Good place to stay and convenient location. Quick walk to the beach. Limited amenities due to covid but overall a nice stay.
Average Hotel. Nice location of you want to be a little bit out of the action. Pool was cute and could see it from our room. Breakfast buffet was very basic. Front desk staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful, let us have a free bag when we needed one. Would stay here again but only for a night or two.
The staff was very compassionate to my needs while I was there for a medical procedure. Hernado really made my wife comfortable and he was very helpful to her during my stay. Locals can be reassured to be taken cared of while staying there and find comfort knowing that you will given a high priority while you stay there. Thank you
Intimate hotel that seemed like home away from home. Right off Waikiki Beach and Luxury Row. Virtually everything was closed making for a very remote island getaway feel. Blue skies, even bluer ocean and sweet Hawaiian breeze. Definitely spring for the view rooms - hardwood floors, marble showers, ginormous tv with Netflix (helpful during quarantine!), large balcony. Hotel had more guests than I expected so a little understaffed but front desk was very helpful and housekeeping top notch. I didnt want my vacation to end but unfortunately my wallet had other ideas. Other than that, no complaints. The price point allowed me to spend quite a few days in paradise. Ask for Erica - she will give you the best deal in town.
Very beautiful penthouse terrace with an open lanai that is perfect to have a drink and enjoy the scenery of Waikiki! And great customer service as well. They really know how to cater to their guests! Highly recommended
Everything was amazing. Room was beautiful and clean. Customer service was awesome since you can text the front desk any issues or in our case we wanted to extend our check out time. Very quick and friendly. However, minus one star for horrible parking. We paid $20 Kamaaina rate for parking only to come back from dinner with no stalls available in their 10 car garage. We came back late at night so no one was at the front desk. We just parked on the street so not ideal.
I am dropping deets because its completely deserved and I know most people are only compelled to review when its bad, I have worked service and been a C-level exec so I feel like I can speak on both sides.First, govt, dynacorp, RGnext, military, listen up... (for vacationers know-this is NOT a govt/military hotel, 3 nights/4 days in so far and I am the only govt here Ive seen) however, Kwajalein resident here, DOD/retired Army 23 yrs and NOT interested in the military/gov hotel options.Vacationers and GOV alike, STOP wasting money at Outrigger, Ritz, Park Shore, etc when this is basically the same block... there is NO need when you can get premium accommodation for less (if not 1/8 of the price). Right off luxury row without the attitude, here you are treated with respect and like family without having to be someone. These people care, and Im going to explain how I know. COVID has a huge impact on all the resorts, but I am on night 3/5 at La Croix and for the price I was worried when booking; then again I am typically settling for less when I book Double Tree, Hilton pres/penthouse suite, or god forbid, an Omni suite depending on the city Im in. At Park Shore we did receive what I thought at the time was Hawaiian hospitality with the counter staff being polite but I wont stay there again because of how I witnessed the manager disrespecting staff and guests he didnt consider VIP.So, for my La Croix thoughts, pro and con...Ill put this in list form since I already wrote yall a book:1: they have practiced amazing social distancing and cleaning practices while still being respectful and accommodating. Id love to stay here after covid!2: They have accommodated every single want/need I have requested, including things I needed but didnt book because I didnt know I needed them. EX: I booked a room at $80/night only requesting non-smoking and a mini-fridge but after my jaw surgery I needed a microwave. I called down expecting them to charge or change my room, instead I had a microwave delivered to my room in under 20 mins at no charge. After my surgery both Fernando and Jeremy offered to bring me ice packs as needed and the lady working who I didnt catch her name has personally received my food deliveries.3: I booked while in the South Pacific so I was a day ahead and booked the wrong check-in day, they accommodated with no extra fee, hassle, etc. despite me being a day late and hours late for check-in due to my flight delay on Wake Island.4: Gone are the worthless corded room phones, you can text literally anything to them and get an immediate response from front-desk, not a robot.5: Beautiful view of downtown and while valet is on hold because of COVID they have dropped their parking rates significantly, about $15/night less than Outrigger and Ritz.6: They have the actual fastest guest wifi in Waikiki at no charge. Husband is a network engineer and confirms the speeds are insane, plus the hotel has documentation on such and we ran a speed test.7: Cleanliness: I ALWAYS travel with my own towel and sheets no matter the hotel but here my bed is so comfortable and CLEAN and towels the same.8: Location is fabulous!Cons:1: no room service currently, not sure if this is COVID related2: elevator from parking to lobby closes at 7pm unless they know youre coming, security is good, but I didnt like carrying groceries 100ft (LAZY).3: Id prefer a smart TV with ability to cast from Netflix, HBO, etc.4: need more power outlets, although a power strip is provided.5: no salon/spa on site6: about 1/4 mile from beach accessHope I could be helpful for those on the fence. Save money, be comfy, have a great time!
