My mom recently signed a lease for a property and the area was quiet but a little run down for the price it seemed decent and is affordable.

The cost of living is fair. The roads are absolutely destroyed all throughout the neighborhood. It is patrolled by the local police department several times a day. Overall everyone keeps to themselves.

I GREW UP HERE!!! DECADES... WHEN IT WAS A FABULOUS NEIGHBORHOOD... MOBLIE HOMES WAS OUTDATED BUT WAS KEPT UP...LOTS WAS OUTSTANDING... NEIGHBORS USE TO COMPETE FOR BEST LOT AND FREE MONTH LOT RENTAL... THE STREETS WAS FIXED!!! NO POT HOLES OR RAGGEDY TRAILERS IN SIGHT... NO BROKEN DOWN CARS IN FRONT OF LOTS. ITS A TOTAL SHYT HOLE... I HATE HAVING TO COME BACK TO IT EVERY YEAR AND SEEING IT LIKE THAT CAUSE I STILL HAVE FAMILY OUT THERE

The area itself is nasty.lots of trash and run down trailers. Roads need repairs. No one seems friendly.
