I love the new movie system in general. The pick your seat option save me from waiting in line to get my perfect spot. The seating is very spacious and they recline. Always clean has been my experience! I love this theater.

Very nice theater. I had ordered pretzel bites with cheese. I wish it came in a closed container rather than a flimsy plastic one that could easily spill. I also dont like how they check tickets or scan. They do it after you come from getting your food instead of right when you walk through the door. The reason why I dont like this is because your hands are full of food and my phone needed to be scanned. So I just set everything down and get into my phone. NOT a big deal just inconvenient. Other than that, it was clean reclining chairs, and friendly staff.

Movie theater is nice. With comfortable recliners. Make sure you get good rest before you go, because those comfortable recliners are sure to put you to sleep if not. There is a bar and the drinks are inexpensive. If you do drink, please do so responsibly!

The Regal at Springfield Town Center is one of my favorite spots. The service is good plus never had a hassle to get a seat nor food. The theater is clean and easy to access. A bar area is a good touch for the adults.Only had one bad experience, but you cant control who sits next to you.

This is my first time in Regal Springfield Town, I was impressed how clean and new from inside. Everyone in the staff was nice, theyve bar in the theater and nice restrooms clean*. And I will definitely recommend to watch Star Is Born bc this movie is so good and be ready to cry . When the movie ends everyone was there was crying but the movie is very very good . My husband and I recently saw a movie at the theater. I love how they now have a bar and the fact that you can take your drinks into the movie with you. There are plenty of snack options and the seats in the theaters are great. If you like reclining, kicking your feet up, and relaxing then this theater is for you. We had a great experience and will absolutely be back. I would recommend this theater for a visit.

I love the handicapped seats! Space and leg lift really made going to the movies brilliant fun! It was very clean and I recommend a visit. Matinee price for adults $11.60 versus $14.95.

Never been to this theater before. Concession stand choices are great. Corn dog bites. Pretzel bites or large soft pretzel, puzza chicken sandwich burgers. The person behind the counter knows how to layer butter in the popcorn. Theater was clean, spacious. I love the trays attached to the reclining chairs. Very comfy.

Love this theater!! Though I admit, it has ruined me... I cannot go to a theater anymore that does not have full reclining seats! Great spot to see a movie and there are lots of good places to grab some food at the mall afterwards!

Comfortable, power reclining seats with individual tables. I just wish they had more seats. When you purchase your tickets you have to reserve your seat and the limited number seats can make it difficult especially if you have a large party. Great selection of movies. Good selection of overpriced refreshments but that is normal for a movie theater. I was disappointed to find out they actually charge for salt for your popcorn. I consider that a negative however, they do serve alcohol so that is a positive.

The mall itself has undergone changes over the years. It had a bad reputation but has taken on more of an upscale air yet still has a Target. It also has a decent restaurant row with Yard House and Maggianos. The cinema is reserved seating and for new movies you will need to book in advance. I come here often and the cosmetic upgrades and choice of stores help out a lot. Tysons still outdoes it but the you dont have the Tysons traffic at Springfield.

Popcorn was fresh and drinks were good. The theatre was clean. What I didnt like is that there was only a few stalls in the womens bathroom that was in the center of the theatre entrances. Had to wait in line..

I loved seeing a movie here! The seats are super comfortable and it beats fighting the traffic going to Tysons. This is closer to where I live anyway. I would come back!

The seating is nice. Kiosk for getting your own tickets. Popcorn lines get real long so prepare for that. Sound and video quality are great.

Wonderful theater with those comfortable love seat recliners that has a little table connected to it making everything so easy. Customer service was good and the food. If ever I come back in town I will definitely visit this theater.

This theater is on the top of my list these days when looking for a movie to see. Not only does it have a bar and concession stand but, its theater is clean and the reclining chairs are very comfortable. Expect friendly staff, too!

The employee who checked is in was great! She helped about 12 of us get seats together. The seats were very comfy. The reclining function was wonderful! The movie was fantastic! The restroom was clean and very nice. My only complaint is that even though my GPS took me directly to the store where Cinema was on the outside wall, I had to ask a security guard how to get to the theater because it is not on the ground floor of the mail but on top of store we were told to use as a reference. I highly recommend that a sign on the outside wall direct customers in how to get to the theater. Otherwise a great and very pleasant experience.

Nice seats and the theatre was clean. There was a long wait at the concession stand, because they only had two lines open....on a Sunday. Wish they had more healthy options.....salad. The ticket scanner person and security guard were very polite.

Always long lines to the concession stations, and super slow service. Out of 6 stations only two are open, even on the weekends. Allow at least 20-30 minutes to stay in line. Although recliners are very comfortable.

This is one of my favorite theaters with comfortable reclining seats. It is located in the mall, so it is very convenient for the shopping as well as as having a bite to eat at the many restaurants that are in the mall or just on the outside of the mall. This is a large movie theater so it offers lots of screens for different movies. There is ample parking outside and they even offer charging stations for electric cars. There is even an LA Fitness in the mall if you want to work out and see a movie afterwards.

