We stayed overnight during our road trip & pleased with the room. Loved that the lights could be controlled by Alexa & the big tub. We got a well appointed room with living space & the night view was sparkling. The team at the hotel is attentive & friendly even while fairly vacant due to Covid. Free parking garage & easy access to the building. We look forward to returning.

Speechless! Luxurious hotel! Incredible attractions! Beautiful restaurants! Amazing encounters! Shows, etc. The Spa needs to work a little bit more on their customer’s service performance. But everything is magic in here!

Best place I’ve EVER stayed! Every detail has been tended to; not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere; no clogged shower drains, no blown bulbs I’m telling you this place is thorough!Thwy treated me like royalty the entire time.We had dinner at the Lakeside restaurant and MAN! What an experience! They put on a wonderfully entertaining holographic show unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Food was great although very expensive! They tell you that the portions are big enough to share but they are not. We also ate at the Terrace Point Cafe. The pancakes here are divine and again, the hospitality and level of customer service is unmatched. The cafe balcony sits right on one of their magnificent pool sides. One of the pools is the “European” pool and girls walk around without their tops! The cabanas are super swanky and start off at $650 per day.I did not gamble but all around me were people celebrating their wins. They also have tons of high-end shops like Chanel and Balenciaga. This place is my new fave getaway for sure!

The Encore is definitely a 5 star resort! We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary there this past week spending 4 days and 3 nights there. Through the hotel I set up a few surprises for my wife including a limo ride and rose pedals with chocolates and card in the room while we were out on our limo ride. Everything was done perfectly and we had a great time! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. We loved the amenities and services offered. The hotel staff were all professional and very pleasant. The atmosphere was magical and upscale. The location was a close walk or drive to all the other attractions that we went to and the grounds very pleasing to the eye. The pools were clean and set to a comfortable temperature. The food was very good and the water show at the adjoining Wynn was very enjoyable.We loved staying at the Encore and will definitely stay there again!!!

Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved this place. Everyone was very hospitable. We are looking forward to our next trip here next year (God willing). Rooms are magnificent, spa and pools are great.

Took my fiancé here for a birthday surprise trip and we absolutely loved it. We got the panoramic suite and the views at night of the entire strip were breathtaking. The service was immaculate and the staff was very attentive. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay for a whole week. We will definitely come back to stay at the Encore. Worth every penny!

Stayed at the Encore for one night because the Palazzo shut down for the week & I was very pleased. I wish I could’ve stayed longer at this hotel. The staff was amazing. I wish I got the lady’s name who checked me in. She was super friendly. I was able to check in early & she waived the early check in fee. I stayed in the King Suite with the Panoramic view. The room was beautiful and spacious. Very modern. I loved that they had everything hooked up to Alexa. The pool was awesome. I like that they had a shaded area. The waitresses were very helpful and made sure we had water while outside. It is overall a wonderful hotel. 5 stars!!

I was a little hesitant do to the Pandemic but made the trip on 9/11. Encore you are Awesome! All safety measures are in place including temperature checks and made me feel at ease. Did not see anyone without a mask staff or guess. Super clean and sanitized including you public restroom. Super helpful restroom attended Marina or Maritza that place was impeccable. Will be returning. Thank you and keep it up!

I always love staying at the Wynn. Its always clean. The staff is very accommodating. I am allergic to smoke of any kind and their air filtration system is one of the best on the strip. I also appreciate the Extra cleanliness and safety precautions that they implemented.

Went here for a business trip a few months ago and all I can say is WOW. Best hotel in Las Vegas everyone is so nice and the experience I had was 10/10. I recommend everyone to come here. Only problem i had was that one of the cocktail waitresses asked me for a good tip which I found a bit disrespectful because I was going to actually give her 10 on a 8 dollar drink but I ended up tipping ZERO

The hotel is very clean and really big! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was pricey but very good. The room was very nice and we had an amazing view of the strip. Service in the casinos was very good and wait staff was friendly. Pools are really nice and service is very good at the pools as well. They only complaint is the mask mandate but not the resorts fault. If you think a mask is going to save you then you will feel safe here. I would rather no face mask myself but it is what it is.

