This is one of the biggest ones Ive been to. They have so much to offer. Including sky gliding three different wall climbing, many birthday celebration rooms, although it can be very packed and busy. There was long wait at the food line so try to order in advance. The kids will have lots of fun. I was very satisfied and impressed with all the different zones that were available for the kids. And adults can have fun too!

This was our first time visiting this establishment. Boy o Boy did we truly enjoy ourselves. Wasnt expecting for it to be so much fun. The kids & I enjoyed it. Definitely a place to take your children. Customer Service was excellent as well. Ordered tickets online and had a speedy check-in..

Great place for your children to have fun. I went between 12-2 . It wasnt to crowded the kids were able to enjoy everything without having to wait in a line or bump shoulders with other kids. I saw employees going around the entire time, wiping everything down tables, show cubbies. It was clean, Ill be back for sure

Love this place! I lived right by it in my early 20s and had no idea it was so big and great. My 2 yr old loves to come to here to play. Its a mini disneyland and perfect for toddlers. Highly recommend it here!

Was my 1st time going taking my kids there. Really didnt like it was to crowded. Kids got board to fast. Somebody kid throw up on the trampoline they had to close it down. The one good thing I did was that they give 2 hours to have fun so that the next group of people can come do to the covid.

Brought my kids here for a birthday on one of the hottest summer days of 2011. Its a lil small and it will probably take half a day to view everything here. The train is small and will circle twice around the track. Lots of places where the kids can climb and slide. A great place to bring your kid(s) to put a smile on their face.

WOW!!! This place is AWESOME!!! They have everything here to tire a kid out!!! Zip lines, trampolines, bouncing rooms, climbing walls, ball pits...I have to say Urban Air Adventure Park did it right!!! I AM IMPRESSED!!!

Staff member designated to wipe down everything did a great job. My issue is that I Was told that there would be a strict mask policy. Great! Yet when it was brought to a staff member’s attention that people had masks around their necks instead of being worn properly I was told “we can’t really enforce that rule”. Oh ok then. My kids love this place and it’s not even remotely cheap so I don’t think that’s an acceptable approach. Probably will not be back for the foreseeable future.

I went to Urban Air the other day because it was raining and the only thing in town and WOW! UA Delco was amazing, the park was so CLEAN and the manager Kelly was fantastic when answering my questions. Masks are required which is great because it’s keeping you and the other people around you safer. The best part about that policy is that IT IS ACTUALLY ENFORCED! They also have a nonstop cleaner, and sanitize the attractions quite often. I think I counted 2-3 over my 2 hours at the park. Highly recommend!

What a great exciting place to go! Our experience here was excellent. We came for a birthday party. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I was impressed at how much there is to do here! It’s not just a trampoline park, they have everything from zip lines to playgrounds. Our kids had a great time and we will be back soon! The owners are great people and we highly recommend you try!

I received an email for a free day in July for essential employees. I immediately tried to respond and reserve a spot, but the link would not allow me to do so. In navigating the site there were no options. I called, but no one answered. I filled out a contact form on your website, but received no reply. Between this experience and the previous visit having been a negative experience, I will only be back one more time...and only because we have a gift card to use.Edited to reply to owner response. -If you were unable to staff this event, an announcement on the website would have been great. It also doesn’t account for the fact that my inquiry via the “contact us” form never received a response. An apology or hint of empathy would be nice, but considering the negative experiences I’ve had, I’m not surprised.

We double booked payed twice for a person. Was given total runaround. To get my money back no phone call back from any one. No help.No one answered the phone.Not a good co to deal with. No help no customer service.Not happy!

This store is doing everything possible to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. They had an employee stationed at the entrance who wiped down the shopping carts and gave each customer a squirt of hand sanitizer. I think that was awesome!

Went on a Saturday and we arrived and waited in line for approx 20 mins (which prob isnt the norm but a fam in front of us was the holdup) but check-in with a reservation took all of 5 mins.Initially I didnt think 2 hours would be enough time for the kids but it actually was adequate time to wear out 4 kids under 9.I didnt really see too much mask enforcement (as far as people keeping it on the face) but they made frequent announcements regarding the rules. The bathrooms could be cleaner and the food line is really slow but otherwise its a different place to take my kids that they highly enjoyed.

