Rode thru for a community yard sale; however, it appears to be a nice clean mobile home park. Looks like it might cater to seniors!

A great Park for elderly people very quiet and very friendly people

Great gatted community for 55 and older. No rentals no RV parking.

Lived there for 2+ years. Too much gossip and two faced people. Guess thats all you have to do when you get old. Management not fair to tenants either. Owners rip you off on. Lot rent. Which is not fair to elderly.

Fantastic beautiful peaceful place I have ever been

I rent from the same owners and I have not had AC or heat in over 2 years the electrical in the house as a fire hazard some of the plugs are burnt all the way through the plumbing dont work properly the roof leaks in half of its missing and they wont do nothing to even try to fix it not even 5 window units or anything slumlords

Expensive place. Over 400 just for lot rent. Even if you cant use the amenities. And they dont provide lawn service unless you pay. They increase rent to make the renters pay the property tax...which is the OWNERS responsiblity.

You call we haul, 45 per truckload no cheaper anywhere.

Nice place... wish younger responsible adults could live here
