I had a great time tonight as me and my roommate drove two hours. But sadly I lost my tickets going done the slide so we couldnt go to dungeons of doom. But I still had a great time and maybe we can try again next year. One of the best haunted attractions Ive been too.

Never have been to a place like this before. I am in my 40s and was a chaperone to some young teens. I am usually one of those serious, follow the rules type of personalities and thought I would be bored out of my mind. I watch scary stuff all the time. At first I was bored. My husband and I were in middle of a group. Then, we got separated from them in a maze when they got scared an ran. Then it was just my husband and I. Freaked me out! They were sooo good at spooking you. LOVED IT! Dont stick too close to a group. Much more fun! The artwork they had was magnificent. Total credit for props and set ups. Going to go again next year for sure. Crew was great. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely incredible!! I seriously loved this place the workers are actually super cool but when you need scared they do SUCH a good job the scares are the best. My favorite part was the metal bar maze with the chainsaw, it was so real and so scary!! It was all so realistic and the guy chased us with it right above our heads it was impressive. I love horror and this was like walking through a horror movie. If I could rate higher then 5 I would.

Had a great time with my son (11). Free parking 20 ft away. Free ride to the Dungeon. Overall, a great experience! I didnt think Id get very scared, but I think I used foul language throughout most of the journey. Thanks !

Was awesome. Lines werent terrible. Staff was super friendly. Convenient parking. Price wasnt terrible for both attractions and a provided ride to the 2nd location. Will definitely be back next year.

My teenage boys loved it! Walk through is only about 30 minutes. Quite a few stairs to walk up and areas where you have to crawl. Happy I waited in the car!

Stood in line for 2 hours just to finally get in, this was when I found out that you MUST give them a fingerprint to get inside. Not happening. Yeah, youre not getting in without a fingerprint being taken by them. Then when we told them no, very very RUDE.

A little bit pricey for how quick the run through goes but it was good. Very dark, watch your step there a lot of ups and downs both ramps and stairs.

I use to go periodically every year or two and I always enjoy going. However I went this year and I was sadly disappointed. I went through the Hotel and it only took me 15 min to go through the whole thing. I felt it was super under staffed (maybe saw 5 people) and for it being 2 days before Halloween it should have had more people throughout to create the experience. Don’t know if I’d go back again especially with the price.

Online it says it’s open from 7-10. Drive two hours to go and they were closed and tried to call and no answer. Need to update the website so people don’t waste there time anymore. Very mad.

Just went for my first time. Ive lived here 26 years. Why did I wait so long. Outfreakingstanding, staff very friendly. Guy hit my leg with chain saw (no blades) hunted me down and apologized. Oh and it didnt hurt I just jumped and yelled, not screamed. Still have my man card 31 Oct 2019. I highly recommend going.

This place is a death trap. Very dangerous, too dark for a place with tons of stairs and some staff were very rude. I lost my group and was confused and staff was yelling at me. Not really what you expect when searching for your group. Its just way too dark and hurt myself quite a bit just because theres no lighting on steps or inclines. Not scary at all. Waste of money. Also, definitely dont go if youre claustrophobic because damn they stuff us in tight.

It was absolutely fantastic! Spend the money for the combo, its worth it. Thats 28 dollars. Fun, scary and the perfect Halloween trip for couples, groups, or just with a friends. I had an amazing experience and my friends and I plan on making it a yearly trip. Truly amazing!

This place is a blast even after having memorized it from the years of attending. The actors are all great and very courteous.

Well worth the money enjoyed very much or daughter couldnt make it all the way thru so they allowed us to take her home and return to finish the haunted house very much encourage the visit to this attraction

Was pretty fun, got scared a couple times, crew did great job, there were a few tight places and a lot of pitch black hallways and rooms, it was worth the 15.00. The ending was the very best!!

Im not into horror or Halloween in general, but my wife wanted us to go with her coworkers so I went. They had a movie playing on the side of the building for those who had opted out, which was neat. The interior was mostly dark to pitch black with the expected jump scares and actors. Im 66 and at a couple points the fake spider webs or whatever decorations hanging from the ceiling caught me around the neck. I understand havhing stuff dangling in your face, however it should not be loops that can get caught on people. I was disappointed when we came upon a few points where participants are required to crawl through tunnels since this was not brought up before hand. I understand not wanting to ruin the surprise, however they NEED to ask if anyone has mobility problems! Overall it was a decent experience, if a bit loud (I luckily had earplugs from work in my pocket).

Love this place so much will be back next year for sure thanks for the hard work yall put into this place

I went to the Dungeon after the Hotel of Terror and it was wayy better. They could do better at Hotel of Terror.