Worst place to have your honeymoon or vacation!!!!Me and my wife checked into this please and no one told us that it’s going to be construction going from 9 am to 6 pm, but what’s happened I wake up from pounding, drilling, sewing sounds, when I came to front desk they were all nice and everything and they promised me and insure me it’s not gonna happen in a different room that they move me to, but What actually happened the next day it start even earlier and when I came downstairs and asked for take care of my problem they refused to help and tell me that is my fault and day time manager was so disrespectful It was crazy, make sure you ask great questions when you book your reservations in this hotel unless you like construction sounds and waking up early from the random noise
We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The service was divine, they made sure to accommodate to our every need. Looking forward to returning another time. Highly recommend to all of my friends and family
Positive: The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
This place was perfect for the covid discount. Normally almost a $600/night and we got a penthouse suite for $300. Pool was pretty small for the size of hotel but perfect while there wasnt really any tourists. Disappointed with the free breakfast not being available but since the lockdown just took place, totally understandable! Host super friendly! Water(lime and lemon) and hot coffee available at checkin which is always a plus for me!
So happy with the Silver King room - it was on the corner of the building so I got TWO decks with different views. Room had a fridge and microwave - a MUST for travelling in Hawaii. Bed was super comfy. The staff was nice and always helpful. Hot breakfast was great and saved me a lot of money on food. Awesome location - if you are on the south side of the building a beautiful view of the park with the ocean behind it. Nice little pool and good quality deck chairs. The rooms had some work needed (beat up baseboards, leaky bath faucet), but a crew was busy every day painting and sprucing up the place, so I can tell the new ownership is taking it seriously. I will definitely be staying here again.
Positive: The room was nice and quiet
People up front, Fernando, Philip and Paisley were awesome! The parking was not good, ok the website it said complimentary pool, etc but upon checkin, it was a $70 charge which made it confusing. Pool was nice as well as the sauna. Friendly vibe
I stayed here back in April with a couple of friends. We stayed in the Gold Corner Studio. The room was really spacious and we had 2 private balconies which was great. The TV was also really big so watching movies together was fun. The AC unit made the room really chilly which made sleeping that much more comfortable. And the staff here was very friendly! I enjoyed my experience here and will most likely be staying here in the future.
Cute. Quaint. Great location. Under renovation. Pool is cute/small nice... Hot tub was dirty and low on water. 3rd floor close to road.. room felt like we were in a basement. Cool happy hour. The renovation will be nice when done Im sure... I like the retro feel. Hotel is old so slow elevators. Its a cute small hotel. With tons of potential To be even better. ABC and bus right there.pretty good for price.
Great location in Waikiki. Staff was wonderful and hospitable. Our corner room was spacious and nice. Awesome amenities and peaceful view. Love the breakfast also.Would love to stay again.
Great location in Waikiki. Staff was wonderful and hospitable. Our corner room was spacious and nice. Liked the breakfast but may want to add sausage or bacon as there’s no meat. Also a printer would help for those who want to print boarding passes at the front desk. Would stay again.
Positive: I liked the workers, everyone was polite and well mannered. The location was perfect right in the middle of every shopping center and beach. Negative: No
The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, the pictures of the room are more impressive than the room itself, and they wouldn’t go outside on the balcony. The door was literally screwed shut. Took quite a long time to check in, also. Not impressed. We could hear the neighbors banging in and out of their room.
Great location - easy walk to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Friendly staff - when overwhelmed, response can be slow, but they do their best. Convenient breakfast - Fresh fruits, French toast with coconut syrup, and other choices are very satisfying. Managers Welcome serves up mai tais and snacks - relaxing after a day of exploring the Island. CLEAN. Planned excursions for free or reduced price.
