We were having fun until being approached by management about social distancing and not being on a game when Im enjoying time with my wife while she is playing. Great I understand but to follow up with security approaching us 5 minutes later on the other side of the casino, now that is targeting. The experience was a downer and the fun was gone. Not going back.

We got there they said the had 2 rooms left one on third floor but the elevator was broken and a first floor smoking room my husband has trouble with his hip so we took the first floor.the carpet was old and coming up the walls were stained there were cigarette burns on the tile mold in the bathroom. I will say the sheets were clean the coffee maker did my work .our last morning there we were looking for coffee at 7 am most places still closed a clerk in the gift shop found us coffee she is an angel very nice to talk to as well....

Ive always had good luck here and I would definitely recommend Arizona Charlies boulder hwy. I must say that Im no longer going back to Arizona Charlies boulder hey:( last time I stayed the night in their hotel and it took two weeks for them to release my 75 credit card room deposit. I tried to talk to the front desk manager about it and she turned her back and walked away while I was talking to her(very rude) Customers are last when it comes to management there,seems like they dont care.

Carpet was filthy and worn. Hair dryer would not heat. Walls beat up. Linoleum by the bathtub pealing up.

Great customer service from the time i checked in until the the i checked out. Thank you so much

I really dont want to complain because the hotel agent that checked me in my first day was sweet and upgraded me for free ( I didnt know it was an upgrade). I had booked for the King Bed and she upgraded me to the tower with two Queen Beds ( a few dollars in price). I asked her if there was a pay difference and she shook her head no ( she had asked me if I wanted 1 bed or 2 ). I was on the 20th floor and in the elevator area they had towels down as of there was a water leak or flood. The carpet in my room was wet and the bathroom smelt like mildew. I reserved for another night and asked for the resort fee to be waived since it did smell but I was too tired to switch rooms she said they dont do that ( mhm okay) but shed send housekeeping and all they did was spray. Ive stayed in this hotel for 2 months last year and all the staff were very nice and accommodating but not this year besides 3 ( the one that checked me in and 2 I knew from last year but didnt a chance to speak to). There is a rude clerk named Lulu who interrupts and is just abrupt and I dont think the manager is great either. Will I stay here again? Hell no. Too expensive and not that nice of rooms, they need to be upgraded and the staff need better Customer Service skills as well as the manager. Its sad that one or a few ruin it for a whole group of others. I thought I took some pictures but it was late when I checked in and I didnt. My apologies.

Slot based casino with no table games but a bingo parlor. Nothing special or unique. A few restaurant/dining options but mostly for those who want to play slots and enjoy smoky air. Id recommend Boulder Station down the street or Sams Town for a better gambling experience. The restaurants are nothing special but have good food.

If you intend to seriously put in some time pushing buttons on the machines there is no comparison as to what you get in return for the time invested. No strip property comes close to the benefits this property gives its loyal players. From room nights dining cigaretts and more the entire staff knows how to make you feel comfortable always pleasant.and courteous. front desk staff and all the casino host are over the top to assure your stay is one you wont forget. It may be a two diamond property but the staff and benefits given its players more than make up for those snobby 4 and 5 diamond strip properties.

They could use better air conditioning system. It did smell smoking. Its pretty well spaced out. A little on the dark side. Its a local casino off of Boulder Highway. I paid for 1 hour and only lost $10. Not a bad place. I did not stay at the hotel I only played the slot machines. In a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood.

I was told if I got 300 points in my play for the evening I could get a LV Knights parking sign...I got almost 900 points and when I went to collect they said I did not qualify because the machine said so - I spoke to the manager on duty and he refused to give me what they said they would even thought the employee told him she said I would get it. Not going back and I will tell others not to go - poor customer service.

Good place to go and play at. I gave a four star instead of five because the waitresses lack a little courtesy, consistency, and professionalism.

It was a great off strip casino. Payouts were the best for all the casinos we went to off the Las Vegas Strip, for both ne and my wife

My friend was staying at the hotel. The room was a reasonable rate, not to fancy but decent for a place to shower and sleep. It was family friendly. I visited the casino area a few times and was lucky enough to win a little one of the times. The staff was nice and helpful. As with anyplace in Las Vegas, KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON YOUR BELONGINGS: my friend lost track of her cell phone while we were there, only for about 5 minutes or less and somebody swiped it and did not turn it in. Sadly, most people are unscrupulous..We tracked it for a while, but lost the signal after about a hour. Be careful!

Definitely one of my favorite casino. There is a great variety of machines to play going from the classics to the most modern ones. Great place to stop by.

Its smaller than the huge casinos on the strip and ots where the locals play and has a good players club program

I have been going there for 18 years and i was wearing mask except for to drink or smoke . every time when i pull down the mask to drink or smoke security wss right there and told me to put on mask and i told him that you have to give me a second to put back mask after smoking give me chanceHe give me 3 warnings with in first 20 minutes looks like he was right there watching every time i smoke and he said last warning next one you ll be escorted out of casino.I was wearing mask he just didnt give chance to put my mask back on after smoking or drinking

Hotel area It needs to be controlled none customers around the hotel area especially at night Other than that everything is fine the hotel area.

