The hotel is very old and needs updating. The halls smelled of garbage (literal trash from the trash chute) the entire week. Had no idea where to check-in at (4th floor in a shady looking office). The furniture was uncomfortable and there was too much packed into the tiny condo. We planned on cooking most our meals (hence getting a place with a kitchen), but there wasn’t much room to move around, so we only cooked the night we arrived. The dishes were in the cupboards dirty, so had to clean everything before using them. The air conditioner did not keep the room very cold either. Would not stay here again.

The staff was great the rooms were very clean. Near everything in the heart of Waikiki. The beach is a two block walk, food and shopping nearby. Great place for a family or a couple.

Very clean, well managed, awesome location.Close to everything.. Perfect for our vacation.Kitchen came in very handy and we enjoyed and made good use of the bbqs. Would definitely recommend especially if you like the idea of having a full kitchen..

We had an upper mountain view unit. It was perfect. The view was awesome and the overall location was fantastic. It was close to the beach, shopping, dining, the park.. it was just very good. The king sized bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. We also used the bbq area on the rec deck several times. Overall this is pretty decent place and great value. Very clean and well operated.

Good location. In Waikiki but just on the outside of Waikiki so it was quiet. Property managers were wonderful and the parking was free!!!! Pool was nice and hot tubs were nice as well. Room decor was a little dated but very clean. Overall it was a very nice experience. I have found a new place to stay when we travel to Oahu

I liked the location, parking available, kitchen, bath and bedroom in great working order. Read the reviews so brought my own preferred bar soap and shampoo. Had a great view of Diamond Head, morning sun so the window shades and a/c was great.We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Pool was under remodel the whole week we were there. Great location. Great sized room. Not far from beach. Will stay here again next year.

Property was perfect for a family. The murphy bed made the functionalaty of the living space versatile and the location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean. Kitchen essentials were good. Good location. Easy access to public transport and eateries. Nice city views. Free parking. Fast lifts. Dislikes : Wifi could only support 2 devices at any one time. Squeaky murphy bed. No complimentary toiletries. Bedroom lighting was not adequate with only bedside table lamps.

Family friendly. We chose this property because it provided a separate bedroom from the living area, with a murphy bed. For the price, it was a good solution for a family vacation. Location and amenities were satisfactory.

Close to a beautiful beach. Property itself is good. Just confusing the first time you try to find the office.

Condos are well situated a few blocks up from the main drag in Waikiki. The condos are well equipped, clean (granted they are dated) have 2 TVs, free internet that is not shared. Pool area is nice. They provide beach chairs and towels and the price is right.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. Staying here you will be close to great restaurants and shopping and more importantly waikiki beach.

A nice place to lay your head. And so close Things to Do and main bus lines it is hard to beat. The people are really friendly here, and the market and coffee place on the first floor are a keeper. You have to remember to go to the 4th floor for the time share.1008mb110ft

Staff is very accommodating. Rooms are a bit outdated but I didnt mind.

There was nothing fancy about the property. Average overall I liked the fact it had full kitchen. Save some money cooking instead of eating out. Towel service once a week. Upon arrival two packs of coffee was provided and the hotel does not provide anymore, same with soap. Response I got was if we had to provide them everyday it would increase service fee

Cet hotel est très difficile a trouver, il ny a aucun panneaux dans la rue, il faut monter au 4ème étage dune tour pour enfin trouver une petite pancarte avec le nom de lhotel. Hormis ce point je recommande lhotel, il est très bien situé, et le rapport qualité prix est plus que correct.