Awesome place to take the whole family

Took my children here multiple times, always satisfied that my children are satisfied. Staff always seem friendly. The Covid restrictions have pleased me with the Temperature testing, and seeing the staff take the time to wipe everything down. This would be 5 Stars if there was a designated place for smaller 1-2 Year olds to play, and they had a little bit more of a variety of food options...Other than that its been satisfactory.

Managers were very rude to the staff. Lines were unbearably long. Not enough staff to watch all of the attractions. Food was nasty and over priced. I was also told by a employee that they would cut the pizzas with the same cutter without washing them (Cheese and pepperoni, and the pepperoni is pork) The Managers were rude and unprofessional. There were far too many people let it at once, if the fire marshals were to be called this place would be shut down in seconds. My kids had fun for a bit, but in the end I would never give this place my service again.

Socially distancing is hard for children but Urban Air does a great job with that. Markers on the floor and plenty of staff to assist in busy situations. Best time to go is in the morning.

The Urban Air Park was great fun for my grandson. Nice air-conditioned indoor place to play and get some good exercise. Plenty to do for a 2 or 3 hours spent. Not too much for those under three or four but above that lots of trampolines, climbing activities, and ball pits. Lots of fun!

Had so much fun with my stepdaughter. My 2nd time there and will probably go again.

Urban Air Springfield is the best location to entertain the kids!I brought my sons and their friends and they had an awesome time. The environment is amazing! All the staff is very friendly and helpful! The management team is awesome and extremely helpful as well. My kids highly recommend checking out the sky rider!

Managers are unprofessional and need to be removed from this park. They seem to care about the money more than the enjoyment of their customers. The food is terrible and I was informed by a staff member that cross contamination does exist at this park and the food has been sitting since the beginning of COVID. Overall fun place and my kids enjoyed its just the managers are uneducated and clearly have no idea on how to properly run a business. I am sorry for the poor staff members of this park they deserve better treatment and guidance in their work life. This is not the first time ive came here and was completely dissatisfied. Maybe I should have learned from my previous experiences and never thought about coming to give this place a second chance.

Fun place... good idea... unorganized with birthday parties and regular trips. Not enough staff to watch every ride and make sure lines are in order or people are taking the right amount of turns. some kids take eight or nine turns before giving another child a turn if there was a staff member there to oversee the activity it would be more organized and more enjoyable for families of all ages

This place was pretty cool. Attended for my nephews birthday. It was very crowded and seating was limited. I kind of spent too much money on getting my son the full package so he could experience everything but he wasnt interested only wanted to stay on trampoline. If your children are anything like mine you may just want to do skyzone. Its cheaper.

This place is great! Everything was brand new and functional. A lot of the other places that are similar half the stuff is busted.My kids loved it and even I had a good time! And the food wasnt too bad,

The kids had much fun as I did too. One thing I didnt like was the bench that was broken. It wasnt removed or cautioned instead, just a sit in the middle and not on the end. I almost fell off that thing. Other than that, it was cool. Do note, whatever time you arrive, youre given 3 hours to play and thats concluding eating time. The color of your wrist band and the time marked on it lets them know when play time is over.

This a great place to enjoy family fun, Birthday parties or group activities! We celebrated my 6 year old niece and nephews Birthday today. The kids enjoyed themselves so much that they didnt want to leave!

We held an end,of the year school party for our daughters and a few of their friends. This place is really a cool place. All the kids had a great time. Our hostess Dazarai sorry may have spelled her name wrong was so awesome. She is great for this position she went over and beyond her duties was,professional funny and attention to all guests. She was very awesome give that lady a big raise. It is rare to encounter people who enjoy their job and speak to guests and,know is,not a forced communication shes a natural. We will,be back again because us adults want to do that zip line thing. Lol thanks for,making this such a great day for all the kids and the parents A+ glad it is finally opened...better than skyzone

The place itself was great. The staff was very friendly. My son had a great time. As a parent my concerns were that the bigger kids were jumping and playing in areas for the younger ones. They were doing flips and running without paying attention knocking the little ones down. I saw so many things that could have been avoided if there was staff watching and present. Kids climbing up slides while other ones were coming down. 12-15 year olds playing in the 52” and under jungle Jim wresting and knocking toddlers over. Kids hanging off from high places where they could have been seriously injured. My anxiety was through the roof trying to protect my 2 year old from large kids who should not have been in those areas to begin with. It was packed to the brim with people but there was no staff near the 52” and under jungle Jim & the 7 and under trampolines. The pizza also tasted like freezer burnt plastic.

