had already started to unpack I decided not to and a housekeeper came and cleaned the room and provided fresh sheets and towels.Excellent customer service. The front desk goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Every staff encountered whats awesome. Coming out early one morning, maybe 4: 00am ish, I noticed they lock one side of the gate and a very professionally dressed, alert, security guard was pacing back and forth guarding our cars. Having realized I was not in the best neighborhood from visiting the park across the street, I was very appreciative that they thought to add this extra service. This is rated four stars instead of five because I think although the housekeeping staff are very friendly. Just a little bit more needs to be done to keep the place a little cleaner and the common areas, and to ensure the rooms are properly sanitized before guest check-inSide note... Although the neighborhood is not the best, I never noticed until I visited the park across the street. There are plenty other places that I visited with my children away from the area that was awesome.
Absolutely love this resort. We have been here a number of times and always look to stay here if available when we come to Vegas. Erika the manager is a top notch customer service representative for the company, and takes care of her guests. You are just down the street from the strip, and very close to groceries, drug/convenience stores, and tons of food selections. The rooms are well taken care of and clean. The two pools are fantastic, because you never have overcrowding due to limited space. We will continue to select this resort for future stays.
Amazing! The property is wonderful, so clean, very quiet with a lush tropical ambience. I loved it, absolutely loved it & WILL DEFINITELY go back! The staff were so friendly & awesome! The room was excellent! 233 & 233a were perfect for our family size. I was impressed with the gas stove! Most places use electric stoves, but the gas stove worked flawlessly. Again, I highly recommend this place!
I have never visited a place that was more comfortable than home. My daughter and her boyfriend stays here often. The rooms are exquisite. And absolutely angelic. Piece and quiet. The pool is so relaxing. Staff is amazing. Security is outstanding and they go above and beyond there job.
The help at the front desk was good. Got to the first room and the carpet was wet. The bathroom was dirty. Call the front desk and told them. They switched to a different room. We go to the front desk to get those room keys. Then we get into the room and that room smells like smoke. We were to tired and stayed.
We love staying at resort facilities for extended stays and the Tahiti Resort in Las Vegas ranks among one the better places weve stayed. The suites are roomy, well designed, adequately stocked with utensils, and linens. Everything was clean and organized . The bed was comfortable, the TVs had cable and a DVD player, the appliances worked as designed, and the staff was readily available and helpful. The pool area was clean and maintained. Everything was shown on their website except for some of the services and facilities not available due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
I am a timeshare owner of this resort, andcI have just the best time here, no matter what time of year. These past two years have been in November, so the temps have been in the mid 70s.. BBQ area is used every night for steaks, salmon, burgers and chicken.Live a week in warmth, and then back to rainy Washington State..back to the desert in February, and then head south to the siblings in the greater Phoenix metro area.
Its very clean and comfortable. the staff are nice and the beds are nice and comfy too. great value
Positive: The worst experience Ive ever had dealing with Negative: Everything everyone I was in contact with was rude
Amazing stay! Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and balcony. Love, love, love! Will definitely be back again soon.
Great choice for off the strip! The pool is 24hr and the new Orleans just down the street is a fun place to hang out and gamble
Great location rooms clean .pool is beautiful with beach sand sectionI had full use of handicap equiptment
Since we arrived TOM greed us with a welcoming smile and make us feel as if he knew us already!!Tahiti is a Great place to stay ..away from al the wild, crazy crowd on the strip .only 2.3 miles away.I will definitely come back .
Very much enjoyed our time here. Yes initially we thought it was Tahiti Village as well which weve been to before but this place was extremely nice, clean, and cozy. We cant wait to go back
This was a nice place stay, Rooms & beds were A-1 and pool was refreshing..
They are extra nice the rooms are very nice. And security do not play
Felt deceived at first as I thought I booked at Tahiti Village but was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel has become. It used to be a dump. The pools were very nice and not as crowded as their sister location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We are already planning another family staycation here.
No bar service, no pool service, maybe it four to covid-19 but no room service for 9 days.... Could have moved into a different room because it was lots of vacate units after 5-6 days but the staffs are WONDERFUL very polite
We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Tahiti! I wish I had chosen this location first and stayed for longer! The suite was beautifully decorated and had a washer and dryer. There was detergent for one load which was just what I needed. We wish it had been warm enough to enjoy the lovely pool area. It would be a great place for kids! The price was great for the amenities you can use ... we went off season.A fantastic feature was the shuttle to the strip. It makes two stops... the Tropicana and the Mirage. A definite asset to our holiday.Ask for a side room if traffic noise bothers you.The picture is a view from our balcony looking towards the strip.
Great place to stay if you want to be off the strip! We had an issue with the smell of gas in our room but the staff took care of it rather quickly.
Security was super annoying u cant party or have an fun kick back they like it very quiet here.
