Positive: Cleaninness and Covid Precautions Negative: Cable went out
Love this place! I have hit a hand pay everything I play in the high limit. Yes I spend a decent amount but if you stop when you are ahead the gaming can be fun and last. Cafe has great service and one of the best NY stips for the price. My host is amazing and I highly recommend speaking with her if you need help with anything.Definitely looking forward to a few day in their suites soon!
Station casinos are almost always a good time. Cocktail waitress was friendly & readily available. Great selection of machines. I had a really nice time. Looking forward to going back. Hopefully sometime their Buffets are going to be back. As that was always one of the best things about the all the Stations. I have faith you guys will figure something out for someone who REALLY misses yalls Buffets.
Positive: Service Negative: Location
The slots were fair and fun! The drink service and service overall was exceptional! Prices were reasonable and room was nice. Only reason they didnt get perfect was a little bit of needed maintenance in the room. Both sink and tub drains were slow, which leads me to think the tub couldnt have been cleaned well, and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall if you look at it wrong. Housekeeping should have caught those items & been fixed. No excuse for that. But all in all, one of the best casino hotel resort visits in a very long time! We will return. Also, it is great proximity to the medical district and nice, quiet, comfortable room.
Palace Station is the first in station casinos I think. The place has grown a d is a well balanced casino.Gaming, food &hospitality are excellent. Classy place. They have up graded the property over the last few years. Inside & out, along with the gaming machines have been updated.
Only spent one night here, but we were pleasantly surprised! Really enjoyed our stay! Though they didn’t offer online check-in, the in-person process at the front desk was pretty quick and painless. Staff was super nice, especially at the Brass Fork restaurant and their fresh baked cookies were large, well-priced (at $1.99) and amazing! Our room was a good size and had everything we needed. Lot parking (not just a parking garage) was free and plentiful. Shower and toilet were nice, too. Way better than MGM Grand! Would not hesitate to stay here again if we had to stay in Vegas.
Nice layout. Food court has a nice selection. The restaurant selection is very nice. They have a lot of games. High limit was decent. Seems like the other Stations Casinos have a better selection in high limit. Main floor had it all. I’ll come back again if I’m in the area. It’s worth a stop for sure.
Positive: Location Negative: Housekeeping done every 3 days.
Great experience for a quick get away. I am a local andwanted to check this place out since the huge remodel.. Hotel room was really clean. Employees are really nice no matter what department they were in. Cleaning is done non stop all around you and mask are strictly inforced. Slots were hitting bonuses and there were lots of tables open. One employee that was really pleasant and sticks out was Julie Anne at the hotel front desk. Really lovely lady. Ill be back because of Employees like her for sure.
Positive: Valet parking was on point Negative: The floor needed vacuum
I think Palace provides a nice balance of good paytable video poker, slots and I also find the drink service to be among the best. Well liquor is rarely substituted when I ask for a name brand bourbon. The hotel and casino have been nicely updated and the restaurant fare is fantastic. Rooms are elegantly appointed. Also comps and transportation perks are very good. Just a lot to like about Palace.
Great Sushi bar ..bartender she was attentive to our drink needs with getting me water as i say down. Good food .go between 3 and 6pm Happy hour
Looks very modern since the remodel... I remember when it was first built in the late seventies, bingo palace then with the trains I was in high school, sure wish the sportsbook was open to watch... COVID GO AWAY!!!!
Positive: Everything there isnâ€t anything not to like the views are nice Negative: No
Quiet downtown casino with plenty of slots and table games. Also a decent sports book. Good place for conventions.
Hard to find parking for disabled person. Not all entrances have ramps for wheelchairs. Good food and good service at coffee shop. My 85 year old mom in a wheelchair wanted a bottled water and the Bar service person ignored us and when I got his attention. He said the bar was closed and made me push my mom around to the other side of the bar to get the water. Has he been trained in customer service? He could have gotten the water and given it to us. Very disappointing!
Oyster Bar!! This is where its located. Its insane that it only seats a few people and the line gets so long that people will wait hours...and its worth it! The chef cooks the food right in front of us, served it piping hot and kept it moving. He made those delicious plates look so simple! Menu is small but something for you if you like seafood.
Great environment. Very covid 19 safe. Temperature scans, plexiglass dividers everywhere. Handing out masks.