Customer service is very important to the staff cause they are always around making sure you have everything you need.

Dirty exterior. Room was ok not super clean lots of people just walking around. I think people might live here also. Kinda shady place. Add $20 onto your price for a resort fee. Wouldnt stay here again

Its a locals casino off the beaten path. The casino is small if you like a less flashy casino. The rooms have a very motel vibe with out side entrances. However with a separate bedroom and living area has a quaint suite feel to them. Ok if your in town for a night and arent trying to spend a lot but have a few people staying in one room

Arizona Charlies was a blast, my mom and husband and myself had a room for three weeks. We enjoyed the food and the courtyard right outside our door. The slots were great, very generous. Our only complaint is the staff are not friendly.

I think Arizona Charlies is a down to earth wonderful place to visit the food is good the staff is very friendly its clean just very respectful.just wish i could win something but yes i would strongly recommend it to go and enjoy yourself

Wasnt satisfied with the housekeeping. Ashes were on the floor in several different areas of the room. I had to repeatedly tap the TV to get it to work. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay

We stay one night here. Room is good 1 King 1 double beds. Clean and quiet. We dont sit much on the slots. Casino has it all! Drinks and food specials. It looks shiny and new to me. We would go back for sure. It is far from LV strip but it is cheaper.

I never give five stars in my review cuz theres always room for improvement the room for improvement I see here is the place is getting a little bit old buffed up a little. Plus it would be nice if the drinks werent so freakin watered down when theres players playing and giving you all our money

I Love playing bingo at Charlies. I played for my birthday and got a free dauber and blue paper pack for free. I never win but I love to play!

Although my hubby and I didnt stay, he had an awful experience dealing with the crabby old lady at registration. I have seen other reviews about her terrible attitude and terrible customer service, bet we both thought we would check this place out because it was more affordable than anywhere else. But because of how my husband was treat by her, yelling at us, having her back turned toward us because ahe was too busy, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We even drove theough to check out the area and it looked like a trailer trash park, it was disgusting.Highly not recommended.

Im a senior and disabled I live on a fixed income so the free play that I get helps me to get out of the house you have somewhere to go at times I win and it gives me a little extra change in my pocket I enjoy the slots I enjoy Arizona Charlies very much.

Besides the drug dealers and addicts roaming all night! The rooms were substandard, filthy sofa & chairs. No one came to change our bed sheets or towels. We had to call to request that they did. It was an infestation of ants! When we asked for another room the claimed they didnt have any more rooms available. Total bad experience for me. Ill never go there again!

This is a smaller casino which seems to be geared to serving locals. The staff is attentive and professional. The cleaning is constant. Most machines are much looser than the larger properties

They didnt like the type of travel trailer I have. The trailer is in decent shape and being redone on the inside. But it was because it is a TowLight/high low camper. The lady behind the counter was very rude. Told me that if I was staying more than one night they wouldnt let me stay there. No fear of that ever happening.

Rosie that works at the gage is awesome she has grate customer services she is very helpful does her job.

Ive stayed at AZ Charlies tons of times, my boyfriend is a local and we go back quite often. Anyhow, from the check in, customer service seemed off. I know we are all facing hard times, but the front desk person wasnt exactly pleasant, our phone didnt work in the room, we didnt get issued a credit for the deposit to the room, but we did get credited for a movie that didnt play. I called a whole month later to check as to why, and the lady in Accounting wasnt helpful or apologetic in any way. I dont know what had changed but we never had any issues before. Hopefully the world gets back to being somewhat normal and people can be more at ease while at work.

Great casino for locals in the neighborhood. A lot of different kinds of games.

Food is always good, but I am disappointed that they removed all the table games.

Positive: Nothing Negative: No cable, found a cockroach, and the room had any in it and the shower was stuck on hot, so needless to say stayed there for 2 days with no shower. Sat on the edge of the bed and the bed came off the ground. Just a horrible experience.

Terrible..i went to pay my bill..the woman at the cashier wouldnt take my 20% coupon off my bill..i told her i do this every thursday for the past 6 months..ask for the manager..this guy was very, very rude to me..telling me they never accept this 20% and 5.00 coupon together..he wouldnt give me his name or a phone # to complain to.he did call a security guard to intimate me..i paid the lousy 2.18 cash but its not about the 2.18 cash difference..lousy way to treat a good customer.i felt like a criminal..ruined my breakfast with my wife,left a bsd feeling with me for the past week..of course i complained to the cashiers cage..they promised me they would call me back with a explanation of this harsh treatment i recieved.nobody called me back as of yet..this happened last week..i was there today with my wife..i went to the cashiers cage again..they wanted me to go talk to ed the chef..i felt very dissapointed and lost my appetite and left..

Gaming is okay but no real winners, be careful theyre giving out free masks that have COVID-19 on them somehow.