The rooms were great. Clean and well stocked and supplied kitchen. The shuttle service is a nice addition, just need to make sure which bus and times to get on correct bus. Multiple routes make it a little confusing.Continental breakfast is bagels. Muffins, fruit and hot drinks. Little variety would be good. But it is appreciated. The staff was very pleasant and. helpful. Especially MARTA that every morning greeted you with a friendly GOOD MORNING AND SMILE ! (Breakfast area)WE WILL COME HERE AGAIN.THANK YOU.
Not a bad place. They are just over reacting to covid. They canceled their breakfast. They dont even offer coffee. They canceled their shuttle service so you are stuck their if you dont have a car
Absolutely exquisite. The suite is amazing and everything about the room was absolutely perfect. Beautiful pool. Nice hot tub in the room. Great kitchenette. Two TVs in the room. Convenient location. Very luxurious.
Very nice small hotel. The rooms and the property is clean and well kept. There are pools and a hot tub, which are enjoyable in winter too. The employees are friendly and helpful. Theres a shuttle bus that takes the guests to the city (every hour) or to the supermarket (every second day) for free. We spent a whole month in the hotel, and enjoyed our stay.
I love a medium size resort. It is chill and relaxing. A true get away and I can never get enough of the pools.
Great stay, was here for 7 days. Superb! But the bed I had, was weird; saggy... very uncomfortable. That was the worst part. Very annoying; never slept on anything so uncomfortable lol but the place is very nice.
Upon arriving to our room there was a heavy gas odor. The smell was so strong for my kids we made a complaint to which the concierge apologized & offered to refund our resort fee. The rest had to be dealt with through booking.com which the hotel had to confirm with. It was through there we found that they did not keep their word in doing so. We went back to where the manager said they would not refund us or give us any other room of the same size even though they were available because there was no leak. We were forced to stay in the same room even with the smell. Very poor service from the manager. The head engineer explained to us there was no leak, which we completely understood, but the smell was the only problem we complained of.
Actually a nice stay. The breakfast is a joke but dennys is next door. Clean, spacious, and peaceful. So quiet. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Great price.
Super clean and our go to place in LV!
Nice and affordable place to stay in Vegas, very clean and spacious rooms, we stay in one bedroom King size room with full kitchen included, washing and drying machine, with living room. Bedroom and living room had its own tv, fireplace available in other words is a small apartment instead of a common hotel room but with all the facility that a hotel can offers and the best of all We had free transportation to the has Vegas strip.
Great family environment in Las Vegas. Extra extra friendly staff! Close to everything.
Wonderful... nice rooms...real co there
Breakfast could be better, its basic, but edible. Staff was pleasant, professional and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Nice pool areas and shuttle services to the strip too.
Excellent staff and amenities pools and hot/spar/whirlpool free shuttle to the start of strip loads of eateries including Dennys on the door step check out the garage for cheap booze and food and essentials and definitely visit OAces bar great bar and local hangout you can take your foot of the pedal to clear your head from the beautiful intoxicating madness that is the Vegas strip and downtown
Positive: This place totally exceeded my expectation! The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very nice welcoming. I drove 5 hours with kids and opening the door to my 2 bedroom suite was awesome! I highly highly highly recommend this place for family getaway Negative: Only issue I had was my bed felt like it had a dip on the left side like it was damaged. Wasnâ€t the most comfortable bed but I slept and thats all that matters.
I love it here. We have been owners for 9 years now. The rooms are really nice. I love having a full kitchen to cook in and a dishwasher to use when Im done. I also love having a washer/dryer. My favorite thing is the 24/7 pool and hot tub. It never get crowded either. We also love it here cause its not a huge place. So you are not walking 5 minutes to get to the pool. Its a great place to bring are kids to as well.
This hotel is pretty comfortable and is at a good price, love the design and the lobby! Breakfast was great!
Smaller, older place but without all the big resort rules and regs. More of a neighborhood place. Drug stores, convenience stores, and pizza places nearby. Casinos just a couple miles away.
I mean, its good and all. The pools are great, especially the big ones w/t sand in the shallow part and the hot tub w/t the water feature. But on my stay the hallway on the third floor smelled like sewage, which smelled like a bad friday night. But there is no smoking allowed, which is great for families. But, just the free breakfast is depressing! Just bread, fruit, and coffee! It really sucked, so have breakfast prepared, if you want something good. But thats all of my opinions on this hotel and it was a nice stay.
I stayed here for my first vacation out in Las Vegas and it was great. Very clean and comfortable rooms from the bed to the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio/deck, two nice sized pools & hot tub, small gym, sauna, shuttle bus scheduled rides to the strip & computer access in the lobby with printer available. Also within walking distance to a few convenient stores & places to grab a bite to eat. This place was very well kept and operated I enjoyed my stay here!