The Encore and Wynn simply do everything better than most when it comes to luxury accommodations. Everything was perfect at such a critical time. I spent my mini-moon here and we will visit this resort once a year now to celebrate our love.

Loved staying here! We stayed in September for a nice leisure vacation by the pool and nice dinners! I know some people judged coming during COVID, but I felt VERY safe! You temperature was taken every time you entered and masks worn all throughout the facility!

Be careful when making your reservation, checking in, and checking out. Resort credit was not properly applied and we were charged a room upgrade price different from what we were quoted. When we brought this issue up at check out, we were met with a curt that is what it is. We were only talking $5. The fact that they wouldnt make such a small issue right was astonishing. I am glad that we didnt have a bigger issue to deal with.

I’m beyond impressed. The Wynn Las Vegas is the perfect getaway during Covid. They had temperature checks at every entrance and kept the place spotless. The food was delicious and there was enough activity for it to be fun. I wish I could have stayed even longer.

Stay at the wynn tower suites quite frequently. Always loved the level of professionalism as well as the commitment and dedication the staff had. The rooms became somewhat dated and decided to move to the encore. Love the room look and the cSino and hotel inside are little more a younger style. 25-45 I would say would be the demographic but anyone can stay at either property and would have super time.

Very good hotel! I especially liked the Alexa controls the whole room thing. You ask Alexa and it does it all for you in the room! Although the suites are very clean and big, the shower is very hard and it hurts me when I shower. Everything else is very nice. The view is also fantastic.

Excellent place. Love everything about it. Great food, great accomodations! Cant go wrong staying here.

Room smelled like marijuana at Encore (2/5) and had cleanliness issues at the Wynn Tower suites (4/5). Normally, the latter wouldnt be a big deal but considering the new best in class health safety, it was not comforting to find the belongings of the previous guest in the room)

Everyone is so pleasant. Very sanitary. Feel safe and relaxed here. Loovvvveee this place. Rooms are AMAZING. DEFINITELY, recommend this place.

I loved my stay at the Encore. The staff was super friendly, the customer service was A1 and the rooms are great. Expect large rooms & great view with Alexa available. I recommend this hotel if youre in Vegas the area. Choose to stay here and enjoy!

Nice room but, thin walls, I could hear clearly a couple next to my room talking and also doing other things.I wish they cleaned the trash bin before I got to the room.Management needs to communicate to guests which days they close the pool and what alternatives there are (if any).

I stayed here in August and was really impressed! They are doing a great job of cleaning and sanitizing (COVID) and I felt very safe the entire time. There are plastic barriers up on all the tables and the staff cleans them as soon as someone leaves. All the restaurants are open (though limited hours/days) and room service is also available. I went to properties and Encore and Wynn are doing a MUCH better job keeping things clean.

Of all hotels, I felt the safest here in terms of cleaning and staff following safety measurements. Everything is pretty high in price but to some extent worth it. We will stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely the best time in Vegas! The room was spectacular and thats to say the least! I cried seeing the view (and Lord knows I never cry). It was breathtaking!

The hotel itself is very nice and the check in staff was outstanding. However, I did travel with a toddler and I did not feel like this was a family friendly hotel. I wish I would’ve been told when I booked that I would not be able to go to the fine dinning restaurants because of my baby and that the restaurants that were open and available to us were slim pickings! On the first night we arrived all dressed up at Lakeside with a reservation and were simply told we could not eat there and basically to find somewhere else to eat because they wouldn’t sit us with a baby. There was always an issue with the stroller at every other restaurant at this hotel and the staff almost seemed bothered that we had a baby with us, I understand that Vegas is geared more towards adults but some of us don’t have an option and simply have to bring our little ones with us. We walked every night to the Palazzo Hotel next door to be able to fine dine and regular dine and we never had any issues in the contrary everyone was so nice and accommodating ! Overall a beautiful hotel but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone traveling with kids !

So clean! We didnt stay at this hotel but we visited because of a reservation. We enjoyed the UEFA Championship game at the Wynn first, then we head out to play craps at the Encore. Id definitely stay here next time because of the beautiful masonry, the cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the staff.

