Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere for everyone. The resort is Family friendly. But also provides night life and gaming for those who are looking for it. Red Rock and the surrounding community is a much cleaner environment than the strip.Room accommodations have been spacious with large bathrooms as well as floor to ceiling windows. The food has been very good as well. We booked through Costco Travel so the prices were great and we also received a $75 resort dining credit. Over all the value was excellent. We also had help from the concierge to experience a helicopter tour through Maverick to the Grand Canyon that was also spectacular. What a fantastic trip.
What a great place to stay! Everyone was super friendly, professional and welcoming! It made our visit very pleasurable! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! They had a ton of restaurants that were hooked on to the casino and very easy to get to! The casino itself was fun and clean. Great music playing throughout the casino .We usually stay on the strip but I think after staying here we wont ever stay at the strip again!
I go once a week and totally enjoy myself. The pandemic limits social interaction and hopefully that ends soon. The atmosphere is elegant and flashy like the strip. Spotless and sanitary is the rule here. Cocktails while playing is generous and top quality.Staff makes the place stand out. More than friendly here, responsible.I am challenged with walking and have had security, maintenance and cocktails all reach out to me thinking I was in need. I wasnt but great to know they had my back.Went to the buffet pre pandemic and thoroughly enjoyed it.Today is my day to head up there, gotta go and get my Guinness and Gaming on.
I was delighted with this property! Classy glitz rather than gaudy. View if the strip from the room and the eastern horizon made for great views of the night lights, sunrise and the full moon rise. The room was perfect accept there wasnt a refrigerator available. Restaurants could use some tweaking with food quality, but service pretty good. Beautiful pool too!
I have been going to Red Rock for over 10 years. Between the landscaping, the elegance and fun. I feel like I am on an Island. With everything conveniently located, this mama can relax. Kids have entertainment, pool and food choices. Moms have Starbucks and Cocktails. All while walking everywhere. Did I mention the fabulous rooms? Spacious and inviting. My go to Getaway. Reasonable room rates, courteous staff and an elegant kid friendly Resort. Don’t forget a spectacular shopping mall and restaurants next door.
Its the nicest of the station casino owned locals casino.Almost a billion dollars went into making this place. And over all it has held up pretty well. They have a tiny non smoking area. With all the covid close downs all the station casino have been really tight when it comes to any hope you might have for winning. And red rock is no exception. The cleaning of machines was non existent for the time I was playing. When I was leaving I finally saw 1 guy wipe down the machines. They have a guard that checks everybody temp when you walk in. But I would be interested in if they ever have stopped anyone from coming in.. this was written on 11-8-2020
$44 for credit fee and you get two mini waters upon arriving to room and no more. No cleaning of rooms. No requesting more towels. staff cannot enter the room due to covid19 crisis.Couldnt book seat at steak restaurant it was so packed.Couldnt get seat at sports book until I bribed the chair organizer.Thai salad at grand cafe is superb.Football fans will love screens everywhere.Overall, Vegas at its capitalist best but level of service, like whole banana split republic, is going downhill
We had an amazing stay at Red Rock resort. I loved that it was away from the strip and all that craziness. I travel with my child so I NEED something more... appropriate. Red rock offers kids quest for 12$ an hour and my son absolutely loved it there. The rooms were cleaned and the beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed the pillows and looked into purchasing some for my home.My son really loved the pool. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. When I’ll be coming back to Vegas I’ll be staying here again and already recommend it to some of my friends with children.
The rooms here are nice. Love the deep tubs. There are multiple pools to enjoy. The hotel and casino is well maintained and clean. Their Cafe has pretty good food and a wide assortment of delicious desserts. Have come here just for desert before. Plus there are many great restaurants attached to the casino.
Positive: Spacious rooms Negative: Hotel fee is a rip off
This place was a blast! My friends and I tried the sushi restaurant in there and it was delicious. It was our birthday celebration and they brought up green tea and vanilla icecream. The staff in the casino were friendly and helpful. The drink servers were the best of the casinos we went to.
