The rooms are amazing. We didnt go to the pool, but the staff were kind and made our stay very nice. I love that there are so many options around the hotel to pick something up, get starbucks, Or just take a nice walk. We are very happy to be visiting again soon!

This was a nice property close to everything. Just a block to the beach and shopping, The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and equipped with all the amenities. The pool, jacuzzi and gym were adequate. Fair value for what you get. A lobby bar would be a nice addition.

I booked the Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk through Shelby Resorts online. The booking experience was easy and I had the option to pay half the amount at the time of booking and then I paid the remaining balance a month before I checked-in. The resort is situated perfectly in the heart of Waikiki. It is one block away from the beach near the Outrigger Reef Hotel and is surrounded by an abundant amount of retail shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, Starbucks and soo much more. I booked an two bedroom apartment on the lower level and ended up being on Level 7 and our little verandahs faced the Waikiki Beach Walk, directly opposite the very popular Yard House restaurant and bar. The apartment was really big and had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. It had a dining area, large living room with tv, and two bathrooms with a bath each. The rooms were clean and tidy and well maintained. The check-in process was a little slow but the activity organisers were really nice and gave us shell necklaces and made us feel right at home. They helped us throughout our ten day stay with booking a car and Luau. The resort allowed us to borrow towels that we could use at the pool, spa and even the beach. Every day they had a free activity for us like a table tennis competition with free pizza, free shaved ice, lei making and so much more. The Wyndham is a perfect place to stay for families.

This has been a very nice place to stay in. We were in a 2 bed/2 bath presidential suite, which has fantastic A/C, furniture and a full size kitchen. The staff have been curious and professional. The photos were from our balcony.

Only parking available is valet for $40, rip off. Even though we were guests, not owners, we had to pay a ”timeshare” tax. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

So close to the beach, center of Waikiki. Food and fun all around. But the Wyndham is fantastic. My grandchildren & I swim, in the pool, play table tennis & shoot pool on premises. So enjoyable.

Our one bedroom condo was adequate but had some mechanical issues. No ice machine with a loud refrigerator engine, not constant but randomly at night. Washing machine was also very loud when trying to wash clothes. Best part was having John chia, hospitality manager listen to our concerns about Wyndham and their high pressure sales presentations no matter what property we visit. If you are a single owner and married, the spouse is still required to attend sales presentations. This does not sound like a 21st century way to do business so I will NOT participate in them anymore AND how much longer I will stay in Club Wyndham will probably be for a shorter time than the years of the future that I once thought it would be.

Super location and perfect accomodations. Our kitchen had everything necessary to make a complete meal. And its a short Lyft ride to Whole Foods. Really nice and clean. Good people at the front desk.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. This place is amazing. The staff is absolutely incredible and go out of their way to make you feel like your a part of the family. Jake, Terry and all the people at the concierge desk went above and beyond to help my wife and I plan activities to do on the island. They always greeted us with a smile and a shaka. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well taken care of. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had all the amenities of home. The location is a great spot for access to a ton of restaurants and shopping. Melissa from the sales department was amazing during our owners meeting.We had an incredible time, and are sad to have our time here in Hawaii come to an end.

I booked a trip to stay at Waikiki Beach Walk and, because of the COVID-19 epidemic, I am forced to cancel it as no flights are allowed in or out of Hawaii during the time I booked for (May). In light of the travel ban restrictions, I requested a refund but they are refusing to refund me- they are only offering a PARTIAL credit to be used at a later date. Im surprised that a business would kick someone down when we are supposed to be banning together to help one another. Very disappointed and would NEVER recommend booking here.

Weve been to Waikiki several times & usually try a new hotel each time. I chose the Wyndham based on location. I couldnt be happier with out stay here! Upon entering the suite, I was surprised by the beautifully decorared room! The only way to travel. Some may say this can be a serious note to carry-equivalent to a mortgage depending on points-but it is worth it. It is a home away from home. You get a full kitchen/kitchenette, living/dining room, full bath/shower with jacuzzi tub, king/queen or double beds, lanai(balcony) with views & washer/dryer in the unit. What more could you want & alot more than a hotel room. Pool, hot tub jacuzzi are a great place to end the day after being @ the beach all day. As an owner I say try it, you can always use your points anywhere Wyndham has property. This is thee place if you are a beach person!!!! Plus lots of shops & places to eat if you choose not to venture out on the island.

