LOVE this community! Reasonably priced. Just moved in recently and the neighbors are very friendly. The staff have all been exceptionally helpful and sweet, too! I love raising my children here! Great community!

Good area but maintenance team sucks, but still want rent payments

The park is older but not bad. Nice and quiet. Its small and quaint. Some older units but most seemed in good repair. The picture on Google and their site is misleading though. It shows an actually (not mobile home) house. Theres no one at the office so you have to drive over to the Creekside location. Getting to look at a model is somewhat difficult at any of these Yes communities. They arent always there when they are so supposed to be open and they only show on a limited schedule. Its very discouraging honestly

Everyone is nice and my kids love it. Property manager April Rumble is the kindest person ever. She is understanding and listens to her residents. No problems so far.

Looking to purchase a nice mobile home try them .

Was great survive only one person was working at the time I went in and there was a few people ahead of me but Jennifer took care of everything that everyone needed fast and was of great help to me thank yall so much