Fun place watch the concrete around the pool it is extremely slippery when wet.
Its really cute! a lot better than expected. next to a bunch of useful places as well, not too far from the strip. staff was kind and the pools were cool :)
This is a really nice hotel, as far as the casino floor, restaurants and large betting areas. There is also a 60 lane bowling alley and movie theater on the second floor. I can talk about the quality of the rooms, because I havent seen the rooms.
Nice rooms. Large bathroom. Not too out of date. Decorated well. Felt very homey.
This space is beautiful and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating.
Beautiful property with 24hr pool access
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Ms Amy for her excellent customer service. It was a pleasure.
It was clean, affordable, close to convention center, quiet.maybe eggs on the breakfast menu could improve it. And have the parking pass ready when guest arrive for the whole duration of stay.
Great place to stay on a budget
The resort is family friendly and the staff is responsive to requests. The pool area is nice (updated recently). The rooms could use updating to be more modern.
When we arrived I was kinda upset that we are far from the strip. Then i found out they offer free shuttle, breakfast is included and the pool is nice and quiet. This is a fantastic resort for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. The New Orleans Casino next door has a movie theatre and bowling alley and great buffet. Perfect for that family get away.
Its quiet and low key. A great get away from the strip. Family friendly.
We took a last minute trip to Vegas and this was one of the most reasonable priced places we found so we took a chance and booked it. The location is about 10 minutes north of the Strip. There are some adult oriented businesses that you pass on the way from the 15 but none located near the hotel. The resort itself is clean and the staff is polite and efficient. We normally stay in a mini-suite at the Signature. This is, by far, the biggest suite we have stayed at in Vegas with a separate bedroom, full size kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The two pools are nice with sandy bottom entrances. The resort has a quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am. Despite quiet time, you can use the pools 24 hours a day. This is a timeshare but the sales pitch was very low key and only given if you visit the concierge. We are strongly considering making this our new go to place when we come to Vegas.
Nice place to stay. Very spacious room accomodations. Too bad no inside way to get from back bldg to front lobby, in case of winds or rain. The bathtubs too high to get in for short people or people with lower extremity problems. Luggage at each bldg or floor would really be nice
They kept coming in my room while my husband was asleep sear hung through the room for no reason this place suc and is very unbusiness like
Just a resort. Built 15 years ago, family oriented, shows signs of age and poor manners clientele. The benefit of staying, here, no hotel fees addition, or parking pay. Shuttle service provided.
Enjoyed my stay at the Tahiti Resort. The staff was helpful when I had an issue with the air conditioner. Repairs were made promptly. Overall would recommend it. Is off the strip but only minutes away. Plan to return in the near future.
We loved the pool, nice space and staff.
Tahiti is a clean, quiet, timeshare resort. The rooms can offer one or two bedrooms with kitchens. The kitchens provide almost everything for cooking. The property has two small swimming pools to help beat the Vegas heat. The facility is off the strip but a free shuttle is available to take you down to the strip (Check the schedule, it does not run 24 hours a day). Grocery stores are a close drive away if you are wanting to get groceries for extended stays. A minimal Continental breakfast of muffins, bagels, fruit, juice and coffee are available in the morning. I would recommend this place for a quiet family get away, close but just far enough away from the bustle of the strip.
Great stuff, very nice rooms, great price if booked ahead. Can get expensive if booked on the spot - $100
Very nice, if you dont want to stay on the strip. Well worth it. Plus, they gave a shuttle to take you down to the strip!
Spacious and comfortable. Shuttle to the strip every hour.
Nice place but noisy during day
Food was fabulous. Great value.
I had a terrible experience while I was gone somebody had came in my room and messed up the bed or slept in the bed and peed on my stuff I have no clue what the heck thats about I checked out right away from this hotel I think I even left some things of mine behind cuz I didnt want to touch the pee stuff
Clean, excellent service, and close to restaurants and businesses off of Tropicana. Breakfast included and free parking and wifi! Facility is off the strip, but 5 min drive to strip.
Comfortable and. Quiet.
We frequent Tahiti Village but decided to try this sister location. The room layouts are very similar. Rooms are nice and big. Location is pretty good. Pools arent too bad. Small breakfast is a great plus. I didnt expect that.In the end I prefer the other location.
My family came to Las Vegas Nevada and staying at the Tahiti had one of the most relaxing, secure and family oriented vacations this far we plan to book again most def.
My family of three lives staying here. Free shuttle, Wi-Fi, small breakfast, putting green and even ice cream sundaes one day. There are two pools with sand entry, gas grills in common area and close to grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommended!
Very nice place to stay in Vegas. Although one of the pools were closed the kids still had a good time. There are two Tahiti resort locations and they dont share the same amenities.
