No service on any of our phones (all carriers) most of the time. Even their wifi was blocked even though it was open and free to use. Was only able to use it for a few minutes. I literally got several messages on my phone that wifi was blocked as I tried to use it. This is the biggest problem with local casinos. Complete dead zones. Dont get that on the strip.Otherwise the place looked nice. Temperature checks coming in the doors, masks required. Friendly cocktail server! Loved her, wish I could remember her name. Friendly staff at bowling center, too.

Front desk staff was absolutely FABULOUS! Social distancing guidelines were followed, temperature check protocol followed. The rooms were pretty good. The decor was modern, but worn. That was the only thing I didnt like. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Great location and surrounded by different restaurants, you cant go wrong.

I had dinner with 2 friends at the Cornerstone restaurant. We all had the prime rib dinner. It was probably the best prime rib that we have ever had. Definitely a 10 rating. The staff attended to all of our culinary needs. The dinner was a belated birthday dinner for me. The staff sang happy birthday to me, and gave me a very large piece of the best chocolate cake that I have had in years. I definitely will go back soon.

When you walk in the doors they are checking your temperature. It was unexpected and really nice. None of the other casinos did this. The machines were good and the tables were worth going for.

I feel safe at Gold Coast because they check everyones temperature as they enter and they enforce mask wearing. They also practice social distancing among their slots by removing chairs from every other machines. The tables in the restaurants are far apart so you are not near anyone. Employees are very friendly and cleaning workers walk by frequently to wipe down the machines and if someone removes his/her mask or not wearing it properly, employees will ask them to put it back on correctly. I never see a lot of people in the casino so I feel comfortable being there.

Best Hotel Ever that I’ve stayed at here in Las Vegas I like that it wasn’t overcrowded the registration was easy no hassle parking and it’s connected to the hotel the rooM was amazing spacious and the Casino was clean nice eatery options especially the TGIFridays because that was my boyfriends’ and I second date ever this place also has a fitness center but due to Covid is closed but the planet fitness was available down the street I loved the level of security of this hotel I felt safe because I went to other hotels on the actual strip and they don’t even check if you own a room key so anybody can just access the room stay area plus the hotels like the Linq super pricey and horrible parking but here at the Gold Coast it was just an overall amazing experience plus we received complimentary coupons for the bowling alley, bingo and steakhouse I loved it most definitely staying here next time I do recommend like myself bring your pillow and blanket because the beds and pillows are comfy but why not extra and the room also had a dining table so it was perfect due to Covid we were able to order take out and enjoy it in our room.The best amenity imma say is the free parking and also the music plug in on the phone I have a beats pill but this made it easy so don’t worry if u don’t have a speaker the phone has a plug in audio option

Plenty of slots and plenty of table games plus a nice little baccarat section. Pretty tight though, hard to not have fun too. Only downside, no pets allowed:(

The customer service here is EXCELLENT... they did the screening at the entrance, security was constantly checking people who werent wearing face mask...Off the strip casino next to the RIO...I loved this place...its not as fancy as the strip casinos so it makes this place worth 10 times more... they have everything here.. food, sports bar, slots, table games,pool... you name it, its here...

Fairly clean and sanitized. Staff and employees are helpful and happy to help you find your way. Plenty of empty slots to play on!!!! The one thing that i may suggest that would make my frequent visits to the gold coast much more pleasant and positive. Maybe allowing Delivery persons such as DoorDashers, park their car in the front out of the way somewhere and allowing them to do a delivery really fast, instead of making us find a scarce open parking space and making us walk far, further delaying our order drop offs... just a suggestion

Positive: Just as pictured. Easy free parking. Room was nicer than expected. Negative: Ac was a tad loud even in low speed

Positive: The hotel was in a nice proximity to the strip. Had a lot of amenities nearby. Negative: It need upgrades the cleaning wasnt the best.

This was a nice big casino. But none of the regular blackjack tables were open. If you like Asian games this is the place.

Safety first..temperature is taken before entry. Separation between slot machines was sufficient although why smoking is allowed was baffling to me. Air condition was broken however when I reported it the technician was immediately dispatched to my room to fix. Room was clean. I enjoyed my stay

Easy and fast check-in, pleasent employees, and nice clean rooms. It was a bit annoying having to go downstairs to get any guest that was visiting because you need to a room key to get in the elevators and the food options are pricey. This Subway doesnt participate in the national chains promotions or discounts which I find is scandalous being they already charge way more than any other Subway so be prepared to spend some dough on food. The room rates were very affordable weekdays and weekends besides the resort fees which hopefully one day will be banned because of the deceptive practices involved in the policy but besides that it was an enjoyable stay.

