The park is nice & clean. The neighbors we have met are friendly. The staff is amazing, especially Brandon.

If I could give a negative -1, I would have. The staff seems friendly enough however they lack communication skills. Great experience for me to not take folks at their word, (bullet dodged though) so a huge THANK YOU to the staff of Creekside for not taking my money and allowing me to rent from you if this is how potential renters are treated then the service COULD NOT POSSIBLY get better as an actual tenant.I normally dont write this extensive of a review however when I did everything that was asked including willingness to spend extra for the unit. I was quite disappointed in the staff and their lack of communication towards me. I hope this was just me and not how you treat all potential renters or buyers. How hard would it have been to either send an email or just say Im sorry were not able to rent to you at this time. Instead it was a constant both leasing agents are out the office, Im sorry I cant say the status of your application or the one one I liked the best I promise Ill get back with you before the end of the day. THANK YOU for your lack of communication, I was able to find a rental manager who was very perceptive to my needs, listened and rented to me.To know better, is to do better. Keep better communication lines with your potential clients in the future and avoid ratings such as these.

Very good place to start living.

I was told creekside was a great place to buy my trailer so i did but boy was they wrong!!!! One year living here an theyve done raised the lot rent, have not given me my title to the trailer i purchased an on top of that the collector lady is beyond rude everytime i speak to her. I can be nice an polite to this woman an she is still extremely rude. I dont believe that an office woman should be this rude to people that have purchased a 50 something thousand dollar home an pays lot rent on top of it. Literally all i want is what i paid for an to be treated like a human not like garbage at a place im supposed to call my home. As long as she is still there i would NEVER recommend that ANYONE purchase/rent or anything from Creekside. The only good person they have in there is brandon.

I have a friend that rents at the other location Baywood, but its ran by Creekside. Shes been there 9 months and it started off wonderful. The managers Brandon and April are wonderful, but they need to work on other staff. They have had 2 collectors and the current one is just rude! I know as a collector you have a certain job but she needs to learn how to talk to people! She cuts you off and over talks you. They are not quick about fixing anything, but will put a notice up if things are even slightly not up to their standards. Great neighborhood but some of the staff makes it bad.

The park needs to enforce that people keep their areas clean. There are trailers with siding falling off, grass high and its not a vacant. The tenant whether they own or rent should be fined for broken porches, stairs, trash in the yards. A friend just signed a one year lease and driving through we noticed this stuff. The roads are narrow and a lot of cars parked along the roads makes it hard to see little kids. Lets see how responsive the office will be with work orders.

Lots of pot holes. Like a toooon of potholes. For what they charge people for rent they need to fix this.

The neighborhood is nice but the recent rise of violent crimes in area and in Creekside has turned people away.

Best place to live to pay overpriced rent on a trailer. The mobile homes are lined side by side by the hundreds. Yards get super muddy when it rains. If your grass gets just an inch high, expect to receive a fee on top of your $1,200 a month rent for a trailer . Staff a fee friendly....but thats probably the best part lol.

False advertising and they do a hard credit pull that drops your credit score just for applying to rent from them.

Very nice park, lot rent is a bit higher than other places in the area but amenities make up for it. They are very strict on the maintenance of yards and homes, thats both good and bad because it always looks nice but you have to stay on top of the maintenance. They do a good job of keeping the neighborhood safe by requiring criminal background checks.

Neighborhood isnt as safe as i thought, i wish they would stick to their word and do what was promised

The neighborhood stays clean and has a park and a pool. The trailers are all nice for the most part. The local police patrol the neighborhood often so crime is low. The office can be difficult to work with but overall keep it together.

This is a great place to live. You get what you pay for. There are many mobile home parks around Summerville. However Creekside is a mobile home community. They rent, rent to own, and some people own their own homes.

My mom lives in here and has lived here for almost 20yrs. It used to be good, not really any trouble. Now that they are letting people rent instead of having to buy, nothing but hoodlums live there. The kids dont like to move out the road. They are paving the roads and putting speed bumps....FOR WHAT??? The speed limit is 10mph!!! And if youre going to put speed bumps in, DONT MAKE THEM THE SAME COLOR AS THE ROAD!!! I almost missed it this morning, which would have ruined my car. I wouldnt live here now, if someone paid me!!! Can I give ZERO STARS?!?!?!

