Perfect day for a movie at MGM Regal. Also enjoyed a quick bite at The Tap Room. Wonderful wait person, great food and busy as could be. One point I thought it was very noisy which put a damper on the visit. But the ++++s out weighed the minus. Give the movie and dining a try at MGM Springfield, MA. when in town.

The best and only theatre in Springfield that allows you to choose your seats ahead of time.The location is clean and elegant and includes luxury lounge seats for your comfort.Customer service is excellent with no real complains to report.Enjoy.

I enjoyed my visit. It was smaller than I thought. Could use better restaurants offering more of a variety. The theater was very nice. Loved the recliners. Very comfortable. Only issue was, I froze. Its January and I swear they had no heat running in the theater. Loved the free parking.

When this place first opened, I raved about it because it was such a great atmosphere and a good vibe! I went to many movies solo and was chilling, no complaints! Plus there’s a bar with decent drinks and comfy seats, can’t beat that! I wanted to watch Queen and slim here but it wasn’t playing, thought nothing of it. Now I want to watch Just Mercy, which is also not playing so now I’m beginning to think they are being discriminatory against black movies because this is no coincidence!!! REGAL MGM THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!

Movie chairs are super comfortable...better than any lazy boy Ive sat in! Makes u wanna fall asleep which also makes or hats to watch the movie off you havent had a great night sleep ahead of time. The entrance is odd...takes awhile to walk in, for disabled people i suggest you bring a wheelchair. There may be a separate entrance, Im not 100% on that. But its beautiful and process arent any more expensive than the regular movie theatre. All in all it was a great experience

I miss my movie theater it was a great place to relax buy some food, and getaway from the every day hum drum.

First visit and probably our last! Horrible experience. We had tickets to a 7pm show and it’s not every night we get the chance to go out without our daughter so we were excited for a date night. The movie was for 7pm after watching the 20 minutes worth of commercials they began playing the WRONG movie. After finding someone to tell they began to “work on the problem.” Meanwhile we are sitting with one other couple in the PITCH BLACK for 20 minutes before I had to ask them to at least turn on the lights, god forbid there was a fire we couldn’t see anything! After waiting 40 minutes they supposedly start playing the right movie. We watch the 20 minutes of the same commercials again... only for the screen to turn off after the commercials! We were then told “We are still working on the glitch and trying to reboot it still”! After sitting there an hour and 15 minutes for nothing we decided to leave it was getting way to late and it didn’t look like they were fixing the issue anytime soon. We were offered two tickets for next time.. and then We went to ask for a refund. We were told “we already gave you a ticket for next time.” We should of been refunded our money and received a ticket for the inconvenience. But what we really should of received was an apology at least! The supposed “supervisor” never apologized and got mad at us for asking for a refund! It was 8:28 when we left and our movie was for 7. Our time was completely wasted and you are gonna give us an attitude!? This was only the big problem, when we originally got there we went to the bar and were sitting there alone for 10 minutes before someone came out to help us. Then when we ordered our food while paying we were told “we don’t have anymore of that.” Then I was trying to redeem my points and apparently that wasn’t working either. What does actually work there !?!? This was absolutely ridiculous, we were so excited to come here for the first time and it was ruined.

Great addition to a great casino in my hometown

Its just horrible honestly, that was my last revive and I realized that after weighting in a concession line for 40 minutes that that was the worst part. The theater is beautiful and the chairs are comfy, it feels like a luxurious living room and takes theater to a whole meaning. However, besides the fact, I went on Christmas day the line for food and drink was crazy. I went with a few people and they told me that the concessions were like this last time too. I have a few suggestions that may help. It seems like you have a 3 Lane system and many great food choices. However, every person in front of me ordered food and I just wanted water and popcorn. If you made one line strictly for drinks, popcorn, and candy, I feel like the lines would move so much quicker. Again I am taking the fact its Christmas when I went into consideration too. The theater was amazing and so was the staff, just the food weight was too long.

Way to long of a wait to get our tickets.. even longer to get beverages. Seats are great as are the screens and cleanliness of the theaters.

Comfy seats. Big screen sound was good. Theater was clean. I have gone to this theater many times since getting the unlimited pass I just wish it got all the movies and not just a select few.

Usually, I go to this theater because is quiet and clean and very comfy. My last time, I went to see Ford vs Ferrari I spent money on the tickets, about 10k points to upgrade my pop corn and drink and on gas. Went to the room and the movie was for 9:10, it was 9:20 and the screen was black. Someone informed the staff and they fixed. At 9:50, after many Disney movies previous, the movie started but it was Frozen 2 and not Ford vs Ferrari. I had to work the next day and it was too late already to see the movie. I went to ask for a refund and they only refunded me with $25, the price for the tickets. No tax refund, no service fee refund (because tickets were bought online) and not even an apology. The one who made the refund did it with attitude and even said a refund wasnt available because the movie started at 9:10 before giving me the $25. Customer service is close to 0 on this place, at least the girl at the snacks bar was nice and very friendly.Very disappointing!