The hotel room itself as a little dated and was in need of a good renovation but the sheets and mattress were pretty clean. We were very impressed by the continental breakfast which was delicious and had great selection. The pool was nice but lacking some sun chairs as they were almost always full. Overall the value of the room matched the hotel and it was a good experience.
Horrible place to stayI wish they would tell me that there is a construction going on I would never book this hotel in the first place!!No one going to help you, don’t book your vacation in this place, I supposed to have a king-size bed and I was really disappointed that I had to sleep in separate beds in my honeymoon because they messed it up,I had to ask them four times to clean my room when they were supposed to do it without me telling them, the front desk is really nice and the night manager is really helpful but it didn’t change my experience on my honeymoon, after I cancelled multiple times i had to go downstairs and address the problems that I have with the room due to not organise and reckless management that operate this hotel, everything looks nice but barely working and I’m disappointed if construction wile customers staying there and paying full price for the hotel That you can’t truly enjoy it
Positive: Quiet and convenient
The BEST PRICES FOR YOUR BUCK ALL NEW EVERYTHING TRY THE 16th floor theBOMB!!!!
Positive: The location was good. Workers were friendly. Negative: The parking is extremely limited. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. There was hair in the bath tub and something sticky stuck to the bottom of the trash can. The room was infested with tiny ants that infested our food.
It was wonderful. All the staff were professional and pleasant. Also Ming (breakfast staff) was amazing person. She was great, knowledgeable And answering our questions with a smile on your face. thank you
We went last year (2019 BC, Before Covid) and it’s amazing. It’s close to walk for walks to great food and shopping. Friendly staff and clean rooms. My son and I had a great time and can’t wait to go back again :)
I didnt go there but i am nice
Parking is limited and very stinky.Room was small but we got the best wheel in bathroom for my daughter on the wheelchair.Very noisy from upstairs or next room.Pool was small kind but great to have small pool medium pool and deep one.Gym was too small.I love the location. Not too busy in this area.Have complimentary breakfast
Erica was a such a wonderful welcome into Hawaii and such a kind soul! World needs more people like her around!!
Had a great time and enjoyed my stay. Darwin was a huge help and the room was fantastic..!
Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very kind. Plus it has a good view of Honolulu. Were very satisfied.
We spoke with Erica at the desk to make our reservation. She was very friendly and got us a great deal. Looking forward to meeting her when we stay.
Upon arrival we were greeted very nicely and given all info that we needed to know, the front desk was very polite and understanding of our situation and it made checkin go very smoothly. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable and we enjoyed every moment there and we look forward to our next visit.
Stay was from 6/26-6/28/2020. This hotel, once construction is done, will be a 3 star hotel, hopefully. Until then it is a 2 star. I am giving a 3 star rating now because the front desk staff, Erica specifically, are very friendly. She went out of her way to help us as much as she could. I knew about construction prior to booking so no fault on the old carpet, terrible mattress, and rusty pipes (the shower water was brown/orange at the start). I also understand it is COVID-19 that is no excuse for it to take over 45 rings for someone to answer the phone. Even once we were in the room on the room phone no one answered and we had to go down to the lobby to get help. Parking is confusing and needs signs and arrows to inform people of where to go especially with the construction going on. The pool is very small and on the 4th floor so the view is not that great (mostly traffic, buildings, some trees). If all you care about is a place to crash while you are in Waikiki then go for it but if you want nice amenities, comfort and cleanliness skip this one, at least until construction is over.
Let me get to the point:PROS: super quaint and some floors have rooms that are remodeled, the VIEW in some rooms are AWESOME!, it’s not very busy so it’s really nice to have some quiet time, the POOL has a view to die for, they have food u can order from a local food place, they have drinks u can order too, there is an ABC store in the front, the parking is close, so ur not walking for days to the front, they have late check out for $20 an hr, their housekeepers are really good, rooms are clean, they really try to accommodate u with ur requests.Cons: sewer smell in the basement parking, they had construction going on when we were there.Even with my CONS, I still gave them 5 stars...I would give more if I could. We stayed for a week....This is Afu by the way...Love this cute quaint hotel!!!
We had a good stay in this hotel. Breakfast, staff and service are very good, location is ok (two blocks from beach and fancy stores/restaurants) and room was ok too. Hotel looks a bit old.