Out of all the station casinos, Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa is my favorite. Its located in a beautiful area. The facilities are gorgeous. Red Rock Resorts did a great job with this property and Im proud to own their stock and gamble here. For a locals casino, this is a great property. Well done! Cant wait until we go back to normal.
Red Rock is the best casino hotel resort I’ve been to this far. The staff is amazing. The slots really pay out!! This is now my favorite place to visit in Las Vegas. You can’t go wrong with this resort. It’s not far from the strip. The pool is amazing and the restaurant selections are top notch. Great place!
Im not sure what happened to the text for my review, so it looks like I have to rewrite this review. Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa is one of my favorite station casinos. I love sitting by the pool on a hot summer day. For a locals casino, this is a nice property. I like to visit here during the weekends while football season is going on. I usually grab a bite to eat and catch all of the games before or after doing my grocery shopping. Overall, its one of my favorite casinos and resorts even though I dont gamble.
Positive: The room was really clean Negative: No
Very nice resort in a quite area. Only 22 minutes from the Strip. Very nice rooms and employees. Spoken to friendly guests throughout my stay. Very nice pool area. Just have to arrive early to get a nice spot in the shade. Food and drinks pricey. Still had a nice time. Was very strict about the rules to prevent the spread of the virus which was good.
I LOVE THIS CASINO!!I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HIT SO MANY JACKPOTS The staff is very respectful professional and courteous. The rooms are immaculate. The food is great. And the cabanas at the pool are fabulous. You wont be disappointed.
Came here on a last minute girls weekend trip. This resort exceeded our expectations. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We loved the spa (even those all of it was closed due to Covid) but the pool was great and all staff there was so wonderful and accommodating. Went to couple of the restaurants too and all were great.Only complaint- add another coffee shop. A place locally owned would be great! The resort had 2 Starbucks, but all mornings the lines were LONG! Prepare to wait extra or get a coffee off site.
Traveled alone to visit family and the Red Rock Resort was a perfect choice. Away from the hustle and bustle of the strip with tons of amenities.. Grand cafe always open and very reasonable prices. Security was second to none and very much appreciated.
Positive: The view Negative: Restroom wasnt clean
The area is scenic and the staff is courteous. The rooms are clean. Huge disappointment in the lack of wine glasses in the rooms. COVID does not excuse or explain that. When we tried to ask for glasses and utensils to have our celebratory wine and cake after eloping we were told it would be an extra cost. Also having to ask for towels is cumbersome. I agree with not having automatic room cleaning nightly to decrease contact but towels? Come on! Also with things rapidly changing with COVID the casino could do a better job alerting guests of the new dining rules instead of finding out when you show up for meals. Everyone is doing the best that we can in the pandemic but certain conveniences such as towels and utensils and glassware that will be returned are not unreasonable asks.
Stayed two nights first night was good. The next day it took Housekeeping five hrs to arrive to clean my room and change sheets. Requested trash to be emptied and wasnt done had to empty them, no trash bags elevator lobby trash was full my entire stay... never was emptied not once. Food was over flowing onto the floor. Staff was great in lobby and casino floor. Food at yard house was great. Pool was good.
From Mercedes at the front desk to Christine at T-Bones lounge...everything was beautiful! It was my born day weekend and they definitely took care of me! There were a couple of issues, but other than that...I WILL BE BACK!
Lucky Bar is a place inside Red Rock Ive gone to a couple times and its a lot of fun . . Even during COVID! They have a DJ that plays great music, although no dancing. You can sit at the bar and play poker or whatever you choose, and get great drinks from great bartenders. The majority of the crowd is between the ages of 40 and 60 Id say but of course there are always younger people as well. Red Rock has great restaurants too where locals go.
When we made our reservations at the Red Rock Hotel, we reserved an Executive King Corner Room. Upon check-in, we noticed that the bed was very low to the floor, about 1-2 foot high. We are a couple who are 6 ft tall and 5 ft 9 inches tall. It was very hard to get in and out of the bed. It looked like it might have been designed for a handicapped person and was not very comfortable. Someone was playing music so loud, we had to call the front desk twice. We were also disappointed to see that smoking was allowed, especially close to the cafe entrance. Consequently we checked out a day early.
