Rundown mobile homes & the tiny lots are unkept. Not worth more than $100 a month on lot rent

Its not a good place to live at all

Management is a problem but great place to live nice people good place to live still have to worry about harassment but not by the Neighbors

Too many issues with the park managers you cant even be out late they think they own your place they are very rude they are not polite they are not professional

Very trashy

The owner is a jailbird
