Took my 3 boys here. We missed the fair this year. Thank goodness incredible pizza was open. We got there around 8pm we only had 30mon to eat but we got almost 2 hrs of play time. Its was my 5 years old first time going. He was having such a great time. We will definitely be going back soon.

Its a great place even if you just want to eat the buffet. They have to serve you now I found it a little hard to tell them how much cheese I wanted on my nachos. I keep saying more one little drizzle of cheese wont do it for me. My advice is get all you want to eat the first time. Going back you have to go through again with tray an another plate telling I want this an that. Yes three pieces yes ice cream on my dessert more. Still they have very good food variety enough an fresh.

Had a blast watching Lassie Come Home eating a custom made pizza, interacting with 8 wonderful employees. The entire experience was Awesome!

Having 4 kids with me I thought it was a little high at first, but we got supper, spent 3 hours riding go karts, carnival rides and playing in the trampoline park as well as arcade games (we won stuffed animals, Lego sets and all kinds of other trinklets) so honestly I wasnt upset at the price at all when we left. The food was really good, great selection of pizzas, Americanized Tacos, salad bar, fried chicken and desserts. Very clean dining area, the rides were cleaned after each person. Everything was clean and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We are seniors who truly enjoy going to Incredible Pizza for the lunch time. We always either sit and watch a fun movie or take our friends back to the quiet area that is behind the dessert bar. This is a wonderful place for us to visit and get good, healthy food. We especially enjoy ordering our own pizza, just the way we like it! Even with this Covid problem, we feel safe at Incredible Pizza.

Perfect place to take the kids. With our areas unpredictable weather, I love having an indoor go-to place for family events. Food and entertainment in one package. What more could you want?

Had my Step-Sons 14th birthday party yesterday. The guests and family all enjoyed, the price was perfect and I hope we get to do it again next year for his 15th. The staff were great, Riley was a wonderful hostess, she was attentive and extremely helpful. This place comes 100% recommended, just go ahead and book your party here.

Food is very good and a big variety of food. Wonderful atmosphere for children and adults. My boyfriend and I always have a great time together. Always saying jokes and having fun winning a lot of tickets! Highly recommend going there.

We really enjoyed our visits here with our kids. We had fun when we went and our kids had a blast. I personally enjoyed the pizza but the kids were not as impressed with it. All said, we had a really good time and even though it was a few years ago that we went the kids still talk about all the fun we had.

We signed up for the springtown thing, were told by some girl that worked there to sign the waiver on the computers that were about six feet away, it only took about a minute or so but when he walked back over to where shed said that at the entrance, she just up and disappeared. We hit the button for assistance about ten times. The time limit for the spring town is 15 minutes and it took about have the time just for someone to come let us in. However, the guy who did was awesome and I shouldve gotten his name cuz he definitely made up for it throughout the rest of the night.

This place is fun to go to but their food made my stomach incredibly upset a few hours later. I spoke to the other participants of our party and all of them have reported an upset stomach. I think we will visit again but will avoid eating their food.

Took my son to incredible pizza for his birthday and the food was trash. The service wasnt good. The cinnamon rolls were hard. My daughter stabbed a cinnamon roll and it bent the fork. Positive note.... the soda was carbonated.

Had my granddaughter birthday here and it was so fun.. and a great place..so much to do.. it is definitely worth every penny..and will be going back..

This place is an absolute must even if you dont have kids! Me and my wife love this place we live at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri and it is definitely worth the drive! We spend a minimum of 4 hours here but have spent as much as 8 with family.

Our first time there yesterday as we are new to the area. Great, helpful staff. Clean facilities. Awesome activities. Reasonable prices. Desserts are super yummy. Food is ok- but as good as almost any other pizza buffet-and worth the price. My 4 kids were definitely impressed with everything including the food. An awesome Father’s Day trip and so family friendly!

Excellent tasting food. All-you-can-eat buffet. Fresh salad bar, really good mexican food choices, fried chicken drumsticks, huge variety of great pizza. Really good deserts and ice cream, and unlimited sodas. BIG screen televisions, with plenty of seating spaces. Lots of video games and a nice place for family outings.

It was incredible love the food on the buffet you got to make your own concoction of what you wanted to eat it wasnt crowded and everybody was friendly

We had a party of 10 and 2 of them kids had disabilities both under the age of 5!!! The springtown staff were informed of this and were very rude paid for two attractions which they didn’t even get to jump because they wouldn’t jump alone We informed them of this before we paid then got told we couldn’t be on there with them even though the adult and kid were both paid for. Not to mention none of the attractions s we got to do with our group either they spilt us up or was just plain rude ..... Needless to say for $400 I’mNot pleased!!!! U would think they would be understanding we will not be back I only gave a star cuz I had too in order to put the review! Very unprofessional

Recently had a birthday party for my 11 year old grandson at Incredible Pizza. There were 11 of us in the party and we had hours of fun and lots of yummy food for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend making it your party place!

There is not much of a selection anymore on pizza, desserts. Also alot of times the food isnt fresh. I did not like having to do cafeteria style only because I feel the person making your salad or nachos isnt listing to instructions. And I cant really say it was much her fault because they put someone out there that couldnt understand English.The tables were mostly dirty with no customers and were not busy but no one was cleaning the tables off.