Went with my friend to see Dr Sleep, and couldnt believe how luxurious the whole experience was. It looked like we were in a fancy hotel! Beautiful bar and comfortable reclining seats...everything was awesome! I may be wrong, but we couldnt find a womens room...just men and unisex? Is that a new thing?

Love this theater! Park in the garage and when you come off the elevator the theater is right there, nice and easy! Grab a drink at the bar and watch your movie super convenient.

Really nice theater. Easy in and out from the casino. Very clean inside. Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices on popcorn and other snacks. The seats are outstanding. Sound quality is really great as well. We will be back.

Really good theater. Everything is just what you would expect from Regal and the recliners are a good touch too! Only two issues I have are the fact that its not a giant theater like most Regals so it can be harder to find a show time that you like. Second is that the bar is sometimes slow but the fact that there is a bar is already a plus.

Luxury theater at noon luxury price. Excellent value. I was worried about above average food/drink prices, but happy to find them what you pay at other theaters. Matinee prices are great!The food was good and the seats well above expectations for comfort and convenience.

AMAZING theater!! Dont think I could have had a better viewing of Captain Marvel today!! Took my Dad, was able to get a cocktail at the bar themed for the film, my popcorn, and took in the beautiful lobby and facility on our walk to the auditorium for our showing. Luxury Loungers were on point, couldnt get over how fantastic the place looks and feels. Didnt explore too much of the complex afterward, but well definitely be going back!! Cant see how Id view a movie any other way now. Parking was also super easy, in and out of the garage. LOVED it! So excited to see another movie there, and cant wait to explore more of what there is to do inside the MGM!

Great place to catch film, comfy recliners, more intimate setting. Reasonably priced bar can bring drinks in theater. Only had popcorn but saw there are other cooked menu items. Would recommend getting there early if planning on getting food, line seemed long and slow moving. Connected to casino, with other entertainment and food options, great dinner and movie location, or just a fun night out. Im local and live nearby, only theater Ill go to now.

They say they are non-smoking, but they allow smoking on the patio. That drove us away. Otherwise, the patio would be a great place to watch a Red Sox game on their giant screen outdoor TV.

It was 11:38am when I went in to get a $50 gift card and was turned away because they didnt open till 12...Me- when can I get a gift card?Employee- when we openMe- well when do you open?The employee behind the bar had to check first then came out and said 12.I asked if a manager could come out and help me early since I know that gift cards only take minutes to do and was told no because the manager was busy doing opening stuff.Ok thats fine but at 11:38am you open at 12 and specially the manager how much more do you have to do that you cant step away for 3 minutes? You opened in 20 minutesSorry to be this person but I didnt realize it would be an inconvenience for you all.

Parking was a nightmare, so side street parking it was! Its a fairly decent size theater to visit locally, nothing out of the ordinary.

Someone lit a cigarette during a movie, stinking up the entire theater. Went to find someone to get a refund and there were no managers on duty.

We have been to the movie theater a few times now and have enjoyed it. Not too crowded, a nice little bar to get a drink and comfortable reclining chairs to watch the movie.

Staff was quick to address an issue had with a few adults (not their children surprisingly) who were being overly loud and talkative during movie, doing a walkthrough and staying a few minutes. Movie was more tolerable after that even though they resumed the talking a bit afterward though no where near as loud. One of the consciences of seeing a movie opening day in the summer at a theatre that serves alcohol i suppose. 5 stars for the staff and management but 3 stars because of the overall experience.

I loved this place because I went to watch Avengers: Endgame with my daughter here and its absolutely amazing. The only thing is that when your bringing a kid there are a lot of fumes, which could be simply strong perfumes or smoke from outside, and I found my daughter breathing a lot faster then usual and she was coughing too, you just have to get through that which is only at the casino which leads to the theatre, but the theatre is great. Getting a ticket was extremely easy too. Inside of the the theatre itself is great, the seats are recliners and its just high quality. I had to make sure I didnt fall asleep! The other thing is that the bathroom lines can be long after a movie but there are other bathrooms so its ok. Also, the prices are cheap for such a high quality theatre, and its surprising and its great for everyone. The casino is just a nitpick for kids, but its good. Overall its a great theatre and if youre somewhere near Springfield or youre in Springfield I would highly recommend it.

I go here all the time to see my movies now the first matinee movie cost you less than $10, I dont think people even think about going there because of the Casino or maybe they dont wanna bring their kids through the establishment but during the the weekdays the theater is empty. There is also a bar next to the concession stand you can bring your alcoholic beverages into the movies from that bar. All given to you in plastic cups.

Great place!! The bar is awesome!! The snacks are expensive, but what movie theater doesn’t have expensive sodas? I love that you can go hang out at a bar prior to your movie. Hi can also take a drink into the theater. Checkin is easy at the kiosk. Seating in the theater is amazing with electric recliners!! I will certainly go back and highly recommend this theater.

