Staying here was a pleasant experience. We were upgraded to a larger suite upon check in because they didnt have our original room available. The heater was broken in our suite but maintenance arrived right away to look at it. They arrived exactly on the scheduled time the next morning and replaced the broken part . We were very happy with the service and would stay there again.

Very nice accommodation well appointed rooms with very nice amenities. Beautiful pool and cabana area. The only drawback is that we did not feel safe at night once you stepped out of the resort.

Felt like I walked into my home away from home. Very cozy, comforting and welcoming. Comfortable bed and bedding. Fluffy soft towels. And of course, more than enough room for a whole family to enjoy. Kitchen living room and dining area plus a bar. Only thing missing was food and drinks. Nothing a trip to the local grocery store couldnt fix. AWESOMENESS

Was very very VERY dissatisfied and disappointed with this location. Went to the presentation that Vacation club scheduled for us. My partner and I (we are both owners) walked to this location. We were not told that there was a shuttle bus from Harrahs. So we walked in record breaking heat for 30 minutes to this location to obtain some gift cards that were promised to us. Upon arrival we had to wait another 30 minutes to speak to a representative since the room was at capacity. We had no idea this presentation was for non existing members yet??? Staff didnt even know we were owners either...We recieved our gift cards and left. However when we tried to use them at one of the locations they had told us that accepted them, they were denied. I called Wyndham back at this location and explained what happened and they offered us a $200 american express card. This time they finally told us of the shuttle.Upon arrival I asked for Madison and was grilled by the front staff on why I was here as she continued to stare at my body and tattoos making me very uncomfortable. All she had to do was tell me where to go... We were directed to the sales room and I gave them back the gift cards we were gifted. Staff accepted the cards then proceeded to ignoreid my partner and I, we were completely ignored by going on their phones and making calls. I had no idea what was going on and had to ask so do I just stand here or.... whats going on? we are checking the balance on the cards to confirm they have money on them ok I didnt know that no one said anything to us....We got our card, but again Wyndham continues to disappoint me. Basic customer service seems to be unknown here. I recieved better customer service at MARGARITAVILLE of all the places!!I would not recommend any one to stay here or to become an owner. This is the first vacation in my life where I was eager to get back home.

The hospitality was great! The room was very clean. All of the beds were comfortable except for the sleeper sofa. Some amenities were not available due to COVID-19 restrictions, but the ones that were available were clean. It was not crowded, so social distancing was easy to maintain. The resort is close enough to the strip to walk, but far enough away to be away from the madness for a bit until youre ready for the shuttle to take you to it. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice! 2 bedroom deluxe. The room was very nice and updated. Clean. It had everything you need as far as cooking utensils pots and pans, dishwasher and soap, washer and dryer. We stayed on 5th floor over lookin the pool. Neighbors were a lil loud and kept slamming doors but other than that we completely enjoyed our stay. Reservations for pool needed every day.

Great place. Lots to do...see photo of activities etc. Nicely decorated and roomy. Full kitchen well equipped. Reason not 5 stars is only 4 handicapped spaces for huge 15 story buildings and my disabled vet husband had to park at another building as lot full either way and walk up an incline to get to our building and had to rest a number of times. Such bad planning.

So far so good! Staff is friendly and when we had an issue, it was fixed immediately. Very much appreciate Wyndham

Great hotel to stay there so much activity for the family also a lot to do in the area highly recommend.

The best place to go to relax and use as a base for short side trips. The rooms were great and roomy. Bathrooms were large and well appointed.

Enjoyed the two bedroom and kitchen is very convenient with kids. The pool was nice but too small for such a big hotel. The second one is adults only.

Great location for the price, but will probably just stay on the actual strip next time I go. Hotel management was great and everything was nice and clean. I do highly reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to stay!