Wonderful neighborhood. Clean, quiet and a lot of kids. Great place to raise a family!!! Also right down the street from Walmart.

They could have side walks or wider streets, since its such a busy park. Also, put in little swings for the little ones. People generally keep it quiet.

One bad property manager after another. When the property manager Heather calls another human being trailer trash, and thinks thats acceptable behavior, as a property manager of a trailer park or not thats unacceptable period. You have to be a people person to be a manager especially when your job is to oversee a large group of residents. Your image, (I do not mean appearance as in looks, though that does matter too..but image as in behavior and your action/words) should be extremely important to those seeking property management jobs especially when your in public.The residents of creekside deserve better.

Put in an application. Was told they had opening, paid the application fee which was $50 now im still waiting to hear back. I had to call to remind them to process my application. If your looking to rent dont nother. They were trying to get me to buy a trailer. Which i will not pay an high ass trailer payment and lot rent.

Great staff. An a great selection of homes. It is nice that you can either lease or buy your home.

Im in the middle of having to move my family from GA to SC.. I Looked up Mobile home parks and contacted Creekside a couple of weeks ago. The lady on the phone Nicole was VERY RUDE. Make a long story short, i looked else where even though i liked the park from the pics i seen.

Quiet very nice place new homes and the maintenance staff and new management is awesome they doin a great job love you guys

PEOPLE around here drive to fast and they dont have any respect for other people

This place is horrible. Evicting us for being 4 days late. Pay the late fee, and they fail to let the city know. Now we have 24 hours to fix this. Dont live here. Theyll leave a note on your door for anything but will never fix what you ask them to. Horrible community.

Nice park but still not too safe

Terrible place to live. They wont fix anything that you ask them to. But they will leave a note on your door for anything and everything.The contractors that take care of yard work lie through their teeth. If you dont mow when creekside tells you to then they charge you a $75 fee for them to mow it for you. The problem is, that even when you do mow. The contractors will tell the office that they mowed your yard when they didnt as they get a commision from that $75. This was confirmed to me when one of the mowers got into an arguement with me and wife over this matter. We caught him in our back yard mowing our yard which was mowed the previous day by me. His response to us was it doesnt matter to me if it needs mowed or not. I get paid extra to do this and then he left and creekside tried to charge us for the mowing.Be sure to take time and date stamped pictures of your yard every time you mow so you can prove you did it. This just got us out of another falsified $75 fee.We havent had a storm door since october when the hurricane ripped it off.The ice maker in our fridge hasnt worked in at least 6 months.The roof of our home is cracking down the middle because the homes supports have shifted causing the house to learn forward.We still have a ditch running through our back yard that we have had since we moved in 16 months ago, we were told this would be fixed before we even moved in.The locks on our doors are now failing completely. Sometimes we cant lock our door with our key. Sometimes we cant unlock it. Sometimes the key wont go in the locks at all. This is the issue with my wifes key and mine.But your not allowed to change your locks because they need to be able to come in and do a gold key inspection when they feel like it. Up to once a month.Yet they still have not came and changed our locks for us.Edit: locks are now fixed.We have told creekside at least 10 times about each of these issues and nothing has been fixed. We are just told that the door is on order. We will fix it next week.We have your ice maker in stock we will come out next week to replace it. Edit: ice maker has now been replaced.We know about your roof cracking we will come and inspect it next week.Every single time we contact them we are blown off.But.You better believe if you do something wrong or something they dont like, they will have a letter on your door within an hour.Its a joke. Hopefully with the new community manager we just got it will change.But i doubt it.P.s. if any of these issues are fixed or we have a better experience than we have had. I will happily change this review and add more stars.Edit: 2 stars now. A few days after posting this review, maintenance turned up and replaced our ice maker in the refrigerator, and also changed our locks.Still waiting for all other repairs listed though.

The management in the rental office is very rude and disrespectful. They have no consideration for their guests or people looking into buying. Very very nasty attitudes and it really makes the place looks like garbage. They do not care how they talk to people and being rude is their first priority. Stay clear from this place

Nicole is a liar, she writes fraudulent reports to kick residents out, creates fraudulent amounts of money and reports it to the credit bureau saying its past due. She favors her friends and the rest of the tenants are treated horrible. She lies and charges tenants extra money saying they had to clean the trailer, when the trailer was cleaned prior to moving out. Shes a disgusting human being and she should be fired!
