Excellent movie theater. Unfortunately they have officially closed a few weeks ago.

Heat was out on a 14 degree night last time I was there... but its affordable. Would be nice if they would allow people to sit in the balcony.

Ive been supporting this theater for thirty years. Yes its old and yes it has been through many renovations through that time. I still go there because its the last bastion of cinema that still has the old flair of the early days before things got to technical. Its like the theater in Sing, classy and right in downtown. Prices are great too. I will continue to support this theater through good and bad times.

Great local theater with updated popcorn and drink machines. The single screen theater used to be owned by Carmike Cinemas but was bought by AMC.On the flip side, since it is a single screen they only show one movie which can be a negative based on what they are playing.The prices are the same as most theaters and does have large seating but needs updating and repairs in the theater.

My daughter and I go here 2-3x a month. The pricing, parking and staff are all excellent. The building (exterior) looks quite nice after the latest refurbishments. I would like to use the balcony some day, though, but it has been closed for at least a few years.

Great service. Cheap prices as well. For two tickets it was $11. Popcorn was good and just an all around great experience.

Great service. Great old bldg. Needs some repair, but the staff make up for that.

Older theater. Food very expensive. Very very good to turn down the volume on the movie which was loud enough to hurt this x factory worker ears. Same for kids with autism. Explained our handicap and they were happy to assist. Very few people in the afternoon.

Still renovating the inside but great value for the same movie... dont get the popcorn though, it tends to be stale. Occasionally film may jump or skip.

Great theatre love the place just wish the upstairs seating was open that’s the only downside

Huge glare on screen. Took me outta the expereince. Seats are ripped to all hell. Pretty sure ceiling is one big moldy colony. Lights literally falling off walls and hanging by their wires. I had no place to put my trash at the end of the movie cuz the bins were full so i left it on the floor. Felt bad about that but if they dont care about their theater appearance why should i? Was in town to visit my folks. They said they only have one movie available every two or three weeks. Only glad they moved here because it was after i had already left.

Terrible place, took my son to see jungle book last night, bought their overprice popcorn and coke, i work 3rd shift and was sick all night at work, when i got home in the morning found out my son was up half the night puking, so bring your own snacks if you go. tried to call them, but they wont answer the phone. ill drive to another theater next time this one sucks!!!

The cinema has officially closed. I had two out of two bad experiences at this location. At one point I went to have my drink refilled. Asked her why and she said she sniffed my cup to see if I put alcohol in it. I was appalled and she didnt care. Im a middle-aged woman not a teenager. I really hate leaving bad reviews but when I have two bad experiences back to back, something needs to be said.

Very poor experience. Strange glare on the screen the entire time during Beauty & the Beast. Renovation of front, but ceiling still looks as pictured and lights in the ceiling are no longer there. Inside still needs some work.

Looks nice on the outside Ill give em that much.

Lackluster service at best, rather craptacular surroundings - will not return.Definitely worth the drive to go ANYwhere else.

For one Ive been here since I was little. As for balconies its been close since b4 80s. Yes popcorn little high but go to a good theatre. To much butter does make u sick. Some these comments sad. The prices are low and still people whine. This is an historic place. Thousands have been. Ive been to nice places like Regal and windsong. Now weekend if not 3D prices on sun 8 but popcorn buckets and drink rrefills free. Unless staying for several worth it. But our hometown is best maybe just one screen but they always have the best new shows. My opinion ur not going there for supper the con session is a snack. I believe instead of bitching u can go up 2 hours w/o it. But remember that is how they keep price down. So in a heartbeat go. Heck instead of a concert that was first place my mom allowed me to go as a young teen with my friends. She drop us of while she did whatever. The owner is a great man workers are cool yea takes awhile cause small staff but get ya a seat first add take 30 mins then go. And they are very responsive to any under 21 just walking out doors

REALLY MISS THE SIGN OUTSIDE! IT IS HARD TO TELL WHAT IS SHOWING!!

They are not organized when it comes to major movie openings. Tickets & concessions sold together, can only open 30 minutes prior to Showtime & are unable to sell tickets at the outside window, despite it looking like you can.

Been going to movies here for 45 years

No heat on in January . Otherwise i like the place.