It was nice the only issue was the toilets kept clogging. Upon entering the room the guest bathroom was clogged. Maintenance came that same night and fixed it. The next day the master bathroom toilet clogged, again it was fixed. When I was checking in a lady was also complaining about her toilet being clogged. So I just assume something maybe wrong with their. plumbing. Other than that we had a great experience

Came here for a birthday celebration with friends and family. Check in was quick and easy. We stayed in Tower 3 and had access to the gym, sauna, and game room. Loved how clean our room and spacious it was. Along our way to get to our room we encountered an employee by the name of Javier. He was so helpful and gave us great tips and showed us around.Came here for a birthday celebration and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be coming back & letting my friends and family know about the Wyndhan.Javier thank you for being so friendly & making sure we had a great experience.

Great location just East of the strip. The 2 bedroom suite was the size of a condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils. There was a dining table for 6 plus 2 bar seats. One bedroom had a king size bed and the other had twin beds. The master bathroom was huge with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, & two sinks. There was a second full size bathroom plus a washer and dryer! Included with the amenities were an adult pool, family pool, business center, an activities center with a theater, game room, gym, spa, etc. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had no issues getting extra towels, pillow cases, and coffee. We stayed 7 nights and will gladly stay here again.

Great place, son had a two bedroom suite, it was grand! Washer & Dryer a plus, everything in room, full stocked kitchen to cook. Maybe bring sponges, that would be it. Top adult pool is salt water, kids pool is a lot of fun and activitys

There were lots of problems during my stay; which I had already discussed with Manager on duty. The coffee machine wasnt working, the telephone wasnt working either, theshower head connector wasnt working either. The mattress in Master bedroom was toohigh and very hard as well. The AM Bell person on day of check out was very unhelpful and very difficult to deal with early in the morning. The previous Manager was very nice and patient to listen to all the room issues. She even offered a Room upgrade, which I kindly rejected. I just wanted to go home and relax. This was a Vegas local staycation for me, unfortunately, it was not at all comfortable for me...oo

Really happy with staying here!! Staff is really friendly and nice!! We got an AirBNB here, we would definitely do it again. The pool area was clean and guests were nice to interact with.

Close to Las Vegas Strip with shuttle to Harrah. Nice view from our room on the Northwest side.

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean and simply elegant. I stayed in tower 1.

I spent a week here at the Wyndham property and had not stayed at a hotel off of the strip in quite some time. But after enjoying my luxurious apartment-style room, I dont know if I will ever stay on the strip again! The hotel just smells so clean and having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in my unit was extremely useful. Plus, my king bed and multiple pillows were perfection--I loved it! I definitely plan on coming back the next time I go to Vegas, for work or for fun.

The 2 stars is only for the appeal of our room. The cleanliness, some creepy grounds staff, and human trash around the property is a fail. Our presidential suite was far from presidential. Hairs(not ours), dead moths (yes, there was more than one), fingernails, dirty hand towel, dirty jacuzzi filter, popcorn, dont get me started on the numerous stains-to-be-explained on the lvg rm furniture ... Just outrageous, unacceptable, and disgraceful. No standards. Sorry wyndham, its a no from me.

Fantastic accommodations in Tower 2! We enjoyed the 3 bd/2 ba Deluxe, plenty of room and comfortable beds.

Very classy! Would recommend to anybody who doesnt want to be around the busy casino all the time.

Front desk was very helpful, booked a one bedroom apartment and was not available so was put in a three bedroom apartment for same price. Very very clean. Highly recommended

Nice hotel! I know Covid has punt a damper on alot of things but there was no complimentary anything. Everything closed early also, our flight got in about 6:30pm and nothing was open, not even the restaurant.

Best place to stay at in Vegas if your on a budget. Vary clean and well maintained.I will be coming back for sure.

I absolutely love this resort! It was beautiful, very clean and the staff was amazing! This is by far the best travel experience Ive had. I will recommend Grand Desert to anyone visiting Vegas!

Absolutely outstanding choice! Its located near downtown but its out of the way from all the noise and the clutter. The rooms are SUPER clean and nice. The check-in was super easy and very nice staff. Phenomenal.