If you like table games this the the best youll find in Vegas. 2 deck shoe with basic blackjack rules. Much better chance of getting a win here.Beautiful building thats away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Uber one way costs about $30. (Good chance of winning that back though)
Awesome fun! Making 2020 memories with 5 generations of family. Bartender Alex was super and there was something for everyone but being together was the most feeling!
Positive: So close to all the good shopping Negative: No
Wonderful stay. Wonderful view of the mountains. Ask for a room on a higher floor for better view. (I was on 17)You must get your temperature check when entering (from the east garage) and if you do not have a mask one will be provided to you. 4 guests per elevator. Wet wipes are available at all elevators. And from my view from my room there is enough space for social distancing in the pool, with 6 main pools available.ONLY downfalls are the loud doors can be quite irritating. Also, the elevators to go to lobby WITHOUT the room key are hard to find, the signage is small. If you end up at the wrong elevator you will get no where fast.Great deals for accommodations going on thru resort site.As I have traveled quite recently, this trip along with my others, are during the week. Less crowds. Easier to social distance. Be safe all!
Room and view was amazing. The door to the commode was off the track.. First hard to open then it slid quickly almost throwing us out into the bath/wash area. Maintenance showed up but made it worse. Without repair it could cause a potential lawsuit. Room 17147I cant believe that was your only response. Youre a huge Vegas corporation at complimentary stay should be in order after all youre suppose to be the elite Station Hotel Casino in Las Vegas.Guest satisfaction?? At this time I think not.
Positive: The quiet location off the strip. Negative: Check in was a mess. Had to wait long for a room.
Clean, Modern, perfect location for both tourists and locals alike. Casino is also setup to follow current social distancing guidelines (if one is into that). Perfect location for tourists as several external shopping and dining locations are next to it. Has an excellent Banquet/meeting facility that is completely separate from the Casino. One does not have to walk through the casino during check-in or while going to the Meeting Room/Banquet facility. It also has a Cinema inside, Bowling Alley and a Food court within the Casino itself. Other locations that are really close by (walking distance for most people) are Best Buy, Ross, Marshalls, another Cinema, Trader Joes, Skating rink and the Las Vegas Ballpark. The area around the casino is fairly safe neighborhood as well. Several hiking trails exists within 15-20 minutes driving distance from the Casino itself. This location has lot more to offer than almost every other casino location in Las Vegas.
Positive: Everything Negative: No buffet
In A Nutshell:-The Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is a very nice place to stay if you dont want to be situated in the middle of the Strip.-The master-planned city of Summerlin is my favorite area of the valley.-Just like the city, this hotel is very clean & comfortable.-As a Hotels.com Gold Member, I was able to secure a VIP check-in (very handy b/c you skip the long line) & extra 2 hour late-check out.-The rooms are recently upgraded & you can either have a canyon or city view.-The king-size bed w/ very comfortable & had such a great time catching up on Zzzzzs.-The rest of the room is HUGE & stylish.-The city view is nice b/c you can see the sunrise & also the Vegas skyline at night.-The swimming pool area is gorgeous w/ plenty of space & seating.-Theres also a nice-sized bar w/ great service.-The casino is very big w/ plenty of slots & tablegames.-Parking is plentiful, I liked parking in the casino outside lot closest to downtown Summerlin.Overall, I enjoyed my stay here & would stay again.
I love coming here bi-weekly for Keno and Starbucks. I love the fact that their is security guards at each entrances of the casino. I love that their screening guest like myself for covid 19. It makes me feel safe at Red Rock casino. The casino is also doing everything they can to keep the casino clean which I can really appreciate at this time. Thank you red rock casino for taking all the extra precautions.
VERY CLEAN, LOVE THE POOLS. GREAT CASINO FOR VACATION. FAMILY ORIENTED AS WELL AS FOR A COUPLE. NO NEED TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE SINCE EVERYTHING IS IN THE CASINO, BOWLING, MOVIE THEATER, KIDS ARCADES AND A DAY CARE.