Went to see Star Wars. Good movie. However, when we got there... I use a wheelchair & I was w/my dad... There arent enough spots for people in wheelchairs to sit beside their companions... All the seats were taken up next to wheelchair slots. They should do better about that... I dont know how though

Although I live about 25 minutes away, this location is my go to movie theater. The seats are large and very comfortable. I like that I can reserve my seats in advance. They have a bar which is nice and you can order your movie snacks at the bar instead of standing in the concessions line. The theater is clean (at least from what I can see and smell) and Ive never encountered any real riff-raff here. My only criticism is the food service is a bit on the slow side when ordering hot food.

Unbelieveable one cashier at peak movie time on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Looks like the line moves only when people abandon the quque. Very poor, terrible customer service.

Easy access plenty of parking and a covered garage if thats what you prefer and of course plenty of stores to shop in

I have seen movies here a couple times and it is always clean and the kids at the concession stand are nice. There is often a line but it is about the number of people and they haven’t decided before they get to the register. Parking is easier than Hoffman or anywhere else around. I haven’t been to the Potomac regal in a while but this one has the big comfy chairs.

Good and bad to this place. Good is the seats are nice and recline. There is a table at the seat to use for food. Bad is the concession stand and the larger bathrooms are outside where you have presented your tickets. One large bathroom for all the screens can be backed up, small single bathrooms, 1 male and 1 female, are inside of the area where the individual theaters are. Decent prices, good movies. Employees at the concession stand are really slow.

Love this movie theater and the leather seats, you can basically recline them till youre laying flat and enjoy the movie at a level of comfort not often found in most movie theaters.

The recliners with arm tray are comfortable, and I like that they also have single chair recliners for people going to the movies alone.

Took my daughter to the movies today. Ordered chicken fingers and fries to share. The chicken was riddled with sinew and the fries were literally uncooked. Trust me - eat somewhere else first Overpriced food that’s absolutely disgusting. Was so grossed out just threw it away after a couple of bites. Stick to popcorn and nachos guys.

The seats are really comfortable leather and electronically recline. Matinee prices are less than $12 per ticket if you can swing by during that time of day making it cheap outing.

This theater is a pain to get tickets. The box office never have anyone there. What is the purpose of having one then. Guest service people doesnt do anything but play on thier phone. Yet guest service cant sell tickets. Having to buy tickets at concessions is plain stupid. Merging everything in one line is pathetic. Might as well hire only one person then.

Very comfy auto reclining seats. Seats are preassigned during purchase. Lobby and bathrooms appear to be well maintained. Does not have the heavy, popcorn and sweets smell that often feels oppressive at lesser maintained theaters. The theater lobby is pretty small and the concessions area is pretty limited as well, but all of it comes together to feel like the focus is on the movie viewing experience... And thats where this theater succeeds.

First time at this Regal theater, I absolutely love it, I absolutely love the fact they have the features where you can recline your seats. All Regal needs to start renovating. All There are movie theaters like this. Its very comfortable how you can recline your seat back and even have your feet up while watching the movie.

This is my go to movie theater even though I live in Woodbridge. The theaters are always clean and their popcorn always fresh. I appreciate that they pour the butter on for you and are able to layer the butter. Please dont ever change that! AMC fills your bag/bucket and expect you to layer your own butter..yeah not ideal and very inconvenient for customers! Thanks Regal for not letting us butter, popcorn loving customers down!

I understand that it is a busy night with Endgame showing. Regardless, I should not have had to wait nearly 50 minutes to get my food while, the group I ordered with got their food within the 10 - 15 minute time frame. I ordered @ 2338 and received my food @0025 after asking twice about it! This isnt the first time this has happened either.

My favorite area theater. You can purchase online, but there is a convenience fee. You can arrive late (I never do), because they have reserved seating. The concession is S.L.O.W. and the popcorn is cold. The ticket taker lets the entire place know which theater youre going to. Its funny, kinda, I think the cool little guy was special, my sincere apologies if thats not a correct term. He was adorable and doing an awesome job. He even said enjoy your show. The seats recline, yay and theres a tray and cup holder. The entire theater is clean including the bathroom. I think thats it. Oh oh oh once I missed a show I paid for online. They scanned my ticket at customer service and gave me a new ticket to the current showing. It was a week later. Ok, thats all I have. I reccomend.

Would have given one more star, but their online site didnt indicate a need for reservations in order to get seats. Showing up an hour or two early for the movie and still only getting a seat in the first 3 rows was quite disappointing. Empty theater, yet neck craned to the sky to see the screen in the only unreserved seats. So be warned, if you have passes, want a military discount..etc., you will get bad seats at the box office, because you cant use those types of discounts or passes online in an obviously reservation required theater. Other than that, the theater was nice, the sound was amazing, seats were comfy, and recline, but were dirty.

Great place to watch a movie. Nice easy chair recliner seats. I liked having my legs up...like being in my recliner at home. I liked being able to select my seats when buying the tickets online.