Well we booked a two-bedroom presidential suite came in here and they do the normal song and dance a wants to go see a sales presentation for the timeshare and they have the audacity to give us something thats free anyone can go see for Arbor for free and theyre trying to tell us its a $200 value per person its free so my wife was not very happy with this outcome we wasted over five hours of our day dealing with this horrible horrible Sales Group horrible after five hours they refunded our deposit kind of never really apologize no ones ever really say anything save your time do not ever ever come to Waikiki Wyndham ever dont ever come here dont not one bit dont waste your time dont come here Im not joking the sales presentation theyre going to send you off to poor Harbor which is free anyone can go its and the absolute best part of this whole entire trip they do not care at all nothing they dont care they got my points they got me here its all I care about they dont care about nothing money even Im listening to stupid presentation they have out here all about getting money making sure theyre happy to buy more points this is horrible Ive never felt like this at any one of them this is the absolute worst Wyndham and hear the best part presidential suite overlooking Waikiki Diamond Head beautiful room under construction 20% of your sales presentation thats free dont come here dont dont come here whatever you do do not come here youre not going to be happy stay far far far away

This place is in a great location. Employees are exceptional, kind, informative. The Aloha spirit is strong here. Close to everything in Waikiki.

Location, location! Amenities are a bit short but the location is excellent in our opinion. Rooms are nice and comfortable with most kitchen things you might need.Because there are tall buildings surrounding, there isnt much time when there is sun at the pool but the beach is very close.

2 stars because the employees were so great, and every request we made was done quickly and with a smile. The rest of the experience was not great. Bed was horrible, my back still hurts. View was of a parking garage and other hotels. Location was not great. Shower had abysmal water pressure. We had a 100% better experience at the Hitlon Village a year ago. Over all, not impressed by Wyndham properties at all. Their timeshare rooms are a huge rip off. Stay away

Nice location to stay at and close to the beach and shopping but the parking garage right next store to the hotel. Horns, lights and screeching tires. It does die down late at night though. Cocktails are recommended or a sedative.

Great central location! Our 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were huge and kitchen well equipped and included washer and dryer.

Nice place to stay, but Ive stayed at better Wyndham properties. This place was just a little tired... Showing lots of wear and tear. Definitely time for an update.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Very popular amongst travelers. The beach nearby is offered a bit crowded, but thankfully they have changed the laws about the homeless folks and pushed then father down the island.

Nice place. Nice rooms. A little walk to the beach. Not many views from the room as Waikiki is nothing but high rises and shopping. I would look Into one of their resorts on the north shore.

Grear trip. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Kept harassing us to see a presentation. No housekeeping service for 8 days. Seems hottub was reserved for a large group. No balcony on room. Valet parking was extremely expensive.

We made a reservation here for family vacation, we had to add one more person and room to our reservation, so they switched us to the other Wyndham that’s further inland and not as near the beach. Not impressed

The rooms were nice. We had a two bedroom condo that had lots of room for 4 adults and a baby. This location is excellent for walking the beachwalk and strip. It is a little bit of a hike to the nicer beaches.

They didn’t communicate well. Didn’t explain we needed to take out our garbage and call every time we needed towels or any items for our room. For someone trying out Wyndham’s program not the best impression.

Great Location in the middle of Waikiki but not on the approx 500 from beach maybe a 2 minute walk. One thing weird about this place was the pool. Its a adult people deep pool 7.5 deep end and shallow end is 5 feet deep. Units are very nice.

Most staff very friendly/helpful but it seems that they have to hit all guests with their high pressure timeshare sales.This being my second visit to Wikikii, my wife and myself WILL NOT RETURN to Hawaii due to the degregation and third class citizen treatment we received due to the State and Wyndham Hotels non smoking infringement of basic rights.America the Free is a falasy here.

As of April 2019, the overnight rate with in and out privileges was $40.00 for non-owners and $38.00 for owners (valet). The location is one of the best in Waikiki.

This is a membership resort located within walking distance of Waikiki beach. It is also within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I happened to be there while a major hurricane was brewing and management kept their guests informed and safe. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, and quiet.

It was a very nice place to stay and very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback here was that the pool didnt have a shallow end for the kids to swim in.

Stayed with friends here, the company was great the place was okay. Typical hotel in a high traffic area. All the amenities of home were included.

