Its a clean trailer park but needs a good bit of work done to the roads around the place

Friends are living in there or about to and so far so good!

Keep hearing they continue constantly and steady raising the rent expenses here. If they continue going up almost everybody would benefit just buying or renting a townhouse or apartment something nicer.

I not only live in the community I work here. Im retired and Ive worked a lot of jobs over the years and have held several leadership positions during my working years. I know how hard it is to do everything right and please everyone but the leadership here does a fantastic job with what they have to work with.

It a nice place to live. Kids are a little much (but kid are kid) the school is good. but otherwise the community is good and lovely.

I visited the community and it was really nice and clean. The manager Crystal in the office was very friendly and helpful to all my questions.

We did some work in this community. It was very nice and the staff was incredible to work with.

Quiet neighborhood. Drainage on the property really needs to be addressed. Also, why do you have it jump the curb to get into your driveway?

Well could someone please respond to my plea for help. I feel like, I’m being targeted to sell my mobile home. I was threatened to move it as soon as it was purchased. I don’t wont say too much until the proper authorities respond.

Way to much in every way!! The lot rent is way to expensive... The manger picks an chooses who she wants to charge extra too...I was charged 120$ for them to power wash my home mind you no one elses had to be cleaned.. i was also charged $100 for fixing the mud on the sides of my drive way that you have to pull up on a curb to even get in the drive..

I have lived here for a while for around 6 years and for the most part the park has been going down hill there is an increasing number of pot holes in the neighborhood that has remained unfilled also the prices continue to rise. Sometimes driving around can be dificult due to cars parked on the side of the road. The people who live here are very nice and keep there yards well kept.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Ive lived in this mobile home park since 2016. Heres a list of things that anyone should be aware of before moving here:1. In 2017 the lot rent was increased by $35 for improvements to the community. Only improvements made were repainting the speed bumps twice a year, even though the roads were in pretty sad repair. The new manager Crystal, also towed my husbands vehicle 3 days before a hurricane, that was sitting in our own driveway, because it hadnt moved in a few weeks. It was broken down and we were saving money to repair it. Cars parked all over the side of the streets making it difficult to manuever.2. In 2018, the lot rent increased again by $60 for improvements to the community. Again, only repainted speed bumps twice that year. Additionally, the back street flooded so badly due to inadequate drainage (which management had been aware of for several years) when it rains, that my car got flooded in my driveway to the point that I had to have a new motor put in. Also again, street parking and more pot holes.3. In 2019 already the lot rent is set to increase again by another $45 for improvements to the community. Where are these improvements? I received a final notice (for which I never received a first notice) about a broken blind. Just one. Its not even broken, my son had a toy leaned against it which pulled it down a bit. Again, street parking and more pot holes. The worst of which has now been filled in with unpacked clay dirt. Its rained for the past 3 days...what do you think happened to that dirt?The manager Crystal, blatantly disregards the terms of the lease for whomever she chooses. In the lease it states no work is to be done on vehicles in driveways. She completely looked the other way as a full on vehicle PAINTING TENT was erected 2 doors down from her office for over two weeks. She is never in the office during business hours, nor does she answer the phone. When she was informed about my car motor I was told you have insurance so... I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret it, just like I do.

Over price lot rent, they will increase the lot rent every year. The Manager always having an attitude. Worst place to live.

Use to be a very clean well kept park. It is starting to look very run down, not kept up.

Heres my issue. I work full time every day sometimes Saturdays. I just received a final notice on my door for grass/weeds around my trailer on 02/9/2019. This is ridiculous!!! I could see if there was a jungle around my home but a few patches of grass not even 2 inches high???? The weather just warmed up a few days ago and I was playing on doing yard work and this wknd ( 02/9/2019)

Great place to live.

The people are great, not really anything wrong other than its just really crowded and little space for people to take walks without a car behind them every other minute. Friendly neighbors though is a plus and my visit was grear

Much too high lot rent, not worth it. Wish my friend could move, but is too sick to do so.

Horrible place to live nasty people an horrible rent 420 for lot rent only an you cant have pools for the kids work on your car no trampoline no car on the grass or they will tow your car someone had a pinky length on tire on the grass an they got towed an its a horrible road to drive on they will fix the potholes for nothing an the kids are breaking into cars an spray painting peoples cement where they drive an breaking into house I would run far away from this roach heaven trailer complex !!!!!!!