Good hotel however, I have two minor complaints: 1. By booking directly on their website, I was offered two complementary alcohol bottles (can’t remember what kind) which I never received upon check-in even after asking about them. 2. After a long night of gambling, I went to bed fairly late and check out is at 10am. I woke up at 9am and asked if I could obtain a complementary hour of stay to rest a some more for my long drive back home which I was denied. I don’t always ask for the extra hour unless I absolutely need it but this has been, literally, the first and only hotel that has denied my request to do so. From what I remember, check-out is usually from 11-12am in most hotels nationwide so it makes me wonder if Club Wyndham Grand Desert realizes that they are located in Las Vegas, the city that never sleeps (lol) ; )

Very clean and comfortable. Many amenities. A wonderful place to stay. Just blocks from the Vegas strip and close to the airport, but you wouldnt know it once inside. Kid friendly and plenty of options for adults too. Be prepared for big city prices on food and necessities purchased on site. Wyndham shuttle to and from Harrahs, regularly. Area tour companies will motorcoach you to Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. And oh, did I mention the welcomed sunshine? It was therapeutic indeed!

Rooms very very nice. Everything you would need for living there is supplied including washer and dryer. Only complaint is the high pressure sales people trying to get you to buy in to the Time Share.

Stay there with my family and prior to arrival I was informed of the procedures put in place due the to pandemic. Upon arrival the staff at the front desk provided us with remarkable service. Also the lifeguards namely nick, Kayla. Parham, ashton and Rafael did amazing with keeping the pool and swimmers safe and well protected. My overall stay was a tremendous experience and would definitely repeat in the near future as I would recommend stating at this hotel.

My parents, husband, and daughter come to Vegas every 6 months.We decided to stay at the Wyndham Grand Desert.We set up our pool times to find out we couldn’t enter the pool because the pool closed at 7pm but our reservations were for 6:30 to 10pm and were told it was eastern time but Vegas is not eastern time. We also booked another pool day for the next day and it was based on Pacific time which we did not change, the website has time issues, Very confusing. Either way we didn’t get to enter the pool. When my husband was talking with the front desk clerk about the pool she became very argumentative with him. Also our room did not have an iron, bedding for the pull out couch, and we had to call for towels. The refrigerator wasn’t working and we had just purchased groceries. They had to bring us a whole new refrigerator. The shower faucet isn’t working correctly. I am just very disappointed on this vacation. We had done quite a bit of research and read reviews and were satisfied that the Wyndham would be a very nice place for my family and I to vacation. I don’t think we will ever be returning here.

Cozy rooms, quiet and clean grounds. Pools are open but unfortunately the Gym isnt. The Cafe is a bit to small but the kitchen in the rooms make up for it, so make sure you go for groceries.

Amazing hotel, nice amenities, no casino in the hotel, three pools - one is adult only (no nudity), and its just off the strip with a great view of the strip (depending on which room you get). Its only a couple block walk from the strip, alternatively, they have a shuttle that takes you to Harrahs. Great place to stay while enjoying Vegas.

Great place to stay. The pools are great. Is close enough to the strip to walk or they have a shuttle available. Rooms were great. Right across the street from Top Golf. It was so great to have the kitchen. Also the rooms were very sound proof.

Beautiful grest accomodations being a member really does pay off for guest like myself extremely cheap and reasonable no matter what outstanding overall

Positive: The location of the resort was so close to everything on the main strip. walking distance, but the fact that there is a bus that runs up until 10 pm to the main strip was great. Negative: no everything was great!

Great place to stay. Went with a friend who owns a timeshare from Wyndham. He is allowed up to eight people in the room we stayed in. The suite we stayed in had a room with 2 double beds, a king size bed in the master room, and a sofa bed couch. It came with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Almost like an apartment. The staff was always friendly, and prompt on getting us anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are nice and spacious and worth it. A lot of facilities were closed off so a bummer for that . No hot tub, no gym, no theater .....

Nice place close to the strip. Didnt use the pool or other amenities due to covid. It was my choice pool was open. Room seem cleaned but the toilet was dirty on the bottom.

Great resort with great services. The shuttle to the strip is very nice. The strip is also with in walking distance. The pools are very nice and there are activities on site as well. The staff are all very friendly and try to help. The rooms are very clean and well appointed.

Check in was marvelous an the stay was great I had rented a room with a hot tub but our 1st nite we was ready to jus get to our room after that long flight but as soon as I called to front desk they immediately upgraded us with no issue whatever we needed we got it will be back

You have to try it. Close to the strip. The suits excellent.