Positive: very friendly staff nice quiet AC . Negative: old, run down furniture, big gap in door frame to hallway, therefore bright light and loud noises late in the night due tono insulation.
Great staycation! Staff was excellent and very friendly. Great views from my room and loved the infinity pool overlooking the park. Will be back soon!
A bit underwhelming. Carpet in the room is sticky but no hotel slippers. Location is good. Room is v v small. Breakfast is repetitive and no meat except scrambled eggs. Overall still value for money but leave all posh hotel expectations at the door.
Hotel Lacroix is a gem in Waikiki. If you’re looking for a great stay with access to the best that Waikiki has to offer, this is it. We booked three days in advance and were immediately upgraded over the phone and then upgraded again when we arrived. The hospitality was impressive on these points alone, and it gets better...The pool area, the reason we chose the Lacroix, exceeded our expectations. It is clean and offers a beautiful view of Waikiki, the ocean and the parks in the area. We had a minor snafu with construction happening on he 6th floor, and Micheal, the hotel manager, concierge and all around good guy basically comped us a night for the inconvenience- are you kidding me? What a gift for a couple on honeymoon.Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience, from waking up in the cloud like bed, to morning breakfast, to poolside sundown, every minute stacked up to expectations and then over delivered.Stay here and be happy. My wife (pictured) and I certainly were.
Amazing experience lovely guest services, enjoyed my experience will stay again
Positive: Large room
They say they have the best internet in waikiki 300 mbps and it takes days without working you try to see a movie and you cant what happens? no one gives an answer or they solve it
The beds were not super comfortable. But overall the hotel was pretty clean considering everything going on with COVID-19. The first day there was hand sanitizer but the rest of the trip you could only find hand sanitizer in the dining room.
Good location, really good rates.
This was a back to back wkend stay for us. First wkend I was given a nice room on the fifteenth floor great stay. I loved the accommodations so I booked a second stay for next weekend given a 3rd floor room next to the pool where I imagined there would lotsa fun & noise. I accepted the room I mentioned it to supervisor Naoki who upgraded us to the awesome penthouse. Unfortunately for the second day we were moved out of penthouse to the sixth floor which was very comfortable but not as special as the La Croix penthouse. The theme In this hotel is Love and Aloha, give the props to the team who thought of this theme as it certainly reflected in the aura of the staff and this establishment. Mahalo to Lily for her smooth transition to the second day accommodations.
Nice pool. Average room but great bsng for buck. Good location
This is an older hotel that has had the rooms partially remodeled. But it still is an old hotel. I had problems with my electricity and it turned out it was a breaker. The last day I was there two of the three elevators were under repair. An okay location and the hotel is okay if you can get it at a good rate.
I loved this place, was already stoked to be in hawaii arrived at the hotel and was well pleased with the front desk staff that checked me in. When i got to my room was impressed with all the natural elements (hardwood floors, awesome wood-panel hallways, real marble and stone through out hotel, huge tv’s, quiet cold AC’s and they also have a very efficient gym..the pool was awesome has Love and Aloha written in the bottom of pool floor!! when i asked the front desk about it they said,” that is our culture to provide you the best love and aloha we can give from our hearts and we hope you feel it everywhere here from the rooms to the staff!!!They also have a pool-bar, sauna and hot-tub but was closed due to the covid. Fyi they also said a VIP lounge is opening this summer..I will definitely be back was great experience thank you so much..
Thank you so much for giving us such wonderful experience on our honeymoon!Amazing staff and amazing hotel. The complimentary gifts you gave us was truly appreciated!
Staffs were nice and accommodating. Service was beyond my expectations.
