Great price & the kiddos had fun.

It has been awhile since my sons birthday party there, but I should have left a review. IT WAS AMAZING!!!! The staff was so friendly and attentive to us, the prices were cheaper than I expected, the food was great, I couldnt have been happier and neither could he. Thank you for a birthday party we will always remember! You guys are great!!!

Not much staffing, but not much was needed. A little bit of a line for drinks right when the birthday party started, but once they got going, every kid was off the charts with excitement and running from one inflatable to the other, and even the older kids (like10-11) were having fun. Maybe not so much for preteen+ but they even have a toddler area. So ages 1-10/11ish it is definately a blast. I will probably have my sons next (5th) birthday there! I gave 5 stars because though the staffing was low, it didnt affect most of the party, and we looked into pricing, and it is MUCH less expensive than other places that nickel and dime on extras.

Good place to bring small children 1 to 5 to play and jump or do arcade games. Place is pretty well keep up not dirty at all. Esp the bathrooms are really clean

My kids had a good time but the slides could use updated. Also maybe 1 bigger obstacle course for older kids. My older kids where kinda bored because its mainly for younger kids.

Birthday party for grandson in the private room worked out well.

Price is great and my son has a blast and I got to sit down for once as parent cant put a price on that. A+++

Pros:- Section for ages 4 and under- Safe part of town- Friendly and helpful staff- Great place to burn your kids energy off- Birthday parties available- great price- seemed clean, it was dark in there so I wasn’t able to see everything. Friday nights are black light night.- easy to keep an eye on your kids- easy to reach your kids quickly if neededCons:- a little to loud, granted this is a jumping facility for kids to jump and scream.- there’s no staff supervision, so your at the mercy of others parenting skills- uncovered cement flooring in front of the baby jumpers, have to be extra cautious of letting the little ones on and off. They need more padding in areas

It was very under-staffed and nobody (including the only girl working) was wearing masks.

A lot of fun, the kids can bounce, climb, slide, and go through mazes.

Not to many bounce houses but at the least Ill say this, my kids loved it and enjoy their time.

The place totally rocks a box for your child plus price of the parent gripper socks for the riot of the air Inflatables and it stay as long as you want its well worth its money plus I play good music and its a good family atmosphere plus you can order pizza and get drinks and Etc highly recommend my autistic son loves it

This place is awesome! Affordable and easy way for the kids to burn some energy. They have multiple types of bounce houses and even a little spot for 4 and under only with its own bounce house!

My 1 and 5 yr old both had a great time! It was fun to watch their excitement! The place was clean and a cheap indoor play area option.

Had a great birthday party for TWO 5 year olds on the same day. They made it easy to set up and staff were there in a pinch whenever we needed something. Great value, clean facilities and bounce houses. My one critique is that the upstairs party rooms are difficult to get to for people with mobility issues. Get the bottom floor party room for that!Will definitely be back.

We had a birthday party at Jump Mania today, when we arrived the party area was not cleaned. There was no hostist at all, and it seemed very disorganized. On the other hand all the kids had a blast jumping and playing. So other than the very disappointing service we had fun.

Cool place. Nearly everyone just let their kids do whatever without basic supervision. Staff never checked or kept order in anyway. Very few stated rules are enforced in anyway.

It’s in a large warehouse that is jampacked and very loud. It also has a very dirty feel to it. I don’t recommend coming here. The other location that they were at previously was much better and I thought that they took care of the equipment much better there than they do here.

Super fun place for kids, it is a bit wild at times due to age ranges. Our almost 3 year old took a few good falls but enjoyed every second of it.

We have been going to Jump Mania for seven years. The new owners are doing a much better job of keeping things clean and tidy. As I am writing this she just walked past me and picked up a piece of paper from the floor. The inflatables in the new location make it much easier to keep an eye on my children. This is a great place for them to get their energy out at the end of a busy day.

Our family went this past Saturday. They have moved to a smaller area for jump space. They have also increased the price. There were at LEAST 200 people in the building. (Pretty sure it was breaking fire code.) With standing room only. Four birthday parties going on at the same time. There were so many people that you could barely walk back and forth to keep an eye on your child. It was insane! All of these people with only 3 teenagers working the cash register, concessions, and parties. Big kids jumping in the 4 and under area, pushing kids off the inflatables, and blocking the way for kids to get through. Not very safe. They no longer implement the security numbers on hands. They have foam squares on the floor covering the hard floor. However these slide around with all the traffic of children. We will not be going back.

The kids had such a great time and the cost was just right.

Some of the jump things are a little damaged but its always clean and the people are friendly. They also serve food!

The kids had a great time, they have concessions, its nice and cool while super hot out. There is a little air hockey table and it is a great place for birthday parties. Its a bit loud but to be expected with the inflatables.

Great indoor play place for kids of all ages.

Called two weeks in advance to clear up costs and ask questions. Had an employee tell us we could bring in a cake and have our own party, just had to pay the 10$ for kids. We confirmed this repeatedly on the phone. Said adults could jump, no reservations needed. Lady at the desk stopped us and told us we werent allowed to bring in a cake without paying an extra 50$. Refused to listen to us or call a manager to discuss it. Lost a full party of business. Horrible customer service. A scam.