Positive: The thing I like the best about the rooms they looks up to date it looks nice clean inviting it made me feel like I was at home Negative: I donâ€t like the 10 am checkout time it made me feel like I didnâ€t get my full stay when you go to Vegas no one really gets up early I wish the checkout time was at 11 or 12.

I love the 3 pools and the adult-only pool. Very friendly check-in. The late-night staff was not as friendly or helpful. However, the door greeter and check-in staff were great. Amilia was super nice. Beds were comfortable and my stay was fabulous.

We’re Wyndham owners and didn’t have a great experience here. We showed up at 4 for check in and it took them over an hour to give us a room. This is July in 110 degree weather. Cars came and went, got checked in and my wife, 5 year old and I waited for over an hour. I got out from time to time to check in because to us the process didn’t make sense. When the bellhop finally came to the car to load us up and take us to our room, my wife went to the customer service section in the lobby to give feedback, it wasn’t taken well. Wish she would have paid attention to the name. He was white, it was around 5pm on the 18th and it was just dissapointing he made excuses when sympathy and an ear was all she was looking for.(someone should require some customer service classes from him).We parked in the underground garage and had things taken from our car. We filed a report with security for that and they were sympathetic and helpful. All we ask for in tough situations. Overall not a property we’d revisit mainly due to the service. There’s just so much more to pick from in Vegas it’s hard to be loyal to Wyndham when the service is so bad.

The view from the suite I stayed in was very nice. The suite overall was just very nice and comfortable, even with having a family of 8. The employees here are very kind and ready to assist you whenever need be.

2nd time visiting vegas . Stayed at the club wyndum GD. This place is wonderful. 2 blocks from the strip. Quite. Comfortable.clean. I highly recommend.

This is a beautiful resort. The staff are amazing and very polite. The deluxe 1 bedroom unit is very spacious. I would definitely recommend this resort, its not far from the strip.

Location is great! Less than a km away from the strips; MGM. However the Resorts provides shuttle to Harrahs.Service is also superb from housekeeping, front desk and concierge. If extra cleaning is needed, then theres an extra fee.Lyndon at the concierge and group are really helpful.The 2 bedroom deluxe that we have was awesome. More than perfect for a family of 4!Everything in the kitchen for cooking and dinnerwares and flatwares.Jacuzzi in the masters bedroom.Price is based on our timeshare so I think its worth it.

The hotel staff is awesome. They were friendly and extremely helpful with all our needs. The hot tub was useful after a long day of walking and working.

Hotel was very nice and clean just few minutes from the strip. If I had to complain about one thing would be the pool closes early and other amenities closed due to COVID other than that will definitely come back

Nice place, the staff was fantastic. Even with Vegas just opening up; the Grand Desert made my oldest sons 21st birthday fantastic! (Sorry I had to edit my review, I hadnt finished my thought before I submitted my review).

Pool doesnt open til 11am then they close it right at prime time to clean per covid. Then it opens back up again only to close at 7pm. Ugh!! Really? Its 100 degrees!! And in to of that you have to wear a mask at the pool. Stupidest thing Ive ever hear of

Amazing stay and the entire team that I encountered was beyond friendly. The room was so large with so many amenities inside that we really didnt need to leave. And having the hot tub in our restroom was awesome. Thank you Grand Desert for a fantastic stay. Well be back soon enough

Perfect place to stay in Vegas. It’s just off the strip but they run a shuttle all day back and forth to Harrah’s. Gorgeous rooms and excellent service. It’s my home away from Home when I’m in Vegas. My wife and I are Wyndham timeshare owners and we absolutely love it!

We checked in and didnt need to leave our car. The grounds are always well kept and staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Looking forward to the next time out!

We did a tour where they try making you purchase a time share. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. 5min from strip. I actually love staying on the strip, but if I come with a bunch of people this place would work. The only Con is one worker was mad at us because we didnt buy a time share although they said we know some of you wont buy this. So 4 stars because CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN RUIN AN EXPERIENCE.