Dear The Hotel La Croix Staff and Management,Thank you for making my vacation a very comfortable and memorable stay. My family and I appreciate everything you all have done to make our vacation the best one to remember. I want to send a special thank you to ERIKA who has been really helpful while my stay here. She always provides excellent customer service to my family and I. Along with showing love and aloha everyday that weve been here. I also would like to thank the housekeeping staff for always providing great room service and for sanitizing the common areas for all guests to have a safe and clean environment. Overall, we enjoyed every bit of Hotel La Croix, the room, the pool, the freshly made coffee with breakfast and best of all the hotel la Croix staff. All the staff here are such wonderful and nice people. They work hard to provide the best and safe service to all guests. We couldnt ask for anything better on our vacation while here. We definitely will choose Hotel La Croix again when we decide to take another vacation and I will definitely recommend Hotel La Croix to all my family and friends. Again, Thank you Hotel La Croix staff for providing us a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast included. Free happy hour for 2 drinks. Friendly check in staff
Great friendly staff. Breakfast was always great. Location was fabulous
Rooms are clean, easy access to main street of Waikiki, pool and laundry are not cleaned regularly. The resort fees should not apply to this hotel. Ive stayed at actual resorts and the fees you can justify by all the amenties they offer but not this place. Valet guys super nice and polite but we generally waited 5-10 min to find the 1 guy they have.
Nice location. Close to beach but not on the beach. They give you snorkeling equipment and board for the day which is included in the price. I made the reservation looking at the satisfaction star rating of 4.5. This is clearly over rated. My wife was not happy with the hotel as it is old and the faucets has permanent stains. The door frame leading to the balcony is old and made of aluminum. My analysis why it is overrated is because there was a letter will be given to all guests (from the management) requesting to give a high rating. 3 star rating is the correct rating, otherwise the tourists would be misled. I travel a lot and rely and make my decisions based on the satisfaction rating. Breakfast is average but charge 20$ per person . We went to near by McDonald (2 blocks from hotel) purchased nice hot breakfast for fraction of the cost.
Room online is not at room I got. Was more like a small closet placed next to the noisy fire escape. Room ac either freezing or will not turn on at all. Sheets stained and dirty, blinds allow too much street light in at night. Fire alarm went off in room at 1 am, and then again at 10:30 am for over 15 minutes and noisy construction ongoing in room next door. Bed hard and terribly uncomfortable. Will never stay here again
Positive: The penthouse was great with an incredible view, the pool and gym are nice, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. For the total price we paid, I do not believe a better value could have been had. Negative: Metal frames on the windows creak loudly when they heat up from the sun at about 7:00-7:30 AM acting like an alarm clock you cannot turn off
Surprised by the real wood flooring and carrara marble vanity in the bathroom...plus infinity pool and sauna (although sauna was closed due to Covid 19)
Positive: The staff were very polite and welcoming! Negative: I wouldve liked a heavier blanket on the bed. There were two thin (sheet-like) covers but I would describe them as more of a sheet rather than a blanket. I suppose we couldve asked for more though so not a huge deal. Parking is not free, $35/night.
All the staff is amazing the most helpful and friendly I have ever had in a Hotel, and we have visited 35 countries, Miles with the smiles helped us out with local information. The rooms are very clean, with lots of space, they have been modernized with paint and new vanity, we had a kitchen which had a great coffee machine, microwave, a fridge, sink, cutlery, a dinner set, coffee mugs, large drinking cups, and pots (a frypan would have been a nice inclusion and a tea towel). (kettle available at Reception). Breakfast was great. Air Conditioner was fantastic. A plus with Buses at the door, but you could hear them and we were on the 6th floor, so you may want to request a room on the other side of the building if noise bothers you. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. all in all great. Thank you for making the holiday fantastic.
Positive: Location was as expected...Good. Breakfast was very much appreciated. Negative: Our room smelled of mold or mildew upon our arrival. Cleaning staff and front desk advised BUT they only sprayed perfume or disinfectant to mask the smell. This was useless as the smell was coming from the bathtub drain. probably rotting hair, etc.
Cute small hotel, very clean and well appointed. Spacious rooms, great location in the heart of Waikiki. Great value
Continental breakfast is very limited and not filling, housekeeping staff weren’t timely, there was a loud odor coming from the pipes in the room, smell like sewage. The gym was very small and limited.
Not at all what it looks like in photos
Positive: Great location, helpful staff. And decent breakfast. Negative: I found a couple roaches in the bathroom. Staff refunded amenities fee, but didnt do anything else. It would have been nice if they sprayed.
Positive: The room. My husband liked it. The floor staff were great! Negative: The elevators were very slow. The front desk was slow and not welcoming. . The location was okay and the parking was not so greatl and they wanted to charge 20 bucks to park a scooter . The jacuzzi never heated up!