Really clean resort and casino located in the burbs. Loved coming here as it was not crowded, location was spotless and staff was really friendly. Parking is very easy and the location itself is easy to navigate around
With Covid going on and people high risk they don’t do exceptions to giveaways when high risk patrons can’t go out, I won’t be going to this establishment again!! Plus they don’t do much of following rules for Covid either! People walk around with their masks down and they don’t do anything about it! You go to other casinos and they walk around and make sure people have their masks on! Horrible when you spend tons of money and they can’t afford to make an exception 1 time for a customer that has high risk for Covid? Sad!! Station as iOS will NO Longer get my money for anything not even the restaurants!! They did a great job of losing my business and my family’s!!
Red Rock has a breathtaking aesthetic to it and an electrifying atmosphere on the casino floor! The gaming is a gamblers paradise with truly exceptional promotions through the players card.During my trip I felt safe and well taken care of in a way that would make you choose this property over all the other choices Vegas has to offer. My favorite thing to do now is show off Red Rock to friends who have never been and watch them fall in love like I did! The management and staff here all have very professional, Kind, attentive demeanors which to me helps create a better experience! So thank you Red Rock for hiring such confident, competent and capable employees and also thank you Stephanie for being an amazing casino host.when I think Vegas, I think Red Rock.If you know... you know!
Great place to stay right now for a Vegas trip getaway. First time here and the resort was safe, clean and plenty to do on the property. The pool was amazing! The resturant options are plenty and everything is reasonably priced. We got to do a lot in the 3 days we stayed, including Bingo! Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Theyre also following strict mask rules and plenty of sanitation stations throughout the property. I could keep going about this great, must visit gem!
Red Rock was awesome. Rooms are clean and spacious, very up to date. Hotel overall was beautiful and clean. All staff was friendly and very helpful. Valet parking was great we didnt have to wait forever for our car whenever we were going out.The Cafe food was also good. I will definitely go back.
We arrived this past Friday for a 3 night, 4 day vacation. This was a surprised vacation trip for my wifes birthday and our 4 children. We had never stayed on this property before. We where greeted by friendly valet staff. At the front desk, Chris, gave us a warm welcome. Chris was awesome, he made us feel like we where coming back home from a long trip. Chris gave us great tips where to dine on property and gave us great insight into what activities we should do with our kids. We stayed in a luxury 2 bedroom suite on the 19th floor. The room was simply amazing, the views where breathtaking and each morning we had a perfect view of Red Rock Canyon. Chris suggested this room and he was spot on. The property has everything you can think of, bowling alley (Cosmic Bowling), Movie theater, and great restaurants. We had dinner for my wifes birthday at the Italian restaurant, and it was fabulous. The pool property in my opinion is the highlight, with plenty of pools, seating and a DJ on Sat/Sun. The Japanese restaurant is a must try for sure. Overall, I would highly recommend this Hotel to both families and couples alike. There is plenty for all. Did I mention the staff was friendly, yes, they are and very informative. This is a hidden treasure and if you dont mind driving a few minutes off the main strip, then this is a no brainer for sure.
20 minutes away from Red Rock Canyon. Super convenient for hikers and climbers. They have EV chargers for you to top off overnight (valet). Its right next to a ton of shopping and dining options. Pool area is chill and clean.
Never been in here before. Came from out of state. The man at the entrance was very rude a Mr. DJ. We all walked up and he put his hand up like we were dogs and said Everyone single file on the red dots like we were robots. Okay so we do that and then he just waves us forward not explaining what hes doing. I ask him, What was the point of that? And he said To make sure you dont kill everybody in here! I was very confused so I asked again, What is this machine? It looks like a camera but apparently its a temperature scanner. Never seen one before and never had to have my temp checked after Im already in the building. Im sure you get tourists all the time you shouldnt assume people know what your protocol is. Put signs up. Or just dont be RUDE. And then when we were leaving, btw we only came for the Grand Cafe, the woman who took over for DJ rolled her eyes at my mother after she told her Have a goodnight! Hire people who have good attitudes not bitter people who RUIN other human beings experiences with their loved ones.