Very hospitable staff. Great room and view. Close enough to the action but not on top of it at a great price.I will be coming back
Palace station was awesome. I have been in the area before but had never gone in. I have been missing out. Away from the busy strip this hotel casino has great slots and is very clean. Our temperature was taken upon entering. And social distanceing was observed by the patrons. The casino floor had a laid back and friendly atmosphere. Overall a very good experience. I doesnt hurt that I won a few bucks! I never win! This time I did bye deciding to visit palace station. Thanks for your hospitality.
Positive: Location and smoke friendly. Negative: Room cleanliness
It was nice not crowdedExcellent chicken wings 50 cent each Good goodSports gambling was perfect not over crowdedWill be going back soon parking was nicePerfectDidnt win but I felt good vibes to win
Paid for an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was pretty tiny. Sticky light switches and bathroom floor. The view was nice. My biggest issue was the customer service after the stay. As I was checking out I asked about the resort fee as its advertised online that locals have that fee waived. My boyfriend had booked the room and I guess he didnt go through wherever youre supposed to get the code from. I had given them my local ID at check in, no mention. What was irritating is that one gentleman said oh you have to ask at check in and then the manager (not very nice) said no, it has to be booked like that online or we dont do it. No apology, no offer to help with anything. She was kind of blasé about the whole thing and it came off like she didnt care. Its 30 bucks, so its not a big deal but if I can save that money I will. I mean its advertised. We also dont really do anything but stay in the room and eat, so the resort fee always feels like a scam anyways. I guess they dont love locals. There are much better places to support.
The remodel is nice, but I miss the old cafe and menu. Its now upscaled and overpriced the food is not as good so I rarely come here anymore. Ive been coming here since 1984 but since the remodel Red Rock is my go to station casino.
We upgraded our regular local priced room to the executive suite for 150 for the night. Not bad pricing for a suite in a casino. Totally worth it. 2 person Jacuzzi tub. Gorgeous bathroom and shower. Big enough living room for 8-10 people. Comfy beds and pillows. AMAZING VIEW
Stay here regularly, the staff is helpful. Good restaurants. Every thing we need in a place to stay a good price. We take taxi or Uber the Fremont st., or the strip.
Positive: Parking Negative: Poor location
Absolutely love the selection of slots, atmosphere and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that I used to get two nights comped every month at another station casino that isnt open and was told that it wasnt transferable (companies fault not theirs). They did offer me a reduced rate and 1/2 the resort fee at red rock casino but I feel like all the time and money I spent at another of their properties using the same players card should be able to use at any of their properties. Regardless I do love all the station casinos even though I feel cheated out of my comped rooms. With Covid-19 you would think they would want people back staying for a couple of days spending money in their casinos Regardless of the property they spend it at. Their card works at all their properties why not the comps earned?
Check-in was very friendly. Rooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was good. Internet was quite slow. Check out was very helpful, we got a late check-out of 12:30 just by asking. Reception knows who you are and addresses you by name when you call from the room phone, very impressed. They were also very friendly. Overall we liked the hotel and will stay again. Well just plan to use the internet elsewhere.
The airport shuttle was a big plus for us. Nice clean comfortable rooms, way cheaper then most on the strip. I found it to have enough staff for any need. The cocktail service is the same as any other fancy casino slow, probably because of the pandemic . Give them a brake .
I love this hotel/casino.The staff are wonderful, a 24 hour good restaurant. And its full with air force officers men taking a training course. Its a great place to meet someone new. Some strange, HUGE, man performs at the pool every day.
If you not far all the hustle that comes with the strip, I suggest this hotel. Friendly staff and great location. Close to the strip and downtown
This casino gives that strip casino vibe, but is lighter on the wallet. The new renovations look amazing! Games are setup 6 feet apart to adhere to covid-19 regulations. Hotel prices are economic. This one of my favorite casinos in Las Vegas to frequent. ****Not to mention, station casinos paid their employees throughout the entire quarantine and made their health insurance free for both employees and their families! Way to go stations!
Positive: everything Negative: no
I was expecting a great experience because of the reviews and photos, but as soon as we check in and we got into our room the toilet was overflowing and it had water all over the bathroom floor,I called front desk and they moved us, but that’s when things got interesting, the room smelled like cigarettes, it had cigarettes ashes on the bathroom floor. Called the front desk again, there were no rooms available due to the holiday. I said I was going sightseeing with my kids and asked if they could clean the room properly.. when we got back the ashes were still on the floor, was not cleaned at all! It’s really upsetting because I was with my kids and also because of covid. The next day I had to beg again for them to clean my room. The food, the view, the pool and the casino were great, but I don’t think we will come back.