It was a great place to bring your kids to get out energy, I just wish there were more inflatables but its not the companys fault there just isnt enough room for more, the building is kind of small. But other than that my kid had a lot of fun so thanks!

The new location is very open & clean. There were around 6 inflatables & a very small under 5 area. There are not many seating options for adults that are on the main level, there was a loft style area with more seating, but it seemed reserved for parties.

Perfect for little ones! I have a 3 and 1 1/2 year old and they played for hours there!

The party room is kind of small for bigger groups. They took a while to provide the things they said they would provide for the party. Didnt seem super clean. Overall was good and seemed worth it.

Really crowded. Employees were nice. Only thing better than their previous location is the party rooms are separated to the upstairs. I think the blow ups are the same ones from the other location.

The only good thing is the price.You pay for the child and not for the parents.But there is ABSOLUTELY no supervision. Only one employee for the whole building She was running the cashier, the concession station, cleaning tables and supervising. Kids of all ages slide down the slide at the same time.. .there is NO ONE to tell kids to take turn and when its safe to go down the slide.. .kids climbing on top of the bouncing house and slides running .. and again there is no one to tell them to use walking feet.When I told my concern to the manager, she simply said this is how we run this place and parents are responsible for the children.Yes, parents are responsible, but why does this place need the employees then??? To he company is RESPONSIBLE for KIDS and PARENTS TO USE EQUIPMENT PROPERLY. Also, places like that should emphasize on CHILDREN SAFETY. Because if the injury occurs YOUR place WILL BE RESPONSIBLE!!!

Everything is torn! Deflating and the steps to climb are flat so they cant climb they have went down hill a lot and prices went up

A big indoor bounce house place. Theres around 6 different bounce houses set up for kids. They do have 2 smaller ones for little kids that say 2 and under. There are 4 or 5 bigger bounce houses for older kids. They offer birthday party options but there are still other children there for open jump. They do offer a snack bar. Kids must wear socks.

The new location, may be a little more upgraded looks wise. But theres hardly anything for them to do. My 6 and 3 year old get bored very quickly. They moved to a smaller location and raised the prices. Ive been 3 times to the new location and each time there are less inflatables. If you have just one child, it may not be so bad just to let the run around. But your child has about 45 mins of fun and even thats pushing it. The massage chairs there, I paid, didnt work I tell the worker and they said oh.... sorry honestly your kids would probobly have mkre fun at the mall playground, and its free.

The new location- they have cooler inflatables with slides. The baby area isnt well secure and to many people and kids going in the two inflatables in that area so I think the baby area needs to be moved. They charge 10 dollars on the weekend and 7 weekdays. They have decent prices compared to other indoor play places. This new location is alot cleaner then the old.

This is a tough one to review. For a child its one if the greatest places ever. My kids cant get enough and have a great sweaty time always. As an adult sitting at a picnic table or a not overly comfortable chair with an eventual dead eyed glazed over look in my eyes it can be a bit loud and annoying. But I will admit that its worth it because my kids love it so much and unfortunately for me I like to see them smile. 5 stars for kids and 1 for adults(but the sweaty smiles raise that up and its normally pretty clean).

My son loves this place! We spend 3-4 hours and the staff is very nice and accommodating! The price weekdays is nice, Saturday is a price jump of 3$! I wouldnt have minded so much if they would have opened on time, they left us and 5 other families outside for almost 20 min. Supposed to open at noon on Saturdays and it was 12:17 before we were in the door.

My 2.5 year old had a ton of fun . We stayed for a hour and then he got tired so we head out . Will be back again sometime . Bring grippy socks! Socks are $2 each

This is a great place to bring the kids to run off energy on a rainy/cold day. The only issue that I saw was the place wasnt being monitored by the staff, especially the 4 & younger area. There were bigger kids that were in this area causing issues for the younger kids.

A lot more crowded, and less bouncy houses, but the customer service was great.

It was fun for the kids, the biggest thing is heard is that a lot of the parents arent paying any attention to their kids so the rules arent followed and the staff doesnt care.... That is absolutely correct. Kids that looked 7 or so playing in the 4 and under toddler area was probably the most frustrating. We may be back to try it again sometime, but Im a bit disappointed that a place that is specifically geared toward kids isnt more concerned with their well-being.

Online it say 2 and under so i was thinking i only had to pay 2 dollars for my kid ro play here today when we got here the girl was really rude when i told her wht it says on online and it say something totally different when u get here. Was really upset and not happy bout how rude she was.

This used to be a fun place for young kids (10 and under) it is now more for toddlers. They have only 6 inflatable play areas and 3 are reserved for 4 and under. My child (5) went through all of them in less than 15 minutes! We paid $9.75 for him to be entertained for less than an hour. After having been here for a couple birthday parties and it being great we expected more. We will not be back!

We just had a birthday party here. Extremely displeased with the cleanliness of the party rooms and play area. Very displeased with the staff who seem to gather around the front desk and just sit there. Definitely our last visit.

Super fun but really dirty. Both times we went at least one blow up toy was broken. Wear socks you can throw away after the kiddos are done.

Cheap fun, safe for the most part (just make sure to be around the kids to enforce any safety precautions) Every time I have gone a kid has gotten hurt somehow (most of the time totally their fault, and not listening though) For what it is its ok.