Place is gorgeous but on rakein mode, big payout are elusive on slots, and tables are tight....Baccarat, paying dealers with natural 9s- should be called natural 9. Staff amazing, please tip big and introduce yourself ;) private rooms and meeting offices amazing. Vincent private room, Mani valet, and John valet keep up the Good work guys ;)

The Encore at the Wynn is looking great! Its so clean and sanitized Im feeling very safe here. It looks like more people are coming back with these new safety measures put into place to protect its guests, the staff has done an excellent job. Every guests temperature is taken before entering and everyone is responsibly wearing a mask. Just love this place!

I really enjoyed the encore the lay out is well done. The butterfly red theme art is really nice work.. the cocktail service by the roulette games where absolute fabulous they are friendly and on point. Dont forget to tip your server. i will be back

My family & I enjoyed our time at the Encore/ Wynn. It was super clean, the infection control measures were miraculous. The food was great. The social distancing was respected. IT was a great vacation.

The Encore/Wynn hotel and casino are without a doubt, the best place to stay in Las Vegas. The dining, professional yet friendly staff and overall style and beauty of these properties are unbeatable! The comps are very generous. Definitely our Las Vegas favorite!

Upscale hotel/casino. Large clean room with super comfy bed.

Third time staying. Each time it become more like Luxor but at Wynn pricing. Clientele has changed, its no longer one of the classier resorts. The linens feel like sandpaper, the drinks and food prices have increased about 15% and the payouts are minimal at best.

Loved the experience at the Encore. I was happy that the staff ensured mask wear worn properly. Other Casino did not seem to care as much. Highly recommend a visit to relax.

We had an amazing stay at Encore. The service, cleanliness, and ambiance thoughout Encore and Wynn were exceptional. Sanitation stations and constant wipe down of slot machines made our stay more secure and gratifying. As always, rooms were awesome and very clean. Sanitation amenities instead of goodies. Nice welcomed modification to our accommodations. Looking forward to our next stay.

We love staying at the Wynn/Encore. Staff is great and polite. The casino is beautiful, room amenities awesome and for us, the best is the option to find vegan meal options on ALL restaurants at the property.

We were in Las Vegas for a few days prior to our grand canyon expedition and upon return. We originally booked the Mandalay which was a major disappointment. Discovered the Wynn before we left and booked it for our return. Would have sooner but couldnt get out of our Mandalay booking with out penalty.Awesome property and staff!! Room was one of the best we ever had. We ate at four of the restaurants and all were exceptional. Sinatras was our favorite. Warning - Mask Nazis were present everywhere in Vegas. We will not go back with that ridiculous illegal policy in place!!

Very beautiful hotel and fantastic ambience. The issue was it was too slow compared to the other Resorts so we did not have a lot of fun gambling since most of the time we were playing by ourselves there is some of the sanitation standards are pretty double standard. Overall a beautiful resort and for the most part friendly staff.

First of all, thank you to Wynn & Encore for offering first responders of VEGAS a free night stay! I am a frontline RN who was EXHAUSTED, & completely *effing done with #Rona. This staycation allowed me the peace & comfort I needed to recharge! Now on to the review... so far, Encore Resort is the most Beautifully designed hotel that Ive seen in Vegas! The room was (I think) an executive suite equipped with automated technology controlled by Alexa. The suite was pristine clean, except for the slightly dusty black couch -not enough to change the #5star rating. There were multiple outlets installed in the bedside tables and desks all with USB ports as well. There were more outlets than we needed! The bed was extremely comfortable! I had THEE best sleep that Ive had in months now (7 straight hours). I believe it was the super comfortable down pillows! There was a spa tub & glass enclosed shower, and a TV in the bathroom. The pools were beautiful with a mural designed on the bottoms. There are many complimentary lounge chairs & also cabanas available to rent. One of the large pools had a swim up bar. Sorry, I didnt go to the EncoreBeach Club. There were multiple restaurants to chose from. Also dessert shops and coffee shops. I only saw one open bar, located in the main lobby. Theres also a little convenience store near the main elevators. The companys main show (Le Reve) has not resumed as of yet, but they offer a locals discount if u have a Nevada license. **Oh, and there are a couple of Beautiful gardens- one indoors with a real merry-go-round made of roses!!! This was such a wonderful stay that I wished I would have stayed another night!!!!