This Theater is super clean and well kept. Very nice screens and often not very crowded. This has become my new go to theater in the area I prefer it much more then the west Springfield one.Also to mention the concession has some good options and a full bar, if you arnt feeling like getting food or snacks there, the casino and surrounding area has plenty of great food around to get after enjoying a movie!

May be the nicest theater I have ever been in. 42 seats per screen makes for a quieter viewing experience. Chairs were very comfortable. Concession stand was a bit slow, but menu has many great cooked items.

The theater is nice and the seating is wonderful . . . who doesnt like a recliner?! However, waiting in line 45 minutes, no kidding, for popcorn was not fun. Additionally, I get my popcorn without butter and at this theater that means without flavor as the popcorn was very bland and unsalted. I dont have this trouble at other theaters when I order no butter popcorn. Disappointing.

New facility, premium movies, comfortable seats, ease of ordering tickets on line, and well lit free parking all make going to the movies at Regal MGM a 5 star experience.

Theater is beautiful and you can have a beer while watching but I didnt get a chance to get one because there was only one bartender and even after waiting around 15 minutes dude was not done with all others before me. I might have to show up about 30 minutes early or go thirsty again however I will be there tonight to watch the new Avengers movie.

Nice new movie theater at the MGM Casino. Has nice reclining seats and great picture,and sound system. Totally state of the art. Yes, the tickets,food,and drink can get pricey,but sign up for rewards to get coupons and specials.

Love the place but the quality of the workers were just not good.

Movie theater is beautiful and the recliners are the best! The bar and concession stand were packed. They only had one bartender on duty. The concession stand was backed up as well. Glad we got there early or we would have gone hungry and thirsty!

My favorite part of last night’s movie was when me and my friends were racially profiled, asked to get out of the line and forced to get a refund. What a great lady this woman was who was very untrained about the age requirements of a rated R movie. Regal cinemas should have a zero tolerance policy for this type of behavior

Reasonable movie prices and super comfy and clean theaters. Concessions seem a little pricey but the sizes are ginourmous.

Its a great theater, the reclining seats are amazing and the screen/audio is great quality, just be aware some of the theaters are small and theres only maybe 2 good rows of seats if you dont want to be spending 2 hours looking up if youre going to see a movie in one of the smaller theaters

It has the potential to be a great theater but the experience I had was miserable.They should NEVER sell the first row of the theater. The image was so distorted that I was nauseous before the credits ended. Seriously even my kids hated the view.On the busiest movie day of the year thru had only 3 registers open a one bartender. Took me 20 minutes to get popcorn.I tried to find a manager for over 30 minutes. No one ever showed up.I know this isnt Vegas but this entire casino needs a few classes in hospitality management because they clearly dont know what they are doing.The place is gorgeous, clean, and impressive but the custom service makes me feel like Im the last thought on any of the staffs minds.

This place makes me want to goto the movie theater again. Great bar in the lobby which you can actually bring drinks in the theater, clean and attractive decor, and really comfortable recliners in the theater itself. Projection quality and sound are top notch. Really impressive. Were going to the movies more often.

Not that special for the rediculous price! Same food, seats, and everything as cheaper theaters in the area! There is a bar for you drinkers. Concession stand closes to early. So if you go late do not buy a large drink for the refills cause by the time you go back they are closed!. I personally suggest another theater if you are just going to a theater. If youre at the casino than it is ok!

Staff is inattentive and slow. Bartenders cant make drinks and struggle opening wine bottles. Waited over 20 minutes for a taco and fries.

The theater itself is beautiful. Comfortable seats and clean. My problem was with the manager, or at least the balding guy who passed himself as the manager. Now, I will take some responsibility as I didnt directly ask someone who worked in the theater first - but we did ask down in the casino and you would think that since the cinemas are IN the casino they would be a reilable source of information. We asked if we were allowed to bring milkshakes from Kringle candle into the theater, and were told yes, anything from the casino you could bring in. Great. We had 15 minutes until the movie, so plenty of time to go get them. Upon arrival, we were told we couldnt bring them in - the girl at the ticket counter was nice enough - the balding manager however, looked me and my husband in the eye and repeatedly said not my problem. I mentioned that they might want to let the staff downstairs know this rule, to which again I was answered not my problem. I was mearly making a suggestion and got a very rude response and brush off, which was very unnecessary. I dont think we will be coming back to this theater.

Loved it!!

First time there. The front desk person acted like she didnt want to be there, the seats were nice. The movie was rated R and there was a baby who cried a few times during the movie, I didnt appreciate that and was planning to tell someone had the baby cried again. Babies shouldnt be allowed.

This theater was pretty good. It was easy to get in and out, and the seats were really nice in the theater. The only problems were that the escalator was out of service, so people with certain difficulties would have trouble getting up the stairs to the theater, and the entrance to the place smelled very strongly of tobacco smoke, which was very unpleasant.

Had a problem with the Regal gift card, would not scan. There was no one at the ticket table, only person was the ticket taker and they were clear across the room. Asked for help but they couldnt come right away as they had to take tickets. The problem was resolved that I had to go to the concession counter to have them scan the gift card.