Ok. Limited selection ofexotic games. A Thursday afternoon,a little quiet but a lot of pits closed. They obviously cater to slot players.

The steak house was not that clean on Thanksgiving day when I and two of my family went for dinner we had the Turkey dinner it was very bad and I complained they didnt have dark meat but found some and we wished they didntfind and WOW very bsd service was good Sam Boyld you better get after that property Steak House.

We made a reservation online and when we got to the hotel they said that we had to pay an extra 35 dollars per night. We were supposed to stay 2 nights.We were ready to go to sleep and decided to turn on the AC and the ac wasnt working, we call the front desk and they said that they were going to send someone to fix it. Me, my wife and my 4 year old son we dress to go to sleep. I ask to move us to a different room and they said ok.But they have 0 customer service. No education. We had to take our stuff and luggage.We had to move from 7th floor to the 2th floor with our son in pajamas. They didnt even offered their staff to help with the luggage.The worst experience ever.We will not come here again.

A great haven for experienced video poker players. A lot of 9/6 jacks or better machines and even had a progressive bank of 9/5 double double bonus machines. Word of warning...there are even more 6/5 machines, so make sure you look before you start to play. The one disappointment I had with this place was the rewards card. The tier count is like climbing mount Everest. I even went to the players card desk to check if my card wasnt working because the accumulated so slowly. I normally play at Caesars casinos because I am platinum, but next time Im in Vegas Ill swing by here and try to get lucky on the 9/6 and 9/5 machines...

The size is just right. We dont like very large hotels and casinos where you get lost and have to walk miles to get to venues. Very helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable. Restaurants are excellent. Small, but adequate casino with a sports book.

Nice off strip casino. Great bingo payouts. Weekends are big payouts for bingo. Arrive 30 minutes early. Games every off hour from 11am to 11pn.

Although this casino is across the street from one of my favorite casinos. From the gamblers who wanted to loose, to the non conversational staff except for the baristas if never felt such a lack luster experience. Even hooters had a better vibe.

I guess its a necessary good thing! but gold Coast is very strict on wearing your facial mask. Side of that friendly staff won about 500 had some TGI Fridays lunch its was tasty. All in all good day

The rooms are a little bit small, but they are great to take a break and meet the city.

Love the indoor bowling but could do without the cigarette smoke journey to get to that floor.

1st theres No Social distancing in the entire Casino. When i went to noodle exchange i ordered to go and a customer that came after me got seated and their whole meal 10 minutes before i got my order. I ordered a hot pot, you dont even need to cook anything for that, all they have to do is put everything in boxe. yet i still spent over 30 minutes waiting for my food

With the pandemic this casino needs to clean the floor and the machines better. Bottles and cups on top and besides the machines. Paper and straws on the floor. They have few disinfectant stations and wipes around the casino. Totally unsanitary.

Positive: Not too far from the strip. Clean, modern rooms. Negative: Additional $25 resort fee you have to pay upon check-in. The pool was disappointing. Smoking not allowed in rooms, but the casino area and elevator area and hallways of the hotel were smoky. The rooms do not have a fridge or microwave.

To be honest...i only come here to go to my favorite chinese resto..Ping Pang Pong. The smell of cigarette is everywhere..

This was a very clean hotel and casino. It had a Fridays and Subways inside. It was also 5 minutes away from the strip.

0 stars.. went in for football spread sheet at 6:00am, security followed me from the time I pulled into the parking lot to park my car, & then they proceeded to watch me walk into the casino. I only stayed for a few minutes because the sportsbook isnt open until 7:00am, by the time I left the casino security was waiting by the exit doors in their vehicles. I continued to walk to my car & they proceeded to follow me. I never knew one person could be such a threat, but from what Ive learned in my 45 yrs on this earth, is that you fear what you dont know. Typical off the strip gambling hall style casino. I gambled a bit and everything was fine. A bit dated but I was going to TGIFridays so I knew what I was getting into. Parking garage is clean and well lit.

Casino is fair. Hotel has great rooms, rates and cool little windows in the showers. Hotel rates are way low if you go through Priceline.