Inside of this casino resort nestle in the heart of the red rock comunity is a get away within your front door. Surrounded by shopping centers the casino offers excellent dining, fast food outlets, and of course gaming high and low stakes. A kids quest offers the family a night out with mom and dad in the hideaway.
I didnt appreciate the mask police that threatened to eject me from the Bingo hall after spending 100.00 because I didnt pull my mask up and down after every sip of water. I was a good 15 to 20 feet away from all other players
Beautiful resort! Its like its own little city from casino to restaurants to bowling to an amazing pool area with multiple pools to Starbucks...the list goes on! You wouldnt have to leave as anything you want or need is right there.
Absolutely beautiful view from our room.. Pool was great.. Staff very friendly.. Slot machines were a little rough in my opinion didnt even cash anything out, but overall the stay was great
Positive: Pools sceneryâ€s staffing great Negative: Away from showâ€s on LV strip
Great location about 20-25 minutes from the strip. Nice, clean and not crowded, especially during covid. Pool is open and very spaced out. They have thermal imaging and everyone gets checked upon entry to the hotel. I would stay here again without hesitation. There are lots of restaurants nearby and restaurants in the resort are reasonably priced.Only reason why I did not give 5 star is because my room was a little noisy. I was next to a staff storage and I heard staff going in & out and the door kept slamming.Picture below is city view om the 19th floor.
Positive: Great staff
Nice hotel, lots of amenities. Very upscale look. A bit out of the way. DT Summerlin mall close by
Nice clean casino with lots of slot variety, venues, food, movie theater, bowling lanes, games, I mean you name it!Lots of amenities and activities you will not find on the strip!Second trip there I hit a pretty good payout on a Buffalo machine with like $5 in on $1.25 spins...not bad!!The place looks like Irvine in the OC with a casino in the middle of it all. Fun, friendly, clean, and family friendly...Check it out!
Negative: Our AC wasnâ€t working properly. It was hot the entire time and made it uncomfortable.
This place is simply WONDERFUL. Its clean and classy, huge, and away from the strip! My fiance and I have yet to stay at the hotel for a staycation sometime, but we love that theres so many forms of entertainment here (bowling, arcades, movie theater) as well as a classy bingo area!! The staff is also sweet, welcoming/inviting and helpful. They have a buffet, but its not open yet thanks to COVID-19..They have the usual tables as well as $1 electric blackjack and bubble craps, but they also have live roulette and blackjack for electronic tables as well. So cool!Free self park in their giant parking garage as well as self-park lots.We have yet to try more restaurants, but love that they have both restaurants, desserts, and food courts as well. We love coming here and will be coming back many a times! :)
Its close to where i am, go there a lot and basically its a loved spot. Food, atmosphere, casino, buffet Fabulous
Amazing facilities. Great customer service! Impeccable in every way. The Best off the strip Resort in Las Vegas!
I always stop by Red Rock whenever Im in Vegas. Tons of slot machines and very good variety. Hand wipes are readily available through out the casino.
One of the best resorts Ive ever stayed in. This will be the ONLY place Ill stay when visiting the Las Vegas area.
First Class Hotel and Casino!! Enjoying my stay...Clean comfortable atmosphere.
Positive: location away from the strip Negative: would be good to tell guests what garage to park in in advance. Spent a lot of time wandering
Changed my rating to 2 stars!! Went with friends and we all played in the same area for about 2 1/2 hours and only able to get two drinks which is the only two times we saw a waitress and she was very cold and impersonal. Also we noticed the machines are super tight!!! Four of us playing and only two 4 of a kinds the whole time!!!!!!! Thats unreal!!! BTW were not fooled by your commercials, we recognize some of those same winners for the past several YEAR!!! We all will spread the word!!!
Love the atmosphere especially the pool area. So many different amenities. Great Shopping area and restaurant selections. My favorite spot for a staycation. Not to mention the theater and bowling center. Fun fun fun!
Excellent! Clean, Gorgeous Architecture, Beautiful fountains, chandeliers, designs that capture your eye. They have a wide variety of restaurants and food that suit every budget. Beautiful pools! This hotel was very luxurious and we truly felt pampered! 5 star for sure!
Love this casino with a lot of amazing restaurants including the Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill! Thanks for the great service.
