Nice place

Raised the lot rent. Then imposed rules that were not discussed with lot renters. Made the lot upkeep a 100% of the renters responsibility. This included fencing which is apart of each lot, most of which was already in need of repair. Made it a requirement to bring your privately owned trailer up to their standar or be fined weekly until they could go to the magistrate to evict the trailer. Imposed a no dog policy as of January 1st of 2019, although some people already had dogs. The property manager is not empathetic to tenets struggles of financial responsibility to bring their property and trailers into compliance with the new rules. Do not expect any sympathy from the property manager. I advise that you find a trailer park that at least offers landscaping with the same rules as this ghetto park does.

Some nice people live there

Place is sketchy at best. Smells awkward and always has water sitting in the yards. Most of the residents that Ive had to deal with in my profession have been rude. Pictures they have up are far from what it actually looks like.

If you value your life, DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS TRASHY PLACE!!!!! There is nothing but drugs and tweekers running around in the streets. I have lived her for almost 3 years and since I have been here my home has been shot up, my car has been shot up, our neighbor a couple of trailers down was shot in front of our house. There is prostitution ring in the park. The park managers do nothing about all the crime in this hell hole. You get no sleep at night because of the dope heads and drunks partying all the time. People fly down the road like its a race track, the park put speed bumps in, that was a joke! Now they drive up in our yards to avoid the speed bumps. I see drug deals go down in front of my house almost on a daily basis. And with all the crime in this hell hole, our Park Manager raises the rent. This is the worst place that I have ever lived!!! Again if you value your life stay away from this place....

Do not live here. Dangerous people live here, people have been shot, shot at, and threatened. Constant drama, needless to say the residents are questionably active at all times of night despite curfew. Break ins, theft, domestic violence, and drug flow are all the norm here. It becomes unbearable for residents just trying to live. Please for your own safety do not even consider living here. Youre likely to get roped into some sort of drama that might put you and your family into some real trouble.these other reviews are otter bullshit.I can not express enough to you that this place is dangerous, and by all means move in if you wanna find out for yourself.- good luck

I used to live here for 6 years and they have upgraded the trailer park immensely since Ive moved out. I would definitely consider returning.

Small Mobile home park. Not the worse, but not great either. About what youd expect or a little better.