Went early, great place but when it got later there werent enough employees for all the kids there and it got a little wild. A few more workers to keep order wouldve been cool. Otherwise awesome place.

Clean, fun and lots to do at a great price.

Wow, worst mistake ever. We took the kids there last night(Saturday night), it was mayhem. Maybe it’s better during the week? Will never go there on the weekend again. Ew

There is a lot for kids and Adults to do here. However there are a lot of problems when it is busy. Each area has a worker in it but they do not seem to be that interested in keeping the rules. They are more interested in talking to each other and being on their phones. I know that this is a thankless job keeping all of these kids in line. They have to be a lot more forceful in telling folks what to do. They are letting unsafe practices go on. And for the over one hour that I was here I did not see any adult supervision of the teenagers who were working the different areas. Adults and little kids are in the dodgeball area together and the adults were throwing the balls as hard as they could. Kids were getting hit in the face. Adults were allowed in the 7 and under zone. Obviously a dangerous combo. This would be a five star place if they just had better supervision. And perhaps better timing of letting people in. Its a good thing it was so crowded, again just need better control of what is going on.

Cool place, say your kids under 6 if its close and its 15.99 w/ the parent pass only being 7 bucks. My daughter had a blast

I cannot day enough great things about Urban Air in Springfield! My family and I went there last evening.We love trampoline parks and Philadelphia does not have a lot of local options we enjoy. As soon as we entered we were sold. Even though it was a bit crowded checking in, there were representatives everywhere assisting with check-in. I highly recommend for your first visit getting the Ultimate pass, because you should try everything during your first visit— we did this as it was definitely worth the money. My son and nephews enjoyed nearly everything Urban Air had to offer, from the rock walls to the American Ninja Warrior course, there really is something for everyone. If I had to make one comment for improvement, it would be to ask your employees on to pay more attention to the the individuals in line. I watched children (and adults) cut in front of others waiting for attractions throughout our entire evening. Things like that do not typically bother us, we are patient. But, I can imagine something like that could turn guests away with how bad it was happening; especially on the zip line— and for a new place I would have presumed behavior like that would not be tolerated. With that said, I look forward to coming back again soon, and now with membership options, I’m excited to possibly be able to give my family a gift I know they will love. I may even have my son’s birthday there!

The kids enjoyed themselves, however, the staff are very complacent when requiring other guests to respect the rules. For example, kids who are over seven in the seven and under area. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting. If its that many people that are patronizing the space, especially on a holiday weekend, there should be somebody designated to go in there frequently throughout the day to make sure that its clean. Other than that, the manager was very helpful with a situation regarding one of my kids.

Urban Air Springfield is a great location! The environment is amazing! All the staff is very friendly and helpful! I brought the kids I babysit and they did not want to leave! The management team was very helpful, Margie even helped me set up a membership! I highly recommend trying the sky rider out! We will defiantly be back soon!

Alot of fun for the young folks

I recently had my daughters 13th birthday party here. I am so happy I chose Urban Air to host her birthday. This adventure park is huge. There are so many things for the kids to do and each one of them is better than the last. All the staff members we dealt with were really so professional and helpful. Our party host was so attentive and pleasant throughout the whole party. It was so nice to have someone take care of everything! The pizza that is served for the party was delicious. My husband purchased something for himself at the concession stand (which had a nice amount of options). He tried the chicken fingers and french fries. He said they were excellent and we later found out they are all air fried. You would never have known - delicious and healthier!Not only would I have another birthday party here, I will also go again just for day visits. I am so happy Springfield has a place like this for everyone to come and enjoy! I would recommend to anyone to go and check it out!

