This place is huge. Great rental s and at pretty good prices. Used to be way more stricken about your yard up keep and amount of cars

Used to be a great neighborhood, now A LOT OF bull going on here. Notified the office, they will beat you down here

I cant wait to see exactly what this place is going to be like when they complete all the improvements and new construction that is going on right now. Im excited for the future of Carnes Crossing. Its going to be very nice.

This place use to be good. Since it became Wind Gate, now it just sucks.

Reasonable price lots mostly older mobile homes but clean and nice looking.

Nice and clean area mobile homes for kept up well they all look pretty new even though you can tell some of them have years on but not by the way they look just the way they were shaped and the flashing they had on them as well as the skirting

Manager is very nice.

On the outside it looks wonderful. But once you get moved in you are locked in for life after 8 years I thought we would never get out of there the crime rate and the customer service at the office is hideous I would totally never recommend anyone under any circumstance ever move their family especially children into that neighborhood

Its not carnes crossing. It is Windgate. Very nice community an caring staff.

Worst place to live ever stay away rent goes up monthly and they wont fix anything my ac didnt work all summer had to spend 600 on window units and now no heat floors caving in and mold on the walls run!!!!!

Its a half ass community somewhat trashy and yes i live in it