Upscale shops in wide variety from art galleries to Christmas shop, from beach clothes and shoes to grocery/variety stores. Dennys is close to Giovannis and coffee, pastries, and gelato. Even a health food snack shop! Lots to wander through or buying options. Beach is just 3 minutes walk. Trolley and bus lines are easy access.

Great timeshare resort in the heart of Waikiki Beach Walk. Minutes to the beach and other local attractions in Waikiki. Rooms are large with separate kitchen dining bedrooms and laundry. Cleaning has fallen down a bit over the years and the units are no loner cleaned well and hopefully this is improved in the future.

We stayed at the Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk for three nights while we were at a conference at another hotel. We originally reserved a one-bedroom Suite but was upgraded to a two-bedroom Suite. The sweet was huge! The beds were nice and comfy and all the appliances, showers, bathrooms, Etc were very classy. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only gripe I have is being charged $38 per night for parking. Other than that, great Hotel!

It’s a clean hotel, but beyond that there are lots of issues. The view in all directions is obstructed by taller hotels, the rooms are very loud even on the top floor (14) from the air conditioning, street noises, and construction. The valet also damaged my rental vehicle, paint scraped off the rear door from backing into concrete in the parking spot; no self-park was available. To get to Waikiki Beach you have to go through a long alley where the hotel workers take their smoke breaks, and then follow a long boardwalk through some smaller beaches and other hotel pool areas. The pool is very small, but I expect most people would prefer the beach when in Hawaii.

Located centrally close to everything which was fantastic. The 2 bedroom apartment was a great size with loads of amenities. Both showers had very weak pressure. Beds really comfortable. Only major gripe was that no service was done on our apartment during our 2 night stay plus no fresh towels either.

Nice place . Close to the beach and close to shopping and bus lines. Also the rooms are quiet. My only complaint is the ice maker in the fridge is slow. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Also it about 6 Miles from the airport.

Rooms were large and it was located in a very convenient location. Hot tub can fit about 6 people comfortably, though we missed it at first since we went at night (its in the corner of the swimming pool area). Pool area is open from 8:00 to 23:00.

Overall if I didnt have the room I describe below. Would be a good hotel for a room to crash and eat in if price was right. Room 521 bedroom window stares directly into the adjacent buildings stairwells with extremely bright lights on all night. With the blinds perfectly closed the room wont get dark. Living room window stares directly into parking structure with alarms going off all night (punishment for staying in Waikiki during the weekend)

Very nice rooms - nicer than expected. Had two different rooms since we had so many people. Both were 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rooms with spacious kitchens. Then upon checkout they kept our bags in a separate area so we could enjoy our final day before heading to the airport. Wyndham also arranged taxis to get us to the airport. When we came back the final evening to get our luggage and just relax before the cabs arrived they let us use a one bedroom one bathroom condo so we could freshen up and have AC. Very nice area. Also enjoyed the complimentary shave ice on Saturdays the kids enjoyed a nice treat.

I would definitely stay here again. While I wasn’t in an ocean view room, this place is all about the location. Close to public transit, shops, beach, eateries and free entertainment. Plus, it’s located on a road where fewer cars pass so it’s safe & quiet. The kichtenette had all necessities if you want to save on eating out everyday. The courtesy room was very welcome and allowed us to enjoy a final full day as our flight was in the evening. The reception staff: Tom, Charles, Kay,,,were kind, friendly and helpful.

Always excellent. We are locals so we have the pleasure of enjoying Waikiki Beachwalk often. We are also seniors and my husband is very ill.We wish that Wyndham would allow locals a bit more since we frequent this fabulous resort & always share our experience with others.Lea was the best ever!! So informative about the new Wyndham, various ways to enhance our account for the future, and felt she was genuine. Unlike some past experiences, she was more than excellent!! I just love her!

Very well appointed one bedroom apartment. Really appreciated things like washer, dryer, dishwasher and safe. The apartment was modern and immaculately presented. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help with any enquiries. Extensive cable TV channels was a bonus. Although we didnt use it the spa bath was a nice touch. The location is excellent if you are looking to stay in downtown Waikiki close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

The hotel has great staff but the amenities are not family friendly for kids under 10. The pool begins at 5ft. There is no kiddie pool. They have arts and crafts, which is nice, but you have to walk to the beach for kids to enjoy themselves and play in the water.