ITS A BIG COMPLEX
Got a free upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite at check-in. Large, beautiful, and clean rooms. Free covered parking in a well-lit lot that felt safe. Highly recommend.
First time to this property and it will be the last time. I did not last 30mins on the property. The rooms are below average. HSK vacuuming the carpets right outside the room late at night. The bed was a queen bed not king bed as advertised. Front desk agents are compeletely dishonest. Guest service do not exist. No one resolved my problems. The property should reconsider their hiring requirements.
WOW!! I absolutely LOVE this place. Found as I was looking for hotels on Expedia and after looking at the reviews I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did!!I walked in the door and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!!! Got us checked in quickly and even found us a luggage cart since they were all being used. The room was incredible, is was clean, very welcoming, bigger than expected, a lot of amenities and I like that they are all suites. We had a king room with King bed, kitchenette, the bathroom had a lighted makeup mirror & jetted tub.All the fantastic features in the room are standard. It seemed like all the rooms were adjoining so if you had a bigger family 2 rooms could join together. They have 2 pools, hot tub and small putting green (pools are open 24 hours) . It all has a Tahiti-Tiki theme/feel.They also have a free shuttle that takes you to the Tropicana & the Mirage every hour until 11pm weekdays later on the weekends. The only thing they could improve would be to add more to their breakfast BUT this hotel is amazing. We will definitely return every time we are in Vegas.
After staying at the flamingo this place was very very nice!!! Love the heated pools and jacuzzi
It was good for the price. We were there for the NFR so we weren’t at the property much
Great place to stay
It was just ok. AC in gym was broken for the entire trip. Gym only had one working treadmill. It’s very far from the strip and while they did offer a shuttle, it only ran once per hour. They have a few restaurants in the area, however, Tahiti has no relationship with them to offer a discount. Breakfast was old bagels and watered down orange juice. But the coffee was good. Finally, they do not have connections to get you discount tickets to very many good / popular venues. Totally disappointed!
A really nice property. A bit of a ways from the strip so get a rental car. But worth the stay.
Newly renovated. Great location. Quick to strip but able to eat with locals in just a few minutes. Management was super accommodating. Made me feel like I wouldnt choose another resort while in Vegas. The continental breakfast was a nice extra. Thank you to all at Tahiti
This is my first time here and I love our room, its bomb the kitchen, the room and bathroom. I dont want to stay anywhere else. The parking situation could be a little bit more better, but other than that they still get 5 stars from me.
Eh, check out is at 10:00 a.m. The whole place is getto, but not so getto that I would not come here. Its perfect for kids, if you live close its perfect for a kids birthday party . Its on the cheaper side on the outskirts of vegas. Its worth four stars for what it is. Nothing special, but not bad
Nice hotel. Very nice rooms with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washing machine, dryer, living room, separate sleeping room. Nice staff. Free shuttle to the strip. The elevator could have a little remodeling
Clean, affordable. Walls are very thin, could hear activities and conversations of families in surrounding rooms and hallway.Hotel is more than lovely & nicely priced if you just need a roof over your head; if sound is a concern and affects your comfort you will want to look elsewhere.
Good Hotel, but ignore the breakfast, its bagels, cream cheese and marmelade. When they clean the carpets in the hallways, its basically unbreathable in there. The rooms are good though.
ABSOLUTELY AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! I cant say enough to praise these folks! Very reasonable rates. Pleasant and PROFESSIONAL STAFF! 2 BEAUTIFUL HEATED SAND POOLS....Fireplace and spa tub in rooms .... all the amenities.
The rooms are a good size and everything worked.Location is great if you have a car but they have a shuttle if you dont. This is a vacation club hotel and they will try to sell you on the concept, we werent too hassled though by our refusal to participate.Overal it is a good option for Vegas.
Its awesome
The location is nice. Close enough to everything but far enough that its quiet. Drive to the strip is maybe ten minutes. The rooms are a nice size and are very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend and definitely stay again.
Good but ...Lets start with the good things, clean, well-equipped and spacious suites - families are the best thing to do. Great pool, and overall good value for money. What wasnt so good? They offer shuttle service and when we arrived in the evening the bus was full - it comes from another hotel that shared the shuttles - we were asked to wait a whole hour ... and then not sure that it will not be filled again in advance not worth it - considering this is a hotel away from the strip - this service should meet this disadvantage and leave Unanswered family and - I must say - very rude driver ... It was very annoying. We booked a two-bedroom suite, one of them the shower did not work, they take a $ 100 deposit and if I did damage they charge it, after only a day the shower was repaired - why not offer me compensation like I would pay if it was the other way around? The internet is not continuous and disconnects ... which is a very important thing nowadaysThere is a feeling that they do not consider customers enough and see their side - I leave with mixed feelings