We didnt stay here, but we walked to it when we were staying across the street. Very beautiful hotel and casino, and I could see the rooms from the street at night. They look absolutely gorgeous. The casino is decked out in beautiful art, and its definitely a sight to see. I didnt care for the casino oh, it was very bright. Too bright for someone who is gambling and having some drinks and trying to get in that relaxed atmosphere. I thought it was very small, and I did not enjoy the slots. I did however enjoy the way the casino look coming in it was really spectacular. But I probably wouldnt be back there to gamble

One of the best Hotel in Las Vegas. This is a quieter and better sister of Wynn Hotel. The room are slightly bigger and nicer than Wynn. The restuarants and bars are great. Had great experience at this hotel

Quiet is about the only positive I can give. Not much choice for me in gaming, very tight machines. 800.00 down in 20 minutes. One server on a Sunday daytime football gameday, took the 20 minutes to get one drink.

I love the setting of the hotel. We did have an unfortunate situation, the hotel gave us a room that was (pretty much) on top of one of their nightclubs. My room was pounding and thumping until 3am. I know that we were in vegas but we could have been warned about how close our room was to a LOUD. The hotel made it right. Im happy. I WILL be going back. They are GREAT on security, staff is nice. Just next time, I will make sure my room isnt anywhere close to anyone of their nightclubs. Its all good

Bad experience at the Red 8 restaurant. It is unbecoming for a five star hotel.My update: I got a follow up phone call from the restaurant asking for feedback, which I appreciate. Other than that, everything else was perfect during my stay.

This hotel is one of the finest places I have stayed.The suites are enormous, with a separated sitting area, plentiful storage, a double-closet, and a luxurious bathroom. There are robes and slippers and complimentary chocolates at the turn-down.The entire room (including the drapes) can be controlled via an in-room Alexa.The staff is friendly and attentive.

The service was nice. The room was 3 stars even though you paying for 5 stars. Food is very expensive but good. I Had a wonderful time, very safe and close to mall and food places.

The best resorts Ive ever stayed at beautiful pool nice restaurants fabulous bars spacious rooms and bathrooms with tvs in them double vanity soaking tub separate shower and on hand shopping whit some of the best shops around.

I arrived on 9/28 and experienced the worst service with Omar..Omar made me feel very uncomfortable with his verbiage ..He mentioned the fees many times over ..I never questioned the fees but the incorrect room rates, in which I was correct..Omar partnered with the manager who moved me from the Encore to the Wynn..The service at the Wynn was much better but the room was dated,furniture worn and the bathroom was not clean...What I paid did not match my expectations...No way this is a 5 star...The Paris Paris would of been a better room for less money, Lastly Vallet is closed

Our flight was cancelled as we were about to board. Our airline put us up here and it was beautiful. Large room, great bed and pillows plus service 5 star. Our whole flight was at the hotel and everyone treated us wonderfully.

No doubt - the amenities and facilities provided were top notch. This is a beautiful resort on all fronts.However with price came discrimination. Every time entering the lobby to reach my tower suite, I was made to feel like I didn’t belong there, from the random temperature checks to someone reminding me that these are the Encore Tower Suites and what was I doing there? Where’s your room key even though I saw it 5 minutes ago? Who are you visiting?Despite the facilities being amazing, I will not be coming back. I loathed entering the lobby because I knew I would be confronted and would again have to explain that I do actually have a room - I am unsure if it was how I was dressed or the color of my skin.

Very nice! Restaurants are “extremely expensive” is my only complaint. Everything else is great, especially the rooms, workout area, and pools.

I star resort all the way around the rooms are very large and absolutely beautiful. You will not regret booking a stay at this hotel.

For this hotel to be so expensive and supposedly so fancy, they were extremely rude, disrespectful and quite frankly too extra to their guests. The rudeness had absolutely nothing to do with Covid 19. Will never ever stay here again no visit them when Im in Vegas

For the type of Hotel this is I expected a lil more. But the staff was friendly. They followed all the guidelines. Theres a Casino downstairs. It was a quiet one too.My 1st. Problem was the pools. Only one was open. It was the small one.2nd thing. Put taco seasoning on the taco if youre going to charge 30s for 3 tacos However the wings and mixed veggies were on point. TBH best thing is the view from 63
