Really outdated that isn’t up to the normal standard of other RCI timeshare properties. Our unit had dirty/badly stained carpet and even the toilet seat no longer had the coating, so needed to be replaced years ago. When we arrived, the pillow cases weren’t changed and the coffee pot and knife block were both moldy. After three days we were able to get a working coffee pot. We kept shoes on inside (even after vacuuming). Pillows were so thin it took 3 to make a standard thickness. The rooms are very noisy - windows don’t have any insulation so even closed you hear traffic all night. We booked months ago and renovations on the pool were supposed to be complete at least a month prior to our arrival, but they weren’t and we had already booked flights so couldn’t switch locations since there were no alternatives. Overall pretty disappointing. Would definitely recommend staying elsewhere.

Jacque was really great to deal with. We arrived early after 9 hours flying and she not only stored our luggage for us but was able to prioritise cleaning of the apartment we were going into so that our very tired kids could get some rest after not sleeping on the plane. The apartment was very well stocked with ample towels and was immaculately clean. Also, its in central Waikiki, close to everything and only a few minutes walk to the beach.

I stayed here on my honeymoon in July and only have positive things to say about it! The rooms were spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed! Although it was not fully updated it was very clean! Parking is free and thats a major plus since you are in walking distance to everything! The staff was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed!

Secure, free assigned parking for owners, the building is older and units are on the smaller side and somewhat dated but comfortable and a close to everything Wakiki !

Unit was clean. Staff was nice. Good location. International market, starbucks,macdonalds across the st. Unit was a bit dated but clean. About 3 blocks to the beach. Our parking was free. Trolly stopped outside out door.

Beginning with the delightful staff -very friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable. views to Waikiki Beach, to watch the surfers in morning, the city lights by night. Very centrally located, a few blocks from the beach, with bus stops at the door. My only complaint is that there was an internet charge. Most establishments offer free internet these days. I left some clothing in a drawer and am hoping to retrieve soon.

I hate It! I am so disappointed. The ac, bathroom commode and coffee maker is so loud! The bed is awful. The pillows are awful. I compare to a used Motel 6. The pool area is sickening. No hot tub. Everything looks dirty. And it was rated 4 stars. No way. RCI you should be ashamed to offer your customers this.

I work here but Im not being bias at all in my rating. We work hard to keep our guests happy . Not to mention our boss, Jacque, who will be waiting to greet you with a smile, is amazing at juggling everyone and your luggage as you are entering the office. If your room is not ready yet, dont take it out on her. Just go chill out by the pool on the 7th floor and enjoy the sun!