It was so good to see all of our friends there. We had wonderful service in the cafe and we had fun in the bingo hall. We missed Arizona Charlies. Eventhough we have to deal with this pandemic we felt safe and had a good time.

The rooms werent as nice as the website shows. It needs massive remodeling. The price is too high for what the rooms like look and the area where the hotel is. But the biggest problem I have is the ants I had to deal with. There were ants in the living room part. I couldnt put anything on the tables and my 1 year old son couldnt roam around the room freely. Also ants in the bathroom and sink area. So many I had to call the next day to get another room. The front office moved me to another that was better than the room I was staying in the night before. That was the only great part about my stay.

I was literally there for about 15 minutes and was randomly comped for dinner at the buffet. Great selection of food. Also had a grill cook. Would definitely eat here even if I had to pay. Dinner with an entry level players card was only about 13$ if my memory serves correct. Very affordable!

Very comfortable bed! Clean room! The buffet is very tasty and has enough options for just about anyone. Very affordable prices and if you are staying at the hotel make sure to get an ACE playing card there for free, gets you discounts at the buffet and your first time visiting they give you a promo on the points you collect if you gamble. Overall love it so far :)

Been going to the sourdough cafe since I was little !! Well teens and 5.99 steak eggs is always a hit!

This hotel was inexpensive, decently clean, and located near Sam Boyd Stadium. However, the first supposedly non-smoking room I was given reeked of smoke, and I had to be given another room. Had anyone checked the room before my arrival, it would have been obvious that it smelled strongly of smoke. Someone should have checked. In addition, when I checked in, I was told clearly and explicitly that a $75 hold would by placed on my credit card in order to ensure against damage to the room, and that the hold would be removed upon checkout if there was no damage. Several days after checkout, I saw a $75 charge from this hotel on my credit card. When I called the hotel, the front desk told me that I was told incorrect information when I checked in, and that the hotel now charges guests credit cards $75 and then issues a refund up to a week later. I explained that this was not what I was told when I checked in, that I had not consented to this charge, that I wished to receive a refund immediately, and that I wished to speak with a manager. With increasing hostility and venom, the man at the front desk began shouting the same information at me over and over: the hotels policy is to charge guests $75 and issue refunds later. When I explained that he was simply repeating the same information to me over and over, he began shouting and declared that I was being rude. Despite being assured that a supervisor would call me back, no one ever did.

I really like that you dont have to go through the casino to go to your room. Not confusing at all. Registration area is easy to find but slow service. Rooms are awesome for the price. Just awesome! RV area pool is open during winter, not hotel pool but that is fine. Great place. I egil come here more often with my family.

Seems a little dingy but does have a large gaming space and plenty to choose from. Can get a bit seedy from time to time, doesnt bother me but could be a turn away for some.

Normally I like gambling here, however this time has made me think otherwise and not ever going back. I had found a machine and was doing pretty good that is until I realized the machine was NOT giving me all credits I was winning. By this time I had told one of ladies on the floor and they didnt know how to calculate the credits to coins. I was given the $5.00 that I was shorted. I proceeded to play only to see it was happening each time I hit a bigger win than just the amount I was betting. Ultimately by time I up and moved I had figured Id been taken for at least $40.00, could be more but by time I noticed it was probably around $40-50.00 in credits I was shorted. I tried to mention to the two ladies that helped with the first issue but they both walked away as I approached either of them. I most likely will not return to this casino.

Old, poorly maintained motel complex is not attached to the casino. Long walk to the one ice machine, and no sodas in the vending machine. Reception is under-staffed but once you get the the head of the line they are extremely helpful. Casino has three eateries, food is okay but not worth the prices. Small but well stocked gift shop with friendly staff open till midnight. Casino is a $35 taxi ride to the strip, and a 20 minute wait for a cab.

THEY ABSOLUTELY SPOIL THE QUEEN, EVERYTIME I GO THERE. THE FOOD IS PHENOMENAL.. THE ROOMS ARE SO COZY & RELAXING.. THANK YOU BOULDER STATION.. THE VALET DEPT. JUST ARE SO SPECIAL. ALWAYS LOVING & THEY HONOR ME HIGHLY AS WOG

It is not clean. Empty drinks left everywhere. Filled ashtrays everywhere. Trash on the machines. I used to love this place but it looks pretty bad right now.

Positive: Was in the back .its a lot quiter.rooms are nice,the bathrooms in casino are cleaner then some Ive seen around.and won a lot of money..+++ the security keeps a good eye on things .Id tell my friends to come stay here n play here . Negative: Well Id not coment on that...

Hotel registration clerk very rude went to the room there was bed bugs stains the room was nasty went right down back to the desk again she was kind of rude know she was rude Arizona Charlie is one of my favorite places to go I like the floor specially bingo food is good do you know hosts are always nice but this was the worst experience I ever had they didnt even want to compensate for the nasty room which was odd I did stay to give the benefit of the doubt but I dont know if Ill be back maybe to play Bingo but I just couldnt get over how rude the registration clerk was