Tried this place for the first time yesterday I have a 4, 5, and 6 year old. Someone next door at bjs gave me tickets while we were shopping and I ended up taking them the next day. I upgraded to deluxe I believe it was, it was awesome. Compared to other trampoline places or kid friendly attractions it was pretty clean! As a mom, I thank you! The kids were overwhelmed they didn’t know what to do first! They were jumping on trampolines one minute and sinking in the cool white balls the next. They have like a ninja course that they absolutely loved! The colors of the place are very cool, the design is well done. There is staff everywhere willing to help. The older kids have rock walls and zip lines it’s great for all ages honestly! There were things in the front they forgot to even try! Great place to spend hours at! My kids slept so good (:

Fun for the kids but not organized at all. Skyzone way more organized then this place. Kids could be waiting in line for a while and employees just stand and look at you like nothing. They should have rules ok a kid jump once or twice now is another kid turn but not here. They jump until they get tired of the attraction and then is your turn. Like the parents are the one the have to be telling the kids come on other kids are waiting.

Cheap membership and a great place for kids to burn off energy and adults to if they like jumping on trampolines but Friday thru Sunday it does get crowded

Ive been looking forward to going there and Ive finally did yesterday. I enjoyed myself overall but I wish there were new things but its fine. I was scared at first on the sky coaster and I was so hesitant to ride from such a high height. I was so scared until one of the girls who attaches harnesses on the rope came up and helped me through my fear. Then I enjoyed it yay!! I enjoyed the rock climbing but I was too scared to go too high. I got so tired in the middle so I bought a refreshment. The warrior course was too scary that I fell in the ball pit and it was too hard to get out. Overall, it was fun!!!

What a great place for all ages!!! The big kids loved everything! Esp the Wipeout trampoline and the climbing walls!!! And they have a parent pass which made my 5 year old happy!! The staff was very friendly and helpful!! Esp Kelly and Matt!! We will be back!

I have an issue regarding my event on December 15th 2019. Jayana Birthday party because my total was incorrect and I paid for people and I should have not. My total came to 590.00 and I specifically told the host that I was not paying for adults will truth be told I receive feedback from some of my guests, and they had paid for themselves and was charged at the register I am very upset because she should have seen their receipts instead of putting them on my list for payments.. I have never experienced this before out of all the parties I’ve had for my children this by far us the worst. I called the manager and still no response from her since Monday, and my daughter didn’t get even get her t-shirt that came with the package I’ve got.

Aside from opening late, (the advertised opening was 4 pm, they didnt come up until at least 401), then as they were ill equipped to handle the rush of groups who stormed the door, and completely bypassed the self check in, which would have made the line move much faster, then waiting in line more than 15 additional minutes to pay, then being having my son be told that his trampoline socks that he brought from home werent acceptable (they were from a competing company), but theyre trampoline socks for Christ sakes! If the parent company, and by proxy, the management company who runs this specific location, are hanging their entire business model on forcing people to purchase their name brand socks, I dont anticipate it being in business very long. Ive been to other trampoline parks, and the brand of socks are irrelevant! I will never set foot in the door again.

Too many people for covid 19

Took my 7 year old this afternoon for a birthday party . We brought our 2 year old as well and planned to pay for him and play with him during the time of the party. After signing in on the screen, we went to the line because we had a gift card to use. The computer directed all payments other than credit card to the front desk. We were in line for over 20 mins. When we explored the areas appropriate for my 2 year old (which cost $15.99 for him and $6.99 for a parent) there were hundreds of older children running around and just seemed like a bad idea. Recipe for disaster. We were about 3 deep in line still and the people working the desk werent in a hurry or didnt know how to do their job. We left with our 2 year old! Seems like the staff could use some more training. I didnt see one mature adult staff person the entire time we were in there.