I made reservation one month in advance with the hotel booking agent for a week stay at a Military discounted rate. This was not honored upon my arrival.The booking agent also said that there was a Concierge service available, not so.Upon early arrival, my discount was not applied, a new booking transaction was made without consulting with me. The front desk said that my original booking had not gone through and I had to pay an additional $20 per person to check in three hours early at 1:00PM Saturday.The booking agent arrangements were for a room nearest to the pool. My room now was up on the second floor (above near to the pool) almost twice the distance walking to and from by about 100 rooms, not counting the elevator trip. I was Not happy because I am a combat veteran who is disabled.My security deposit was promised to be refunded by the booking agent and by the front desk staff upon return of the room keys at the end of my stay. This never happened and my refund was directly applied to my first night stay. And at the end of my stay, I was overcharged by $200.00!After explaining the arrangements made by the booking agent, the staff disregarded what was said and over billed me as they saw fit.Manager was requested but conveniently was not present in the hotel.The supervisor was then requested, of whom was also not available.The four elevators were continuously out of service and use of the freight elevator had to be instituted since all of the stair wells were not accessible and were alarmed if opened.Furthermore, the Booked room was to have a mini fridge, this room did not have one.The decor of the room was worn and outdated, especially the carpet.During my stay, the air-conditioning quit and was blowing heat. I had to request a service technician to come fix it.Overall, we had a miserable experience with this hotel and dont recommend itSince any feedback is welcome and to respond to the owner;No, I did not have a good experience at your hotel and wheres my refund on my deposit and on the door keys?

Nice casino somewhat Smokey smell in casino area. Breakfast and lunch buffet were good but dinner was lacking. Bowling alley was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in pro shop.

We have always enjoyed spending some time in this casino. We have also stayed in the hotel. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The casino has a large selection of games and a person can spend some time playing without loosing everything in a short time. Theres a nice variety of food establishments to select from as well. Gold Coast is a place I recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Vegas. Staff - friendly, Food - good, Slots - exciting, Parking - free, Fun - Always!!!

Overall enjoyable time. Room was comfortable and staff is very concerned about guest welfare. Only bad experience was lunch at Ping Pang Pong where service and food was unsatisfying.

The Chinese restaurant I ate at was excellent the service was excellent and the food was delicious and we didnt have to wait long our waiter was as colitis ever and very helpful with the menu I enjoyed the whole experience as for the casino the machines were loose I want a few dollars Andd I went home Happy what else can you ask for.

I love Gold Coast. The only complaint I have is you cant smoke at the table games, so I dont play them now.

The Gold Coast. I like this casino because its conveniently located right next to the Rio. Its clean and well-kept with a huge open area for table games. If you like table games its a great variety. This casino has one of the 10 best Chinese restaurants in the nation in my opinion Ping Pong Pang. Every time I go they have a $3 beer option which is hard to find in Las Vegas. Get the Boyd Gaming Club card and take advantage of their Buffet discount breakfast is good as any other for only about $8! If youre in Vegas for more than a few days its nice to do something different you can go upstairs and go bowling.

The only casino that required a temperature check to come into their casino that I encountered. Atmosphere was clan and staff was friendly and helpful. A huge variety of machines.

I walked around this place and I like this kind of older large casino. There is lots to do. They have a number of restaurants and they also have a large bowling alley upstairs. I liked it. Comfortable locals casino, probably with better odds on the machines as opposed to the strip. Even though I only spent a short time here, I cannot think of any reason not to give 5 stars. Its nice to have casinos like this that are different than the ones on the strip.

Good price, good service, good atmosphere. Could have your heavier set security guard with the tattoos on his arms by the elevators, acting like a tough guy, learn better customer service. Especially when he feels the need to stop and interrogate a customer with their service animal. The animal was wearing a vest that clearly states his SERVICE DOG capacity, yet the guard chose to harass us claiming he had the right to do so. He held us there claiming he had to document our names, time we were passing him, room number, and physically compare it to the data on our room key, as he let many other guests pass without checking their keys or status. The guard never correctly established jurisdiction, but acted as he did and continued to order us around. Then we had to take more time out of our day to file a report with their security dept. Will never stay here again from this. Has never happened at other hotels and we have stayed at dozens while waiting for our house to finish. Thank you for reaching out to better your rating, but the more we recount this experience, we will never stay here again. Rating went down to 1 star.

I won! More than I had haha food it to be in close proximity... not far from the strip & it’s camaraderie it was surprisingly enjoyable.

You get what you pay for honestly. Staff could be fiendlier. Not all of them but some... They just plain dont like their job. Kind of a drag when youre in for a vacation honestly.

Just ok. For an off strip casino we expected them to be a little bit more upbeat and have a little bit lower table limits but they were very much catering to an Asian crowd playing baccarat rather than locals or even tourists that were looking for value gambling off the strip... Nothing wrong with it but not worth a special trip

Great place to stay. Affordable, good odds on the machines, and a pretty darn good buffet! Get the Be Connected club card to add points and get discounts at the Coast properties. Rooms are humble, but clean, staff is responsive and patient. Plenty of parking, off the Strip so traffic isnt horrid. Theres a Sonic down the block, and I think the new shopping center across the street is now open.