The food was amazing. Excellent portions. We are from Columbia and were visiting family in Springfield. We will definitely come back when we are down again.

Very good selection of various foods. Many pizza flavors, really good chicken pot pie, mexican dishes, fried chicken, salad bar, and so much more. Tasty deserts, ice cream, and soda fountain. Arcade games, movie room and just a fun place to eat.

We picked a pizza placed nearest to the aquarium I thought it was cool because there was an arcade. When we got there I thought the different dining rooms were a nice touch but the food was disgusting, not good at all! not a big variety for a buffet price.The all access pass I believe was $40 but you really couldnt use it for all the games. Some games charged you while others didnt and then the big attractions cost extra. The theamwas cool but the experience not so much would not return

I love going here and playing the games especially beat saber! The discount at 10:00 p.m. is pretty great half off gameplay.

Gave this place a second chance today. Mostly because my son requested go karts for his bday and with covid that is pretty hard to find. They have greatly improved since our only other visit here. Staff was much nicer than before and most of the games were in working order. Food is not that good but we didnt actually come for that so for us it was fine. They didnt get to do all the attractions they wanted because of the schedule for them. All in all it was a good time.

Possibly the worst pizza place we have ever gone to. The prices are high, the service was horrible and the place was dirty. Wont return again.

The food isnt the best but that isnt why we go! My kids love the trampoline area. They could stay there for hours. Plus all the rides for the little kids is a lot of fun!! We always have a great time and the kids are exhausted when we leave.

It was a lot of fun! The lazer tag was way awesome! And was super fun to try the VR game, didnt get a chance to eat cuz of the time but buffet looked good too! My son is hard to please and he didnt want to leave. But bring money even with the deals its not super cheap.

Im giving a mixed review here on this place. I love the atmosphere and different genres of dining areas. The arcade and entertainment is too notch. The food, horrible. I remember coming here as a kid when they first opened, we also had a senior after grad party here as well, back then the food was decent, I feel like they have let their standards go as far as quality food goes.

Im in my 20s and I am still collecting tickets at this place! The games are great, go-carts are classic, and they always seem to be expanding the gaming area. The food is not great. It is really only okay. But it is a buffet situation, which means kids can easily go back and forth between the diamond-shaped cookies and ski-ball (and by kids I mean me), so it might be difficult to create pizza that is truly incredible under such circumstances.

We were visiting Missouri from Northern Kentucky and came to Springfield’s Incredible Pizza Company. It was amazing! We spent the whole day here! The buffet was excellent and we had a blast playing the games and laser tag! We also had an epic race on the go carts! Every one was so friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to go back!

Lots of things to do. With package deals for video games and activities. $40 for an HR (or 3 hours I cant remember) of unlimited gaming and 6 activities, like bowling, bumper cars, go carts, Lazer tag & trampoline area. Buffet is really good too. Not just pizza. Tacos, pasta, salad, baked potatoes, soups & deserts. Cookies, pudding, cobblers, & fruit. Hours of fun for the whole family!

Food was great and not as salty as I remember. Ability to custom order a pizza is a plus as well as the ability to order for vegan requirements a plus. Electronics monitors in bathroom are hyper active, music/pa system was extremely loud by the salad bar, to the point of distracting. Food bars appeared maintained and organized, staff was appropriate in overheard conversation, will return.

This a really fun place to hang out and take kids to. I love the partnerships they do with groups, they put together great group rates and take care of you. The buffet is filled with variety, but dont expect it to be great, its good, but not great food. For everything you get it is a great deal all around!

Fun place for the family! It may seem pricey, but you get your money’s worth with the awesome buffet and then the the games and arcade area has something for everyone! Even the littles have rides to play with! Bumper cars and the jump area are our family’s personal favorite!

This is a great place for a birthday party! Pizza, cake, games, all handled. The only stress I had during the day was whether I could get there on time due to the weather (snow). Definitely doing this again.

The buffet has a decent variety of things to eat other than pizza. I do love that if you want a certain pizza they will make it for you. My kids always have a great time when we are there.

Its always so much fun coming here. The kids absolutely love it! There is something for everyone on the buffet. From salads to desserts. Including any kind of pizza. Play time is even better. We limit our kids to a $10 play card each.

So this place lacks a little incredible in the pizza department, but so what! If you are going here, you are going to be entertained, and there is no shortage of entertainment! Dont expect to leave without spending at least $60, but for a couple plus one child you can be entertained for many hours at that price, and you wont leave hungry. Our off hours experience (Monday evening at 6pm) was clean, well kept, and plenty of helpful, friendly service. I recommend this place if you can afford it.

This place is awesome for family fun, theg have a wide variety of food that you can choose and build yourself an drink fountains with sodas, teas, lemonade and more. The rides are awesome. The games you can win digital tickets or just play to have fun. I will bring my family back again. All 5 of us can have fun and enjoy our day together here.