Great place. Plenty of room. Table games are reasonable. Come visit here if want something away from the Strip
Great remodel. The rooms are spacious and the beds will have your body melt to . The marble counter tops are an excellent touch on the business desk and the accent chairs are great for lounging or handing long emails. Love the bathroom separation for the king room also.
There are many restaurants and attractions here inside the casino, its an older locals type casino not really for tourist but if you do decide to head here to eat, Do yourself a favor and go to the Oyster Bar, it really is something else, the locals favorite here is either the Bouliabaise or the Combo Pan Roast. The food is delicious and the experience is great as well. The casino as far as the gaming flor and everything is solid as well, they have table games and many slots and bonus machines to choose from.
Room was really nice. Great prices. Electricity went out and we went here for a little staycation. Very happy we did. Check out the boathouse for dinner. Great food and happy hour specials.
Clean & comfortable with nice views of the city, but lots of noise - the walls seem to be especially thin so you will hear conversations from the room next to yours & lots of comotion if youre near the elevators. Has a nice selection of restaurants & gaming galore, along with a pool that I never used. They add a room charge of $45 when you check in that is not a resort fee & is not included when you pay online. Just more nickel & diming from greedy Vegas.
Gambling is so much fun there. I love it! Absolutely loved it! I feel like saying Dont change a thing about that Casino. I recommend this Hotel and Casino to anyone. It is absolutely fantastic!
Room Service is AMAZING.This one worker in particular went out of her way to get me my order, I think her name was Nicole M., I remember seeing her badge. But the service she did was outstanding, I ordered a Lobster and Steak dinner with a specific bottle of wine for my Wife. While she was getting our order done I made a seperate order and another employee answered and he sounded really annoyed for some reason and it took him almost 1 hour to even get our single order of a 2nd bottle of wine, they kept saying it was coming, it was coming but it never came. But when I got ahold of Nicole again, she immediately informed me that they didnt have that wine and got me that order and my previous order in an Hour tops. She is an amazing worker and very nice, her communication skills are amazing and I believe there needs to be more hard working upbeat employees in Hospitaly just like her!!! Overall my experience there was amazing and she was the icing on the cake! When I come back, I hope to see her as the bossSHE DESERVES IT!!!!!!
Enjoy eating at cafe (Brass Fork) Food is good. Very clean, hit no lucky machines. The machines seemed tight. Not much entertainment
Wow things have changed A Lot !!! Very clean, keeping people safe, new slots, great restaurants, wait staff was very attentive and nice. A year ago I wouldve given it a 0 stars. Good job Palace Station, keep it coming
Doorman not friendly. Not a good set up to watch sports. No place to sit. Lots of tables, but most had only one person. Easy fix with a new better design.
Positive: Nice property at a reasonable price Adult Disney land gambling entertainment Negative: No
Negative: You sink in to the beds. Toilet didnt work. No hot water no fridge
Its off strip and older but it was super clean and comfortable. The restaurants are really reasonable and food was pretty good. Service was terrific, the shuttle service to and from the casino to the airport is an added value!
Great place to lose your shirt. Slots arent friendly, nor is the bartender in the bingo hall. Upside? Whole place smells like smoked oysters.
The Palace Station was awesome! The staff was friendly and courtesy, clean rooms, clean hotel, and overall a good stay. Would definitely book here again on the next trip to Vegas.
Minutes from the strip but far enough removed to not have to pay the Strip Prices. Beautiful interior for the casino floor and hotel rooms. Had a stunning view of the entire strip. All in all not bad. I definitely would recommend/stay there again. And I am a Las Vegas local. (That says something)
We always always always love Palace Station. Its our favorite place to play bingo, and the dealers are knowledgeable and friendly, which is important for me as a table games player. Love the customer service here!
Great place to have a good time and eat. Prices are good throughout the casino. Facility is very clean. The only thing some of the staff is not welcoming. I was ignored the whole time and when I was approched I was told to leave. Thats Not Vegas like to be that way.
Positive: The cleanliness, and attention paid to the times.
Positive: The precautions they had with the COVID 19 Negative: They employees of the hotel where talking to loud in the halls ! With radios .
The front desk aside; the rest of staff from the shuttle, to the restaurants to the gift shop and even the security checking for room keys were so friendly, helpful and informative. Room was clean and stayed cool, shower had great water pressure, view was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.