HORRIBLE!!! From the moment we walked in with being rudely instructed to go to the kiosk to sign a waiver to the terrible customer service from the manager and kitchen staff, and the fact that the bathroom didnt lock and a stranger walked in on me changing my child was HORRIBLE! THE PLACE IS RUN BY AN UNCARING MANAGER ALONG WITH HER TEAM OF UNTRAINED MINORS. The location is run by children and it shows. Do not waste your time or money here. This was our first and last time here. 1 star is more than fair, it shouldve been 0 starsUpdate to response. to be clear there was no line when I was rudely instructed to use the kiosk and the bathroom family one had a push to lock button that o did see and pushed in and the person on the outside as able to still open the door. Please do not try to bypass your mistakes.

What an awesome place to come and play! Brought my youngest son in today and he loved it! The manager Margie was welcoming and friendly. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We’ll be back!

Fun place for kids. Sky Rider is amazing. My kids have an amazing time everytime we are there which is usually monthly.However, the check in procedure is absurdly long. As a member it is a frustrating wait time. Maybe have some sort of automated counter for members to get their wristbands.

This place is fun. There is a lot of things the kids can do. Itll tire them out. However, the employees need to pay more attention. My girlfriends daughter decided she didnt want to zip line. Once youre up there if you dont do it, u cant turn around. It locks. So we sent her other daughter to tell the worker at the bottom that the girl is stuck. Her response was go tell the front desk!! Whats the front desk doing? So after yelling & screaming to get the employees attention (they are high up) we got it, by that time now 3 people are stuck! They ran over right away. It was my first time here. Ill go back. It was my girlfriends second time. She had problems the first time as well. The one manager went up & talked to the kids working. The other guy up front was very nice. He apologized. Asked if we would be back. My suggestion to them.. WALKIE TALKIES! My son had a blast though. I even had fun as a adult.

This place is great but a little pricey! My son enjoyed himself and kweps asking to go back. Parent pass is a good idea if your a big kid yourself. There is a play area for smaller kids but they get bored easily. Good way to wear your kids out before bed and its not a bad location with good parking

I visited Urban Air Delco recently and may I say, my children and I had a wonderful experience!!! I was very pleased with the efficiency of the managers and their staff, including the cafe workers. The food was perfect!! Margie had convinced me to buy a membership, which was a great deal and my kids can enjoy this lovely park as much as we want.

This is the MOST AMAZING PLACE! We had such an exciting time at Urban Air. From the time we walked in the door, until the time we left, everyone was kind and courteous, especially the manager Margie. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves to have FUN!

This Urban Air is the best thing to happen to Delco since 8 sliced pizza. My expectations were exceeded by the staff, management, and overall cleanliness of the park. The staff was so kind and satisfied ALL my needs. I can only describe my experience at this adventure park as euphoric.

WE had a very bad experience with the Manager on duty. She was very rude and had no concerns about the customers and children. She cannot be the Manager at a kids play location. Also, their website advertised about discount membership, but when you go to purchase one online, it doesnt allow you to purchase a membership .I will never recommend this particular location to anyone.Manager has no discipline or courtesy or respect.Kelly never helped me navigate for membership initially. That was after I told her that I will be contacting the head office, she tried to help. Secondly, I did try to make the payment ONLINE, but your website would not accept any payments .I have a proof of all activities on my phone.Culture has nothing to do with kids. I have been to more than 20,000 locations across the GLOBE, but have never come across a business like this one.Kelly could have come up with ways to resolve this issue, eg. She could have called customer care or advised me to do so since I was unable to make a payment ONLINE.

Took my kids for a birthday party and they had a blast. I love that there was an area just for younger kids.

Truly enjoyed the time spent here. Bathroom was a bit messy however it was still clean. (Paper towels overflowing the trash) Staff was helpful and very nice. Good quality customer service. Food is pricey but I didnt expect it not to be.

So I went to urban airs in Springfield it was great but I didn’t like that the lockers were screen controlled it kept freezing it upset some people including me but everything else was fine

I had a good time. Lots to do. Plus the food isnt the price of a plane ticket like other places.

Myself and three tweens arrived at Urban air around 11:45am. The children were able to enjoy themselves without a crowd of people. The prices for the food and drinks were reasonable. We will be back. Great experience for the first time.

Absolutely amazing place!! Everyone there is helpful and fun! All the attractions are well monitored and a lot of fun for all ages! I wish I was able to have my birthday party here when I was younger!