Here from Michigan, beautiful Casinolots of restaurants, I loved it.Will come back. Not so many people. Great for keeping 6ft distances ty
My sweetheart and I enjoyed every moment of this beautiful place even under Covid conditions. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are amazing, the view is to die for and the pool area cannot be beat.We extremely enjoyed The Grand Cafe and did not feel the need to find an outside place to dine. The concierge helped us find our two trips. We enjoyed the Grand Canyon West Rim and The Red Rock National Park.We thank you for an amazing time. Our first vacation together after knowing one another 40 years was epic!
Have eaten in the restaurant several times. Food was amazing and our servers are always wonderful. Last time we were there to celebrate my grandsons 15th birthday
Well. Walking in the doors it was very clean. Air handling was proper and everyone had masks. But the bathroom. Let me tell you.. huge expansive and spotless!
Its a real nice and clean casino. Has movie theater and food court. And lots of slot machines so you have plenty of elbow room and enough tables to play any table game you want. And the rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds
The hotel and staff were excellent. They are checking every person who enters with laser thermometers to ensure safety. Most of the resort is open however many of the pools are closed and the jacuzzis are closed. I still have issue with the amount of smoke present. Many smokers.
This is the place to gamble in Vegas! I found it easier to hit bonuses and good line hits on slot machines than most casinos on the strip. I had a great time. Will definitely come back next time I came to Vegas.
Positive: The rooms are very nice, love the pool Negative: Room service was a little high, but that was it
Stayed overnight at Red Rock to celebrate our Anniversary and Birthday. Absolutely a wonderful experience amidst all this pandemic craziness! The room was incredibly clean and well appointed. No refrigerator in the room, but asked for one and it was brought up immediately. Guidelines were followed regarding sanitizing in the restaurants and the casino floor. Masks were also being given to those who asked. Cant ask for anything better. Looking forward to celebrating yet another anniversary at Red Rock.
More low-key and chill. Lower limit gambling as well. The Grand café that they have inside is 24 hours it has great food and great prices. Highly recommend.
This hotel and casino is very clean, family friendly and offers lots of fun activities. The Feast Buffet is still closed but other hotel restaurants are available that week satisfy anybodys taste.
Be Kind. Its the new cool I love Red Rock Casino
About 3 or 4 years ago, my husband and I decided to spend the memorial weekend, staying at one of the most exclusive suits they offered high rollers. room was huge, had a few bedrooms . few extra showers and… we went to the pool and enjoyed every second of it.
I received a very gracious invite for free admission to a resort pool today. I kept my mask on, followed the resorts rules and I social distanced. A health inspector walked in and took my picture while I was shirtless by the pool for no reason. I asked him to politely delete the picture. He refused. I let it go. But it made me feel uncomfortable. I then watched him take pictures on his phone of the young girls playing in the pool in their bathing suits. I felt weird about it. I felt really weird about it. I then saw parents freaking out as they noticed. They asked the waitresses if they could ask him to stop. I felt bad so I approached him and told him I felt like that wasn’t okay. He walked away and told me “I’m not a health inspector” which immediately freaked me out. I went to security along with some concerned parents to report the situation. They said “Do not call the cops. We will handle this internally.”I went to another set of security guards and told them the same thing, along with the dedicated health and safety officers. They all said “we’ll take care of this.”He was asked to hand over his phone by security. I watched as he showed them his pictures. They immediately became concerned with the parents. He was asked to standby. He called his manager who showed up with some sort of badge.I was pointed at numerous times and no pictures were deleted. Security let him go because they didn’t want to get law enforcement involved while begging parents and myself to not call the police. The friend I was with felt uncomfortable and said we should leave. I followed his lead and we left. Many families left in distress.I don’t understand where this world is going, but what I saw today was irresponsible, reckless and very upsetting. I’ll leave it at that.
We were looking for a place to have breakfast. stopped in at the Resort. I asked the guy at the front entrance a good place to have breakfast. He said the Grand Cafe. Good food lots of it service was nice. We will be back
Positive: The location. Summerlin is a newly developed community. It has a plethora of restaurants in stores. Negative: We stayed on the 15th floor. People were smoking cigarettes in their rooms.