Long lines, but they leave you alone for the most part... I dont have anything to compare to but, I hope regularly.. love the deli and the bulk food! Seafood is great...
Positive: This is my first time at this hotel and I love it. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Excellent customer service and the staff were really nice. Negative: Nothing at all
Positive: Cleanliness all staff was just awesome, very polite. Negative: No Issues
Drinks were great, Cocktail waitresses were on point on their rounds for our drinks..wil definitely return.
Negative: there are no microwave, frige or coffee maker in a room
Nice hotel, my wife and I stayed 5 nights, couple of good restaurants on the property, definitely recommend little Tonys for Italian food, especially the Pizza and pasta dishes, everything is home made. For steak, the Charcoal Room. Didnt win much, machines seemed to be really tight.
Bets, Sports,Bars, and Food...My Favorite spot to gamble.stations is vegas strong #knights
️ LOVE THE MOVIE THEATER . THEY BRING YOU FOOD AND ALCOHOL WHILE YOU WATCH THE MOVIE, WHAT GETS BETTER THAN THAT?
Spent a little dollars today it was a nice environment and jad fun and won all my money back and had a nice lunch
Went to Little Tonys and had some apps and pizza. The wings and calamari were both fantastic. The pizza was just ok and couldve been cooked a little crispier.
It was okay. Had amazing pastries. Not on the strip but close by. It was easy to social distance here.
Loved everything about this casino stayed 24 days. They take care or there players. They have the best staff
No COFFEE IN ROOM, have to stand in line for AM coffee. ( Even Motel 6 offers Coffee pot ) No Microwave in room. Had to Request Refidge. Housekeeping was Non Existing. Dining was AWESOME, eat it all cause NO WAY to reheat in rooms, Costs us Great Leftovers. Rate this a 4 of 10 BUDGET Casino.
Wow I went to the oyster bar. Omg was everything soo good the oysters were excellent. The peel and eat shrimp were delicious and a surprise. They were in a delicious broth with a side of sticky rice spoon good.
LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE LOCALS. AS WELL AS THE AWESOME TOURISTS ALSO, WENT AND SAW THE NEW MUTANT MOVIE @ THE CINEBARRE. REALLY GOOD BAR FOOD AND WAITER
Very friendly staff...and our suite was amazing. We will definitely be staying again.
Positive: It had truck parking and security on bikes.
Great hotel. I loved the environment, definitely Las Vegas. Amazing restaurants inside. Great location.
I ate Prime rib and it was excellent. The waiter was courteous and excellent customer service.
Wife and Me loved the room even tho we didnt get our room we requested before. It was clean and spacious. We will return in near future.
Service and very good people amd waiters... excelent we will be back as much we can
This places seems a bit dated. When I first arrived, it looked like I arrived at an old hotel hotel. As I walked into the lobby the view was a little bit better, but overall the hotel still had the vibe of being outdated. Besides the aesthetics of the building, my stay was enjoyable, the staff was helpful and friendly. The food was great for the price, which was a pleasant surprise.
Large beautiful casino, off-strip with strong locals feel. Good 24hr Cafe.
Celebrating our wedding with a staycation. Check in was easy fill out paper and get your keys. Getting to the room was easy got upgraded to a mininsuit a room with what felt like a water bed. Idk about other people but I like a hard mattress. Im a 200lbs guy and I went down to the box on this one. Mirror was dirty no mini fridge. 3 pillows for a twin bed on our king. This is not the room advertised as renovated, this room is so not one you want to be in. What made me give a one star was all this plus the fact that when I went to get ice from the ice dispenser there was a used syringed on top of the machine. Was in the hotel for no more then 45 minutes still got charged for the night even tho I requested a refund.
Awesome, great service especially our casino host Patty Casas, always been there listening and helping out. Thank you Patty!
They [Palace Station] really shook things up after their remodel. Could use more casual dining options, but other than that it looks great.
Its been a hot spot ever since they remodeled it! Slightly off the strip right off the fwy free parking and all rooms are nice with huge 55 inch TVs stay here and save money for other vegas activities!!! Sincerely your ex Las Vegas Local.
The Palace is always a definite stop. The Brass Rail restaurant always serves quality meals. The casino floor is clean, with new machines and good wait service
Oyster bar ... prepare to wait minimum 2 hrs ... must try .. delicious
Theyve down a really nice job on the renovation. The food was great as was the service. Id go back.