. The receptionist was very rude last night
Location was a few blocks out of Waikiki proper so a little quieter but still easily walkable to everywhere. Great breakfast credit one per room which meant one person could get breakfast for $4.50 each day. I didn’t love this hotel and staff however. It wasn’t particularly welcoming. Wifi was really patchy, the gym was small. Pool had been done up and there was evidence of other maintenance and upgrades being done. Bed was comfortable, fridge was noisy and I had to ask to have it looked at.
I paid more for a better room it was to be a studio corner high and quiet. The room we were given was not at all like the photos on the web booking sites. The listed photo showed an updated room very modern and spacious. Room 1607 was very outdated and we were not impressed at all with the very cheap fittings nor was it a corner room. I complained and we were given the penthouse yes the views were good but it too was very outdated in the fittings. I did view a room later on on level 8 and it was a stark contrast it was modern and it was obvious the whole floor level 8 had been renovated. my question is why are guests not told that some rooms have not been renovated? and why are the photos fake with the room that category that you book under?
People staff are really great and friendly - very pleasant
Great staff, friendly and accommodating! Hotel clean, and well maintained. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent!
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was put on the 4th floor with the pool and right across from the elevator.. The room was noisy from people playing at the pool in the evening, the staff cleaning the pool at 7 am and chatting. Also the tourist buses stopped right outside the window and made loud announcements until 9:30pm.
Great location and clean! The staff is great specially Keola and my buddy Miles, Erica and Shara
Nothing special at la Croix but a nice simple, tidy hotel that offers good value for money
It’s worth money. It’s relatively cheaper and the room is decent.
Greeted by friendly staff upon check-in. Hotel is close proximity to bus stops, restaurants, shopping area, and the beach.
Good location just on the edge of Waikiki so easy to walk in, but quieter and less crowded. Smaller property so bit less soulless than the big ones
Terrible customer experience. 2 additional unauthorised transactions charged to my credit card by the hotel appeared on my statement. When I enquired about it with multiple emails and phone calls, they were not able to explain the charges as they have no record of it and advised me to deal with my own bank. This hotel doesnt seem to understand that when they took your credit card they have the obligation to explain what are the charges are for. Very disappointing! Dont ever trust this hotel with your credit card!
Great!
We didnt live like kings as you might in pricier Waikiki hotels, but we had comfortable beds, a light, airy room, wonderfully friendly staff and an outstanding breakfast every morning, plus the free loan of beach gear and a central location. What more could you ask for?
Lovely stay, welcoming staff, thank you. My suggestion would be for the rooms with kitchenettes to be more equipt e.g. wine opener, kettle (should come in kitehenette room), more utensils.
Good view from the balcony. Nicely clean and general items like tv, hair dryer etc.
There is nothing really special about this hotel but it’s ok for staying few days by yourself. Too bad there was no boiler. It’s relatively cheap but there will be resort fee.
So bad no elevator
Parking fees were excessive $30.00/day. Everything else was great.
Tiny rooms. No table or chairs to sit, only beds. Elevator from parking garage was filthy and tiny and dark. Rooms were very clean.
Liz at reception was an absolute pleasure We had just flown a night flight from Las Vegas and were desperate for some sleep she let us check in early which was a first for us as we had been traveling for over a month and were exhausted Very lovely hotel in a fantastic location will definitely come back and stay here again Thank you
When I booked the room it said queen size bed and it wasnt. The room was so small I had trouble putting my luggage and myself in the room.
When we walked in the A/C was off and the room took hours to get cool. The place was decent but needs to be up kept as the beds weren’t the most comfortable. To include the outrageous parking fee which is an underground TINY parking garage that requires you to squeeze into stalls. Not the best
Positive: Everything!! Esp the staff! Negative: No
Positive: Location Negative: Not worth the money and the staff were non existent. Had to move multiple times due to unruly guests..
Positive: It was quiet, clean and the staff was friendly. Negative: My only issues were Covid related and not the hotels fault.
Positive: NOTHING. There was hair from the previous person left on the wall of the bathroom, and the room had the door seal showing that it has been cleaned. This is a threat of COVID. Negative: When I arrived they had the garage being worked on and I was told to wave my hand so that they could open the garage door. Well they forgot and I was banging on the door and calling the front desk with no answer.
It was a short stay, but very pleased. The staff were very nice.