Very scary. I went here with my ex girlfriend, who dumped me after I used her as a human shield against the small man who chased us through a tunnel. I also liked the decorations. Would rate 5 stars if I could.

Took a friend for her first haunted house and it was great

Fun for Springfield. Its been the same inside for a long time. Locals may lose some scare factor. When we went during the season, we waited several hours. Once we were in, it was lackluster but fun. What was awful is the back up of people at the end. With no air conditioning. It was awful, we were stuck in a little room crowded and it was like 90 out. One girl was assaulted by a staff and her toe was gouged open (in the hotels defence, she shouldve worn real shoes). Ill keep going every year because Im a local and its what we do, but if youre a tourist, check the line wait. If its more than 20 minutes, dont waste your time.

This was actually pretty fun. Just some things to be aware of- At some point you have to crawl through a small space. This isnt so great if you have knee or back issues. Also, wear sneakers or athletic shoes; parts of the floor are very steep for going up or down (not quite stairs or standard incline). The rules are pretty clear when you go in, dont use your camera/phone or flashlight. Do not touch the workers there. Then the odd ball thing is, you have to give them your fingerprint before entering the place like youre some kind of criminal. Weird. Then they make it a point before you go down the slide that you dont wear high heels or anything thats leather. The people working there are very helpful and nice while being scary. Some parts of this event are completely pitch black so someone lurking in the dark is always guiding you with a light if you ask for help. As far as props go, they are pretty low level but still fun... some are so dimly lit you cant appreciate them. Lots of young kids were there and they seemed to be liking it as well. Definitely better than Dungeons of Doom!

Amazingly good. It was scary and just so much fun. Workers were very nice and very into their character. Loved every bit, and was pretty worth the 14$!!!

Hotel of terror is AMAZING!!! But you should get the double because dungeons of doom is also great,and they both have great slides.# best haunted houses EVER!!!

So fun and scary! Their are a couple of areas where its small, dark, and then someone pops out at you. I would write more detail but i do not want to ruin it for people that havent been before! I definitely will be back before Halloween!

Couldve been better, they shouldve spread the groups out more but there is one part in there that downright scares the outta you! There could be more stuff to see and it could be a little lighter at least in a few spots. I understand its dark to be scary but alot of the actors you cant even see because its so dark! Spent ALOT of money there this year and i wish it was a little bit cheaper

A very, very disappointing experience. As a lifetime patron of SW Missouri haunted attractions, I can honestly say this was the only time Ive been disgusted or even let down with the way my family was treated. I regret driving the hour plus distance, and will certainly spread word as widely as I can. This is still, and always will be, a service/people industry, and you did not just miss the mark, you absolutely failed.

I didnt like all the smoke and gas fumes from the chainsaw because it was hard to breathe. This was the last night it was open, so I dont think we got the full experience as there were areas where nothing was going on. Plus, there was a $5 off coupon on the website, but each person in our party had to pull it up on their phones in order for it to be applied to their ticket. If someone didnt have a phone, what would prevent another from handing their phone to show the cashier? It seemed like an unnecessary step to require every person to show their phone when there was no way to check that they werent just passing the same phone to each person to show the cashier.I did like the costumes and the live performances of those who worked there. Good makeup guys and gals! And the T-rex dinosaur was my favorite animatronic!

Pushed you through too fast, ran into people(other groups), and they need more lights atleast in some places! Most of it is dark and theres not alot of scary stuff to look at

I have been here three times and I brought my boys this time for the first time and their reactions to it made it 10xs better, even though its already really good. It is scary though so its not for the faint of heart.

Actors were very good at their job. I would give it five stars but it only took us 35 minutes to get thru the entire thing. For $14 bucks a pop, I wish it wouldve lasted longer.

Didnt make it past the entrance. When a place requires you to give finger prints to enter, I believe the line has been crossed.Finger prints are for adults and children.

Wow, I had a Lot of fun. It had elements of creepy,.. and shocking. The employees are eager to surprise you and yet helpful when you get lost. Ive been to KC and done their little haunted house thing and Springfield bests them with less resources. And the slide was awesomer than them too.

My 16 year old son said it was fun, until he was harrassed by a worker. The worker threatened to kick him out several times, but never did. Instead he yelled in his face to keep his hands down, even though his hands were in his pockets. The worker followed behind him telling him to keep his hands down and eventually placed his arms around him from behind in a bear hug. Uncalled for... my son felt like it was his word against the workers, the only witness being his girlfriend.We placed a call to let the management know just in case anyone else reported any behavior such as that by employees. We called the police department to let them know that if anyone else reported harrassment and assault, that it has happened before. We didnt want to press charges, we just wanted someone to be aware.If you are assaulted, please report it.