We brought our family here right before school started this year to reward their good behavior during the summer and although it was a little bit more expensive than I was anticipating the children had a fantastic time and continue to ask to go back. There’s so much to do for all different age ranges inside. They have several different packages to choose from. My kids love playing all the video games the most!

So much fun! But most importantly my vegan self left with a full belly between the salad, pasta, and vegan pizza. Thank you so much for making the cost worthwhile.

Very good place to bring kids. Can be a little pricey as the best deal is around $35 a person for buffet and drink plus an hour game card. I felt the experience my grandkids had was worth it.

Had my daughters birthday party here and it was awesome. Our host was amazing she helped us every step of the way, kids had loads of fun in the Game Center, buffet was good as well. Will be having future parties here.

We were there for an overnight lock-in. We had no issues with the staff, they were all great. The pizza wasnt incredible, but thats not really the reason anyone comes here. My son had a free unlimited game card, and I bought one at a discount, however there is no way we could have paid full price for them! A family could spend a small fortune here. If youve got the money though, its a blast. There were lots of things we could do together, including arcade games, go carts, the theater, and bumper cars. We didnt even get around to the laser tag or trampolines. Ticket games are kind of a rip off, but thats expected from any arcade. I also wasnt too happy to see the No concealed firearms signs all over the front doors. Thats a bad policy that leads to more thefts from vehicles. Well be back, but probably not till next year when he gets another free card.

30th birthday party for my brother. It was a blast! Friendly folks, great food, lots of fun in the arcade!!! My 60+ year old dad even enjoyed himself!

This is a great place to take the family! My kids had a blast and so did I. They have a great selection of food and dont be fooled by the name, they have alot more then just pizza. They have different themed rooms you can eat in and a huge variety of games and attractions. Some of my favorites are Go-Karts and Laser Tag. We were able to take 5 kids and 3 Adults for right below $300. That may sound like alot but consider this. We got there a little before 1:00PM and left at 10:00PM which was close. Thats alot of fun for 8 people for $300. You have to check this place out if you have never been. Its 100% worth the time and money!!!

Great place to eat and play games.

Overpriced in my opinion, but the activities are enjoyable. Pizza is good but its insanely expensive for basically Cicis quality pizza (especially if your child eats only one piece like mine) Our daughter really enjoyed the go-karts and other carnival-type rides. Kids had a great time so thats what really matters. Just be prepared to shell out some dough.

Great price for buffet kids liked the game selection

I took my daughter and her friend here to celebrate her birthday. They got the ultimate package with unlimited games for 2 hours and 8 attractions. They had fun but were not too impressed with the games allowed for the unlimited. The selection is pretty limited! The pizza was fresh and they had a good variety to choose from. The taco bar was pretty good as well. The girls did not really like the ice cream. They thought it tasted weird. All in all it is a fun place for young kids and teenagers as well.

If you have a bad experience here you have other issues. Ive been here several times and my family LOVES this place.

$6.99 per person for their lunch menu. Includes pizza, pasta, salads, hot dogs, potato or taco bar, drinks, and access to their many games with tokens. What a steal!! Our party had two kids under 3 years old, so only the tokens cost extra. Please give this place a serious visit.

Lots of food and my gbabies love the go-carts and the bouncy place. We havent been able to do the other activities as of yet, the bumper cars and the spin ride for they havent been open when we have been there. There are some games that definitely are not worth the money like the bowling and some other games. I was very disappointed either not working or way too expensive for what you got.

I wish the prices were a little cheaper considering how few people are going

Trampoline is not available during week. However there isn’t a sign or any mention on the door or website that the trampoline is closed on weekdays. We had went to Incredible Pizza specifically for the trampoline and was very disappointed after purchasing pass and food. There appeared to be plenty of employees standing around. Ugh!

One star is one too many. We had a group of 42. Initially the quote I was given was more per person than if we all paid separately. I had to go online and find a coupon then beg them to price match their own discount. I emailed my final numbers for buffet only and for buffet/game card combos to the guy I spoke to (Cody) 24 hours before as I was instructed to do. No reply. I eventually got a call from Stephanie confirming our reservation for noon for 38 people. Spoke to her and told her it was 42 people at 5:30. I got a message from Heidi the day of the party saying we missed our reservation for 46 at noon. It was never planned for noon. There were never 46 of us. I called back and spoke to another girl who had no idea what I was talking about. She put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold for another 10 minutes then told to leave a message, which I did. I then got a call from Jade who tried to fix things and assured me that she would have it all corrected and ready to go by 5:30. She didnt. I was told that check in would take 5 minutes. It took 40 minutes. Jade had a pencil and paper and was trying to do the math, but couldnt seem to get it right. Then the calculator came out. Her math still wasnt right. I wrote it down to show her what it should be several times, but it wasnt clicking. I finally ended up paying an extra $30 just so everyone could get their cards and start eating. Our church group didnt get the tax exemption because I wasnt told until I got there that this was even an option, and it was too late since I hadnt brought the form they needed. I assumed that when I asked for the grand total the day before that it included tax. Nope. Tack on another $30 for that. I told my kids to enjoy themselves because were never going back. It might be ok for individual families, but parties and group events are a nightmare.