The hotel, casino, and spa was spectacular. Customer service was great and the rooms were really nice. This place most definitely beats going to Circus Circus Hotel and Resort. Although, I gave this place four stars, I just didnt like the fact they charge a $45 Resort fee, but other than that great place to stay and I do you recommend this place.
This place is great without the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and workers were constantly cleaning the machines after each use. The best part was leaving here as a winner
Positive: The bed and and bedding were amazing. The tub and bath products were luxurious. Negative: The room was a mile from the elevator.
Reviewer advisory: This was written during the 2020 pandemic reopening.Hotel: The room was clean and well maintained and the view was outstanding. Very happy with the accommodations. The pool was well staffed and clean as well.Dining: Noodle bar is the most tasteless, bland, and mass produced slop I have eaten. Save yourself the money and go to the in house Panda Express, at least it tasts better.
Really nice. Glad we stayed here instead of on the strip! Beautiful view!
The Red Rock has everything you need to have a good time. Stay on site for casino, bowling, movies, pool or You can drive 10 minutes and cruise through the red rock canyon 13 mile loop and see some nature.
Only stayed here one time but have a great time. The rooms are huge with great views. The staff was Great and extremely nice. The Hotel is Massive, it is not on Vegas strip but the strip is a short 20 minute drive away. There is lots of great shopping in the hotel and nearby areas. Definitely worth staying at again if in the area..
Yard House is such a great place to go. Their Happy Hour is phenomenal. Get the Poke Nachos. Incredible!!
Great place. Wish I had found it sooner.
The staff is great! The rooms are pretty good and convenient. I liked the pool area which contains several pools and sections. Very good food and service! Except of the cleaning ( corridors and elevators were not clean), all the rest was really good.
Security was very polite and cordial upon entering. Overall, the vibe and atmosphere was unimpressive. I normally stay at MGM properties on the Strip, but since I had a rental car, decided to check out Red Rock. To me, I didnt care for it at all. It was not particularly clean. Video poker machines were dirty and old, dirty cups from players remained by machines for hours. There was very little to no drink service from cocktail waitresses. The food court was astronomically expensive. I was profiled by a casino employee as to why I was not using a players card. I am from out-of-town and no points were offered on the game I was playing. A small placard indicated that by the card slot. I also visited Boulder Station and Sunset Station. If you want a well-run local casino experience with good video poker games, reasonably priced food, and good security, I would highly suggest Boulder Station. Sunset Station did not impress, either. Red Rock is basically trying to be the Bellagio of Station Casinos, which may be attractive to Summerlin locals as a Strip alternative, but didnt impress me at all. Its just a dressed up locals casino that overcharges for everything. Ill stick to Las Vegas Blvd. and Atlantic City. First and last visit.
The views are amazing the facilities beyond all other station casinos. It rivals fancy strip hotels but away from the strip madness.
I wasnt too happy with my breakfast that I had ...chocolate chip pancakes. It didnt taste as good as it normally does this is red Rock tho.. sunset station is awesome !!
Positive: The swimming pool Negative: The restaurant staff kept messing up our order and there wasnâ€t a vent in the bathroom
Amazing resort adjacent to Downtown Summerlin. This is a beautiful place to enjoy life. There are many options of entertainment for everyone in the family.
Hotel is clean and staff is very nice. The pool is so much fun! Play keno while you eat in the cafe. I love how your surrounded by a mall and restaurants. Endless choices.
Clean safe casino. Had a few eateries to choose from food was good. Not crowded either
Love this place but dissapointed with their face mask compliance. I hope they dont get shut down for the obvious lacking enforcement. However, if you dont want to wear a cloth mask as mandated by the governor, then come here. The plastic shields are very popular and you just tilt it up. Of course these do nothing anyhow without the associated cloth mask underneath. or just carry a drink or smoke a cigarette and leave you mask down.I would say easily 30-40% of people in this place dont have their nose and mouth covered. It is a disaster waiting to happen.I guess the hotel management thinks just having signs everywhere is good enough.
